Fig. 1 to 5 show a mounting structure according to a first preferred embodiment of the present application, and according to the present invention, a multilayer component integrated radio frequency electronic tag system, a radio frequency electronic tag 100 is constructed as shown in fig. 1, and includes a tag chip 2, a coupling antenna 1, a flexible connecting wire 3, and a double-sided tape packaging material 4, wherein the tag chip 2 and the coupling antenna 1 are connected by the connecting wire 3, and the connecting wire 3 is made of a flexible conductive wire which is not easily broken. The chip 2, the antenna 1 and the connecting lead 3 are packaged into a flat strip-shaped structure by the double-sided adhesive tape packaging material 4, the packaged radio frequency electronic tag is similar to a band-aid, the double-sided adhesive tape packaging material 4 is a flexible film with double-sided adhesive tapes, can be a plastic film, and can also be made of other materials such as fiber materials or textile materials.
Similar to the adhesive layer design of the band-aid, the upper and lower surfaces of the double-sided adhesive packaging material are covered with protective films, and when the double-sided adhesive packaging material is used, the protective films on the upper and lower surfaces are torn off to leak out of the adhesive layer, so that the double-sided adhesive packaging material can be bonded with a target object of the multilayer component.
As a novel anti-tearing and anti-breaking radio frequency electronic tag, a tag IC chip is arranged in the radio frequency electronic tag, a unique identification code is stored in the IC chip, and a coupling antenna is connected with the IC chip in the radio frequency electronic tag. When the reader reads the electronic tag, the reader sends electromagnetic waves to the electronic tag, and the electromagnetic waves also contain a command for requiring the electronic tag to send back the stored codes. The coil of the antenna in the electronic tag converts electromagnetic waves into voltage for the IC chip to work, and after the IC chip receives the command, the code is sent to the reader through the antenna coil.
The chip of the radio frequency electronic tag with the flat strip structure is arranged in the middle, the antennas are arranged at two ends, and the antennas at the left end and the right end are respectively connected with the chip in the middle through the connecting wires at the left side and the right side. Because the connecting wire is made of a flexible material, the rf electronic tag of the present invention can be bent according to the structure of the target object (the bending shape of the rf electronic tag is shown in fig. 2).
The coupling antenna 1 and the connecting wire 3 can be made of the same material and be integrated, so that the connecting wire 3 has the functions of both the wire and the antenna.
