Description

Portable automatic phase sequence detection device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an electric power unit, concretely relates to portable automatic phase sequence detection device.
Background
Along with the development of economy, people have higher and higher requirements on power utilization reliability, and working conditions of temporary power taking and power supply are more and more common for ensuring that a user does not stop power, and emergent power protection and power transmission are realized. The power utilization requirements of users are guaranteed by using emergency equipment to supply power or take power, and common emergency equipment is provided with a power generation car, a UPS power supply car, a mobile box transformer substation car, a low-voltage cable car and the like.
At present, emergency equipment generally adopts a self-contained cable to be directly connected to a low-voltage power grid interface for power supply, and because phase sequence detection is not carried out before power supply, the situation that the phase sequence of an output power supply is inconsistent with the phase sequence of a power supply of a user power grid often occurs, so that the situation that three-phase equipment (such as an elevator, a lathe and the like) of a user cannot be used or works reversely is caused, even accidents can be caused, and personal safety is damaged.
In order to avoid the situation that the sequence is inconsistent when the emergency equipment supplies power, the phase sequence must be detected before the power supply. The existing phase sequence detection methods have two types: one is to use a phase sequence meter to carry out manual detection, and the other is to arrange an automatic phase checking device for emergency equipment.
The first mode is as follows: the method has the advantages that the method can be carried out by adopting the phase sequence meter, the investment is less, the applicability is stronger, however, the mode needs an operator to hold the phase sequence meter to contact with a 400V power supply, the personal safety of the operator cannot be guaranteed, the operation steps are complex, the reliability is not high, and the consequences caused by manual judgment once the fault occurs are serious.
The second mode is as follows: an automatic phase checking device is generally installed in a vehicle, and automatic phase checking is generally realized by a generalized bridge which is simply mounted or by directly installing a phase checking instrument. The bypass mobile box type transformer substation breakdown van low-voltage phase checking system disclosed in the Chinese patent CN204330898U adopts the current balance principle to carry a generalized bridge in the technical description to realize the low-voltage phase checking system, the system can judge the phase condition by adjusting an adjustable resistor on site to observe the current value, can be used for detecting whether the phases of three-phase power supplies of transformers in the same group in the same line are the same or not, but cannot detect whether the phase sequences of the three-phase power supplies of the transformers in different lines or different groups are the same or not, has large use limitation, and is not suitable for detecting the phase sequences of emergency equipment and a low-voltage power grid. Moreover, the operation is complicated, and the reliability of the result is not high. In addition, in the mobile box-type substation vehicle with the automatic phase checking system disclosed in chinese patent CN201937193U, the low-voltage power supply and the power supply of the distribution transformer are directly connected to the phase meter, and the phase meter determines the phase, so that the automatic phase checking and automatic switching of the mobile box-type substation vehicle are realized, and the field manual phase checking operation and switching operation are avoided. However, the phase meter can only detect the phase angle, that is, the phase checking method can only be used for judging whether the three-phase power supply phases of the same group of transformers in the same line are the same, the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply of different lines or different groups of transformers cannot be judged, and the phase sequence detection of emergency equipment and a low-voltage power grid is not applicable.
In addition, the interface form of the low-voltage power grid is various, and a low-voltage switch cabinet busbar, an overhead line, various different types of quick connectors and the like are common. However, emergency equipment is generally only provided with a cable in an interface form, and the cable can only meet the interface requirements of a few low-voltage power grids, so that the situation that emergency equipment cannot be accessed frequently occurs. To this kind of condition, current solution carries out the on-the-spot remanufacturing for taking the cable certainly to emergency equipment, not only wastes time and energy, but also can cause destruction, waste to taking the cable certainly. If a plurality of cable interfaces are configured, a large number of cables need to be configured, which causes repeated purchase of the cables and wastes a large amount of economic resources. The above problems severely restrict the development of emergency equipment, and simultaneously, have great influence on the improvement of the power utilization reliability.
Therefore, no known technology is available for solving the problems of automatic phase sequence detection of emergency equipment and quick access to a low-voltage distribution network.
