With the development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements on the screen size of electronic products, and in order to meet the requirements of the market on large screens, the folding screen technology becomes a hot research topic at present. In the related art, the structural design of the folding screen is too complex, and the production and manufacturing cost is high. Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a folding screen, a display device and an electronic device, and aims to solve the above problems.
In a first aspect, the present embodiment provides a foldable screen 100. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the folding screen 100 includes a display screen 110, a first support 120, a second support 130, and an actuator 140. Referring to fig. 1, the second support 130 may be disposed side by side with the first support 120 to support the display screen 110 in the unfolded state, and referring to fig. 5, the second support 130 may also be disposed in an overlapping manner with the first support 120 to enable the display screen 110 to be in the folded state. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the transmission device 140 is located between the first support 120 and the second support 130. Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the transmission device 140 includes a connecting member 141, a first gear 142 and a second gear 143, wherein the connecting member 141 is rotatably connected to both the first support 120 and the second support 130; the first gear 142 is connected to the first support 120; the second gear 143 is connected to the second supporting member 130, and the second gear 143 is engaged with the first gear 142, so that when the second gear 143 rotates along the tooth space a relative to the first gear 142, the second supporting member 130 can be switched between being arranged side by side with the first supporting member 120 and being overlapped with the first supporting member 120, so as to switch the display screen 110 between the unfolded state and the folded state.
This application embodiment realizes respectively with the support piece of two gear connections through the transmission of two gears setting side by side and coincide the switching between setting, and then realizes the switching of display screen 110 between expansion state and fold condition, easy operation and low in manufacturing cost.
Referring to fig. 1, the display screen 110 may include a first display portion 111 and a second display portion 112, the first display portion 111 may be connected with the first support 120, and the second display portion 112 may be connected with the second support 130. In order to change the shape of the display screen 110 after the position relationship between the first supporting member 120 and the second supporting member 130 is changed, the display screen 110 may be a flexible display screen 110 as a whole, so as to be able to bend and deform. The display screen 110 may further include a bending portion 113 located between the first display portion 111 and the second display portion 112, and in order to enhance the structural strength of the display screen 110, the display screen 110 may also select only the bending portion 113 as the flexible display screen 110, so that the bending portion 113 can be bent and deformed.
The first display portion 111, the second display portion 112, and the bending portion 113 may be independent display components, and the display screen 110 is formed by connecting the first display portion 111, the second display portion 112, and the bending portion 113. Of course, in order to prevent connection traces such as adhesives between the first display portion 111 and the bending portion 113 and between the second display portion 112 and the bending portion 113 when the display panel 110 is in the unfolded state, the first display portion 111, the second display portion 112 and the bending portion 113 may be integrally formed, and a portion of the display panel 110 that remains unchanged with the first support 120 during adjustment is defined as the first display portion 111, and a portion that remains unchanged with the second support 130 is defined as the second display portion 112. And a portion that varies during the adjustment of the display screen 110 is defined as a bending portion 113.
When the second support 130 is disposed in an overlapping manner with the first support 120, the display screen 110 may be located outside the two supports or between the two supports. To reduce the deformation of the display screen 110 and prolong the service life of the display screen 110, referring to fig. 5, when the second supporting member 130 is disposed in an overlapping manner with the first supporting member 120, the display screen 110 is preferably located between the two supporting members. The structure of the two gears will be described in detail below by taking the example that the display screen 110 is located between the two supports when the second support 130 and the first support 120 are stacked:
