It is worth mentioning directional terms as mentioned in the following examples, such as: up, down, left, right, front or rear, etc., are simply directions with reference to the drawings. Accordingly, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting. Further, in the following embodiments, the same or similar components will be given the same or similar reference numerals.
The rotary residue filtering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a rotary residue filtering device 1. The rotary residue filtering device 1 comprises a container 10, a rotating mechanism 11, a filter screen 12 and a driving assembly 13. The container 10 includes a bottom wall 101 and a surrounding sidewall 102 connected to the bottom wall 101. The rotating mechanism 11 includes a bearing 110 and a rotating shaft 111. The bearing 110 is fixed on the bottom wall 101, the rotating shaft 111 is pivoted to the bearing 110 and has an upper end 112 and a lower end 113 inside and outside the container 10, respectively, and the lower end 113 is provided with a driven part 115. The filter element 12 is received in the container 10 and is assembled to the upper end 112. The driving assembly 13 includes a driving portion 130 corresponding to the driven portion 115, so as to drive the rotating shaft 111 to rotate the filter element 12.
As described above, the rotary type residue filtering apparatus of the present invention can rapidly and more completely separate the beverage (not shown) in the filter mesh member 12 from the brew (not shown) by rotating the filter mesh member 12. In addition, the filtering net 12 is assembled on the rotating mechanism 11, so that it can be easily detached for cleaning.
In an embodiment, an opening 103 is surrounded around an upper edge of the side wall 102, and the container 10 further comprises a lid 104 for closing the opening 103. The lid 104 has a pour hole 105 communicating with the interior of the container 10. The infusion, for example tea leaves or coffee powder, may be poured through the pouring hole 105 and then hot water may be poured. While hot water carries the ingredients out of the brew to form a beverage, the brew is converted to a discard brew residue. In addition, a spill cap 107 for closing the pour hole 105 may be included to prevent liquid from spilling out of the pour hole 105 when the filter element 12 is rotated.
In an embodiment, the filter screen member 12 includes a bottom screen 120 for being assembled to the upper end 112 and a side screen 121 connected to and surrounding the bottom screen 120. The filter element 12 may further comprise a top screen 123 extending over the upper edge of the bottom screen 120 and opposite the bottom screen 120. A top mesh 123 and having top mesh openings 124 corresponding to the openings 103. The dispensing assembly 14 may be a faucet, but is not limited thereto. The user can take the brewed beverage by opening the tapping assembly 14.
In an embodiment, the driven portion 115 and the driving portion 130 may be bevel gears, respectively. The rotary slag filtering device 1 may further comprise a support cylinder 15 provided at the bottom of the container 10. The support cylinder 15 houses the driven portion 115 of the rotation mechanism 11 and the driving portion 130 of the driving unit 13. The driving assembly 13 may further include a driving bearing 131 connected to the inside of the support cylinder 15 and a driving shaft 132 provided with the driving part 130. The driving shaft 132 may be perpendicular to the rotation shaft 111, and the end of the driving shaft 132 may be provided with an operating portion 133 having a bent rod shape, for example. The user can rotate the operation unit 133 to make the driving unit 130 drive the driven unit 115 and the rotation shaft 111 to rotate, so that the filter elements 12 assembled on the rotation shaft 111 rotate synchronously.
In an embodiment, the rotary slag filtration device 1 of the present invention may further comprise an inner mesh member 16. The inner net member 16 may be cylindrical and is sleeved on the inner peripheral wall of the side net 121. The inner mesh element 16 has smaller mesh openings than the filter mesh element 12 to filter smaller brew residues. Whether to use the internal mesh 16 may be determined as desired.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment, the bearing 110 of the rotating mechanism 11 of the rotary residue filtering device 1 of the present invention comprises a sleeve shaft member 1101 and a lower nut member 1102. The sleeve shaft member 1101 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 111 and abuts against the inner side of the bottom wall 101 of the container 10, the lower nut member 1102 is screwed on the sleeve shaft member 1101 and abuts against the outer side of the bottom wall 101 of the container 10, and the driven portion 115 is screwed on the lower end of the rotating shaft 111. The rotary residue filtering device 1 of the utility model can be assembled or disassembled for maintenance more conveniently through the assembled bearing 110 and the driven part 115.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
