Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an earphone module with a buckle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the earphone module 100 with a buckle of the present embodiment includes a housing 110, a speaker unit 120, and an ear pad 130. The housing 110 has a cavity C10 therein, and has a sound emitting portion 112 and a fastening portion 114. The sound outlet 112 has a sound outlet P10 connected to the cavity C10. The locking portion 114 is located beside the sound emitting portion 112 and is made of a single material. The horn unit 120 is disposed in the cavity C10. The ear pad 130 is sleeved on the sound emitting portion 112. The locking portion 114 is elastically deformed to lock the ear pad 130.
Compared to the conventional design that requires the user to deform the ear pad with brute force before the ear pad is put on the earphone housing, in the earphone module 100 with a buckle of the present embodiment, the buckle portion 114 of the housing 110 can be elastically deformed, so that the ear pad 130 can be easily buckled on the housing 110. In addition, the buckling part 114 is made of a single material, so that the process is simplified and the cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, the fastening portion 114 may be made of plastic material, but the present invention is not limited thereto. When the locking portion 114 is made of plastic, the locking portion 114 can be formed by single injection molding, and the process yield is higher than the yield of the dual injection or insert injection process.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the housing of the earphone module with the snap of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the housing 110 includes an outer housing 110A and an inner housing 110B, for example. The outer shell 110A has a sound-emitting portion 112, and the sound-emitting portion 112 further has an opening P12. The inner housing 110B is disposed in the cavity C10 and has a fastening portion 114. The locking portion 114 passes through the opening P12 and movably protrudes out of the sound outlet portion 112. In other words, the outer housing 110A is a main part of the housing 110 constituting the ear module 100 with a snap, and the inner housing 110B is used to provide the snap 114 required for the snap ear pad 130.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an inner housing of the earphone module with snap of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the inner housing 110B is made of a single material. For example, the inner housing is made of plastic material. Although the housing 110 is composed of the outer housing 110A and the inner housing 110B in the embodiment, the housing 110 may be designed as a single component in other embodiments as long as the fastening portion can be elastically deformed to fasten the ear pad.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the earphone module 100 with a buckle of the present embodiment may further include a microphone 140. The microphone 140 is fixed by the inner housing 110B to a side of the cavity C10 close to the sound emitting part 112, and the speaker unit 120 is located at a side of the cavity C10 far from the sound emitting part 112. In other words, the cavity C10 is divided by the inner case 110B into two parts close to the sound emitting part 112 and far from the sound emitting part 112, the microphone 140 is located in the cavity C10 close to the sound emitting part 112, and the speaker unit 120 is located in the cavity C10 far from the sound emitting part 112.
When the earphone module 100 with the buckle is worn on the ear of the user and goes deep into the ear canal, the sound outlet P10 faces and approaches the eardrum of the ear, and the speaker unit 120 and the ear pad 130 block the transmission of the ambient noise to the microphone 140, thereby generating the passive anti-noise effect and improving the sound fidelity. Specifically, the speaker unit 120 prevents the transmission of the ambient noise from the inside of the housing 110 to the microphone 140, and the ear pad 130 prevents the transmission of the ambient noise from the outside of the housing 110 to the microphone 140. In addition, since the microphone 140 is close to the eardrum of the user, sound waves generated by vibration of the eardrum caused by the user speaking can be sensitively detected and collected by the microphone 140, and human bones can well transmit the sound generated by the user into the ear canal and be collected by the microphone 140.
On the other hand, with the inner housing 110B, a channel is reserved for the sound generated by the speaker unit 120 to be transmitted from the side of the microphone 140 to the sound outlet P10 through the channel, so that the sound is transmitted to the eardrum of the user. Of course, even a housing designed as a single component in other embodiments may retain a channel for transmitting sound. In addition, the microphone 140 is fixed by the inner housing 110B, which is also beneficial to improving the reliability and convenience of assembly.
In the present embodiment, the ear pad 130 includes a hard portion 132 and a soft portion 134. The hard portion 132 is sleeved on the sound emitting portion 112 and has a locking groove 132A. The locking portion 114 is locked to the locking groove 132A. The soft portion 134 is bonded to the hard portion 132 for contacting the ear canal of the user. Thus, the hard portion 132 and the locking portion 114 can obtain a good locking effect, and the soft portion 134 can provide a comfortable use feeling for the user and improve the sound insulation effect. In this embodiment, the material of the hard portion 134 may be plastic, and the material of the soft portion 134 may be silicone, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The hard portion 132 and the soft portion 134 can be formed by two-shot injection molding, for example. However, the ear pad 130 may be made of a single material, and the ear pad is not limited to be provided with the engaging groove 132A.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the earphone module 100 with a buckle of the present embodiment may further include a gasket 150 disposed between the sound emitting portion 112 and the ear pad 130. The gasket 150 prevents a vent path between the sound emitting portion 112 and the ear pad 130. In addition, referring to fig. 3 again, the fastening portion 114 of the inner housing 110B of the present embodiment is, for example, located at the free end of the cantilever structure 110B1, so as to facilitate elastic deformation. In addition, the number of the locking portions 114 in the present embodiment is two, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In summary, the utility model discloses an in the earphone module with buckle, but the design has elastically deformable's buckle portion to come buckle the ear pad, convenience when having the equipment ear pad. Moreover, the buckling part made of a single material is simplified in process and low in cost.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
