Alzheimer's disease, commonly known as senile dementia, progresses slowly and deteriorates over time, and early symptoms are the appearance of short-term memory impairment. As the disease progresses, language dysfunction, emotional instability, difficulty in self-care, abnormal behavior, etc. may occur, eventually losing physical function and leading to death. The cause of alzheimer's disease is still unknown to date, and its main pathological features are β -amyloid (a β) plaque deposition, tau protein fibrillar tangles, synapses and neuronal cell death. With the increase of the life expectancy and the aging of the population, the number of alzheimer patients is increasing worldwide, and enormous social and economic burden is brought.
There is currently no clinically effective treatment for alzheimer's disease. The clinical methods have mainly attempted to delay the progression of dementia by drugs, but the curative effects are poor. No drug has been demonstrated to prevent the progression of alzheimer's disease. Existing therapeutic drugs, such as cholinesterase inhibitors (donepezil) and NMDA receptor antagonists (memantine), improve some symptoms of patients at the early stage of the disease, but do not prevent the progression of the disease and have major side effects on some patients.
To this, the utility model provides an acousto-optic control intelligence lamps and lanterns.
In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the sound and light controlled intelligent lamp 10 includes a housing 100, a light emitting device 200 and a sound generating device 300, wherein the light emitting device 200 is installed in the housing 100; the sound generating device 300 is mounted to the housing 100; the light emitting device 200 is used for generating light with a stroboscopic frequency of 25Hz to 100Hz, and the sound generating device 300 is used for generating sound waves with a frequency of 25Hz to 100 Hz.
Specifically, the sound and light controlled intelligent lamp 10 may be a bedside lamp, a table lamp, a ceiling lamp, or a movable lamp, and may have a rechargeable battery or a normal standard battery built therein, or an external power supply; the acousto-optic controlled intelligent lamp 10 can be placed on a bedside table, a table, hung on a suspended ceiling or directly placed on the ground and moved, so that different application scenes are met, and the therapeutic use of a user is facilitated. When the sound and light controlled intelligent lamp 10 is a mobile lamp, the bottom of the housing 100 is provided with rollers, and the rollers roll on the ground, so that the sound and light controlled intelligent lamp 10 is moved. In another embodiment, the sound and light controlled intelligent light fixture 10 can be portable, and the sound and light controlled intelligent light fixture 10 is worn on the body, such as the arm, of the user, so as to ensure the treatment effect of the product.
The shape of the housing 100 may be various, and may be a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, or other regular or irregular shapes, which may be set according to practical situations, and is not limited herein. The light emitting device 200 and the sound emitting device 300 may be both mounted inside the case 100; or both may be mounted outside the housing 100; or the light emitting device 200 is installed inside the casing 100, the light generated by the light emitting device 200 is transmitted out of the casing 100, and the sound generating device 300 is installed outside the casing 100; alternatively, the light emitting device 200 is installed outside the casing 100 and the sound emitting device 300 is installed inside the casing 100.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the light emitting device 200 includes a light emitting portion for emitting light, and when the light emitted from the light emitting portion is irradiated to a user, the light from the light emitting portion is used to treat the user. The light-emitting part emits light in a stroboscopic manner, that is, the light emitted by the light-emitting part is flashing, or alternately bright and dark, and the stroboscopic frequency of the light-emitting part is 25Hz to 100Hz (that is, the light-emitting part emits light 25 to 100 times per second), and for example, the stroboscopic frequency of the light-emitting part may be 30Hz, 50Hz, 70Hz, or 90Hz. It is understood that the light emitting portion may be a light bar and/or a light bead.

The utility model discloses the principle of playing the treatment effect of acousto-optic control intelligence lamps and lanterns 10 specifically as follows, human brain can produce multiple brain wave (the bioelectricity signal that produces when transmitting information between the neuron cell in the human brain) under different action or state, and what commonly used is beta ripples, alpha ripples, theta ripples, delta ripples and gamma ripples etc.. Wherein the frequency of the gamma wave is 25 Hz-100 Hz, and the gamma wave participates in the higher functions of the brain, such as attention, cognitive ability or working memory. The study finds that the gamma wave of human beings is in a morbid association with the Alzheimer disease.
Acousto-optic therapy is a method of treatment by applying stroboscopic illumination and sound of a specific frequency. When the light stroboscopic frequency and the rhythm intensity of the sound frequency are consistent with the vibration frequency and the physiological rhythm in the human body, synchronous harmonic resonance can be generated, and a plurality of factors such as emotional intelligence structure and behavior of the human body are influenced, so that the effects of relieving tension, calming, easing pain and the like are achieved. In particular, the stroboscopic illumination and sound consistent with the frequency of the gamma wave can induce and stimulate the gamma wave in the brain, and can reduce beta amyloid in the brain, improve the function of microglia, improve cognition, thereby preventing and delaying the development of the alzheimer disease.
Furthermore, the light with specific wavelength is adopted to irradiate the human eyes, which can affect the suprachiasmatic nucleus, regulate the secretion of melatonin in the human body, promote the connection of thalamus and cortex and play a role in regulating the circadian rhythm. The patient of Alzheimer's disease often can suffer from the sleep disorder, the utility model discloses can also play the treatment to the sleep disorder of Alzheimer's disease patient to adjust patient's circadian rhythm, improve cognitive function.
In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has good improving and auxiliary treatment effects on biological clock disorder, sleep disorder, depression and Sleep-Wake disorder (Sleep-Wake disorders, SWD for short, including night insomnia and excessive daytime sleepiness), inversion of Sleep circadian rhythm and the like.
The visual cross upper nucleus is called a biological clock of a human body, the endogenous day-night rhythm is regulated to be synchronous with the 24-hour light and shade change of the natural world, the visual cross upper nucleus is stimulated by light in the daytime to generate an alert signal to maintain the clear-headed state of the human body, the signal attenuation at night prompts the human body to enter a sleep state, and when the illumination is lacked, the pineal body secretes a hormone called melatonin which can inhibit the visual cross upper nucleus function, reduce the alert function and prompt the human body to enter the sleep state. The acousto-optic controlled intelligent lamp 10 uses the working frequency of specific wavelength light and brain wave which are most sensitive to melatonin as the output frequency of illumination and sound, and achieves the best treatment effect through the synergistic effect of light and sound. After the patient is treated by the combination of illumination and sound, the night sleep quality, daytime sleepiness and nervous impairment anxiety and depression symptoms are improved, and the cognition is also obviously improved.
The utility model discloses a sound and light control intelligent lamp 10 includes casing 100 and installs at the illuminator 200 of casing 100, sound generating mechanism 300, and wherein, this illuminator 200 can produce the light that stroboscopic frequency is 25Hz ~ 100Hz, and sound generating mechanism 300 can send the sound wave that frequency is 25Hz ~ 100Hz, when indoor treatment, sound and light control intelligent lamp 10 need not connect on one's body the user for great activity space has, thereby convenience of customers's use. Moreover, a general user cannot judge the function of the sound-light controlled intelligent lamp 10, and thinks that the lamp is a common lamp and cannot attract attention of others; when using sound and light control intelligent lighting fixture 10, the user can carry out other activities, for example stretching exercises, dancing, housework activity etc. do not influence user's normal work and life for the user obtains the treatment in unconscious, has improved the convenience that the product used.
