An embodiment of the present specification provides an electronic payment device, including: the payment processing module is arranged in the body; the body comprises a first body part and a second body part, and the first body part and the second body part are mutually connected through a flexible bending part; the first body part is provided with a fixing part for fixing the vehicle, and the second body part is provided with a driving recording module.

According to the technical scheme, the electronic payment device in the embodiment of the specification can record the video images and the sound of the whole vehicle running process through the driving recording module, and can provide evidence for disputes such as traffic accidents. When the vehicle passes through the places needing to be charged, such as the road and bridge toll station or the parking lot, the payment processing module carries out background settlement processing with the bank by utilizing the computer networking technology, thereby achieving the purpose that the vehicle can automatically pay the fee without parking in the places needing to be charged, such as the road and bridge toll station or the parking lot. The driving recording module and the payment processing module are integrally designed, so that the versatility of the electronic payment equipment is realized. Can be fixed with the front windshield of vehicle through the fixed part of establishing at first body portion, can buckle into different angles through flexible kink between first body portion and the second body portion to guarantee to establish the driving recording module at second body portion and can keep at suitable shooting angle, thereby reach the installation requirement of the different motorcycle types of adaptation.

The embodiment of the specification provides an electronic payment device which can be applied to application scenes such as a vehicle passing road and bridge toll station or a toll parking lot. The electronic payment device may include: the payment processing module is arranged in the body. The body comprises a first body part and a second body part, wherein the first body part and the second body part are mutually connected through a flexible bending part, and the angle between the first body part and the second body part can be adjusted through the flexible bending part. The first body part is provided with a fixing part for fixing the vehicle, and the second body part is provided with a driving recording module.
According to the technical scheme, the electronic payment device in the embodiment of the specification can record the video images and the sound of the whole vehicle running process through the driving recording module, and can provide evidence for disputes such as traffic accidents. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an electronic payment device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a body 10, where a payment processing module (not shown) is disposed in the body 10. The body 10 includes a first body portion 11 and a second body portion 12, the first body portion 11 and the second body portion 12 are connected to each other by a flexible bending portion 13, and an angle between the first body portion 11 and the second body portion 12 can be adjusted by the flexible bending portion 13. The first body part 11 is provided with a fixing part 14 for fixing with a vehicle, and the second body part 12 is provided with a driving recording module 15. Alternatively, the payment control module may include a microprocessor, such as a single chip, which is a low power consumption chip. The shooting angle of view of the driving recording module 15 is toward the front of the vehicle.
In an embodiment, the electronic payment device may further include a tag module disposed within the body 10 and electrically connected to the payment processing module. The tag module stores therein vehicle information, such as vehicle type information. Alternatively, the tag module may adopt a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag or a vehicle-mounted unit (obu) tag.
In an actual application scenario, taking an electronic payment device applied to an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system as an example, the tag module may adopt an On-board Unit (OBU) electronic tag, or an On-board Unit (OBU), and an RSU Road side Unit (Road Unit) may be erected On a Road side of the Road and bridge toll station. When the vehicle passes through the road and bridge toll station, the OBU vehicle-mounted unit and the RSU road side unit can communicate in a microwave mode, the RSU road side unit obtains vehicle information recorded in the vehicle-mounted unit electronic tag and confirms that the information is correct, and the payment processing module performs background settlement processing with a bank by using a computer networking technology to deduct toll, so that the purpose that the vehicle can pay the toll without stopping at the road and bridge toll station is achieved.
In another practical application scenario, taking the application of the electronic payment device to the toll collection parking lot as an example, the tag module may adopt a radio frequency identification electronic tag, or called as an RFID tag, and a radio frequency tag reader may be installed at an inlet and an outlet of the toll collection parking lot. When the vehicle passes through the entrance and the exit of the toll parking lot, the radio frequency tag reader and the RFID tag can communicate in a radio frequency mode, the radio frequency tag reader obtains vehicle information recorded in the RFID tag and confirms that the information is correct, and the payment processing module performs background settlement processing with a bank by using a computer networking technology to deduct toll, so that the purpose that the vehicle automatically pays the parking fee through the toll parking lot is achieved.
In the example shown in the figure, the body 10 is a cubic structure, and the housing can be made of metal, so that the signal is good. The surface of the material can adopt TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes, Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) surface material, and the hand feeling is soft. The TPU material is matched with the metal material, so that the strong material contrast is realized, and the heat dissipation effect of the product can be ensured while the good visual effect is ensured. In other examples, the body 10 may have other structures, such as a racetrack structure, and it is understood that the top of the first body 11 and the bottom of the second body 12 are both arc-shaped structures, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, which may make the product more compact, have stronger science and technology feeling, and have better visual effect. The structure of the body 10 can be set according to actual needs, and the present specification is not limited thereto.
The flexible bending portion 13 may be made of a flexible bendable material and have a certain shape plasticity, for example, a metal bending portion, which may connect a plurality of soft metals such as steel wires between the first body portion 11 and the second body portion 12, and cover the first body portion 11 and the second body portion 12 with rubber materials, etc. externally, and adjust the angle between the first body portion 11 and the second body portion 12 by bending the flexible bending portion 13, thereby changing the shape of the body 10 to adapt to the angle and the installation position of windshields of different vehicle types.
The fixing portion 14 may be an adhesive cloth that can be directly adhered to a windshield of a vehicle, thereby fixing the body 10 to the vehicle. In the example shown in the drawings, the fixing portion 14 is provided on the front surface of the first body portion 11. In other examples, the fixing portion 14 may also be a hook and loop fastener, a magnetic member, etc., and may be formed by providing a corresponding mating member on the windshield. The fixing portion 14 may be provided on the back surface of the first body portion 11, as long as the shooting angle of the driving recording module 15 can be ensured to face the front of the vehicle, which is not limited in the present specification.
In the present embodiment, the first body portion 11 is located above the second body portion 12, and the bending fold of the flexible bending portion 13 may be disposed along the width direction (the transverse direction in the figure) of the body 10. According to the angle and the installation position of the windshields of different vehicle types, the body 10 is fixed on the windshields of the vehicles through the fixing part 14 arranged on the first body part 11, the angle between the second body part 12 and the first body part 11 is adjusted through bending the flexible bending part 13, so that the second body part 12 is arranged in the approximately vertical direction, the driving recording module 15 arranged on the second body part 12 can be kept in the horizontal shooting angle, the shooting effect is enhanced, and the bent shape of the first body part 11 and the second body part 12 can be seen in fig. 5 and 6.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the body 10 may be provided with a card slot 16 for inserting a payment card 90, and the payment card 90 may be a card capable of providing payment functions, such as a bank card or a credit card. The payment processing module utilizes computer networking technology to perform background settlement processing with banks, and corresponding fees can be deducted from the payment card 90, so that the purpose that the vehicle can automatically pay the fees through places such as a road bridge toll station or a parking lot without parking is achieved. In the present embodiment, the card slot 16 is opened at the top of the first body 11, and the payment card 90 is inserted into the card slot 16 as shown in fig. 9. In other examples, the card slot 16 may be disposed at other positions of the body 10, such as a side portion of the first body 11 or a side portion of the second body 12, and this description should not be construed as limiting.
Optionally, the electronic payment device may include a communication module for communication connection with the mobile terminal, the communication module being disposed in the body 10 and electrically connected with the payment processing module. The electronic payment device is connected with a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) of a user through the communication module, after the payment processing module carries out background settlement processing with a bank by using a computer networking technology, corresponding expenses can be paid directly through a mobile payment mode, the use of a payment card can be omitted, a clamping groove formed in the body 10 can be omitted, the payment mode is more convenient, the structure of a product can be simplified, and the appearance effect of the electronic payment device is more concise. Alternatively, the communication module may be a bluetooth module or a wifi module.
In an embodiment, the driving recording module 15 may include a camera 17, and the camera 17 is disposed on the front surface of the second body portion 12. In the example shown in the figure, the fixing part 14 is arranged on the front surface of the first body part 11, the camera 17 and the fixing part 14 are arranged on the same side of the body 10, the fixing part 14 is fixed with a vehicle windshield, the position of the second body part 12 is adjusted by adjusting the bending angle of the flexible bending part 13 so as to ensure that the shooting visual angle of the camera 17 faces the front of the vehicle, and the camera 17 shoots and records video images and sound of the whole running process of the vehicle. After the electronic payment device is in communication connection with the mobile terminal of the user through the communication module, the user can check the data recorded by the camera 17 through the mobile terminal.
Optionally, a receiving groove is formed in the front surface of the second body portion 12, the camera 17 is received and disposed in the receiving groove, and the front surface of the camera 17 is flush with the front surface of the second body portion 12, so as to keep the appearance of the product flat. In other examples, the front surface of the camera 17 may be recessed relative to the receiving slot to protect the camera 17 from damage.
In another embodiment, the driving recording module may include at least two cameras, and one of the cameras may be disposed on the front surface of the second body portion for capturing and recording video images and sound of the whole driving process of the vehicle. The remaining cameras may be disposed outside of the vehicle. For example, the camera is arranged at the rear part of the vehicle, so that a reversing image function can be provided for a user, and the user can conveniently perform parking operation. The camera is arranged below the side reflector of the vehicle, so that the visual field blind area which cannot be provided by the side reflector can be displayed, the backing safety is improved, the risk is reduced, and the product function is expanded. The number of the cameras can be set according to actual requirements, and the specification does not limit the number of the cameras.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, in another embodiment, the driving recording module 15 may include a camera 17 and a display 18 electrically connected to the camera 17, the camera 17 is disposed on the front surface of the second body 12, and the display 18 is disposed on the back surface of the second body 12. The main board can be further arranged in the body 10, and the payment processing module, the communication module, the label module, the camera 17 and the display screen 18 can be connected with the main board, so that the mutual electric connection is kept. Camera 17 can realize shooting the function towards the place ahead of vehicle, and display screen 18 can be towards the rear of vehicle, realizes showing the function of the video image that camera 17 shot, and the user drives the vehicle in-process, can watch in real time, perhaps looks over in the later stage, satisfies different driving demands, promotes and drives experience. The display 18 may also implement navigation functions to meet the individual needs of different users.
Optionally, the second body 12 is provided with a through hole, the camera 17 is accommodated in the through hole, and a front surface of the camera 17 is flush with a front surface of the second body 12, so as to keep the appearance of the product flat. In other examples, the front surface of the camera 17 may be recessed relative to the through hole to protect the camera 17 from damage. The back surface of the camera 17 protrudes from the back surface of the second main body 12, and a protruding portion 19 is formed at a portion of the camera 17 protruding from the second main body 12. The display screen 18 is provided with a groove portion 181 matched with the protruding portion 19, and the groove portion 181 is sleeved outside the protruding portion 19. The display 18 is sleeved on the projecting part 19 of the camera 17 projecting from the second body part 12 through the groove part 181, and further connected with the camera 17 to achieve the purpose of being installed on the body 10.
Display 18 may be provided with a first interface 182, in the example shown in the figures, first interface 182 is located on the same side of display 18 as recessed portion 181, and both are located on the back of display 18. The recessed portion 181 may be a circular recess, and the first connector 182 may include a plurality of insertion ports, which are located below the recessed portion 181 and are arranged in a circular arc shape. The back of the second body 12 is provided with a second interface 121 for coupling with the first interface 182, the camera 17 may be cylindrical and correspond to the structure of the groove 181, and the second interface 121 may include a plurality of insertion ports, which are arranged below the protruding portion 19 of the camera 17 and are in an arc shape and correspond to the first interface 181. The second interface 121 may be configured to be electrically connected to a motherboard, and the display screen 18 may be coupled to the motherboard through the first interface 182 and the second interface 121 to realize electrical connection to the motherboard. After the display screen 18 is installed on the body 10, the recessed portion 181 is sleeved on the protruding portion 19 of the camera 17 protruding out of the second body portion 12, and the first interface 182 is coupled with the second interface 121 of the body 10, so that not only can the display screen 18 be further fixed with the body 10, but also the display screen can be electrically connected with the camera 17.
In another embodiment, the driving recording module may include a camera and a display screen, and the camera may be disposed on the front surface of the second body portion for capturing video images and sound of the whole driving process of the vehicle. The display screen and the body can be of a split type design, and the display screen can be fixed with the internal components of the vehicle through the mounting piece. For example, the display screen can be arranged on a rearview mirror as a vehicle interior component, or arranged at an air outlet position as the vehicle interior component through a buckle, or arranged at a central control position as the vehicle interior component through a bracket, so that the operability of the product is improved. The installation position of the display screen can be set according to actual requirements, and the specification does not limit the installation position.
The electronic payment equipment provided by the embodiment of the specification is integrally designed with the driving recording module and the payment processing module, is combined with the camera and the display screen, can expand driving records, navigation assistance, real-time monitoring, backing function assistance and the like, achieves the versatility of the electronic payment equipment, meets different driving requirements, improves the driving experience, meets the individual requirements of different users, and achieves the maximized hardware function and product requirement and the maximized user experience through concise design elements, visual effect and flow experience. Can be fixed with the front windshield of vehicle through the fixed part of establishing at first body portion, can buckle into different angles through flexible kink between first body portion and the second body portion to guarantee to establish the driving recording module at second body portion and can keep at suitable shooting angle, thereby reach the installation requirement of the different motorcycle types of adaptation.
