When the fruit washing machine is used, fruits to be washed and cleaning water are thrown into the washing box, the rotating handle is rotated manually to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, the brush bristles of the brush strips are used for rotating the rotating shaft, the fruits roll in the water, and the brush bristles are used for washing the surfaces of the fruits. It has the disadvantages that: in the cleaning box, when the brush rotates, due to the action of centrifugal force, fruits approach the wall surface of the cleaning box along with the rotation of water flow and the brush, the fruits with high density (relative to water) can sink at the edge of the bottom of the cleaning box, the fruits with low density (relative to water) can float at the edge of the water surface in the cleaning box, most of the fruits are thrown away from the brush, and only a small part of the fruits can be contacted with the brush to be scrubbed, so that the household fruit cleaning device can not uniformly clean the fruits, particularly when the quantity of the fruits is small, no fruit can be contacted with the rotating brush, no fruit is cleaned by the brush, and the cleaning effect is poor; in addition, the amount of fruit that can be washed by such a household fruit washing device is limited, and if a larger amount of fruit is to be washed, the volume of the washing tank needs to be increased correspondingly, and the size of the brush also needs to be increased.
CN104287650A discloses a fruit washs basket, including holding the vanning and disturbance belt cleaning device, disturbance belt cleaning device includes handle, U-shaped connecting rod and cleaning roller, when using, will hold the vanning in the clear water, will wait that abluent fruit is put into and hold the vanning, rotates the handle, and the cleaning roller can be continuous disturbance and wait to wash fruit, and the brush hair on cleaning roller upper portion can wash spot and residual pesticide on the fruit surface simultaneously. It has the disadvantages that: in disturbance belt cleaning device, horizontal cleaning roller can only follow circular arc path disturbance/stir its fruit on the route of passing through, fruit can concentrate to disturbance belt cleaning device's corner, be chaotic unordered to the washing of fruit, to density big (for water) and bulky fruit, the cleaning roller disturbance leads to fruit to collide with easily, to density big (for water) and the less fruit of volume, the fruit of disturbance belt cleaning device bottom can not disturbed mostly, the cleaning performance is poor. Also, the disturbance cleaning device may contain a limited amount of fruit, and if a larger amount of fruit is to be cleaned, the volume of the disturbance cleaning device is increased accordingly, as well as the size of the cleaning roller.

When the fruit washing device is used, fruits are placed in the container, water is injected into the container, the brush rotates in a self-rotating mode or rotates along the circumferential direction of the container (CN 108813658A), so that spiral water flow is generated in the container, the fruits rotate in the container in a spiral mode along with the water flow, and the brushes are used for brushing the fruits moving relatively. It has the disadvantages that: because the brush rotation or along circumferential direction and produce spiral rivers, the fruit in the spiral rivers is the same basically with brush pivoted angular velocity, consequently, the relative motion between brush and the fruit is very little, and the cleaning performance of brush to fruit is extremely limited, that is to say, brush, water and fruit can be in step rotation in the container, and the brush can not play the cleaning action to fruit basically. Moreover, due to the action of centrifugal force, most fruits in the spiral water flow are thrown away from the side wall of the container, only a small number of fruits can be in contact with the hairbrush to be scrubbed, and the cleaning effect is poor. Also, the container may hold a limited amount of fruit, and if a larger amount of fruit is to be washed, the container volume is increased accordingly, and the size of the brush is also increased.
CN209058078U discloses a fruit product cleaning device, compared with CN108813658A, a stirring shaft equipped with a brush rotates and can brush fruits in relative motion, but the fruit product cleaning device has a complex structure, can only be driven by electric power, cannot be operated manually, and is still chaotic and disordered.
Therefore, the fruit cleaning equipment in the prior art has the following defects: the fruit is washed unevenly, chaotic and disordered, and the fruit cannot be brushed evenly.

The container 1 is formed with a circulating channel, the circulating channel comprises a fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage area 4 and a brushing area 5 which are communicated, and the brushing device 2 is arranged in the brushing area 5.
When the fruits and vegetables are cleaned, the circulation channel can provide a path for the cleaning liquid and the fruits and vegetables to circularly flow between the temporary fruit and vegetable flow storage area 4 and the brushing area 5.
The circular driving mechanism is used for providing driving force to drive the cleaning liquid to flow when the fruits and the vegetables are cleaned, the flowing cleaning liquid drives the fruits and the vegetables to flow circularly in the circular channel, and the fruits and the vegetables sequentially pass through the brushing area 5 from the space between the brushing part 3 and the side surface of the container 1, so that the fruits and the vegetables are brushed by the brushing part 3.
The utility model is used, fruits (such as grapes, blueberries, cherries, jujube, small tomatoes, plums, apricots and the like) or vegetables (such as peanuts, green beans and the like) are put into a container 1 (for larger vegetables or irregularly-shaped vegetables, the vegetables need to be cut and then put into the container; for smaller vegetables or regularly-shaped vegetables such as hot peppers, green peppers, tomatoes and the like, the whole container can be put into the container), meanwhile, cleaning fluid (the cleaning fluid can be water, other liquid or mixture of other substances and water) is injected into the container 1, under the action of a circulating driving mechanism, the cleaning fluid flows from a brushing area 5 to a fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4 and then flows from the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4 to the brushing area 5, so that the circular flow of the brushing area 5-the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4-the brushing area 5 is formed in a circulating channel, the circular flow of the cleaning liquid drives the fruits and vegetables to circularly flow, and when the fruits and vegetables flow through the brushing area 5, the brushing part 3 rubs against the fruits and vegetables, so that the fruits and vegetables are cleaned. When the fruits and vegetables enter the brushing area 5 from the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4, the fruits and vegetables enter the brushing area 5 in sequence (for example, one by one or a part of the fruits and vegetables), and the brushing part 3 cleans the fruits and vegetables in sequence, so that the cleaning is uniform, orderly and good in effect. When the fruits and vegetables are cleaned in the container 1, the fruits and vegetables are subjected to a process of entering the brushing area 5 for brushing, flowing into the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4 for soaking and washing, and then entering the brushing area 5 for brushing again, the brushing and soaking and washing are carried out intermittently during cleaning, the fruits and vegetables can be brushed and also can be washed by the cleaning liquid, and the garbage remained on the fruits and vegetables after the soaking and washing is more easily brushed and removed in the brushing area, and the fruit and vegetable cleaning container has the beneficial effects that the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4 and the brushing area 5 are communicated, the brushing area 5 is provided with the scrubber 2, and the circulation driving mechanism provides the cleaning liquid and the beneficial effects produced under the synergistic action of the three parts of the fruits and vegetables which circularly flow in the circulation channel.
Meanwhile, as the container 1 of the utility model is provided with the brushing area 5 and the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4 which are communicated, the fruit and vegetable are brushed by the brushing device in the brushing area 5 and flow in sequence along the cleaning liquid in the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4 during cleaning, the fruit and vegetable are not stirred strongly in the whole process, and the collision between the fruit and vegetable and the container 1 is small. Because the fruits and vegetables are distributed in the container 1 in a circulating flow manner during cleaning, a certain amount of fruits and vegetables can be placed in the container 1 according to the capacity of the fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage area. In the embodiment of the utility model, the fruit in the fruit and vegetable cleaning device is put into and taken out from the fruit and vegetable flowing temporary storage area 4.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the circulation driving mechanism may employ a rotary impeller 6, and the cleaning liquid is circulated by the rotation of the rotary impeller 6, so as to drive the fruits and vegetables to circulate. In order to allow a smoother and more advantageous flow of the washing liquid, two rotating impellers 6 may be provided on both sides of the container 1, the rotating directions of the two rotating impellers 6 being opposite. Meanwhile, in order to protect fruits and vegetables from being damaged by the rotating impeller 6, a protective shell 7 needs to be arranged outside the rotating impeller 6.
The structural form of the scrubber is (hereinafter referred to as A-form scrubber): as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the scrubber includes a brush plate 8 and a scrubber material provided on a first surface of the brush plate 8, the scrubber material forming the scrubber unit 3, and the scrubber material being provided toward a side wall of the container 1. The container space corresponding to the orthographic projection area of the brushing object on the side surface of the container 1 is the brushing area, and the brushing plate 8 can also form a baffle 9 described below. The brushing article may be plastic flexible cleaning article, soft rubber flexible cleaning article, cloth strip flexible cleaning article, or other flexible brushing member. In order to enhance the brushing effect, the container 1 may also be provided with a brushing object on the bottom surface of the brushing area, or on the inner side surface of the brushing area.
Another type of brushing device is a type B brushing device: the brushing unit 2 includes a rotating shaft 10 and a brushing unit 3 provided on the rotating shaft 10, the brushing unit 3 extends in a direction of a side surface of the container, and fruits and vegetables can pass through between the brushing unit 2 and the side surface of the container 1 to be brushed when circulating in the container 1. The best setting mode of the scrubber with the structure is that the rotating shaft is vertically arranged in the container, the rotating shaft is vertically arranged, namely the rotating shaft 10 is basically vertically arranged, namely is basically vertical to the horizontal plane, even if the rotating shaft 10 and the horizontal plane form a certain included angle, the rotating shaft also belongs to the range of vertically arranged rotating shaft, and the scrubber can pass through the scrubbing part 2 and the side surface of the container 1 when fruits and vegetables circularly flow in the container 1. In the scrubber with such a structure, since the rotating shaft 10 is provided, the scrubber 2 rotates around the central axis of the rotating shaft 10, and thus the scrubber 2 can constitute the circulating driving mechanism, and when cleaning fruits and vegetables, the scrubber 2 can be rotated to provide a driving force capable of driving the cleaning liquid and the fruits and vegetables to circularly flow in the circulating channel when cleaning the fruits and vegetables. In this case, a conical platform 31 may be formed on the bottom surface of the container 1 corresponding to the scrubber, so that the bottom fruit and vegetable may flow outwards along the conical platform 31 during the process of cleaning the fruit and vegetable, thereby preventing the fruit and vegetable from being jammed at the bottom of the container 1.
When the type B scrubber is adopted, the installation mode of the rotating shaft 10 can be various, and the installation modes of the rotating shaft are listed as follows:
(1) the lower end of the rotating shaft 10 is directly abutted to the bottom surface of the container 1, the rotating shaft 10 rotates with the lower end as a fulcrum during rotation, and in order to achieve a stable rotating effect better, the lower end of the rotating shaft 10 can be usually inserted into the bottom surface of the container 1 and axially limited so that the rotating shaft can only rotate and cannot move up and down, for example, a snap spring can be used for axially positioning the rotating shaft 10, or a convex rib is arranged on the rotating shaft 10, a concave ring is arranged on the container, and the convex rib is arranged in the concave ring. In order to improve the smoothness of the rotation of the rotating shaft 10, a ball may be disposed between the lower end of the rotating shaft 10 and the bottom surface of the container 1, the ball may be disposed at the lower end of the rotating shaft 10, may be disposed in the container 1, or may be a separate component disposed between the lower end of the rotating shaft and the container.
(2) The container 1 is provided with a supporting device, the upper end of the rotating shaft 10 is abutted to the supporting device, the supporting device can be in the form of a supporting plate and the like, and the connection relationship between the rotating shaft 10 and the supporting plate refers to the form in the above (1).
(3) As shown in fig. 2-6, a supporting shaft is arranged on the bottom surface of the container 1, the rotating shaft 10 is sleeved outside the supporting shaft, the rotating shaft 10 is supported on the supporting shaft, the rotating shaft 10 is detachable, and the rotating shaft 10 can be simply taken down when the rotating shaft 10 needs to be detached. In order to improve the smooth rotation of the rotating shaft 10, a ball 11 may be disposed between the supporting shaft and the rotating shaft 10, the ball 11 may be disposed at the upper end of the supporting shaft, the rotating shaft 10 may be provided with a top plate 12, the ball 11 may be pressed against the top plate 12, or the ball 11 may be disposed in the rotating shaft, and the ball 11 may be pressed against the upper end of the supporting shaft. In order to facilitate the supporting and forming of the supporting shaft, in fig. 2-6, the supporting shaft includes a shaft seat 13, the shaft seat 13 is preferably formed integrally with the container, a top shaft 14 is disposed above the shaft seat 13, the ball 11 is located between the upper end of the top shaft 14 and the top plate 12, in order to make the ball 11 more stable, a ball groove corresponding to the ball 11 may be further disposed on the top plate 12, and the ball 11 is partially located in the ball groove, so that the positioning of the ball is more stable.
When the type B brushing device is adopted, only one brushing device 2 can be arranged, or a plurality of brushing devices can be arranged, and the brushing area is arranged corresponding to the brushing device. The plurality of scrubbers can be linked, so that the plurality of scrubbers can synchronously rotate, and the linkage mechanism among the plurality of scrubbers can be a gear transmission mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism, a belt transmission mechanism and the like.
The scrubber 2 is preferably removably mounted to the container to facilitate replacement of the scrubber 2 or removal of the scrubber 2 for cleaning. The installation modes of the rotating shafts (1), (2), (3) and (4) can realize the disassembly of the scrubber 2.
The corners of the container 1 are preferably designed as curved chamfers. If the corners of the container 1 are designed to be sharp, dirt accumulated at the corners of the container 1 is not easily washed. Meanwhile, the corners of the container 1 are designed to be arc chamfers, so that the fruits and vegetables are not easily damaged when flowing along with the cleaning liquid. And the circularly flowing cleaning liquid flows along the arc-shaped surface at the corner of the arc-shaped chamfer, so that the kinetic energy lost at the corner of the container 1 is less.
As a preferable design, the bottom surface of the fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage area 4 is provided with a slope, and when the fruits and vegetables flow from the brushing area 5 and enter the fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage area, the fruits and vegetables flow from the high position of the slope to the low position of the slope to accelerate the flow of the fruits and vegetables, so that the jam of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage area can be avoided.
In the case of the type B scrubber, the scrubber 2 may be rotated by holding the shaft or rotating the scrubber so that the scrubber 2 can be rotated, but it is preferable that the shaft 10 is connected to a driving mechanism for driving the shaft to rotate, and the shaft 10 is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism can be an electric driving mechanism or a manual driving mechanism. The electric driving mechanism adopts a motor, for example, and the output end of the motor is connected with the rotating shaft. The manual driving mechanism adopts a rocking handle, and the tail end of the rocking handle is connected with the rotating shaft.
In fig. 1-3 and 12-14, support means may be provided on said receptacle for mounting of the drive means, said drive means being supported on said support means, which support means may be in the form of a support plate or the like, the support means in fig. 1-3 being a splatter cover 15 described later and the support means in fig. 12-14 being a support plate 16. The output of the drive is connected to the shaft 10, and the shaft 10 can be inserted into the bearing or not. If the rotating shaft 10 is detachably connected with the driving mechanism, the scrubber 2 and the driving mechanism can be detachably connected, and the detachable connection mode between the driving mechanism and the rotating shaft 10 is described below.
The driving mechanism is preferably detachably connected to the container, so that the driving mechanism and the scrubber 2 are detached together for packaging during packaging, and the packaging space is saved.
When the driving mechanism is an electric driving mechanism, the detachable connection between the electric driving mechanism and the container 1 can be a snap connection, a screw connection or the like, or a sliding groove on the container, a sliding piece on the driving mechanism, a sliding piece inserted into the sliding groove or the like.
When the driving mechanism is a manual driving mechanism, the detachable structure between the driving mechanism and the container 1 can be in a buckling connection mode, a screw connection mode or the like, and a sliding groove is formed in the container, a sliding sheet is arranged on the driving mechanism, and the sliding sheet is inserted into the sliding groove.
Another way of achieving a detachable connection of the drive mechanism to the container 1 is: since the driving mechanism is connected to the rotating shaft 10, the rotating shaft 10 can be detachably connected to the container 1 in the manner as described above.
The drive mechanism can also be detachably connected with the rotating shaft 10, so that the drive mechanism can be detached independently, and the simplest mode of the detachable connection between the drive mechanism and the rotating shaft 10 is as follows: the cross section at the tail end of the rotating shaft 10 is polygonal, the output end of the driving mechanism is provided with a driving block, the driving block is a sleeve matched with the shape of the tail end of the rotating shaft, the tail end of the rotating shaft is inserted into the driving block, the rotating shaft and the driving mechanism can be detachably connected, and the driving mechanism can smoothly drive the rotating shaft to rotate.
Other connection mechanism modes can be adopted between the driving mechanism and the rotating shaft, for example, a threaded connection mode, a buckling connection mode, a tight sleeve connection mode and the like can be adopted, and a connection mode in fig. 1-6 can also be adopted, the driving mechanism is a manual driving mechanism, specifically, a rocking handle mode is adopted, the rocking handle comprises a handle body 22 and a grab handle 23 arranged on the handle body 22, and the handle body 22 can be in a disc shape or a strip shape or a plate shape. The rotating shaft 10 is provided with a pillow block 19, the handle body 22 is provided with a connecting part 17, the connecting part 17 is connected with the pillow block 10, and the driving mechanism drives the pillow block 19 to rotate through the connecting part 17, so as to drive the rotating shaft 10 to rotate. The connecting portion 17 may take the form of a sleeve 18, the sleeve 18 being generally disposed on the back of the shank 22, the sleeve 18 being fitted over the boss 19. The way that the shaft sleeve 18 drives the shaft boss 19 to rotate in this embodiment is: the lateral wall of pillow block 19 is equipped with passive protruding muscle 20, is equipped with initiative protruding muscle 21 on the inside wall of axle sleeve 18, axle sleeve 18 overlap in pillow block 19 on the back axle sleeve 18 rotate, axle sleeve 18 rotates back initiative protruding muscle 21 and offsets with passive protruding muscle 20, can drive pillow block 19 rotatory, it is rotatory that to drive pivot 10 promptly, thereby can also adopt other modes to connect between axle sleeve 18 and the pillow block 19 and drive pillow block 19 and then drive pivot 10 through axle sleeve 18 and rotate, for example threaded connection etc. between the two. As for the connected mode between axle sleeve 18 and the handle body 22, can adopt screw or other mounting to fix, or be equipped with drive block 24 on the handle body 22, be equipped with drive slot 25 on axle sleeve 18, drive block 24 inserts the drive slot and can drive axle sleeve 18 by the rocking handle and rotate, and then drive whole pivot 10 rotatory, drive slot 25 certainly can not set up to circular, can set up to runway shape or square etc., drive block 24's shape and drive slot 25 adaptation, can also add at this moment and establish the screw, thereby this screw penetrates drive block and drive slot and further stabilizes the connection.
Certainly, a shaft sleeve can be arranged on the upper portion of the rotating shaft 10, the connecting portion 17 is a shaft base, the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the shaft base, an active convex rib is arranged on the outer side wall of the shaft base, a passive convex rib is arranged on the inner side wall of the shaft sleeve, and the shaft sleeve rotates to enable the active convex rib to be abutted to the passive convex rib.
In fig. 1-3, the handle is supported on the splash guard 15 and the boss 18 penetrates into the splash guard 15. In fig. 12-14, the support mechanism for supporting the drive mechanism is a support plate without a splash cover, and the rest of the structure and the embodiment are the same as those in fig. 1-6, and will not be described again.
In the case of a drive mechanism and a bearing mechanism, another way of mounting the rotating shaft is: the bottom surface of the container 1 is not provided with a support shaft, and as shown in fig. 36 to 39, the rotating shaft 10 is connected with a driving mechanism described below and then suspended on a supporting mechanism described below. When the driving mechanism is in a rocking handle form, the connecting part on the handle body 22 and the rotating shaft 10 are connected into a whole to realize the suspension of the rotating shaft 10, the connecting mode between the rotating shaft 10 and the connecting part 17 on the handle body 22 can be a screw or other fixing part, or can be a detachable mode, for example, as shown in fig. 27 and 38, the connecting part 17 is provided with a hook 31, the upper end of the rotating shaft 10 is provided with a bayonet 32, the hook 31 is clamped in the bayonet 32, the bayonet 32 is provided with a wide part and a narrow part, the hook 31 firstly enters from the wide part of the bayonet 32, and then the hook 31 is positioned below the narrow part of the bayonet 32 after rotating for an angle, so that the positioning can be realized; or as shown in fig. 39, an insertion platform 35 is provided at the upper end of the rotating shaft 10, the connecting portion 17 is an insertion sleeve, an insertion slot 33 is provided on the insertion platform 35, an insertion block 34 is provided in the insertion sleeve, a sliding inlet 36 is provided on the insertion sleeve, the insertion platform 35 slides into the insertion sleeve from the sliding inlet 36, and the insertion block 34 slides into the insertion slot 35 and is tightly fitted.
When the shaft 10 is suspended from the support mechanism, the scrubber may be configured to: the scrubber 2 is adjustable to be far away from or close to the container 1 lateral wall to adapt to the fruit vegetables of different sizes, then adjust scrubber to be close to the lateral wall of container 1 to the fruit vegetables of less size, adjust scrubber 2 to be close to the lateral wall of container 1 to the fruit vegetables of great size, the concrete structural style that realizes the regulation can be: the splash guard cover 15 is provided with a strip-shaped sliding groove 52, and the connecting part 17 on the handle body is clamped in the sliding groove 52 and can slide back and forth, so that the scrubber 2 can slide at least close to or far away from the side wall of the container.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, when the driving mechanism is a manual driving mechanism, a friction reducing mechanism may be provided between the manual driving mechanism and the supporting mechanism for reducing friction therebetween. The friction reducing mechanism may be a rolling mechanism (e.g., rolling element) or a lubricating mechanism (e.g., lubricating grease), and the like, and is preferably a rolling mechanism, and the rolling mechanism may be a flat bearing 37, or may be a rolling mechanism such as a ball. When the support mechanism is the splash guard cover 15, the friction reducing mechanism is disposed between the splash guard cover 15 and the front surface of the handle 22, the friction reducing mechanism uses a flat bearing 37, wherein the splash guard cover 15 is provided with an accommodating groove 38, the flat bearing 37 is located in the accommodating groove 37 to prevent the flat bearing 37 from shifting, and the handle 22 can also be located in the accommodating groove 38 to keep flat with the splash guard cover 15.
As shown in fig. 25 and 26, a flat bearing 39 may be provided between the connecting portion 17 and the back surface of the shank 22 for better friction avoidance.
In order to make the flat bearing 37 more stable when it is placed, in this embodiment, the connecting portion 17 has a shoulder 40, when it is installed, the flat bearing 27 is first placed in the receiving groove 37, then the handle body 22 is placed above the splash guard cover 15, and then the connecting portion 17 is fixedly connected (e.g., fixed by screws or the like) with the handle body 22 from below the splash guard cover 15, and after the assembly, the shoulder 40 of the connecting portion 17 abuts against the back surface of the splash guard cover 15, so that the flat bearing 37 is sandwiched between the splash guard cover 15 and the handle body 22.
When the handle 23 holding the rocking handle rotates the rocking handle, the rocking handle can rock, and in order to avoid the rocking handle from rocking, a limiting mechanism for limiting the rocking handle to rock can be arranged on the supporting mechanism. In fig. 23-26, the supporting mechanism is the splash guard cover 15, and stop gear is for locating the stop sleeve 41 on the splash guard cover 15, connecting portion 17 with the adaptation of stop sleeve 41, stop sleeve 41 overlap in connecting portion 17 outside to spacing connecting portion 17, when connecting portion 17 adopted the form of axle sleeve, stop sleeve 41 overlaps outside the axle sleeve, can establish stop sleeve 51 respectively at the front and the back of splash guard cover 15 for to connecting portion 17 restrict, has obtained the better effect that prevents the rocking handle and rock.
In fig. 9-10, no support means for supporting the drive means is provided, the drive means being directly connected to the shaft, i.e.: the driving mechanism is a manual driving mechanism, a rocking handle is adopted, the rocking handle comprises a handle body 22 and a grab handle 23 arranged on the handle body 22, the handle body 22 can be disc-shaped or strip-shaped or plate-shaped, a driving block 24 is arranged on the handle body 22, a driving groove 25 is arranged on the rotating shaft 10, the driving block 24 is inserted into the driving groove, the rotating shaft 10 can be driven by the rocking handle to rotate, the driving groove 25 can not be set to be circular, and can be set to be runway-shaped or square, and the like, and the shape of the driving block 24 is matched with the driving groove 25.
Of course, the detachable connection mode between the rotating shaft and the driving mechanism can also be as follows: the rotating shaft is in threaded connection with the output end of the driving mechanism, in screw connection with the output end of the driving mechanism, in meshed connection through gears and the like.
A speed regulating mechanism can be arranged between the driving mechanism and the rotating shaft, the speed regulating mechanism can be a speed increasing mechanism (such as a gear train speed increasing mechanism), and when the speed regulating mechanism is the speed increasing mechanism, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft can be increased, so that higher-efficiency brushing is realized;
the speed regulating mechanism can be a speed reducing mechanism (such as a gear train speed reducing mechanism), and when the speed regulating mechanism is the speed reducing mechanism, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft can be reduced, and at the moment, the rotation of the brushing device can be easier;
the speed regulating mechanism can be a gearbox (namely, a gear shifting gearbox which has the same principle with a manual-gear automobile gearbox and outputs different gears by changing gears so as to achieve the purpose of speed regulation), and when the speed regulating mechanism is the gearbox, the speed increasing or the speed reducing of the rotation of the rotating shaft can be realized according to the actual use condition.
When the B-type scrubber is used for cleaning fruits and vegetables, the fruits and vegetables enter the scrubbing area 5 from the position between the scrubbing part 3 and the side surface of the container 1, and the position where the fruits and vegetables enter the scrubbing area from the position between the scrubbing part 3 and the side surface of the container 1 is a fruit and vegetable inlet; after entering the brushing area 5 from the fruit and vegetable inlet, the fruits and vegetables sequentially pass through the brushing area 5 and then flow out of the brushing area 5 from between the brushing part 3 and the side surface of the container 1, and the position where the fruits and vegetables flow out of the brushing area 5 from between the brushing part 3 and the side surface of the container 1 is a fruit and vegetable outlet. Therefore, in the case that the scrubber 2 includes a rotating shaft and a scrubbing part disposed on the rotating shaft, the container space between the fruit and vegetable inlet and the fruit and vegetable outlet corresponding to the scrubber is the scrubbing area 5 except the space occupied by the scrubber in the part of the container space, as shown by the right shaded part in fig. 42, and the container space on the other side not occupied by the scrubber is the temporary fruit and vegetable storage area 4. In addition, due to exceptional circumstances, a small amount of fruits and vegetables can not enter the brushing area 5, but enter the space outside the brushing area 5 occupied by the brushing device 2, and the space can be called as an internal circulation area 42, after the fruits and vegetables enter the internal circulation area 42, most of the fruits and vegetables are pushed to the fruit and vegetable inlet again under the action of the rotating brushing device 2, and then enter the brushing area 5 from the fruit and vegetable inlet for brushing again.
When the type B brushing device is adopted, the brushing device 2 is preferably close to one end of the container 1 so as to form a flowing circulation of the cleaning liquid and the fruit and vegetable. The size relationship between the brushing area 5 and the temporary fruit and vegetable flow area 4 can be as follows: the volume of brushing district 5 is less than the volume of fruit vegetables flow temporary storage area 4 can place more fruits at fruit vegetables flow temporary storage area 4 like this, and the fruit vegetables in brushing district 5 are through also controlling in certain extent simultaneously, guarantee that the fruit vegetables pass through brushing district 5 smoothly, prevent that too much fruit vegetables from producing when passing through brushing district 5 and blocking up.
In the form B of the scrubber, when the scrubber 2 rotates to circulate the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid preferably flows along the sidewall of the container 1, so that the flowing cleaning liquid does not impact the sidewall of the container 1 obliquely to lose the advancing power, and therefore, the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10 is preferably substantially perpendicular to the horizontal plane, where the perpendicular is an engineering basic perpendicular, belongs to the category of perpendicular within a reasonable angle, and is not required to be absolute perpendicular in a geometric sense. The rotating shaft 10 is not absolutely perpendicular to the horizontal plane, but the inclined rotating shaft 10 can still drive the cleaning liquid in the container to flow in the circulating channel when rotating, and the flow direction of the cleaning liquid also basically flows along the side wall of the container. When the rotating shaft 10 is not absolutely perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the connecting of the rotating shaft 10 and the rocking handle can adopt two modes, one mode is that the output end of the rocking handle is provided with bevel teeth, the rotating shaft is provided with a driven gear, the bevel teeth are meshed with the driven gear, the scrubber is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rocking handle, at the moment, the rotating shaft of the output end of the rocking handle is still parallel to the horizontal plane, and the operation is more comfortable when the rocking handle is rotated; the other type is that the rocking handle is directly connected with the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft at the output end of the rocking handle is in Tongzhou with the rotating shaft, so that the installation is simple and convenient, but the operation is slightly inconvenient.
When the B-type scrubber is adopted, the scrubbing part 3 comprises a plurality of rows of first flexible cleaning objects distributed along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and the first flexible cleaning objects are plastic flexible cleaning objects, soft rubber flexible cleaning objects or cloth strip flexible cleaning objects. The above-mentioned "axially distributed along the rotating shaft" refers to the axial distribution substantially along the rotating shaft, and may be the vertical arrangement or the spiral arrangement in the rotating shaft direction, and all belong to the above-mentioned "axially distributed along the rotating shaft", and this more regular arrangement mode can obtain better cleaning effect, and certainly the first flexible cleaning object may also be arranged in other irregular or regular distribution modes. Preferably, the spacing between adjacent rows of the first flexible cleaning objects is substantially equal in a radial cross-section of the scrubber.
The first flexible cleaning object can be bent in a touching mode, the first end of the first flexible cleaning object is arranged on the rotating shaft 10, and the second end of the first flexible cleaning object is a free end. When the fruit vegetables passed through brushing district 5, the touching of fruit vegetables and first flexible washing thing for first flexible washing thing is crooked, washes the fruit vegetables through first flexible washing thing.
The first flexible cleaning object can be formed in a specific manner as follows: each row of the first flexible cleaning object can be a complete row of flexible cleaning objects, such as a complete plastic strip (e.g., nylon strip, TPR strip, etc.), a complete soft rubber strip (e.g., silicone strip, etc.), a complete cloth strip, etc. The first flexible cleaning object is preferably arranged to extend obliquely downward to better contact with the fruits and vegetables to be cleaned during cleaning, and splashed water flowers generated by the agitation of the scrubber during rotation are also pressed by the first flexible cleaning object extending obliquely downward to reduce splashing of water. Particularly, when the tapered platform 31 is formed on the bottom surface of the container 1 corresponding to the scrubber, on one hand, the first flexible cleaning object extending obliquely downward presses the fruits and vegetables obliquely downward, and on the other hand, the fruits and vegetables flow outward along the tapered platform 31, so that the flow of the fruits and vegetables can be further promoted.
Each column of the first flexible cleaning matters can be formed in the following mode: the cleaning device comprises a plurality of rows of rod-shaped objects (the cross section of each rod-shaped object can be circular or in a direction or in other shapes), for example, a plurality of plastic rods (such as nylon rods, TPR rods and the like) are arranged to form a row of first flexible cleaning objects, a plurality of soft rubber rods (such as silica gel rods and the like) are arranged to form a row of first flexible cleaning objects, a plurality of plastic wires (such as nylon wires, TPR wires and the like) form a brush, a plurality of brushes are arranged to form a row of first flexible cleaning objects, a plurality of soft rubber wires (such as silica gel wires and the like) form a soft brush, and a plurality of soft brushes are arranged to form a row of first flexible cleaning objects and the like. The shaft itself may be in the form of a strip or other shape, such as a helix as shown.
When the type B scrubber is adopted, after the scrubber 2 is arranged on the container, the distance between the scrubbing part 3 and the side surface of the container 1 is preferably 0.5mm-5cm, at the moment, the scrubbing part 3 is not contacted with the side surface of the container 1, and the rotation of the scrubber 2 is easy. Another option is to: after the scrubber 2 is installed, the scrubbing part 3 is contacted with the side surface of the container 1, and the side surface of the container can be cleaned at the moment, so that the side surface of the container is self-cleaned.
When the type B brushing device is adopted, the preferable choices in the distribution of the brushing part 3 are as follows: the brushing parts 3 are basically distributed in the vertical height direction of the brushing area 5, so that the fruits and vegetables passing through the brushing area 5 can be basically brushed by the brushing parts in a friction mode, and the cleaning effect is better.
When the type B scrubber is adopted, as a more optimized arrangement, the inner side surface of the container 1 is provided with the wiping part 26, and the wiping part 26 may be a flexible cleaning object (such as plastic bristles, plastic brush columns, soft rubber strips, soft rubber bristles, flexible cloth strips and the like), raised strips or convex points or other forms, such as the wiping part 26 in fig. 26 is a wiping bristle and the wiping part in fig. 27 is a sponge. The wiping member may be located in front of scrubber 2, behind scrubber 2, directly opposite scrubber 2, or may be provided with wipes in front of, behind, or directly opposite scrubber 2, in the flowing direction of the cleaning liquid. The significance of providing the wipe component 26 is: if the wiping part 26 is arranged in front of the scrubber 2, the fruits and vegetables are wiped by the wiping part 26 before entering the brushing area 5; if the wiping part 26 is arranged behind the scrubber 2, the fruits and vegetables are wiped by the wiping part 26 when flowing out of the scrubbing area 5; when the wiping member 26 is provided directly opposite the scrubber 2, the fruits and vegetables are simultaneously subjected to the rubbing cleaning by the scrubbing unit 3 and the wiping member 26 while passing through the scrubbing area 5. Therefore, after the wiping part 26 is arranged, the fruits and vegetables can be brushed by the brushing part 3, and friction can be generated between the fruits and vegetables and the wiping part 26, so that a better cleaning effect can be achieved. Of course, the wiper members 26 may be provided at two or three positions in front of, behind, or opposite the scrubber 2.
The ends of the brushing portion preferably contact the wiping element 26 so that the brushing portion can clean the wiping element 26 and facilitate the turning of fruits and vegetables during cleaning of the fruits and vegetables.
As shown in fig. 34, the wiping member 26 may be provided directly on the container 1, and the wiping member 26 may be provided with: the wiping component 26 comprises a back plate 43 and a third flexible cleaning object 44 arranged on one side of the back plate 43, the third flexible cleaning object 44 can be bent in a touching mode, the third flexible cleaning object 44 is arranged towards the inner cavity of the container, the wiping component is detachably arranged on the inner side wall of the container, and the specific detachable connection mode can be as follows: the inner wall of the container 1 is provided with a slide rail 45 into which the back plate 43 slides.
In addition, the wiping part 26 may be provided in a plurality of pieces, and the third flexible cleaning object of the plurality of wiping parts has different lengths and can be mounted on the inner side wall of the container alternatively, that is, the wiping parts can be replaced with each other to adapt to the volume of the fruits and vegetables to be cleaned.
The bottom surface of the container 1 can be also provided with a cleaning part which can be in the form of convex points, soft rubber strips, bristles and the like, and fruits and vegetables can also be cleaned by friction of the high cleaning part in the flowing process, so that the fruits and vegetables are cleaned more cleanly.
When the type B scrubber is adopted, as the distance is reserved between two adjacent rows of the first flexible cleaning objects, the small fruits and vegetables are easy to drill between the two adjacent rows of the first flexible cleaning objects, so that the following consequences are caused: because the fruit vegetables are located between two adjacent first flexible washings, the fruit vegetables are held between two adjacent first flexible washings when the scrubber rotates, and only rotate along with the rotation of the scrubber, the first flexible washings cannot be broken through, and therefore the fruit vegetables cannot be scrubbed by the first flexible washings. Therefore, as shown in fig. 18, the brushing unit 3 may further include a plurality of rows of second flexible washed objects 27, the second flexible washed objects 27 are disposed between two adjacent rows of the first flexible washed objects 28, and the length of the second flexible washed objects 27 is smaller than that of the first flexible washed objects 28, so that after the smaller fruits and vegetables are drilled between the two adjacent rows of the first flexible washed objects 28, the fruits and vegetables may be brushed by the second flexible washed objects 27 and/or the first flexible washed objects 28. The material, distribution and structure of the second flexible cleaning object 27 can refer to the material, distribution and structure of the first flexible cleaning object 28.
One or more rows of the second flexible cleaning objects 27 can be arranged between two adjacent rows of the first flexible cleaning objects 28. If a row of the second flexible cleaning objects 27 is arranged between two adjacent rows of the first flexible cleaning objects 28, it is recommended that the distance between two adjacent rows of the first flexible cleaning objects 28 is equal, the distance between two adjacent rows of the second flexible cleaning objects 27 is equal, and the regular arrangement is favorable for enhancing the cleaning effect on the radial cross section of the scrubber 2.
When the cleaning liquid is circulated by the circulation driving mechanism, the circulation flow of the cleaning liquid mainly circulates along the wall surface of the container, so that a dead water region (where the cleaning liquid is substantially stationary) exists between the brushing region 5 and the fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage region 4 arranged in parallel, and once the fruit and vegetable are in the dead water region, the fruit and vegetable cannot flow circularly with the cleaning liquid flowing circularly, and cannot be brushed by the brushing device. In order to solve this problem, a baffle 9 may be provided in the container 1, the circulation path surrounds the baffle 9, and the dead water zone is substantially eliminated by the baffle 9, so that the range of the dead water zone can be greatly reduced, if not completely eliminated. The height of the barrier 9 should generally be greater than or equal to 1/5 the height of the container 1. The recommended baffle part 9 is provided with an arc surface which is convexly arranged towards the fruit and vegetable flow temporary storage area, so that the area of a dead water area can be further reduced, and the flowing fruits and vegetables can be ejected outwards to prevent the fruits and vegetables from being detained.
The barrier 9 may be generally configured as a spacer as described in fig. 19, although a spacer as shown in fig. 15 may be used. Of course the barrier may take other forms. Of course, as shown in fig. 20, the field of the present invention is not affected by the absence of the barrier, but there is a possibility that the fruits and vegetables stay in the dead water area and cannot be efficiently washed.
The barrier 9 may be formed separately from the container 1 or may be formed integrally with the container 1. When the blocking part 9 and the container 1 are formed separately, the blocking part 9 and the container 1 can be fixed by a buckle or a screw or a track on the container, the blocking part is inserted into the guide rail and then fixed, and the blocking part 9 can be detached by the detachable connection mode, so that the volume in the container is increased, and the container can be used as other washing containers. For example, in fig. 16, the bottom surface of the blocking portion 9 is provided with a slide rail groove 29, the bottom surface of the container 1 is provided with a slide rail, and the installation of the blocking portion 9 can be realized by sliding the slide rail into the slide rail groove 29; or the lower end of the baffle part is provided with an insertion hole, the bottom surface of the container is provided with an insertion column, and the insertion column is inserted into the insertion hole; other mounting ways of the barrier 9 may be: the lower part of the blocking part is provided with a clamping protrusion, the bottom surface of the container is provided with an embedding groove, a clamping groove is arranged in the embedding groove, and the blocking part can be installed by clamping the clamping protrusion into the clamping groove; the baffle part is connected with the container through a screw rod, the screw rod penetrates into the baffle part from the container, and a penetrating rod can be arranged in the baffle part and used for penetrating the screw rod. When the barrier 9 is integrally formed with the container 1, the preferred forming method is as follows: a hollow projection is formed on the bottom surface of the container 1, and the projection forms the barrier 9.
As described above, although the presence of the barrier 9 can eliminate the dead water region to some extent, the influence of the dead water region cannot be completely eliminated, or the flow rate of the cleaning liquid near the barrier 9 is lower than the flow rate of the cleaning liquid at the periphery of the container, and the fruits and vegetables near the barrier 9 may be retained near the barrier 9, so that the inclined surface 30 may be provided at the boundary between the barrier 9 and the bottom surface of the container 1, and the inclined surface 30 is inclined outward from the top to the bottom by the barrier 9, so that the fruits and vegetables at the boundary between the barrier 9 and the container 1 flow outward along the inclined surface 30, and the fruits and vegetables at the boundary between the barrier 9 and the container 1 enter the cleaning liquid at a high flow rate again.
After the baffle part 9 is arranged, a fruit and vegetable inlet is formed between the downstream end of the baffle part 9 and the side wall of the container in the flowing direction of the cleaning liquid. In order to prevent the fruits and vegetables from being jammed at the fruit and vegetable inlet, a retracted guide surface is arranged at the downstream end of the baffle part 9 so as to form a wider fruit and vegetable guide opening between the guide surface and the side wall of the container.
Another measure for preventing fruit and vegetable congestion is as follows: the rotating shaft 10 can be arranged on the container in a bidirectional rotating manner, namely the rotating shaft 10 can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, and a one-way mechanism is not arranged between the rotating shaft 10 and the container. After the rotating shaft 10 is designed to rotate in two directions, once the fruits and vegetables are jammed in the container 1, the rotating shaft 10 can be rotated in the opposite direction, so that the scrubber 2 rotates in the opposite direction, and the cleaning liquid flows in the opposite direction, so that the jammed fruits and vegetables can be scattered, and the jam of the fruits and vegetables can be solved.
In the case of the scrubber of type B, the cleaning liquid in the container 1 is thrown out by the rotation of the scrubber 2, and the splashing of the cleaning liquid occurs. A splash guard 15 can therefore be placed over the brushing area 5, which is normally mounted on the container 1 to prevent the cleaning liquid from being thrown out. Typically, the splash guard 15 is a plastic piece, preferably transparent, so that the cleaning conditions in the brushing area 5 can be observed. The splash cover 15 may cover only the brushing area or, as shown in fig. 17, may cover the area outside the brushing area 5 so as to close the upper opening of the container 1 for better water-retaining effect. The splash guard 15 is usually covered on the container 1, and the container 1 and the splash guard 15 are preferably detachably connected by means of a snap connection or the like, for example, a hook is provided on the splash guard 15 and is locked on the upper edge of the container 1. Another way to install the splash guard 15 is to erect it directly in the container 1 without any connection to the container 1, and at this time, when using the fruit and vegetable washing device of the present invention, it is necessary to press the splash guard 15 with a hand, and in order to prevent the splash guard 15 from moving, a flange is provided on the splash guard 15, and the flange is close to the outer edge of the container 1 to prevent the splash guard 15 from moving.
The above-mentioned detachable connection of the splash guard 15 to the container 1 and the installation directly erected on the container 1 can also detach the splash guard 15, and at this time, the splash guard 15 can also be shaped to be detachable and then placed in the container 1, as shown in fig. 43, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the packaging volume. Especially when the rocking handle is supported on the splash-proof cover 15, because the handle 23 is protruded on the splash-proof cover, when the splash-proof cover 15 is disassembled and then can be put into the container 1, the back of the splash-proof cover 15 is put into the container 1 upwards, and then the handle 23 is also put into the container, thereby further reducing the packaging volume and preventing the handle 23 from being broken off in the transportation process.
In order to further reduce the splashing of the cleaning liquid, a water blocking mechanism may be disposed between the splash-proof cover 15 and the container 1 to block the water thrown by the brushing unit 3 and prevent the water thrown by the brushing unit 3 from leaking out of the container. The concrete structural style of the water retaining mechanism can be as follows: the water retaining mechanism comprises a splash-proof groove arranged on the upper end surface of the container 1 and splash-proof ribs arranged on the splash-proof blocking cover 15, and the splash-proof ribs can be inserted into the splash-proof groove when the splash-proof blocking cover 15 is covered on the brushing area; or the water retaining mechanism comprises splash-proof ribs arranged on the upper end surface of the container 1 and splash grooves arranged on the splash-proof blocking cover 15, wherein the splash-proof blocking cover 15 covers the brushing area, and the splash-proof ribs can be inserted into the splash grooves. The splashproof rib can keep off the washing liquid, and the splashproof groove can hold the washing liquid that is kept off down.
Another concrete structural form of the water retaining mechanism can be as follows: the water retaining mechanism comprises a sealing ring arranged between the splash-proof blocking cover 15 and the container 1, and the sealing ring realizes water sealing and basically stops the outward splashing of cleaning liquid.
Generally, the splash guard 15 is detachably connected to the container 1, and the splash guard 15 is removed to facilitate cleaning of a brushing area and replacement of a scrubber. The splatter shield 15 generally only needs to be erected on the container 1, but for further stability, detachable connections such as snap connections, screw connections and the like can of course also be used between the splatter shield 15 and the container 1.
After the splash guard cover 15 is arranged, the splash guard part can be arranged on the splash guard cover 15, namely, the splash guard cover 15 is provided with a clapboard, the splash guard cover 15 covers the brushing area 5, the clapboard can stretch into the container 1, so that the circulating channel surrounds the clapboard.
After the splash guard 15 is provided, the drive mechanism can be supported on the splash guard 15, the splash guard 15 forming the previously described support mechanism for supporting the drive mechanism.
As a preferable structure, a water filtering port may be formed on the side wall of the container 1, and after the fruits and vegetables are washed, water can be poured out through the water filtering port, while the fruits and vegetables are trapped in the container and cannot be poured out through the water filtering port.
As a preferable structure, a draining basket 46 is arranged in the container 1, water leakage holes 47 are formed in the draining basket 46, and the scrubber 2 is positioned in the draining basket 46. In fig. 27, the draining basket 46 is completely located in the said container 1; in fig. 28, the upper edge of the draining basket preferably overlies the container 1, and in a more conventional manner the upper end of the draining basket has a flange 48 which bridges the upper end of the container 1, in which case the splash guard 15 may also be mounted on the draining basket 46 and the splash guard 15 on the draining basket 46. The fruit and vegetable are placed in the draining basket 46 during cleaning, the draining basket 46 is lifted after cleaning is completed, and for a scene where the scrubber 2 is detachable, the scrubber 2 is firstly detached and then the draining basket 6 is lifted; for the scene that the scrubber is not detachable, a notch corresponding to the scrubber 2 needs to be formed on the bottom surface of the draining basket 46. The bottom of the draining basket 46 preferably substantially conforms to the bottom of the container 1 to avoid loss of space in the container 1, by "substantially conforming" it is meant that the bottom of the draining basket 1 may be substantially conformed to the bottom of the container 1, or there may be a small distance therebetween.
Another benefit of providing the drain basket 46 is: as shown in fig. 29, the side wall and the bottom surface of the draining basket 46 form the outer contour of the circulation channel to ensure that the circulation channel formed during use can smoothly form the circulation of cleaning liquid and fruits and vegetables, so that the shape of the container 1 can be changed at will, as long as the draining basket 46 can be accommodated, the appearance design of the container 1 can have various possibilities, i.e. the shape of the draining basket 46 can not be matched with the shape of the container 1, and the volume of the container 1 can be designed to be larger at this moment to increase the water volume in the container 1. Of course, the shape of the draining basket 46 can also be adapted to the shape of the container 1.
After the draining basket 46 is provided, as shown in fig. 33, a partition 49 may be provided on the draining basket 46, the circulation passage surrounds the partition 49, and the partition 49 has a function equivalent to the above-mentioned partition 9. As shown in fig. 32, when the baffle 9 is arranged in the container 1, a baffle notch 50 corresponding to the baffle 9 needs to be formed on the draining basket, so that when the draining basket 46 is lifted after the fruits and vegetables are cleaned, a part of the fruits and vegetables can fall from the baffle notch 50; the partition 49 is disposed on the draining basket, so that the bottom surface of the draining basket 46 does not need to be provided with a notch corresponding to the blocking portion 9, thereby preventing the fruits and vegetables from falling off. Of course, as shown in fig. 31, when the partition is not provided in the container, the draining basket 46 does not need to be provided with a notch corresponding to the partition, and the problem that a part of fruits and vegetables fall off from the notch when the draining basket 46 is lifted is avoided.
As shown in fig. 30, after the draining basket 46 is arranged, when the rotating shaft 10 is supported on the supporting shaft and the rotating shaft is detachable, the draining basket 46 needs to be provided with a supporting shaft notch 51 corresponding to the supporting shaft, and when the draining basket 46 is lifted, a part of fruits and vegetables can fall from the supporting shaft notch 51; as shown in fig. 31, when the shaft 10 is suspended from the support mechanism, the basket 46 does not need to be provided with the support shaft notch corresponding to the support shaft.
After the draining basket is arranged, the wiping part can be arranged on the side wall of the draining basket, the arrangement mode of the wiping part can refer to the arrangement mode of the wiping part on the container, the wiping part 26 can be directly arranged on the draining basket 1, and the wiping part 26 can also be arranged as follows: the wiping part 26 comprises a back plate 43 and a third flexible cleaning object 44 arranged on one side of the back plate 43, the third flexible cleaning object 44 can be bent by touching, the third flexible cleaning object 44 is arranged towards the inner cavity of the container, the wiping part is detachably arranged on the side wall of the draining basket, and the specific detachable connection mode can be as follows: the side wall of the draining basket is provided with a slide rail 45, and the back plate 43 slides into the slide rail.
After the draining basket is provided, this is required from the side wall of the draining basket to be a perforation through which the third flexible wash load 44 passes when the aforementioned wiping part is provided on the container.
