The fastening members 104 are disposed on at least two opposite sides (e.g., two corners C of the left and right sides) of the display panel 102, and each fastening member 104 protrudes from at least two sides (i.e., a long side S1 and a short side S2) of the display panel 102, and each fastening member 104 is strip-shaped and has an arc surface R.
As shown in fig. 2A, the display panel 102 is, for example, a touch display panel 102, the fastening member 104 is, for example, integrally formed with the outer frame 103 of the display panel 102, the fastening member 104 may be made of plastic or the equivalent thereof, and the fastening member 104 may protrude from four corners C of the display panel 102 and be matched with the shape of the fastening slot of the protective sleeve assembly 110. As shown in fig. 2A, at least two fastening members 104 are disposed at two corners C of the display panel 102, and each fastening member 104 is arc-shaped. That is, one end of the fastener 104 protrudes from the long side S1 of the display panel 102, and the other end of the fastener 104 protrudes from the short side S2 of the display panel 102.
Referring to fig. 2B, the protective case assembly 110 is combined with the above-mentioned handheld electronic device. The protective sleeve assembly 110 may include a plate 111 and a first slot portion 115. The first clamping groove 115 is disposed on the board 111, and the first clamping groove 115 matches the shape of the fastening members 104 to position the display panel 102 on the board 111. In addition, the protective sleeve assembly 110 further includes a second slot portion 116 and a third slot portion 117, wherein the second slot portion 116 and the third slot portion 117 are disposed on opposite sides of the board 111. The second slot 116 is adjacent to one end of the first slot 115 and separated by a first distance D1, and the third slot 117 is adjacent to the other end of the first slot 115 and separated by a second distance D2, where the first distance D1 is substantially equal to the second distance D2.
The first, second and third clamping groove portions 115, 116, 117 are matched with the outer frame 103 of the display panel 102 to position the display panel 102 on the plate 111.
The first slot portion 115 is, for example, an elongated shape, and the width of the slot is substantially equal to the sum of the dimension of the long side S1 of the display panel 102 and the width dimension of the protruding two fastening members 104, so that the long side S1 of the display panel 102 and the two fastening members 104 can be accommodated in the first slot portion 115. An electrical connection device 120 may be disposed in the first slot portion 115, where the electrical connection device 120 is, for example, a plug and play pin connection device, and the pin connection device may be an electrical connection device such as a spring pin (pogo pin) for providing functions such as signal connection or power connection. In an embodiment, the long side S1 of the display panel 102 is aligned with the first slot portion 115, as shown in fig. 1A, the display panel 102 is inclined at a predetermined angle (e.g. 15 to 20 degrees) relative to the board 111 of the protective cover assembly 110, so that the long side S1 of the display panel 102 and the two fastening members 104 are first accommodated in the first slot portion 115, and the two fastening members 104 of the display panel 102 and two sides of the first slot portion 115 are limited, and then, as shown in fig. 1B, the two short sides S2 of the display panel 102 are moved and rotated in the direction of the board 111, so that the two short sides S2 of the display panel 102 can be accommodated between the second slot portion 116 and the third slot portion 117. In the process of rotation, since a sufficient space (i.e., the first space D1) is reserved between the second slot portion 116 and the first slot portion 115 and a sufficient space (i.e., the second space D2) is reserved between the third slot portion 117 and the first slot portion 115, the first space D1 and the second space D2 can allow the two short sides S2 of the display panel 102 to have a slight inclination, and after one of the short sides S2 is engaged into the second slot portion 116 or the third slot portion 117, the other short side S2 is engaged into the second slot portion 116 or the third slot portion 117, so that the two short sides S2 of the display panel 102 are not fixed between the second slot portion 116 and the third slot portion 117 in a hard-locking (hard-pressing) manner to avoid damaging the display panel 102.
In addition, in one embodiment, the board 111 includes a first part 114 and a second part 112 that are foldable, and the first, second and third clamping groove portions 115, 116 and 117 are disposed on the first part 114, and the first part 114 and the second part 112 can be inclined with respect to each other and support the display panel 102. That is, the second component 112 does not need to be provided with a slot, so as to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the handheld electronic device 100.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, for example, a rotation shaft 113 is disposed between the first member 114 and the second member 112. The first part 114 is about half the height of the display panel 102, and the second part 112 is about half the height of the display panel 102. When the first member 114 and the second member 112 are not folded into the inverted V-shape of fig. 1A, the first member 114 and the second member 112 may form an upright plate body to be fully supported on the back surface of the display panel 102; when the first member 114 and the second member 112 are folded into the inverted V shape of fig. 1A, i.e. the second member 112 is reversed back and is abutted against a body, the display panel 102 can lean against the first member 114 and maintain the posture of the display panel 102 for the user to watch the picture.
Of course, although only one foldable plate 111 is shown in the drawings, it is conceivable that the plate 111 may be formed by other types of plates, such as plates with multiple adjustable angles or plates with multiple folding modes, and the plate 111 with a single folding angle or a single folding mode is not limited.
In addition, although the handheld electronic device 100 is not shown, a keyboard assembly may be connected to another board (not shown) in front of the display panel 102. The keyboard assembly can be horizontally placed in front of the display panel 102, and when a user presses a key of the keyboard assembly, the keyboard assembly can be connected with the display panel 102 through the pin connection device so as to display an input signal on the display panel 102. After the use is completed, the handheld electronic device 100 and the keyboard assembly can be accommodated between the two boards to protect the display panel 102 of the handheld electronic device 100.
Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, an enlarged partial perspective view and a side sectional view of a portion A-A of an assembled handheld electronic device 100 and a protective cover assembly 110 are shown in accordance with an embodiment of the present utility model. In fig. 3A, the first, second and third clamping groove portions 115, 116, 117 are matched with the outer frame 103 of the display panel 102 to position the display panel 102 on the board 111. The second and third clamping groove portions 116 and 117 are disposed on opposite sides of the plate 111, and the second and third clamping groove portions 117 respectively have a positioning portion 119, and the two positioning portions 119 are disposed opposite to each other and protrude from top portions of the second and third clamping groove portions 116 and 117.
As shown in fig. 3B, the second clamping groove 116 has, for example, a standing bar 118 and a positioning portion 119, the standing bar 118 is vertically fixed on the board 111, and the height of the standing bar 118 is substantially equal to the thickness of the display panel 102. The positioning portion 119 is integrally formed with the upright portion 118, and the positioning portion 119 is, for example, beak-shaped, and horizontally protrudes from one side of the upright portion 118, and the front edge of the positioning portion 119 is substantially pressed against the upper edge of the display panel 102, so that the display panel 102 is fixed between the plate 111 and the positioning portion 119. Thus, the display panel 102 has good positioning in the normal direction of the plane and the vertical plane, so as to achieve the function of three-way (X-Y-Z) positioning.
In the present embodiment, although only one positioning structure is shown in the drawings, it is conceivable that other positioning structures may be formed on the plate 111, and the beak-shaped positioning portion 119 is not limited to be used.
Compared with the prior art that the handheld electronic device is adsorbed on the protective sleeve in a magnetic attraction mode, the cost is high, and the protective sleeve and the handheld electronic device all need more magnet installation space, the handheld electronic device and the protective sleeve component thereof do not need to be provided with a plurality of magnetic buttons on the handheld electronic device and the protective sleeve component, so that the part cost is reduced, and the assembly and disassembly modes of the handheld electronic device are changed. In addition, because the buckle mode has the effect of quick installation and dismouting, and only need half plate body can fix the display panel, need not use whole plate body and display panel block to reach the function that outward appearance is pleasing to the eye and three-dimensional location.
In summary, although the present utility model has been described in terms of the above embodiments, it is not limited thereto. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present utility model. Accordingly, the scope of the utility model is defined by the appended claims.
