Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
The handcart comprises a folding frame 3 forming an accommodating space, a cloth sleeve 2 lining the folding frame 3 and a wheel assembly 4 arranged at the bottom of the folding frame, and the folding frame 3 comprises an underframe 100 and four stand columns 230 positioned at the corners of the folding frame, see fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cart has two states, unfolded and folded.
In one embodiment, the cart includes an armrest assembly 300 and a canopy 1. For convenience of description and understanding, the front and rear sides are defined as the sides where the handle assembly 300 is located, and the left and right sides are perpendicular to the front and rear sides according to usage habits.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the bottom frame 100 has an X-shaped unfolded shape, and includes a supporting block 110 located at the center and four connecting rods 120 radially arranged and connected to the supporting block 110 through a hinge structure, the supporting block 110 is provided with a limiting groove 110a matched with the connecting rod 120, the end of the connecting rod 120 is received in the limiting groove 110a, the bottom of the limiting groove 110a is open, the top is closed, and both sides are rotatably connected to the connecting rod 120 through pivots, referring to fig. 5, in the unfolded state of the cart, the groove wall of the closed side of the limiting groove 110a abuts against the connecting rod 120, so as to limit the connecting rod 120 from turning upwards.
Because the cloth cover 2 has the functions of containing and blocking, the side wall is not needed to be arranged under certain conditions, and the cloth cover 2 is only needed to be hung on the upright post. However, to enhance load bearing capacity, in some embodiments, the folding frame further includes a scissors mechanism 250 disposed between adjacent uprights 230 to form siderails 200.
The scissor fork mechanism can be a single scissor fork, a double scissor fork or a multi-scissor fork. The single-scissor mechanism consists of a pair of crossed and rotatably connected connecting rods, the two connecting rods are generally equal in length, the rotating connecting shaft is arranged in the middle of the two connecting rods, and the width and the length of the rotating connecting shaft can be changed along with the change of the included angle of the two connecting rods. The multi-scissor mechanism is formed by connecting a plurality of single scissor mechanisms in series, each scissor mechanism is provided with a pair of upper connecting parts and a pair of lower connecting parts which are movably connected to the upright post, and the multi-scissor mechanism is formed by rotatably connecting the upper connecting parts and the lower connecting parts of two adjacent single scissor mechanisms in a corresponding mode.
Obviously, the side gusset 200 may be formed by other structures, such as two folding rods, when the upright posts are closed, the two parts of the two folding rods rotate relatively, and the rotating joints move upwards. A plurality of parallel two folding rods can be arranged in the same vertical plane, but the two folding rod structure has the defect that the gap of the rod pieces is too large and is not enough to support the cloth cover 2 relative to the scissor fork structure.
In one embodiment, the upright 230 is provided with upper and lower fixing members, and the upper and lower connecting portions at two sides of the scissors mechanism 250 are respectively hinged to the upper and lower fixing members, so that when the cart is folded, the upper connecting portion moves upward. The distal ends of the four connecting rods 120 of the base frame 100 are hinged to the lower fixture 210. It is apparent that the connecting rod 120 and the lower connecting portion may be directly connected with the pillar.
In one embodiment, the upright 230 is a telescopic rod structure, and the upper fixing member 220 is located at the top end of the upright 230. The telescopic rod structure means that the upright post is divided into an upper section and a lower section, wherein one section can move along the length direction relative to the other section, so that the length of the upright post can be adjusted, and the two sections of the upright post structure can be on the same straight line or on two parallel straight lines.
In one embodiment, the upper fixing member is a sliding sleeve disposed on the upright 230, and the upper connecting portion of the scissors mechanism 250 is hinged to the sliding sleeve.
In one embodiment, the upper fixing member is a link hinged to the pillar 230 and the upper connecting portion.
In one embodiment, the upper connecting portion of the scissors mechanism has a sliding pin, and the corresponding upright 230 is provided with a sliding slot along its length.
In one embodiment, the cart is provided with a handle assembly on each of the front and rear sides, although it could be provided on only one of the sides. The armrest assembly 300 includes a hand-held cross bar 320 extending along the left and right sides of the foldable frame, the hand-held cross bar 320 having a folding bar structure with two ends movably connected to the adjacent two upright posts 230, and the hand-held cross bar 320 is folded in half in the folded state of the stroller.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the middle of the handheld cross bar 320 is provided with a first rotating joint 310, and the first rotating joint 310 comprises a cross bar upper rotating member 310b and a cross bar lower rotating member 310d which are rotatably connected, and a locking mechanism for limiting the relative rotation of the two members is arranged between the two members. The locking mechanism includes a stopper 310c which can rotate around the center of rotation and the upper and lower rotary members of the crossbar are engaged, a second spring 310a abutting against the stopper 310c, and a top cover 310e provided opposite to the second spring 310a and which is withdrawn from one of the rotary members by pressing the stopper 310 c.

In the unfolded state, the stopper 310c abuts against the inner surface of the cross bar lower rotating member 310d due to the force of the second spring 310a, and the hand-held cross bar 320 is restricted from being folded due to the fitting structure of the stopper 310c and the cross bar upper and lower rotating members.
When folding is required, the top cover 310e is pressed, the rotation stopping block 310c is pushed by the column block to move downwards, and the second spring 310a is compressed until the rotation stopping block 310c is completely separated from the cross bar lower rotating piece 310e, so that the cross bar upper and lower rotating pieces can rotate relatively.
The locking mechanism is equivalent to a locking mechanism of a trolley, when the locking mechanism is in a locking state, the trolley keeps an unfolding state, and when the trolley is folded, the locking mechanism needs to be unlocked, and due to the assembly clearance, the handheld cross bar can be slightly bent to keep the locking mechanism in the unlocking state, and then the supporting block 110 is pulled up to complete folding as described above.
