Thus, when the motor 54 drives the driving wheel 52 to rotate, the driven wheel 53 can rotate along with the driving wheel, so that the belt 51 can rotate circularly, each accommodating part 1 is driven to move in the left-right direction, and each accommodating part 1 is conveyed, so that each accommodating part 1 can sequentially pass below the water adding device 3. The conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 5 is along the left-right direction. The two ends of the conveying mechanism 5 in the left-right direction are not shielded by the baffle plates, so that workers can stand at the two ends to disassemble, assemble and replace the accommodating part 1 and the alcohol container on the accommodating part.
The container 1 is mounted on a conveying mechanism 5 for mounting an alcohol container. As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment, the accommodating member 1 is cylindrical and has a plurality of accommodating grooves 11, the plurality of accommodating grooves 11 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the accommodating member 1, and the cross section of each accommodating groove 11 is circular. Each of the accommodating grooves 11 is used for accommodating one alcohol container. The bottom of the container 1 is provided with a connecting rod 12, and the connecting rod 12 is inserted into a mounting groove 57 on the surface of the belt 51 to realize detachable connection on the conveying mechanism 5. As shown in fig. 2, among the plurality of receiving members 1 mounted on the conveying mechanism 5, the distance between any two adjacent receiving members 1 is equal, that is, the plurality of receiving members 1 are arranged on the conveying mechanism 5 in the left-right direction at equal intervals.
The holding devices 2 are installed in the accommodating grooves 11 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and are used for holding and fixing the alcohol container in the accommodating groove 11. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the holding device 2 includes three pairs of holding members 21, the three pairs of holding members 21 are arranged at intervals in the depth direction of the accommodating groove 11, and two holding members 21 of each pair of holding members 21 are connected to the side wall of the accommodating groove 11 opposite to each other such that they are symmetrically distributed about the longitudinal center line of the accommodating groove 11. Each clamp assembly 21 comprises a clamp 22, a telescopic rod 25 and a spring 24. The holder 22 is connected to the side wall of the container 11 by a telescopic bar 25. The spring 24 is sleeved outside the telescopic rod 25, and two ends of the spring are respectively contacted with the clamping piece 22 and the side wall of the accommodating groove 11. As shown in fig. 4, the clamp 22 is provided with an arcuate recess 26. Thus, after the alcohol container is placed in the containing groove 11, the clamping piece 22 can contact with the alcohol container through the groove 26 under the action of the spring 24 and the telescopic rod 25 and push the alcohol container to clamp and fix the alcohol container, and the alcohol container is effectively prevented from being inclined or swayed.
The watering device 3 is connected to the top plate 65 of the support device 6 by the lifting mechanism 4, which is located below the top plate 65 and between the two side plates 64, so that the watering device 3 is located inside the support device 6. The water adding device 3 is driven by the lifting mechanism 4 to lift and is used for adding water into the alcohol container on the accommodating piece 1 when the water adding device descends to the right position, so that the alcohol in the alcohol container is diluted and blended.
As shown in fig. 6, the water adding device 3 includes a water tank 31, a partition 34, a water pump 33, and a plurality of water outlet pipes 32. A water filling port 35 is provided at the top of the water tank 31, and water can be filled into the water tank 31 through the water filling port 35 when water needs to be filled into the water tank 31. The partition 34 is disposed in the water tank 31, and divides the internal space of the water tank 31 into two chambers, namely, a first chamber 36 and a second chamber 37, which are disposed upstream from the top. The water pump 33 is disposed in the first chamber 36 and on the partition 34. When the water pump 33 is turned on, the first chamber 36 and the second chamber 37 are communicated. A plurality of water outlet pipes 32 are disposed at the bottom of the water tank 31 and communicate with the second chamber 37. The water outlet pipes 32 are uniformly distributed along the same circumference and correspond to the containing grooves 11 on the containing part 1 one by one. Each of the outlet pipes 32 feeds water to an alcohol container in one of the accommodating grooves 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the lifting mechanism 4 is disposed on the top plate 65 of the supporting device 6 for driving the watering device 3 to lift. As can be seen from fig. 2, in this embodiment, the lifting mechanism 4 includes a driving cylinder 41 (e.g., an air cylinder). The cylinder barrel of the driving cylinder 41 is fixed above the top plate 65, and meanwhile, the cylinder rod 42 of the driving cylinder 41 penetrates through the top plate 65, extends into the supporting device 6, and is connected with the water tank 31 of the watering device 3, so that when the cylinder rod 42 of the driving cylinder 41 extends and retracts, the watering device 3 can be driven to lift, and the watering device 3 is enabled to be close to or far away from the accommodating piece 1 on the conveying mechanism 5.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the support device 6 is provided with an observation window 7 and an operation panel 8. Wherein, the observation window 7 is positioned on the side plate 64 and is used for observing the lifting of the water adding device 3, the conveying condition of the accommodating piece 1 and the water adding condition of the water adding device 3 to the alcohol container on the accommodating piece 1. The operation panel 8 is arranged on the base 61, specifically located on the outer surface of the base 61, and electrically connected with the driving cylinder 41, the water pump 33 of the water adding device 3 and the motor 54 of the conveying mechanism 5, so that the driving cylinder 41, the water pump 33 and the motor 54 can be conveniently controlled by the worker, and the operation burden of the worker is reduced.
The alcohol dilution and blending device 10 of this embodiment works substantially as follows:
an operator firstly places the alcohol diluting and blending device 10 on a horizontal supporting surface (such as the ground), then inserts the connecting rod 12 at the bottom of the accommodating part 1 into the mounting groove 57 on the belt 51 to fix the accommodating part 1, then the operator places an alcohol container into the accommodating groove 11, in the process, the telescopic rod 25 and the spring 24 are compressed, the spring 24 is compressed to generate a certain restoring force to provide a certain thrust to the clamping part 22 to clamp and fix the alcohol container, then the operator injects water into the water tank 31 through the water injection port 35 and starts the driving cylinder 41, the cylinder rod 42 drives the water tank 31 to move downwards to enable the water tank 31 to descend to a proper height, then the operator starts the motor 54 to enable the first rotating shaft 55 to rotate to drive the driving wheel 52 on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft to rotate, so that the belt 51 drives the driven wheel 53 to rotate, therefore, the accommodating part 1 stably moves forward, when the accommodating part 1 reaches the position under the water tank 31 and the accommodating grooves 11 on the accommodating part 1 are aligned with the water outlet pipes 32 at the bottom of the water tank 31 one by one, a worker starts the water pump 33 to enable water to flow into the alcohol containers of the accommodating grooves 11 through the water outlet pipes 32, and dilution and blending of alcohol in the alcohol containers are completed.
In the process, when the accommodating pieces 1 are controlled to advance, the motor 54 can be controlled to rotate slowly to prevent alcohol in the alcohol container from spilling, and when a certain accommodating piece 1 reaches the position under the water adding device 3, the motor 54 can be controlled to stop rotating, so that the accommodating piece 1 is stopped at the corresponding position, water can be conveniently added to the water adding device 3, after dilution is completed, the motor 54 can be controlled to restart until the next accommodating piece 1 reaches the position under the water adding device 3, and the steps are repeated, so that the assembly line type alcohol dilution and blending process is realized.
In addition, in the above-mentioned process, when starting water pump 33 and adding water, can utilize water pump 33 to come accurate control to add the water yield, and then accurate control dilution degree.
Because in the whole process, the alcohol container can be clamped and fixed by the clamping device 2 and is not easy to shake or skew, the diluting and blending process is stable.
Therefore, the alcohol diluting and blending device 10 of the embodiment has a simple structure and high automation degree, and can realize a safe, stable and efficient alcohol diluting and blending process.

Claims (20)

1. An alcohol dilution blending device (10), comprising:
an accommodating member (1) having an accommodating groove (11) for accommodating an alcohol container; and
and the clamping device (2) is arranged in the accommodating groove (11) and is used for clamping and fixing the alcohol container.

The alcohol dilution and blending device (10) according to claim 1, wherein the clamping device (2) comprises a clamping member (21), the clamping member (21) comprises a clamping member (22) and an elastic member (23), the clamping member (22) is connected to the side wall of the container (11) and is used for contacting with the alcohol container, and the elastic member (23) is abutted between the clamping member (22) and the side wall of the container (11).

The alcohol dilution and blending device (10) according to claim 2, wherein the clamping assembly (21) further comprises a telescopic rod (25), the clamping member (22) is connected to the sidewall of the accommodating groove (11) through the telescopic rod (25), and the elastic member (23) is sleeved outside the telescopic rod (25).
4. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 2, wherein the elastic member (23) includes a spring (24).
5. The alcohol dilution dispensing device (10) of claim 2, wherein the clip (22) defines a groove (26), the clip (22) contacting the alcohol container through the groove (26), the groove (26) conforming to an outer surface of the alcohol container.
6. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 5, wherein the groove (26) is an arc-shaped groove.
7. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 2, wherein the clamping device (2) comprises at least one pair of the clamping assemblies (21), the two clamping assemblies (21) of each pair of the clamping assemblies (21) being disposed opposite to each other.
8. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 7, wherein the clamping device (2) includes at least two pairs of the clamping members (21), the at least two pairs of the clamping members (21) being arranged at intervals along a height direction of the accommodating groove (11).
9. An alcohol dilution and blending device (10) according to claim 1, wherein said receiving member (1) is provided with at least two of said receiving slots (11), each of said receiving slots (11) being provided with said holding means (2).
10. Alcohol dilution and blending device (10) according to claim 9, wherein the receiving means (1) have receiving slots (11) arranged on the same circumference and circumferentially spaced apart.
11. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the alcohol dilution blending device (10) comprises a water adding device (3), and the water adding device (3) is disposed above the accommodating member (1) and is used for adding water into the alcohol container in the accommodating groove (11).
12. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 11, wherein the water adding device (3) comprises a water tank (31), a water outlet pipe (32) and a water pump (33), the water outlet pipe (32) is disposed at the bottom of the water tank (31) and is communicated with the inside of the water tank (31), and the water pump (33) is disposed in the water tank (31) and is used for driving the water in the water tank (31) to flow out through the water outlet pipe (32).
13. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 12, wherein the water adding device (3) comprises a partition plate (34), the partition plate (34) is disposed in the water tank (31) and divides the water tank (31) into a first cavity (36) and a second cavity (37) which are distributed up and down, the water pump (33) is disposed in the first cavity (36), the water outlet pipe (32) is communicated with the second cavity (37), and the first cavity (36) is communicated with the second cavity (37) through the water pump (33).
14. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 11, wherein the water adding device (3) comprises at least two water outlet pipes (32), and the at least two water outlet pipes (32) are in one-to-one correspondence with the accommodating grooves (11) on the accommodating member (1).
15. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 11, wherein the alcohol dilution blending device (10) comprises a supporting device (6), the water adding device (3) is disposed in the supporting device (6), and the supporting device (6) is provided with a viewing window (7).

The alcohol diluting and blending device (10) according to claim 11, wherein the water adding device (3) is disposed above the container (1) in a liftable manner, and the alcohol diluting and blending device (10) comprises a lifting mechanism (4), wherein the lifting mechanism (4) is in driving connection with the water adding device (3) to drive the water adding device (3) to lift.

The alcohol dilution and blending device (10) according to claim 11, wherein the alcohol dilution and blending device (10) comprises a conveying mechanism (5), the conveying mechanism (5) is disposed below the water adding device (3), at least two of the containers (1) are disposed on the conveying mechanism (5), and the conveying mechanism (5) drives each of the containers (1) to sequentially pass through the water adding device (3).
18. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 17, wherein the container (1) is detachably provided to the delivery mechanism (5).
19. The alcohol dilution and blending device (10) according to claim 17, wherein the alcohol dilution and blending device (10) comprises a support device (6), the conveying mechanism (5) is disposed on the support device (6), and both ends of the support device (6) in a conveying direction of the conveying mechanism (5) are open.
20. The alcohol dilution blending device (10) according to claim 17, wherein the alcohol dilution blending device (10) includes an operation panel (8), and the operation panel (8) is electrically connected to the conveying mechanism (5).
