In addition, the fixing bracket 10 may have a hole 11, for example, the hole 11 is located at the joint of the first plate 110 and the second plate 120 and extends along the joint direction. In addition, the first board 110 may further have at least one engaging groove 113, wherein the engaging groove 113 is opened at an end 111 of the first board 110 away from the second board 120 and tapers toward the second board 120. It should be noted that the fixing bracket 10 may be, but is not limited to, an integrally formed structure, and the shape shown in the drawings is only for illustration and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way.
One end of the movable bracket 20 is pivotally disposed at one end of the fixed bracket 10, and the other end of the movable bracket 20 is detachably connected to the other end of the fixed bracket 10, so that the movable bracket 20 can move relative to the fixed bracket 10 to cover the other two adjacent sides of the electronic unit 8. Specifically, the movable bracket 20 may be but not limited to an integrally formed structure, and may include a first plate portion 210, a second plate portion 220, and a third plate portion 230, where the first plate portion 210 and the third plate portion 230 are vertical to two opposite sides of the second plate portion 220, and these three portions may form a U-shaped structure, the movable bracket 20 may be pivotally connected to an end edge 121 of the second plate 120 of the fixed bracket 10 away from the first plate 110 through the first plate portion 210, and the movable bracket 20 may be assembled to an end edge 111 of the first plate 110 away from the second plate 120 through the third plate portion 230. The detailed description is as follows.
In this embodiment, the first plate portion 210 is pivotally fixed to the end edge 121 of the second plate 120 of the fixing bracket 10 at a pivot end 211 away from the second plate portion 220, and the third plate portion 230 may have at least one barb structure 231, which extends and protrudes outward from the third plate portion 230 in a direction away from the first plate portion 210, and is adapted to be detachably inserted into the engaging groove 113 at the end edge 111 of the first plate 110 of the fixing bracket 10, so that the third plate portion 230 is fixed to the first plate 110.
When the two opposite ends of the movable bracket 20 (i.e., the pivot end 211 and the barb 231 of the third plate portion 230) are fixed to the fixed bracket 10, the movable bracket 20 and the fixed bracket 10 together surround the accommodating space S for accommodating the electronic unit 8. It should be noted that, as long as the third plate portion of the movable bracket can be detachably fixed to the first plate body of the fixed bracket, the number and shape of the barb structures and the engaging grooves of the fixing assembly of other embodiments can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
The first hook member 310 is pivotally disposed at the outer side of the movable bracket 20 of the frame body C. Specifically, the first hook member 310 may include a first engaging portion 311, a first pivot portion 313 and a first hook portion 315, the first engaging portion 311 and the first hook portion 315 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the first hook member 310, wherein the first hook portion 315 may be used to hook the engaging hole 921 of the supporting frame 92 of the chassis 91, and the first hook member 310 may be pivoted to the first plate portion 210 of the movable bracket 20 and located at an outer side of the first plate portion 210 via the first pivot portion 313 between the first engaging portion 311 and the first hook portion 315.
On the other hand, the second hook 320 is pivotally disposed on the fixing bracket 10 of the frame body C. Specifically, the second hook 320 may include a second engaging portion 321, a second pivot portion 323, and a second hook portion 325, the second engaging portion 321 and the second hook portion 325 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the second hook 320, wherein the second hook portion 325 may be used to hook the engaging hole 921 of the supporting frame 92 of the chassis 91, and the second hook 320 may be pivoted to the inner side of the first plate 110 of the fixing bracket 10 via the second pivot portion 323 between the second engaging portion 321 and the second hook portion 325 and movably pass through the hole 11 of the fixing bracket 10, and the extending range of the hole 11 limits the rotatable range of the second hook 320.
The connecting element 50 is pivotally connected to the first connecting portion 311 of the first hook 310, and the other side of the connecting element 50 opposite to the first hook 310 is pivotally connected to the handle 40, in other words, the connecting element 50 is pivotally connected between the first hook 310 and the handle 40. Thereby, the first hook member 310 and the handle member 40 are pivotally movable relative to each other via the engaging member 50. Alternatively, one end of the handle member 40 may be indirectly connected to the first hooking member 310 via the pivot joint member 50. As used herein, "indirectly connected" means that the elements so described may be connected to each other via one or more other elements.
The handle member 40 is detachably fixed to the second hooking member 320. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the engaging element 60 is disposed at the other end of the handle element 40 opposite to the engaging element 50, the engaging element 60 is, for example, a protrusion structure with a substantially T-shaped end, and accordingly, the second engaging portion 321 of the second hooking element 320 is, for example, U-shaped and has a cut 3211, so that the handle element 40 can be fixed to the second hooking element 320 by sliding the engaging element 60 into the cut 3211. When the handle 40 is fixed to the second hook 320, the user can move the first hook 310 and the second hook 320 synchronously only by moving the handle 40. It should be noted that, as long as the fastening device can be used to detachably fix one end of the handle member to the second hook member, the selection of the fastening device can be adjusted according to actual requirements, for example, the fastening device of the fixing component in other embodiments may be replaced by a magnet set that is respectively disposed on the second hook member and the handle member and can attract each other.
In addition, in order to maintain the first hook member 310 and the second hook member 320 at a specific angle for facilitating other operations, in the embodiment, the fixing assembly 1 may further include a positioning pin 70, the positioning pin 70 may be disposed on the first plate 110 of the fixing bracket 10, for example, adjacent to one side of the hole 11, the positioning pin 70 may be, but not limited to, any suitable spring-loaded plunger (spring-loaded plunger), which has a pin P (pin) capable of being driven by an internal spring to telescopically protrude from the inner surface of the first plate 110, the pin P can pass through the second hook member 320 to maintain the second hook member 320 at the current position, and the first hook member 310 and the second hook member 320 are also limited to maintain at the current position when being connected and fixed, but when the positioning pin 70 is pulled to submerge the plunger into the inner surface of the first plate 110, the first hook 310 and the second hook 320 can swing.
It should be added that, as long as the requirement of stopping the first hook member 310 and/or the second hook member 320 at a specific angle by telescopically protruding from the inner surface of the fixing bracket 10 can be achieved, the fixing assembly of other embodiments may also use any other suitable mechanism as the positioning pin, such as a thumb screw.
In addition, in order to enhance the connection strength between the third plate portion 230 of the movable bracket 20 and the first plate 110 of the fixed bracket 10 for other operations, the fixing assembly 1 may further include an elastic release member 80. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first plate 110 of the fixing bracket 10 may have at least one through hole 115, the elastic releasing element 80 may include a fixing portion 810, an elastic piece portion 820 and at least one stopping protrusion 830, the fixing portion 810 and the elastic piece portion 820 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the elastic releasing element 80, the stopping protrusion 830 is disposed between the fixing portion 810 and the elastic piece portion 820, the elastic releasing element 80 is fixed to the third plate 230 through the fixing portion 810, so that the stopping protrusion 830 movably penetrates through the third plate 230 and protrudes out of the through hole 115 of the first plate 110, and the elastic piece portion 820 may swing relative to the fixing portion 810 and the third plate 230 when a force is applied to make the stopping protrusion 830 penetrate through or separate from the through hole 115.
Thus, when the barb structure 231 of the movable bracket 20 is inserted into the engaging groove 113 of the fixed bracket 10, the stopping protrusion 830 of the elastic releasing member 80 can pass through the through hole 115 of the fixed bracket 10 to limit the movement of the barb structure 231 in the direction of being separated from the engaging groove 113. It should be noted that, as long as the purpose of restricting the barb structure from being separated from the engaging groove can be achieved, the number and shape of the through holes and the stopping protrusions of the fixing assembly of other embodiments can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and even the fixing assembly of some embodiments can omit the elastic releasing element and the configuration associated therewith according to different requirements.
Then, the fixing component is operated to further understand the purpose and effect. First, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 4 together to describe how to take out the fixing assembly 1 from the housing 91. The user can pull the positioning pin 70 outward (as shown by arrow a 1) to release the restriction of the positioning pin 70 on the second hook member 320, so that the user can push the handle member 40 (as shown by arrow a 2) to drive the first hook member 310 and the second hook member 320 to rotate relative to the fixing bracket 10, and the second hook portion 325 at the end of the second hook member 320 is separated from the engaging hole 921 of the supporting bracket 92, meanwhile, although not seen from the view of the drawing, the first hook portion 315 at the end of the first hook member 310 can be separated from the engaging hole 921 of the supporting bracket 92. The user can then release the detent pin 70 to allow its plunger to again protrude from the inner surface of the fixing bracket 10 to maintain the second catch 320 in the current position. In this operation, the fixing member 1 can be taken out from the casing 91 (as shown by an arrow a3 in fig. 1).
On the contrary, the user only needs to put the fixing assembly 1 back into the case 91, remove the limitation of the positioning pin 70, and pull the handle 40 to hook the first hook 310 and the second hook 320 on the fastening hole 921 of the supporting frame 92, so as to complete the operation of installing the electronic unit 8 in the case 91.
It should be noted that the supporting frame 92 not only can be used for clamping and fixing the fixing component 1 to the case 91, but also can be used for supporting one end of the whole body formed by the fixing component 1 and the electronic unit 8 thereon, so as to stabilize or balance the position of the whole body in the case 91. In addition, in some embodiments, a mechanism (not shown) capable of engaging with the fixing frame body may be selectively added to the chassis of the electronic device at an end of the fixing frame body relatively far away from the hook member, so as to support the weight of the two opposite ends of the fixing frame body with the supporting frame, respectively, thereby stabilizing or balancing the fixing frame body.
Next, please refer to fig. 5A to 5C to describe how to take the electronic unit 8 out of the fixing assembly 1. First, as shown in fig. 5A-5B, the user can first pull the resilient portion 820 of the resilient releasing element 80 (as indicated by arrow a 4) to drive the stopping protrusion 830 to disengage from the through hole 115 of the fixed bracket 10, so that the barb 231 of the movable bracket 20 is no longer restricted and can move in a direction to disengage from the engaging groove 113 of the fixed bracket 10 (as indicated by arrow a 5). At the same time or subsequently, the handle member 40 can be pushed toward the second hooking member 320 (as indicated by arrow a 6) to make the engaging member 60 at one end thereof come out of the notch 3211 of the second engaging portion 321 of the second hooking member 320.
That is, at this time, one end of the movable bracket 20 has been released from the fixed bracket 10, and one end of the handle 40 has been released from the second hook 320, that is, the movable bracket 20 and the second hook 320 are both in a freely swinging state at this time. Thus, as shown in fig. 5C, the user can then open the movable stand 20 relative to the fixed stand 10 (as indicated by arrow a 7) to expose the covered electronic unit 8, so as to replace the electronic unit 8.
On the contrary, the user can simply follow the above steps to complete the operation of mounting the electronic unit 8 on the fixing assembly 1, for example, the movable bracket 20 is rotated to insert the barb structure 231 into the engaging groove 113 of the fixing bracket 10, at this time, the elastic releasing element 80 will make the stopping protrusion 830 pass through the through hole 115 of the fixing bracket 10 by its own elasticity, and then the engaging element 60 on the handle element 40 is inserted into the notch 3211 of the second hooking element 320.
From the above operations, the fixing assembly of the present embodiment can complete the dismounting and mounting of one or more electronic units 8 in a simple step without tools, thereby achieving a simple process of screwless quick dismounting, and facilitating the operations of maintenance, replacement, upgrading and the like of the expansion card.
Finally, it is added that the fixing assembly may optionally omit the aforementioned components and other configurations associated with the modification as long as the effect of fixing the electronic unit meets the actual requirement. For example, the second hook member may be omitted from the fixing assembly of other embodiments, in this case, only the engaging hole corresponding to the first hook member may be reserved on the supporting frame, and the handle member and the engaging member may also be omitted from the fixing assembly on the premise that the user can still operate the first hook member.
The fixing assembly and the electronic device comprising the fixing assembly disclosed by the embodiment of the utility model have the advantages that the frame body for accommodating the electronic unit can be clamped and fixed on the case in a mode of operating the clamping hook piece by the handle piece, and the traditional means of locking the frame body by screws is avoided, so that a server applying the fixing assembly of the embodiment can stabilize the position of the expansion card to avoid the influence of vibration, and meanwhile, the convenience of operations such as maintenance, replacement and upgrading of the expansion card is considered.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it is not intended to limit the utility model. Those skilled in the art can make modifications and alterations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. With regard to the scope of protection defined by the present invention, reference should be made to the scope of the appended claims.
