Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, in one embodiment, a filter 400 is disposed on the mounting body 200; the filter 400 includes an interface matching with the threaded through hole 230, and is fixedly screwed on the mounting body 200 through the threaded through hole 230. A through hole is formed at one end of the filter 400 connected with the mounting body 200, an opening is formed at the other end of the filter, and a filtering material is contained between the through hole and the opening, wherein the filtering material can be activated carbon; the filter 400 may adsorb and filter the gas evaporated in the container and discharge the adsorbed and filtered gas to the atmosphere when the gas pressure in the container is excessive.
