Fig. 1a-1d, fig. 2a-2b, fig. 3a-3e, fig. 4a-4f and other drawings show schematic structural diagrams of four emergency sign lamps (or emergency sign lamps, sign lamps and the like for short) of the present invention, and the following will explain these drawings in detail the 4 emergency sign lamps of the present application.
As shown in FIGS. 1a to 1d, the embodiment discloses a fire-fighting emergency marker light, which comprises
The lamp shell 110, 160, the mechanical connecting piece 100, 190 is arranged around the inner periphery of the lamp shell, and the lamp shell is provided with a mark hole 180;
a flag member received in the flag hole 180;
a light source board 140 is secured along the inner periphery 111 of the lamp housing by mechanical fasteners 100, 190 for providing a light source to the flag 1800.
Those skilled in the art will understand that: here, the light source plate 140 is fixed along the inner peripheral edge 111 of the lamp housing, which generally means that the arrangement direction of the light source plate is substantially the same as the direction of the inner peripheral edge. And does not mean direct contact, abutment of the light source plate against the inner peripheral edge, possibly with a small distance of abutment therebetween. For example, generally, the light source boards 140 can be disposed in the peripheral space inside the housing between the outer contour and the inner periphery of the logo hole 180, and the light source boards are disposed/fixed along the inner periphery of the housing.
Optionally, the light source board 140 is erected on the inner periphery of the lamp housing, for example, only the end of the long edge of the board body contacts/abuts against the inner periphery 111, and a plurality of LED lamp beads are arranged on one side and/or both sides of the light source board 140, for example, if the first surface of the light source board abuts against the cover body on one side of the lamp housing, the LED lamp beads are arranged on the second surface of the light source board.
Optionally, the lamp housing further comprises a first cover body 110 and a second cover body 160 which are jointed along the periphery,
a plurality of LED beads are opposite to the periphery of the first cover 110 and/or the second cover 160,
the mechanical connector is disposed on the inner periphery 111, and is engaged with the light source board 140 to fix the light source board 140 between the mechanical connector and the first cover 110.
Alternatively, the mechanical connector is a positioning plug 200 as shown in fig. 3a to 3e and fig. 4a to 4f, which stands from the inner peripheral edge 111 into the lamp housing and is bent toward the light source board 140;
the positioning plug 200 is formed by locally breaking inward and turning upward along the fastening edge 1111 and is inserted into a fixed insertion hole (not marked in the figure) formed in the light source board 140 from the outer side thereof; the inboard of light source board 140 is leaned on/is adjacent to first lid 110, and a plurality of LED lamp pearls are laid in the light source board 140 outside.
Optionally, the first cover 110 and the second cover 160 have fastening edges 1111 at their peripheries respectively, and are fastened to each other by the fastening edges 1111 of the first cover 110 and the second cover, and the fastening edge located inside the lamp housing among the fastening edges of the first cover 110 and the second cover constitutes the inner periphery 111 of the lamp housing. The positioning plug 200 is a fixing piece 201, the tail end of which protrudes to form a fixing point 2023, and the fixing point 2023 is inserted into the fixing jack; thus, the fixing piece 201 is shaped into a shape of a substantial number "7".
In addition, the light source boards 140 are disposed along the inner periphery 111 of the lamp housing, as shown in fig. 5, in which case the light source boards are located in the peripheral space inside the housing between the inner periphery 111 and the contour 727 or contour 727' of the index hole. In this arrangement, the light source board optionally provides light to the sign 1800 to direct light toward the sign or its inner surface, i.e., across the space within the housing to the opposite perimeter within the housing, or may be optically coupled to a light guide plate (not shown) to conduct through the light guide plate (not shown) to the sign 1800, which is made of light transmissive plastic/light conductive plastic, with the outer surface forming a fire emergency sign pattern.
As shown in fig. 1a to 1d and fig. 2a to 2b, the mechanical connection member can also be implemented as a plurality of fasteners 190, 100 oppositely disposed on the inner periphery of the lamp housing, so as to elastically guide and fasten the light source board 140. The plurality of fasteners include at least one first fastener 190, which is arranged along the periphery of the light source board 140 and is fastened with the periphery of the light source board 140;
the plurality of fasteners further include at least one second fastener 100 elastically protruding from the inner peripheral edge 111 into the lamp housing, and the at least one second fastener 100 is opposite to/matched with the at least one first fastener to fasten the light source board 140.
Of course, as an alternative embodiment, the arrangement positions of the plurality of second buckles are not limited to the inner periphery, and may also be located in the frame above the inner periphery or inside the rear cover. For example, the second clip 100 can also be located on the inner wall of the rear cover between the inner periphery and the first clip, so that a smaller space is formed between the light source board and the inner periphery.
Optionally, the at least one first buckle is a plurality of first buckles 190, and the at least one second buckle is a plurality of second buckles 100; the lamp housing further includes a first cover 110 and a second cover 160 joined along the perimeter.
Further optionally, the first cover 110 and the second cover 160 have a first buckling edge 1111 and a second buckling edge at their peripheries, respectively, and are buckled to each other by the first buckling edge and the second buckling edge. In this case, it can be understood that: if the first fastening edge is located on the inner side of the lamp housing, the first fastening edge forms the inner peripheral edge 111 of the lamp housing.
A light source plate 140 elastically guided between the plurality of second snaps 100 and the plurality of first snaps 190 by the plurality of second snaps 100, a first end 140a of the light source plate 140 abutting against an inner circumference; the second and first clasps 100 and 190 clasp the first end 140a and the second end 140b of the light source board 140, respectively, as shown in fig. 1 c.
As an alternative, the fire emergency marker light may further include a frame 118, and the first cover 110 and the second cover 160 are oppositely fastened to the frame 118. This corresponds to the first cover 110 and the second cover 160 forming a snap structure through a frame therebetween.
An inner peripheral edge formed along an inner side of the rim 118; a light source plate 140 elastically guided between the plurality of second snaps 100 and the plurality of first snaps 190 by the plurality of second snaps 100, a first end of the light source plate 140 abutting against an inner circumference; the second and first hooks 100 and 190 respectively engage with a first end of the light source board 140 and a second end opposite to the first end.
In this embodiment, not only the lid, light source board also can be installed on the frame moreover to the light source board is more difficult to take place the contact with the lid of both sides, and this kind of light source board has promoted the insulation of lamps and lanterns with the relative structure in both sides lid interval. Further optionally, a back plate 114 is disposed inside the frame 118, and is located between the second fasteners 100 and the first fasteners 190, so as to have insulation properties. The shape of the back plate is adapted to the light source plate 140; the light source board 140 is mounted against the back plate surface, which further improves the insulation of the entire luminaire and makes the fixation structure of the light source board more stable.
Optionally, the light source board 140 and the back board are both correspondingly bar-shaped, and the light source board 140 is a rigid circuit board.
The first cover 110 may be configured as a front cover, and the second cover 160 may be configured as a rear cover 210. Alternatively, the second cover 160 may be configured as the front cover 208, and correspondingly, the first cover 110 may be configured as the rear cover 210, in which case the entire lamp is configured as a single-sided emblem lamp. Alternatively, the first cover 110 and the second cover 160 are both surface covers, so that the whole lamp is an emergency sign lamp with double-surface display. The mark hole is arranged on the face cover.
The first cover 110 is made of metal or plastic according to insulation needs or assemblability improvement needs; the second cover 160 may also be made of metal or plastic, and the choice of such material may be customized according to the technical problem to be solved by the various embodiments.
Further optionally, the fire emergency sign lamp (or simply referred to as a fire emergency sign lamp, an emergency sign lamp, a marker lamp, etc.) further includes a power line 130 routed along the inner side of the lamp housing to the bottom of the lamp housing through a wire inlet hole (not labeled in the figure) above the lamp housing, and the end of the power line is tilted upward and electrically connected to the light source board 140, as shown in fig. 2a or fig. 3 b. Wherein, the lamp body still includes card line position 150, is located the bottom of lamp body, and the tilt up arranges, the end of joint power cord 130, and this makes outside water liquid of casing even along inside the power cord gets into lamps and lanterns, also can because the slope of end stops flowing before the end of power cord, and can not directly flow to the light source board along the end on, comes the short circuit risk to the light source board.
Further optionally, the lamp housing further includes a wire fixing portion 223 prefabricated on the first fastening edge 1111 or the second fastening edge; the first buckling edge 1111 or the second buckling edge is partially broken to form a fixed line position 223, and the fixed line position 223 is bent inwards to press against/wrap the fixed power line 130. The wire fixing position can be formed by punching and forming, when the power line is not assembled, the side face of the lamp shell is flush with the buckling edge, when the power line is assembled, the power line is arranged at the position adjacent to the inner peripheral edge, and the wire fixing position is pressed to cover the power line, so that the wire fixing purpose is achieved. The line fixing position is integrally connected with the buckling edge and the rear cover, and is integrally formed, the structure is simple, and when wiring is carried out by assembling the lamp, simple bending operation is carried out manually according to needs to deform the line fixing position, so that the line fixing position with a complete line fixing structure is formed, and the assembling performance of the lamp and the lamp shell is improved.

The light source plate is arranged in the peripheral space below, so that the lower half part of the lamp has stronger light; the upper half is slightly less bright. And lid 212 leans forward behind the first half for the first half lamps and lanterns inner space diminishes, and light gathers more in the space, and light is covered through the back lid that inclines to the face lid reflection more easily to the sign face, has promoted light intensity, has compensated to a certain extent the first half casing because of keeping away from the light source board the light weakening that produces.
Further, optionally, the flag hole is an optical through hole, which means that the flag hole optically penetrates the face cover, and is not limited to a physical penetrating structure. The optical openings may also be formed in the corresponding locations of the cover, for example, using some transparent material, but in this case the indicia openings in the cover do not physically extend through but rather retain a transparent, light-transmitting characteristic. In popular terms: the logo apertures remain light transmissive but are not necessarily "breathable". Accordingly, the optical surface of the marker is "exposed to the outside" through the marker hole of the face cover, also referred to as "optical exposure", without being limited to being physically through exposed. For example, a light-transmitting paper or a light-transmitting member may be further disposed in the mark hole, and the mark member is optically exposed to the outside through the light-transmitting paper or the light-transmitting member.
In terms of "inside the periphery of the cover", "inner wall of the periphery of the cover", "inside the opening rim", "inside the periphery of the lamp body", etc., the inner wall/inside, if not explicitly identified in some embodiments and the associated drawings, means: the surface facing the interior of the lamp body/luminaire, or in the direction of the interior of the luminaire, after the luminaire has been assembled. While the surface facing the exterior of the lamp body/fixture is the outer side/wall. In other embodiments, the terms "inside", "outside", "inner surface", "outer surface" and the like of the "opening part"/"edge"/"end part"/"rear cover"/"frame" have the same or similar meanings, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
