Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 9, the present invention provides a roof structure 100. The roof structure 100 is applied to a railway wagon, and is specifically installed on the top of the wagon body 200, and the roof structure 100 can be opened and closed relative to the top of the wagon body 200, so that the railway wagon can transport goods with special requirements on dust prevention, rain prevention, wind prevention and the like. When the roof structure 100 is opened with respect to the top of the vehicle body 200, it is possible to load cargo into the vehicle body 200 or unload cargo from the vehicle body 200. When the roof structure 100 is closed with respect to the top of the vehicle body 200, the railway freight car can achieve reliable transportation of freight. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the roof structure 100 can also be applied to a road truck or the like that needs to have an open body.
In one embodiment, roof structure 100 includes a frame 130, a travel assembly 110, and a dust cover 120. Frame 130 is mounted on top of body 200, and frame 130 has oppositely disposed guide rails. The running assembly 110 comprises a top cover beam 111 and guide frames 112 connected to both ends of the top cover beam 111, the guide frames 112 being movably arranged on the guide rails. The running component 110 is arranged on the frame 130 and can slide along the guide rail. One end of the dust cover 120 is fixed to the frame 130, and the other end of the dust cover 120 is connected to the top cover beam 111; when the guide frame 112 slides along the guide rail, the dust cover 120 can be driven by the top cover beam 111 to open or close the vehicle body 200.
The top of the vehicle body 200 has an opening, and the frame 130 is mounted to the top edge of the vehicle body 200 such that the roof structure 100 can open or close the vehicle body 200. The carriage 130 provides a sliding track for opening and closing the roof structure 100, and at the same time, the carriage 130 facilitates installation of the roof structure 100. It should be noted that, when the body 200 of the current railway wagon is improved, the top cover structure 100 can be directly installed through the frame 130, so that the utilization rate of the current railway wagon can be improved, the waste can be reduced, and the cost can be further reduced. Of course, vehicle body 200 may be produced directly to be fitted to vehicle frame 130, and vehicle frame 130 may be shipped and then directly mounted to vehicle body 200.
Illustratively, the carriage 130 includes a frame body and a guide rail disposed on the top of the frame body. Optionally, the peripheral side of the guide rail protrudes from the frame body. The guide rail is used for cooperating with the guide frame 112, so that the guide frame 112 can slide along the guide rail, and the frame body plays a supporting role. Illustratively, the frame body is a support frame for supporting the guide rail on the top of the vehicle body 200, and at the same time, the frame body can also bear the weight of the roof structure 100, thereby ensuring that the roof structure 100 reliably covers the vehicle body 200.
The dust cover 120 is used for opening and closing the opening of the vehicle body 200, and the running component 110 slides along the guide rail to drive the dust cover 120 to move. The dustproof cover 120 can be arranged in a foldable manner, the walking assembly 110 drives the dustproof cover 120 to move, so that the dustproof cover 120 is folded, and at the moment, the dustproof cover 120 opens the opening of the vehicle body 200; the running component 110 drives the dust cover 120 to move, so that the dust cover 120 extends, and the dust cover 120 closes the opening of the vehicle body 200. Alternatively, the dust cover 120 may be a roll-up door structure or a stacked, folded cover plate structure.
Specifically, the running assembly 110 is connected to one end of the dust cover 120 through the top cover cross member 111, while the other end of the dust cover 120 is fixed to the frame 130, and the running assembly 110 is slidably mounted to the guide rail through the guide frame 112. The guide frame 112 can slide along the guide rail, and further drives the top cover beam 111 to move relative to the guide rail, and the top cover beam 111 can drive the dust cover 120 to synchronously move while moving, so that the dust cover 120 opens or closes the opening of the vehicle body 200. In addition, in the process that the top cover beam 111 drives the dust cover 120 to move, one end of the dust cover 120 is fixed to the frame 130, so that the one end of the dust cover 120, which is far away from the top cover beam 111, can be prevented from moving synchronously along with the top cover beam 111. In this way, in the process that the top cover beam 111 drives the dust cover 120 to move, one end of the dust cover 120 can move relative to the other end, so that the dust cover 120 can be extended or folded.
Alternatively, the power source for the guide frame 112 to slide along the guide rail may be provided by external force, and at this time, the external force provides the toggle arm to toggle; of course, a power source and a transmission member may also be disposed in the top cover structure 100, and the toggle driving of the guide frame 112 is realized through the cooperation of the power source and the transmission member.
Further, the guide rail extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 200. That is, the guide frame 112 drives the dust cover 120 to move along the length direction of the vehicle body 200 through the top cover cross member 111, so as to shield the vehicle body 200.
It should be noted that the top cover structure 100 of the present invention may be a split structure or a single-split structure. Specifically, the number of the top cover beams 111 and the number of the dust covers 120 are two, the top cover beams 111 and the dust covers 120 are respectively disposed at two ends of the frame 130, and the top cover beams 111 drive the dust covers 120 to move from the end portions of the frame 130 to the middle portions of the frame 130. At this time, the roof structure 100 is a split structure, and the two roof cross members 111 simultaneously slide along the guide rails via the guide frames 112. When the roof structure 100 is closed, the roof cross member 111 drives the dust cap 120 to move from the two ends of the frame 130 to the middle of the frame 130, and after the two roof cross members 111 are butted, the roof cross member 111 stops running, and at this time, the vehicle body 200 is reliably shielded. When the roof structure 100 is opened, the roof cross member 111 drives the dust covers 120 to move from the middle of the frame 130 to the two ends of the frame 130, and when the roof cross member 111 moves to the ends of the frame 130, the roof cross member 111 stops operating, and at this time, the vehicle body 200 is completely opened.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the top cover beam 111 and the number of the dust caps 120 are one, the top cover beam 111 and the dust caps 120 are disposed at one end of the frame 130, and the top cover beam 111 drives the dust caps 120 to move between one end of the frame 130 and the other end. At this time, the top cover structure 100 is a single open structure. When the roof structure 100 is closed, the roof cross member 111 drives the dust cap 120 to move from one end of the frame 130 to the other end, and when the two ends of the dust cap 120 are respectively located at the two ends of the frame 130, the roof cross member 111 stops operating, and at this time, the vehicle body 200 is reliably shielded. When the top cover structure 100 is opened, the guide laterally drives the dust cap 120 to move from the other end of the frame 130 to one end of the frame 130, and when the two ends of the dust cap 120 are located at the same side, the top cover beam 111 stops operating, and at this time, the vehicle body 200 is completely opened.
Illustratively, the roof structure 100 of the present invention is a split structure, and the roof cross member 111 drives the two opposite dust covers 120 to move toward or away from each other, so as to open and close the vehicle body 200.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment, the top cover beam 111 includes a first beam 1111 and a second beam 1112 slidably connected to the first beam 1111, and the other end of the dust cover 120 is connected to the first beam 1111; when the guide frame 112 slides along the guide rail, the dust cover 120 can be driven by the top cover beam 111 to open or close the vehicle body 200. That is, the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 form a telescopic motion. Thus, the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 can move away from each other to increase the length of the roof beam 111 and can also move toward each other to decrease the length of the roof beam 111.
It will be appreciated that when the parallelism of the rails on the top of carriage 130 is poor, the spacing between the two rails at different locations may be greater or lesser relative to design values. Thus, the top cover rail 111 may be subjected to tensile or compressive forces while sliding along the two rails, resulting in failure of the top cover rail 111. Therefore, the utility model discloses a top cap crossbeam 111 adopts the structure of first crossbeam 1111 and the slidable setting of second crossbeam 1112, and first crossbeam 1111 and second crossbeam 1112 can adjust according to the interval of two guide rails.
Specifically, when the distance between the two guide rails increases, the guide frame 112 pulls the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 outwards, so that the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 move away from each other, thereby increasing the length of the top cover beam 111; when the distance between the two guide rails is small, the guide frame 112 will compress the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 inwards, so that the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 move towards each other to reduce the length of the roof beam 111. In this way, the top cover cross member 111 can slide freely in the axial direction, and can also bear a large bending moment in the transverse direction to bear the dust cover 120.
The direction of roof structure 100 of above-mentioned embodiment transversely adopts the first crossbeam 1111 of telescopic and second crossbeam 1112 back, the length of roof crossbeam 111 can carry out adaptability according to the interval of two guide rails and adjust, the effectual balanced problem to the top roof crossbeam 111 inefficacy that leads to of current guide rail of solution, eliminate the poor influence to roof crossbeam 111 of the depth of parallelism of guide rail, eliminate the influence of roof crossbeam 111 axial force, the life of extension roof crossbeam 111, guarantee roof structure 100's performance. Meanwhile, the top cover structure 100 does not need an additional elastic member and a suspension device, and is simple in structure, convenient to install and use, and capable of reducing cost.
In one embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the first beam 1111 is consistent with the cross-sectional shape of the second beam 1112, and the cross-sectional area of the first beam 1111 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the second beam 1112, and one end of the second beam 1112 slidably extends into the first beam 1111. It will be appreciated that the cross-sectional area of the first cross-beam 1111 is slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of the second cross-beam 1112. Illustratively, the inner cross-section of the first cross-beam 1111 is adapted to the outer cross-section of the second cross-beam 1112. The second beam 1112 can extend into or out of the first beam 1111 as the roof beam 111 slides along the guide rails. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the end of the first beam 1111 may extend into the second beam 1112.
Alternatively, the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 may be semi-closed structures, such as patterns with openings, etc.; and the structure can also be a totally-enclosed structure, such as a circle, a square and the like. Illustratively, the first cross member 1111 and the second cross member 1112 are made of square steel.
Of course, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first cross member 1111 has a first sliding portion, the second cross member 1112 has a second sliding portion, and the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion are slidably connected. The first sliding part and the second sliding part are matched by a sliding rail and a sliding groove, or the sliding rail and the sliding block. That is, the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 establish a sliding relationship through the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion. When the top cover beam 111 slides along the guide rail, the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 can move relatively through the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion.
In one embodiment, the length of the second beam 1112 is 1/3-1/9 of the length of the first beam 1111. That is, the first beam 1111 is a long beam, and the second beam 1112 is a short beam. First crossbeam 1111 is connected with shield 120, can guarantee like this that shield 120 connects reliably, avoids shield 120 to receive the poor influence of guide rail equilibrium degree, improves shield 120's performance. Moreover, after the first cross beam 1111 is connected with the dust cover 120, the first cross beam 1111 can also be ensured to reliably bear the dust cover 120, and the dust cover 120 can be ensured to reliably close or open the vehicle body 200.
In an embodiment, the top cover structure 100 further includes a limiting component disposed on the first beam 1111 and/or the second beam 1112, and the limiting component is configured to limit the extension and retraction of the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112. The limiting member can limit the extension positions of the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112, so as to prevent the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 from over-travel operation. Optionally, the limiting member includes, but is not limited to, a stopping sheet, and may also be other structures capable of limiting, such as a limiting column and the like.
The limiting member may be disposed inside the first cross beam 1111, and after the second cross beam 1112 abuts against the limiting member, the second cross beam 1112 cannot continuously extend into the first cross beam 1111. The limiting member may be disposed outside the second beam 1112, and after the first beam 1111 abuts against the limiting member, the second beam 1112 cannot continue to extend into the first beam 1111. Of course, the limiting member may also be disposed at the end of the first beam 1111 and the end of the second beam 1112, so as to prevent the second beam 1112 from coming off the first beam 1111. Thus, when the distance between the guide rails exceeds the limit telescopic distance between the first cross beam 1111 and the second cross beam 1112, the top cover cross beam 111 can still be reliably connected with the guide rails through the guide frame 112, and the top cover cross beam 111 can reliably bear the dust cover 120.
In one embodiment, the top cover beam 111 further includes a reinforcing sleeve 1113, and the reinforcing sleeve 1113 is sleeved on the first beam 1111 and located at the end of the first beam 1111 connected to the second beam 1112. That is, the reinforcing sleeve 1113 is sleeved on the end of the first cross beam 1111 far from the guiding frame 112 for enhancing the rigidity of the connection between the first cross beam 1111 and the second cross beam 1112, so that the top cover cross beam 111 can have a larger bending moment in the transverse direction for reliably carrying the dust cover 120. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the reinforcing sleeve 1113 may also be completely sleeved on the first cross beam 1111. Alternatively, the reinforcing sleeve 1113 is fixed to the first cross member 1111 by welding, pinning, or the like.
In one embodiment, the roof rail 111 further includes an end plate 1114, and the end plate 1114 is disposed at an end of the first rail 1111 opposite to the second rail 1112 for enhancing rigidity of the first rail 1111 and the second rail 1112. The end plate 1114 is disposed at the end of the first beam 1111 connected to the guide frame 112 and at the end of the second beam 1112 connected to the guide frame 112, so as to improve the strength of the first beam 1111 and the second beam 1112 and facilitate the connection of the first beam 1111 to the second beam 1112 and the guide frame 112.
