Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a fatigue driving behavior monitoring system 100, according to an exemplary embodiment, which monitoring system 100 may be applied to a vehicle. As shown in fig. 1, the monitoring system 100 may include a fatigue driving monitoring device 101 and an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) on-board terminal 102.
The fatigue driving monitoring device 101 may be configured to detect fatigue driving behavior of the driver and generate detection information.
Specifically, the detection information may be used to characterize a detection result of fatigue driving behavior of a driver of a vehicle in which the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102 is located. For example, the detection information may include fatigue driving state information of the driver, fatigue degree information, fatigue driving time length information, and the like.
The fatigue driving monitoring device 101 may collect physiological characteristic information of the driver through the camera, so as to infer the fatigue driving state information of the driver, where the physiological characteristic information may include, for example, facial characteristics, eye signals, head movements, and other characteristic information of the driver. The fatigue driving monitoring device 101 may also judge whether the driver's attention is focused by collecting changes of driving operations, such as the operation of a steering wheel, an accelerator, a brake, etc. by the driver. Furthermore, relevant regulations stipulate that driving a vehicle must not have the behavior of driving the vehicle continuously for more than 4 hours without a rest or for a rest time of less than 20 minutes. Therefore, the fatigue driving monitoring device 101 can also estimate the fatigue driving time period information of the driver from the time when the vehicle is continuously running.
The ETC vehicle-mounted terminal 102 is connected with the fatigue driving monitoring device 101, and is used for receiving the detection information sent by the fatigue driving monitoring device 101 and sending the detection information to the roadside unit 103 of the ETC system.
At present, an ETC toll collection channel is usually arranged at a highway or a bridge toll collection station, when a vehicle passes through the highway or the bridge toll collection station, manual payment is not needed, parking is also not needed, and an ETC system can automatically deduct fees from an account corresponding to the vehicle, so that the purpose of automatically paying the fees of the highway or the bridge can be realized. ETC charge passageway compares in traditional artifical charging window, and save time has improved the vehicle efficiency of passing greatly. Therefore, the usage rate of the ETC system is increasing, and more vehicles are equipped with the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102.
For example, the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102 may be mounted on a front windshield of a vehicle. When the vehicle passes through the toll booth, the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102 can perform wireless communication with the roadside unit 103 of the ETC system installed beside the toll booth, for example, can perform communication by Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC). In this way, the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102, upon receiving the detection information transmitted from the fatigue driving monitoring device 101, can transmit the detection information to the roadside unit 103 of the ETC system. The roadside unit 103 can be arranged beside a toll station, and staff in the toll station can know whether the driver has fatigue driving behaviors in time, so that the driver can be reminded appropriately.
In the technical scheme, driver fatigue monitoring devices can be used for detecting driver's driver fatigue behavior, and generate corresponding detected information, because driver fatigue monitoring devices is connected with ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, thereby driver fatigue monitoring devices can send detected information to ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, and then ETC vehicle-mounted terminal can send this detected information to the roadside unit of ETC system, this roadside unit can set up beside the toll station, whether driver fatigue behavior exists can in time be known to the staff of toll station according to detected information, thereby can in time suitably remind the driver, make things convenient for the staff to the management of the driver that has driver fatigue behavior. Therefore, the driver can be effectively urged to pay attention to safety regulations, fatigue driving is avoided, traffic safety awareness of the driver is improved, and safety of the vehicle in the driving process is guaranteed.
Alternatively, after the roadside unit 103 receives the detection information, it may determine charging information according to the detection information. Also, the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102 may be configured to receive charging information transmitted from the roadside unit 103.
In one embodiment, the billing information may include a fee that should be charged if the detection result indicates that the driver does not have fatigue driving behavior. The fee that should be charged may be determined based on the mileage of the vehicle from the entrance to the exit.
In another embodiment, if the detection result indicates that the driver has fatigue driving behavior, the billing information may include a penalty due to the fatigue driving behavior of the driver. The penalty may be determined according to a pre-configured penalty rule, and the roadside unit 103 may determine the penalty amount corresponding to the fatigue driving behavior according to the detection information and the pre-configured penalty rule. Also, the billing information may include the sum of the amount of the penalty and the amount of the fee that should be charged. Specifically, the preconfigured penalty rule may be preset according to fatigue driving state information, fatigue driving degree information, and fatigue driving duration information of the driver. For example, the longer the driving fatigue period, the more the corresponding penalty amount. Further, the vehicle type information of the vehicle may be comprehensively considered, and for example, penalty rules corresponding to the large-sized vehicle and the small-sized vehicle may be set separately.
In the above technical solution, if the detection information indicates that the driver has the fatigue driving behavior, the charging information may include a penalty due to the fatigue driving behavior. So, can effectively remind the driver because the extra charge that its driver fatigue produced to can effectively supervise the driver and notice the safety regulation, avoid driver fatigue, improve driver's traffic safety consciousness, guarantee the safety of vehicle driving in-process.
Alternatively, the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102 may include an antenna, a radio frequency transceiving unit, a data processing unit, a power management unit, a liquid crystal display unit, a card reading unit, a wake-up unit, and the like.
Wherein the antenna may be used for transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves. The radio frequency transceiving unit may be configured to transmit and receive radio frequency signals. The data processing unit can adopt a single chip microcomputer, a microcontroller and the like and is used for processing data. The power management unit may be used to manage the amount of power of the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102. The liquid crystal display unit can be used for displaying information such as account remaining amount. The Card reading unit may use a two-chip Card reading method, for example, and may read a contact IC (integrated circuit Card) and a contactless IC (integrated circuit Card) at the same time. The wakeup unit may be configured to wake up the ETC in-vehicle terminal 102 from the sleep state upon receiving a wakeup signal transmitted from the roadside unit 103 when the vehicle passes through the toll booth.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a fatigue driving behavior monitoring system 100 according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, optionally, the monitoring system 100 may further include a vehicle-mounted prompter 104, where the vehicle-mounted prompter 104 is connected to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal 102 for prompting the billing information.
After the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal 102 receives the charging information, the charging information can be sent to the vehicle-mounted prompter 104, so that the vehicle-mounted prompter 104 prompts the charging information generated by the user.
Alternatively, in the case that the detection result indicates that the driver has fatigue driving, the charging information may include a penalty due to fatigue driving behavior, and the vehicle-mounted prompter 104 may be further configured to prompt the driver to generate the penalty in the case that the charging information includes the penalty due to fatigue driving behavior. Therefore, the driver can be effectively urged to avoid fatigue driving, and the safety of the vehicle in the driving process is ensured.
Optionally, in-vehicle reminder 104 may include at least one of: vehicle-mounted display screens, vehicle-mounted voice broadcasting devices and the like. For example, if the in-vehicle reminder 104 includes an in-vehicle display screen, billing information may be displayed on the in-vehicle display screen to prompt the driver for the generated billing information. The on-board display screen may also prompt the driver, for example, by means of different colored lights. For example, if the billing information includes a penalty due to fatigue driving, the driver may be prompted to avoid fatigue driving by a red light. If the charging information does not include the penalty, the driver can be prompted to keep good driving habits through green light. Illustratively, the vehicle prompter 104 may include a vehicle-mounted voice broadcasting device, and the charging information is broadcasted by voice broadcasting. For example, the vehicle-mounted prompter 104 may also include a vehicle-mounted display screen and a vehicle-mounted voice broadcasting device, and simultaneously prompts the billing information generated by the user through the display screen prompt and the voice prompt, so as to prompt the driver to pay attention to driving safety more obviously and improve the safety awareness of the driver.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle that may include the fatigue driving behavior monitoring system 100 provided in any of the above embodiments.
