An antenna assembly 100 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an antenna assembly 100 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: fixing base 10, antenna body 20 cooperation is in fixing base 10.
When the existing antenna assembly is assembled, the antenna body is fixed on the air conditioner mostly in a mode of matching screws with bolts or hoops, the whole installation process is complex in operation, and the use is extremely inconvenient.
The utility model discloses in, be equipped with mounting groove 101 on the fixing base 10 for in assembling process, can directly hold and pack up whole antenna body 20 through mounting groove 101 with the cooperation of antenna body 20 in mounting groove 101, fixed with the realization to the assembly of antenna body 20, the operating mode is simpler, more convenient, improves assembly efficiency and rate of accuracy greatly. A first notch 102 and a second notch 103 are respectively formed at two opposite ends of the mounting groove 101, which is convenient for mounting and positioning the antenna body 20, for example, the first notch 102 is arranged at the top of the mounting groove 101, which is beneficial for the antenna body 20 to enter the mounting groove 101; the second notch 103 is formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 101 for allowing the lower end of the antenna body 20 to pass through and achieve positioning, which is beneficial for fixing the antenna body 20. Moreover, interference signals can be avoided.
Since the antenna body 20 has the outlet terminal 201, the sidewall of the fixing base 10 is provided with the avoiding opening 104, so that the outlet terminal 201 can extend out from the fixing base 10, and the antenna body 20 can be electrically connected with the external communication module 200. The avoiding opening 104 extends and connects to the first notch 102, that is, the avoiding opening 104 and the first notch 102 are communicated, so that when the antenna body 20 is installed, the outlet terminal 201 can enter the avoiding opening 104 through the communication position.
In specific assembly, the antenna body 20 is inserted and fitted in the mounting groove 101 from the first notch 102, the outlet terminal 201 is fitted in the escape opening 104, and the antenna body 20 is supported by the escape opening 104 to restrict downward movement of the outlet terminal 201. And two ends of the antenna body 20 are respectively arranged corresponding to the first notch 102 and the second notch 103, so as to realize the matching assembly of the whole antenna body 20.
According to the utility model discloses antenna module 100 of air conditioner, for current antenna module fixed mode, the utility model discloses a set up mounting groove 101 on fixing base 10, not only fixing base 10 forms the outer shell type location to antenna body 20, and utilizes to dodge mouthful 104 location leading-out terminal 201, and the operation is more convenient, and it is more convenient to use. In some embodiments, even screwless mounting of the antenna assembly 100 can be achieved, which is very time-saving and fast. The installation cost can be effectively reduced, the installation process is simplified, and the assembly efficiency of the antenna assembly 100 is greatly improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing base 10 is provided with a locking protrusion 105 stopping on the outlet terminal 201, and the locking protrusion 105 is located on one side of the outlet terminal 201 adjacent to the first notch 102. After the antenna body 20 is fitted into the mounting groove 101, the upward movement of the outlet terminal 201 can be limited by the locking protrusion 105, so that the antenna body 20 can be prevented from being separated from the fixing seat 10 due to the bumping of the air conditioner 1000 during installation or transportation, and the function of fixing the antenna body 20 is achieved. Secondly, the mode of fixing the antenna body 20 through the clamping convex 105 saves time and labor in operation, can realize quick assembly and disassembly, and is beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency of the whole air conditioner.
Specifically, the inner walls of the opposite sides of the avoidance opening 104 are provided with clamping protrusions 105. On the one hand, the clamping protrusions 105 on the inner walls of the two sides can ensure that the outlet terminal 201 can enter along the perpendicular direction of the end surface of the fixing seat 10 where the avoiding opening 104 is located in the assembling process of the antenna body 20, thereby being beneficial to guiding, positioning and smooth installation of the outlet terminal 201 and ensuring more accurate and reliable assembling of the antenna body 20. On the other hand, the jamming 105 on the inner walls of the two sides can limit the left side of the outlet terminal 201 and the right side of the outlet terminal 201, and compared with a single jamming 105, the limiting reliability of the jamming 105 is improved, and the outlet terminal 201 is not easy to separate from the avoidance opening 104.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the width of the outlet terminal 201 is d2, and the distance between the snap protrusions 10 on the inner walls of the two opposite sides of the relief opening 104 is d1, wherein: d2< d 1. To ensure that the snap projections 10 on both sides can snap the outlet terminal 201. Further, d2 cannot be too small, and if d2 is too small, it is difficult for the outlet terminal 201 to be actually caught by the snap 10 into the escape opening 104, so that it is necessary to satisfy: d2< d1 is not less than d2+1.6mm, and the effect of clamping the outlet terminal 201 into the clamping protrusion 10 is optimal.
In the example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a transition rounded corner 105a is formed at a connection between one side of the snap projection 105 close to the first notch 102 and the relief opening 104, so that the outlet terminal 201 can pass through the snap projection 105 more smoothly and more smoothly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the antenna body 20 includes a main body portion 21 and extension portions 22 connected to opposite ends of the main body portion 21, for example, the extension portions 22 are disposed at the top and bottom of the main body portion 21, and the antenna body 20 is divided into three parts in appearance. It should be noted that the structure of the antenna body 20 is already the prior art, and therefore, how to arrange the components inside the antenna body 20 is not expanded herein, and the assembly manner of the antenna body 20 is only described from the external form.
The outlet terminal 201 is disposed on the main body 21, the middle main body 21 can be disposed with components inside, the shape of the main body 21 is suitable for positioning, and the extending portions 22 at the two ends extend outwards from the mounting groove 101, so as to ensure good signal receiving performance. The mounting groove 101 is shaped to conform to the main body 21 in a cross section perpendicular to the extension 22, thereby achieving fitting of the mounting groove 101 to the main body 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the main body portion 21 may have a prism shape, and the extension portion 22 may have a prism shape or a cylindrical shape. And is not particularly limited herein. For example, the main body 21 is a square portion, and the mounting groove 101 is a square groove for fitting the square portion, so that the square portion is prevented from rotating during mounting, and good fitting between the two portions is ensured. The extension 22 is a cylindrical portion and the second notch 102 is a circular groove that mates with the extension 22 to ensure good mounting and positioning of the extension 22.
More specifically, the outlet terminal 201 may also be prism-shaped or cylindrical to facilitate installation.
Further, the first notch 102 is arranged along the contour of the mounting groove 101 on the plane of the first notch 102, i.e. on the plane, the first notch 102 is equal in length and width to the mounting groove 101. With the arrangement, the antenna body 20 can be inserted into the mounting groove 101 from the first notch 102, and the notch is large and is very convenient to insert. In addition, under the scheme, the cross-sectional dimension of the mounting groove 101 can be made to be equal to the maximum cross-sectional dimension of the antenna body 20 correspondingly, and the antenna body 20 can be just inserted into the first notch 102, so that the antenna body 20 is not easy to shake in the mounting groove 101.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, on the plane where the avoidance port 104 is located, in the direction from the first notch 102 to the second notch 103, the avoidance port 104 is first kept as wide as the mounting groove 101 and then gradually reduced in width. Thus, the avoiding opening 104 is large at the end close to the first notch 102 and small at the end close to the second notch 103, the large end facilitates the insertion of the outgoing terminal 201 into the avoiding opening 104, the tapered shape can play a guiding role, and the small end can play a positioning role.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, in a cross section perpendicular to the extension portion 22, the width of the main body portion 21 is a1, the thickness of the main body portion 21 is b1, the width of the mounting groove 101 is a2, and the thickness of the mounting groove 101 is b2, which satisfies: a2 is more than or equal to a1 and is more than or equal to a1+2mm, and b1 is more than or equal to b2 and is more than or equal to b1+2 mm. By adopting the mode, the antenna body 20 is prevented from shaking too much in the mounting groove 101 during assembly, and the assembly gap between the antenna body 20 and the mounting groove 101 is not easy to be too large. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the height of the fixing base 10 is c2, the height of the main body 21 is c1, and the two satisfy: c2 is more than or equal to c1, so that the structure of at least the main body part 21 can be limited in the mounting groove 101 of the permanent seat 10, and the matching effect of the main body part 21 in the mounting groove 101 is better.
Further, in the extending direction of the extending portion 22, the length of the mounting groove 101 is greater than the length of the main body portion 21, for example, after the antenna body 20 is installed in the mounting groove 101, the bottom of the main body portion 21 clings to the inner bottom surface of the mounting groove 101, and the top of the main body portion 21 is still located in the mounting groove 101. In this way, the main body 21 is entirely fitted in the mounting groove 101 and is surrounded, ensuring reliability and stability of mounting.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, an inner wall surface of the avoiding opening 104 adjacent to the second notch 103 forms a circular arc 104a, i.e., the circular arc 104a is located at the bottom of the avoiding opening 104 and is used for supporting the outlet terminal 201. As can be seen from the above description, the outlet terminal 201 may be cylindrical, and when the outlet terminal 201 is prismatic, the prismatic edge can be supported by the circular arc 104a, so that the outlet terminal has good adaptability; when the outlet terminal 201 is cylindrical, the circular arc 104a can be adapted to fit completely on the cylindrical shape, providing good support.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the distance between the center of the circular arc 104a and the end surface of the mounting groove 101 where the second notch 103 is provided, which is recorded as e2, is at least half the length of the main body 21, that is, the following is satisfied: e2 is more than or equal to c 1/2. At this time, the bottom of the avoiding opening 104 is located at the middle part or the upper middle part of the mounting groove 101, so that the situation that the overall strength of the mounting groove 101 is weak due to the too deep avoiding opening 104 can be avoided, and the structural strength of the mounting groove 101 and the mounting stability of the antenna body 20 are ensured.
Furthermore, the wall surface of the mounting groove 101 is provided with the air holes 101a, so as to play a certain role in reducing weight and saving materials, ensure that the mounting groove 101 is communicated with the external connection more, and ensure that the signal receiving effect of the antenna body 20 is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixing base 10 is provided with a hook 106. When the existing antenna assembly is fixedly installed, most of the existing antenna assembly is fixed by screws or bolts, and in the scheme, the fixing seat 10 is fixed on the air conditioner 1000 in a buckling mode through the clamping hook 106, so that the cost can be effectively reduced, the fixing seat 10 can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and the operation is time-saving and labor-saving and is simpler.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first notch 102 is disposed upward, that is, the antenna body 20 is installed in the installation groove 101 in a top-down manner when being installed, ensuring the direction when being installed. As shown in fig. 8, the hook 106 is bent downward to form a hook, and after the antenna body 20 is installed in the installation slot 101, the hook 106 can overcome the gravity of the fixing base 10 and support the fixing base 10 to the air conditioner, so as to position and fix the fixing base 10 and prevent it from falling off.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a stud 107 (a stud is disposed on the back of the position shown by 107 in the figure) is disposed on the fixing base 10, and the stud is a convex column with a threaded hole. Due to the arrangement of the screw columns, when the fixing seat 10 is installed, the screw can be screwed on the fixing seat 10 only by penetrating the screw through the installation position and then being matched with the screw column at the installation position. So set up, need not twist the nut again when fixing base 10 installation, hold up fixing base 10 on one hand like this, screw is twisted to one hand, and it is very convenient to operate. The arrangement of the screw column enables the fixing seat 10 to reach a longer threaded matching surface without being too thick.
The number of the studs is not limited, and for example, one or more studs may be provided to improve the fixing effect. Secondly, the stud can also be used in combination with the hook 106, for example, the stud and the hook 106 are arranged on the same side of the fixing base 10, and the stud is arranged above the hook 106, so that the stud and the hook 106 are combined, thereby not only reliably fixing the fixing base 10, but also reducing the use of the stud and being beneficial to reducing the installation cost.
Furthermore, the fixing manner of the fixing base 10 is not limited to the stud and the hook 106, and an intelligent buckle (not shown) may be disposed on the fixing base 10, so that the operation is more intelligent, more time-saving and more labor-saving.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the fixing base 10 has a fitting arc surface 10a for positioning the antenna assembly 100, and when the antenna assembly is installed, the fixing base 10 can be conveniently positioned by fitting the fitting arc surface 10a with the air conditioner, so that the installation process is simplified, and the installation efficiency is greatly improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing base 10 includes: mounting plate 11 and mounting box 12.
The mounting plate 11 has a first plate portion 111, a second plate portion 112 and an arc-shaped plate portion 113, wherein the first plate portion 111 is perpendicular to the second plate portion 112 to accommodate the vertical structure at the upper corner of the housing of the air conditioner for positioning. The arc-shaped plate part 113 is connected between the first plate part 111 and the second plate part 112 in a transition mode, for example, the first plate part 111 is connected to the front side of the arc-shaped plate part 113, and the second plate part 112 is connected to the right side of the arc-shaped plate part 113; generally, have the corner on the air conditioner, when the corner with fixing base 10 cooperation at the air conditioner, the gap easily appears, leads to the installation insecure, and arc board portion 113 has then guaranteed with the seamless cooperation of the corner of air conditioner, the fastness of assurance fixing base 10 installation. The fitting arc surface 10a is formed on the arc plate portion 113 to facilitate positioning.
The mounting box 12 is connected between the first plate portion 111, the second plate portion 112 and the arc-shaped plate portion 113, the mounting groove 101 is formed on the mounting box 12, and the mounting box 12 constitutes a carrier of the mounting groove 101, facilitating the installation of the mounting groove 101. The mounting box 12 is formed with a first notch 102, a second notch 103, and a relief opening 104, so that the antenna body 20 is fittingly mounted.
Specifically, the first plate portion 111, the second plate portion 112, and the arc-shaped plate portion 113 may be integrally formed, and have higher structural strength and are not easily damaged.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a reinforcing plate 30 is provided between the second plate portion 112 and the mounting box 12 to ensure that the mounting box 12 is more secure and the structural strength of the mounting plate 11 as a whole can be improved. One or more reinforcing plates 30 may be provided, and the number of the reinforcing plates 30 is not limited herein, for example, one reinforcing plate 30 is provided, and the reinforcing plate 30 is parallel to the top of the fixing base 10, so that a more excellent supporting effect can be achieved; also, the reinforcing plate 30 may be provided in plurality in parallel, thereby greatly improving the reinforcing effect.
