The touch film, the control panel and the home appliance provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure are exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a touch film according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the touch film 100 includes: a touch area 10 and a shielding area 20, the shielding area 20 being provided on at least one side of the touch area 10; a touch structure 11 is arranged in the touch area 10, and the touch structure 11 is used for responding to the touch action of a user to generate a corresponding touch signal; a shielding structure 21 is disposed in the shielding region 20, and the shielding structure 21 is used for shielding interference signals outside the touch region 10.
The touch film 100 is attached to the touch panel and electrically connected to the main control panel. The touch film 100 is sequentially provided with a film layer, a printed pattern layer, a conductive circuit layer and an injection molding layer from top to bottom, and the injection molding layer is in touch with the touch panel; the touch structure 11, the shielding structure 12 and the signal lines connected with the touch structure are all arranged on the conductive circuit layer. When a user touches the touch structure 11, capacitance change is generated between the touch structure 11 and the finger of the user, so that a corresponding touch signal is generated, and the touch signal is transmitted to the main control board through a touch signal line 12 connected with the touch structure 11, so that triggering of a corresponding function of the touch structure 11 is realized.
The shielding region 20 may be disposed on a side of the touch region 10 where the interference signal exists, or on a side of the touch region near the electronic component generating the interference signal, or, as shown in fig. 1, the shielding region 20 encapsulates the touch region 10 in a cavity formed by the shielding region. Thus, when the interference signal exists, the shielding structure 21 arranged in the shielding area 20 receives the interference signal first, so that the interference signal outside the touch area 10 can be shielded, and the interference to the touch area 10 is reduced.
It should be noted that fig. 1 only exemplarily illustrates that the shielding structure 21 is a shielding coil, but does not constitute a limitation of the touch film provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure. In other embodiments, the shielding structure 21 may be provided as any type of electronic component or electronic structure having a signal shielding function known to those skilled in the art, and is not limited herein.
