The structure of the staple cartridge assembly according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 to 10 show structural schematic views of a nail bin assembly according to an embodiment of the utility model. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cartridge assembly comprises a cartridge 1 and a firing block 3, wherein the firing block 3 at least partially enters the interior of the cartridge 1. The upper surface of the nail bin 1 is a nail bin surface, and a plurality of nail holes 17 are distributed on the nail bin surface. The cartridge 1 comprises a plurality of cartridge walls 13, the cartridge walls 13 defining at least one receiving slot 14, the receiving slot 14 for receiving staples. In this embodiment, two magazine walls 13 of the magazine 1 closest to the central axis define a channel 19 therebetween, and two receiving grooves 14 are respectively provided on both sides of the channel 19. In other alternative embodiments, the number and distribution of receiving slots 14 and the distribution of nail holes 17 may be different from that of the embodiment, for example, further increasing the number of receiving slots 14 or decreasing the number of receiving slots 14, and all fall within the protection scope of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the firing block 3 includes a staple pushing portion 31 corresponding to the receiving groove 14 and a guiding portion 32 corresponding to the knife channel 19. The staple pushing part 31 enters the corresponding receiving groove 14, the guiding part 32 enters the channel 19, the firing block 3 can move along the axial direction of the stapler, so that the staple pushing part 31 moves axially in the receiving groove 14, and the guiding part 32 moves axially in the channel 19.
In the present invention, the distal end side and the proximal end side are, with respect to the operator, the end closer to the operator is the proximal end side, the end farther from the operator, that is, the end closer to the surgical site is the distal end side, and the direction along the axial center of the stapler is the axial direction, that is, the direction from the distal end side to the proximal end side of the stapler, or the direction from the proximal end side to the distal end side of the stapler. For example, in the view of FIG. 1, proximal side 11 is the right side and distal side 12 is the left side for cartridge 1, and proximal side 21 is the right side and distal side 22 is the left side for cartridge cover 2. The direction S1 in fig. 1 is the direction from the distal side 12 to the proximal side 11 of the staple cartridge 1, the direction S1 and/or the direction opposite to the direction S1 is defined as the axial direction of the stapler, the direction S2 in fig. 3 is defined as the lateral direction of the stapler, i.e. the width direction, and the direction S3 in fig. 4 is defined as the longitudinal direction of the stapler, i.e. the height direction. In the present invention, in the cartridge assembly, the inner side and the outer side are relative to the channel 19, the side near the channel 19 is the inner side, and the side away from the channel 19 is the outer side, for example, for each receiving groove 14, it has two side walls, one side wall is closer to the channel 19 relative to the other side wall, the side wall near the channel 19 is the inner side wall, and the side wall away from the channel 19 is the outer side wall.
As shown in fig. 2, a magazine cover 2 is further disposed outside the magazine 1, the magazine cover 2 includes a bottom wall and two side walls, the bottom wall of the magazine cover 2 is opposite to the bottom surface of the magazine 1, and the two side walls of the magazine cover 2 are attached to the two side walls of the magazine 1. The side wall of the magazine lid 2 is provided with at least one protrusion 23. The nail bin assembly may further include a nail bin frame (not shown in the figures), when the nail bin assembly needs to be assembled, after the firing block 3 is installed on the proximal end side 11 of the nail bin 1, the firing block 3, the nail bin 1 and the nail bin cover 2 may be installed in the nail bin frame together, and the protruding portion 23 of the nail bin cover 2 is in interference fit with the nail bin frame to well maintain the nail bin 1 in the nail bin frame. During stapler firing, the firing block 3 is driven towards the distal side 12 of the cartridge 1 to push out staples inside the cartridge 1 through the staple holes 17. After the stapler is fired, the firing block 3 moves to the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1, at this time, the firing block 3, the staple cartridge 1 and the staple cartridge cover 2 can be taken out of the staple cartridge rack together, so that the fired staple cartridge 1 can be disassembled, and a new unfired staple cartridge 1 can be replaced in the staple cartridge rack.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment the proximal side 11 of the cartridge 1 has a smaller transverse width than the distal side 12 of the cartridge 1. The nail bin 1 can be placed in the nail bin rack, and the nail bin 1 can be taken out of the nail bin rack more conveniently. The shape of the nail bin cover 2 is also adapted to the shape of the nail bin 1, namely, the transverse distance between the two side walls of the nail bin cover 2 at the near end side is also smaller than the transverse distance between the two side walls of the nail bin cover 2 at the far end side, so that after the nail bin 1 and the nail bin cover 2 are combined, the transverse width of the whole near end side is smaller than the transverse width of the far end side. However, the utility model is not limited thereto, and in alternative embodiments, the lateral width of the proximal side 11 of the cartridge 1 may be equal to or greater than the lateral width of the distal side 12 of the cartridge 1, according to different design requirements.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken in the direction of P1-P1 in fig. 3, showing the sectional structure of one accommodation groove 14. The receiving groove 14 includes a first proximal portion 141, a first connecting portion 143, and a first distal portion 142, which are arranged in this order from the proximal end to the distal end, and the first connecting portion 143 is used to receive staples. At least one side wall of the first proximal portion 141 of the receiving groove 14 is provided with a first relief 15, and at least one side wall of the first distal portion 142 of the receiving groove 14 is provided with a second relief 16. The state of the firing block 3 when located on the proximal and distal sides 11, 12 of the cartridge 1, respectively, is exemplarily shown in fig. 4. When the firing block 3 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1, the staple pushing portion 31 of the firing block 3 is matched with the first avoiding portion 15. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the firing block 3 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1, a first avoidance space is formed between the side wall of the receiving groove 14 provided with the first avoidance portion 15 and the staple pushing portion 31, and the transverse width of the first avoidance space is d 1. Therefore, a non-close fit is formed between the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1 and the firing block 3, so that the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1 is not spread outward due to the installation of the firing block 3, and even if the firing block 3 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1, the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1 can still keep the initial transverse width from increasing, i.e., when the staple cartridge 1 is installed in the stapler, i.e., when the staple cartridge is installed in a staple cartridge rack, a space for avoiding the first avoiding portion 15 is formed under the action of the staple cartridge rack, so that the difficulty in installing the staple cartridge 1 in the staple cartridge rack is not increased.
As shown in fig. 4, when the firing block 3 is located at the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1, the staple pushing portion 31 of the firing block 3 is engaged with the second avoiding portion 16. As shown in fig. 8 and 10, when the firing block 3 is located at the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1, a second avoiding space is formed between the side wall of the receiving groove 14 provided with the second avoiding portion 16 and the staple pushing portion 31, the transverse width of the second avoiding space is d2, and the width d2 may be the same as or different from the transverse width d1 of the first avoiding space. Therefore, a non-tight fit is formed between the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1 and the firing block 3, so that the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1 is not spread outwards due to the movement of the firing block 3 to the distal end side 12, and even if the firing block 3 is positioned on the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1, the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1 can still keep the initial transverse width and cannot be increased, and the difficulty in detaching the staple cartridge 1 from the staple cartridge rack cannot be increased.
Fig. 5 shows a sectional structure of the gate 19. The state of the firing block 3 when located on the proximal and distal sides 11, 12 of the cartridge 1, respectively, is exemplarily shown in fig. 5. The sipe 19 includes a second proximal portion 191, a second connecting portion 193, and a second distal portion 192, which are arranged in this order from the proximal end to the distal end. At least one sidewall of the second proximal portion 191 of the gate 19 is provided with a third escape portion 181, and at least one sidewall of the second distal portion 192 of the gate 19 is provided with a fourth escape portion 182. When the firing block 3 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1, the guide portion 32 of the firing block 3 is matched with the third avoiding portion 181, and when the firing block 3 is located at the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1, the guide portion 32 of the firing block 3 is matched with the fourth avoiding portion 182. As shown in fig. 7, when the firing block 3 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the staple cartridge 1, a third escape space is formed between the side wall of the knife path 19 provided with the third escape portion 181 and the guide portion 32. Therefore, the guide portion 32 is not closely fitted to the proximal end side of the knife path 19, and it is further ensured that the proximal end side 11 of the magazine 1 is not spread outward after the firing block 3 is attached. As shown in fig. 10, when the firing block 3 is located at the distal end side 12 of the staple cartridge 1, a fourth escape space is formed between the side wall of the knife channel 19 provided with the fourth escape portion 182 and the guide portion 32. Therefore, the guiding portion 32 is not tightly fitted with the distal end side of the knife path 19, and further ensures that the distal end side 12 of the nail bin 1 is not spread outwards after the firing block 3 moves to the distal end side. Therefore, the cartridge assembly of the embodiment has a simple structure, and the cartridge 1 can be conveniently and simply mounted and dismounted in the cartridge rack.

In this embodiment, the shape of the second groove is adapted to the shape of the side wall of the staple pushing portion 31, that is, the distal end side of the second groove has an inclined surface adapted to the distal end side of the staple pushing portion 31.
In this embodiment, the first groove and the second groove are not disposed on the side wall of the first connecting portion 143 of the receiving groove 14, and when the firing block 3 is located at the first connecting portion 143, the two side walls of the staple pushing portion 31 are respectively attached to the two side walls of the first connecting portion 143, so that when the firing block 3 pushes out staples, the staple pushing portion 31 can be ensured to stably move in the axial direction without any lateral deflection, and the firing stability of the stapler is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, in this embodiment, the third avoidance portion 181 is a third groove. Preferably, the third avoidance portion 181 is formed on each of both side walls of the second proximal portion 191 of the trough 19. As shown in fig. 5, when the firing block 3 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the nail cartridge 1, the projection of the guide portion 32 on the plane of the third groove is completely located within the coverage of the third groove, so as to ensure that when the guide portion 32 is located at the proximal end side 11 of the nail cartridge 1, the outer side wall of the guide portion 32 does not contact with the two side walls of the trough 19, and thus, the outer side wall of the trough 19 does not exert outward expansion force on the two side walls of the trough 19. The shape of the third groove is adapted to the shape of the side wall of the guide portion 32, i.e., the distal end side of the third groove is formed with an inclined surface adapted to the distal end side of the guide portion 32.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, in this embodiment, the fourth relief 182 is a fourth groove.
