1. An ultrasonic surgical instrument with a detachable clamping pad, comprising:
the clamping device comprises a clamping arm (1), wherein the clamping arm (1) comprises a metal clamp (11), a clamping pad (12) and a limiting structure, the clamping pad (12) is detachably connected to the metal clamp (11), a clamping surface (120) of the clamping pad (12) can abut against an ultrasonic cutter bar (2), the clamping pad (12) is provided with a connecting bulge or a connecting groove, the metal clamp (11) is provided with a clamping groove or a clamping bulge, and the connecting bulge can be clamped with the clamping groove or the connecting groove can be clamped with the clamping bulge;
the limiting structure comprises a first limiting structure arranged on the metal clamp (11) and a second limiting structure arranged on the clamping pad (12), and the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are matched with each other to limit the clamping pad (12) to move along the length direction of the metal clamp (11) or along the thickness direction of the metal clamp (11).

The ultrasonic surgical instrument with a detachable clamping pad of claim 1, wherein the clamping protrusion comprises a first clamping member (111), the first clamping member (111) is arranged on the body of the metal clip (11) and extends along the length direction of the body of the metal clip (11), the first clamping member (111) comprises a first clamping portion (1111) and a first connecting portion (1112) with a width smaller than that of the first clamping portion (1111), and the first connecting portion (1112) is connected to the body of the metal clip (11); the connecting groove comprises a first clamping groove (121) deviating from the clamping surface (120), the first clamping groove (121) comprises a first notch (1211) and a first groove bottom (1212) with a width larger than the first notch (1211), one end of the first notch (1211) is penetrated through, the first notch (1211) is clamped with the first connecting portion (1112), and the first groove bottom (1212) is clamped with the first clamping portion (1111).

The ultrasonic surgical instrument with the detachable clamping pad as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first limiting structure comprises a limiting groove (131), the second limiting structure comprises a limiting block (141), the limiting groove (131) is disposed at the connecting end of the metal clip (11), the limiting block (141) is disposed at a side of the clamping pad (12) facing away from the clamping surface (120), the limiting block (141) is close to the through end of the first notch (1211), and the limiting block (141) can be clamped in the limiting groove (131).

The ultrasonic surgical instrument with a detachable clamping pad of claim 1, wherein the clamping protrusion comprises a second clamping member (112), the second clamping member (112) is arranged on the metal clamp (11) body and extends along the length direction of the metal clamp (11) body, and the width of the second clamping member (112) is smaller than that of the metal clamp (11) body; connecting groove includes second joint groove (122), second joint groove (122) deviates from clamping face (120) and edge centre gripping pad (12) length direction extends and both ends link up, second joint groove (122) include second notch (1221) and width are greater than second tank bottom (1222) of second notch (1221), second notch (1221) joint second joint spare (112), second tank bottom (1222) joint metal clamp (11) body.

The ultrasonic surgical instrument with detachable clamping pad of claim 4, wherein the first limiting structure comprises at least one clamping groove (132), the second limiting structure comprises at least one clamping tooth (142), the clamping groove (132) extends to the width direction of the metal clip (11) on a second notch (1221) on the metal clip (11), the clamping tooth (142) is arranged at the side of the second clamping piece (112) on the clamping pad (12), and the clamping groove (132) can be clamped with the clamping tooth (142).
