It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The embodiment of the application discloses an ear-hanging intercom.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the ear-hung intercom may include a body 100, a speaker cavity 200, a microphone rod 300, an antenna 400, a microphone 500, a first circuit board 610 and a second circuit board 620.
Wherein, the horn chamber 200 is rotatably connected to the connection end of the body 100 by a first connection structure.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the first connection structure may include a first annular catching groove 810 provided on the horn chamber 200 and a first annular catching protrusion 820 provided at the connection end of the body 100. In the connected state, the first annular engaging protrusion 820 is rotatably engaged in the first annular engaging groove 810, so that the horn chamber 200 can rotate along the axial direction of the first annular engaging protrusion 820, thereby rotatably connecting the horn chamber 200 to the body 100.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, a connection sleeve 210 is disposed on the horn chamber 200. The first annular engaging groove 810 is provided in the connecting sleeve 210. A hollow connection shaft 110 is provided at the connection end of the body 100. The first annular catching protrusion 820 is provided on the hollow connecting shaft 110. In the connected state, the hollow connecting shaft 110 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 210, so that the first annular engaging protrusion 820 is rotatably engaged in the first annular engaging groove 810. So that the horn chamber 200 can be rotated in the axial direction of the first annular catching protrusion 820, thereby rotatably coupling the horn chamber 200 to the body 100. By rotatably connecting the horn cavity 200 to the body 100, the horn cavity 200 can be rotated to the left or right side as required during use, so that the wearing requirements of the left and right ears can be met.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first annular engaging protrusion 820 has at least one notch 821, and the notch 821 can be arranged to make the radial dimension of the first annular engaging protrusion 820 compressed during the process of inserting the first annular engaging protrusion 820 into the first annular engaging groove 810, so that the first annular engaging protrusion 820 can be easily inserted into the first annular engaging groove 810; and when the first annular catching protrusion 820 is inserted into the first annular catching groove 810, the first annular catching protrusion 820 springs open to restore the radial dimension, so that the first annular catching protrusion 820 is caught in the first annular catching groove 810, as shown in fig. 5.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, an elastic sleeve 700 is further disposed between the connection sleeve 210 and the end of the connection end of the body 100. In the connection state, the elastic sleeve 700 is sleeved on the hollow connection shaft 110, and after the hollow connection shaft 110 is inserted into the connection sleeve 210, the elastic sleeve 700 is compressed between the end of the connection sleeve 210 and the end of the connection end of the body 100. Looseness between the horn chamber 200 and the body 100 can be prevented by providing the elastic cover 700.
Further, in order to limit the rotation angle of the horn cavity 200 on the body 100, a limiting groove 910 may be further disposed in the connecting sleeve 210. A second stopper 930 is provided on the hollow connecting shaft 110. In the connection state, the hollow connection shaft 110 is inserted into the connection sleeve 210, so that the second stopper 930 is located in the stopper groove 910. In addition, a first stopper 920 for stopping the second stopper 930 is disposed in the stopper groove 910. After the horn cavity 200 rotates on the body 100 by a certain angle (e.g. 189 °), the first stopper 920 may block the second stopper 930 to prevent the horn cavity 200 from continuing to rotate on the body 100 in the same direction, so as to limit the rotation angle of the horn cavity 200 on the body 100 in one direction, thereby preventing the horn cavity 200 from excessively rotating on the body 100 to cause the wire connecting the horn cavity 200 and the first circuit board therein and the wire between the first circuit board and the microphone and the wire between the first circuit board and the antenna to excessively wind and be disconnected.
Wherein the first circuit board and the power source are disposed within the body 100. And the first circuit board is electrically connected to a power source. And the horn chamber 200 is electrically connected to the first circuit board.
Illustratively, the horn cavity 200 and the first circuit board may be connected by a first wire. One end of the first wire is connected to the first circuit board, and the other end of the first wire passes through the hollow connecting shaft 110 and is connected to the horn cavity 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, one end of the microphone rod 300 is connected to the speaker chamber 200. The antenna 400 is disposed within the microphone stem 300 and electrically connected to the second circuit board. The microphone 500 is disposed in the other end portion of the microphone stick 300 and is electrically connected to the second circuit board.
Further, in some embodiments, the microphone boom 300 may be rotatably coupled to the horn chamber 200 by a second coupling structure.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the second connection structure may include a ring-shaped mounting block 830 disposed in the horn cavity 200, a connection plate 840, and a connection pad 850 connected to the horn cavity 300.
Wherein, the connecting plate 840 is disposed at one side of the ring-shaped mounting stage 830, and the connecting plate 850 is disposed at the other side of the ring-shaped mounting stage 830. And the connecting plate 840 and the connecting plate 850 are connected by a connecting member. So that the connecting plate 840 and the connecting plate 850 can be rotated on the ring mount 830. The microphone stem 300 is coupled to the coupling pad 850 so that the microphone stem 300 can be rotated on the horn chamber 200. Since the microphone 500 is disposed at the end of the microphone rod 300, the position of the microphone 500 can be adjusted by rotatably coupling the microphone rod 300 to the horn chamber 200 such that the position of the microphone rod 300 can be adjusted by rotation.
Further, a C-shaped limiting groove 940 is provided on the connecting disc 850. A third stopper 950 is provided on the annular mount 830. In the coupled state, the third stopper 950 is located in the C-shaped stopper groove 940. By arranging the C-shaped limiting groove 940 and the third limiting block 950, the rotation angle of the microphone rod 300 on the horn cavity 200 can be limited, so as to prevent the microphone rod 300 from being disconnected due to the fact that the wires connected between the first circuit board and the microphone and the wires connected between the first circuit board and the antenna are wound in a transition manner when the microphone rod 300 rotates in a transition manner.
In addition, the power key 101, the volume key 102 and the charging interface 104 of the ear-hook type interphone of the present embodiment can be arranged on the ear-hook 100. The PPT key 103 and the touch switch 105 may be disposed on the microphone rod 300.
The supra-aural intercom of this application embodiment is through rotatably connecting loudspeaker cavity 200 on the body 100, can rotate loudspeaker cavity 200 to left side or right side as required during the use for it can satisfy the requirement of wearing of left ear and right ear.
It should be noted that all of the features disclosed in this specification, or all of the steps in any method or process so disclosed, may be combined in any combination, except for mutually exclusive features and/or steps.
In addition, the above embodiments are exemplary, and those skilled in the art can devise various solutions in light of the disclosure, which are also within the scope of the disclosure and the protection scope of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and drawings are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
