Fig. 5 shows a right side view of a rotation of a body of a cash register provided with a dual display screen according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The cash register with double display screens is rotated in a direction that the upper end of the plate-type machine body 100 faces the back of the machine body and the lower end of the plate-type machine body 100 faces the front of the machine body (clockwise rotation from a right view angle and counterclockwise rotation from a left view angle). As shown in fig. 12 (a), a member and coupon information interface 50 is displayed on the second touch display screen on the cashier side, and on this interface 50: first user (i.e., customer) information 501, consumption information 502, and offer information 503.
Optionally, the first user information 501 includes at least one of the following information: the system comprises a head portrait of a first user, a first user account or a nickname or a user name, the type of the first user account, a member identification corresponding to the first user account and a member grade of the first user. Illustratively, the member identifier corresponding to the first user is a gold card, and the user name corresponding to the first user account is XXX.
Optionally, the consumption information 502 of the first user includes: the amount of consumption and the offer currently consumed. Illustratively, the amount of consumption by the first user XXX is 22 dollars, and the current offer is 5 dollars.
Optionally, the offer information 503 usable by the first user includes: at least one of a coupon, a discount card, and a more offer recommendation. Optionally, when the type of the first user account (i.e. the account corresponding to the customer) is a non-member type, displaying a guide member registration interface on the first touch display screen, and receiving a member registration triggering operation; and displaying a successful member registration interface according to member registration triggering operation. To explain the above payment process for the non-member type customer in conjunction with the interface displayed on the display screen, fig. 13 shows an interface schematic diagram of the customer registering member provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application as shown in fig. 13 (a), and the first user information 301 and the reception suggestion 302 are displayed on the guide member registering interface 30 on the cashier side.
Optionally, the first user information 301 includes at least one of the following information: the first user's avatar, the number of consumption per month, the accumulated amount of consumption, the first user's account number (i.e., customer account number) or nickname or user name, the account type of the first user's account number, or the type of the first user (or customer), the first user's gender. Optionally, the hospitality advice includes hospitality items and reasons. Illustratively, the reception is to direct the membership card to open, since 33 yuan can be saved each month. In some embodiments, the hospitality item may be a lead home card, or a lead parent card, for reasons such as free birthday gifts for every month on the birthday day, or free parent experience cards for the third weekday of each month. In some embodiments, the open option 305 is also named an immediate open option, which is not limited by the present application, and the open option 305 is used to determine registered member operations. Optionally, when the account type is a member type (that is, when the customer is a member), displaying a coupon of the first user account on the first touch display screen, receiving a coupon using trigger operation of the first user, displaying a coupon using interface according to the coupon using trigger operation, and executing a payment process corresponding to the first user account in a coupon preferential manner to generate a payment result. It will be appreciated that the first user may select whether to use the coupon, and when to use the coupon.
The registered member operation may be performed at any stage when the customer purchases a product, for example, before the customer checks out the account, the cashier inquires whether the customer is a store member, or after the customer checks out the account, the cashier inquires whether the customer is a local store member, and if the customer is not a store member, the customer is prompted to register the member.
The payment process is explained by a code scanning payment method, and fig. 14 shows a flow chart of a method of the code scanning payment method provided by an exemplary embodiment. The method is applied to the cash register provided with the double display screens shown in fig. 1 to 7, and comprises the following steps:
the cashier enters merchandise information, step 1401.
The cashier performs order entry operation through the second touch display screen, and enters commodity information, namely a purchase order, wherein the purchase order comprises commodity price and commodity quantity. Optionally, the purchase order is displayed on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen, or the purchase order is displayed on at least one of the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen.
At step 1402, the POS initiates payment.
Illustratively, the cash register with the double display screens is connected with a POS, a purchase order is sent to the POS, the POS initiates payment, the amount of money corresponds to the purchase order, an account corresponding to the collection-mode store B, and the payer is a payment account corresponding to the customer. The first touch display screen prompts the first user to carry out verification operation on payment verification information of the first user (namely, a customer) account, and the payment mode of the first user account is determined according to the payment verification information.
It should be noted that steps 1401 and 1402 are a premise that the customer performs the code scanning payment (indicated by a dotted line), and the method for the code scanning payment method starts from step 1403.
At step 1403, the customer aligns the payment code with the scanner window.
Optionally, when the payment mode is a code scanning payment mode, scanning the payment graphic code through a code scanner, and generating a payment result according to a scanning result of the code scanner on the payment graphic code.
At step 1404, the code scan is successful.
Optionally, a code scanning success interface is displayed on the first touch display screen, or a code scanning success interface is displayed on the second touch display screen, or a code scanning success interface is displayed on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen. Describing a face-brushing payment mode with reference to fig. 15, fig. 15 shows a flowchart of a face-brushing payment method provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a cash register provided with a dual display screen as shown in fig. 1 to 7, and the method includes the following steps:
at step 1501, the cashier enters merchandise information.
The cashier performs order entry operation through the second touch display screen, and enters commodity information, namely a purchase order, wherein the purchase order comprises commodity price and commodity quantity. Optionally, the purchase order is displayed on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen, or the purchase order is displayed on at least one of the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen.
At step 1502, the POS initiates payment.
Illustratively, the cash register with the double display screens is connected with a POS, a purchase order is sent to the POS, the POS initiates payment, the amount of money corresponds to the purchase order, an account corresponding to the collection-mode store B, and the payer is a payment account corresponding to the customer. The first touch display screen prompts the first user to carry out verification operation on payment verification information of the first user (namely, a customer) account, and the payment mode of the first user account is determined according to the payment verification information.
It will be appreciated that steps 1501 and 1502 are a prerequisite for a customer to make a face-brushing payment (indicated by the dashed lines), and the method for the face-brushing payment method begins at step 1503.
At step 1503, the customer clicks the screen "swipe face pay" button to begin swiping the face.
First user (customer promptly) swipes the face payment through first touch display screen, when the payment mode is for swipes the face payment mode, gathers facial image through the camera module, generates the payment result according to the facial feature in the facial image. Optionally, the camera module is a 3D camera module. Optionally, the first user performs face-brushing payment through a prompt tone, for example, a cash register provided with two display screens sends out: please pay with a face brushing, or please visually check the camera above the screen, which is not limited in the present application.
At step 1504, the customer performs a first face-brushing payment operation on the machine.
Illustratively, the customer performs a face-brushing payment operation on the cash register provided with the dual display screen in the store a, whether the operation is performed on the cash register provided with the dual display screen in the store a for the first time. If the operation is not first performed at the cash register, go to step 1505 a; if the operation is first performed at the cash register, the process proceeds to step 1505 b. The first user selects the options corresponding to "yes" and "no" according to actual conditions, which is not limited in the present application.
At step 1505a, user identification is completed.
The first user (i.e. the customer) does not perform the face-brushing payment operation on the cash register for the first time, and the camera module directly identifies the first user.
Step 1505b, whether voiceprint is used to verify identity.
When the first user performs the face brushing payment operation on the cash register for the first time, the cash register prompts whether the first user adopts the voiceprint to verify the identity, and if the first user does not adopt the voiceprint to verify the identity, the step 1506a is performed; if the first user authenticates using the voiceprint, step 1506b is entered.
Optionally, the manner of prompting the first user by the cash register is to display a prompt dialog box on the first touch display screen, or to use a voice prompt. Illustratively, a prompt dialog is displayed on the first touch display screen, the prompt dialog displaying: whether to use voiceprint to verify your identity; alternatively, the first user hears the alert tone: whether to use voiceprint to verify your identity is not limited in this application.
Step 1506a, inputting the mobile phone number bound with the account.
This step is entered when the first user does not choose to authenticate using a voiceprint. When the face features in the face image are face features of a user who pays for the first time, the input verification communication number is received through the first touch display screen, and when the verification communication number is a communication number bound with the face features, a payment process corresponding to the face features is executed, and a payment result is generated. Illustratively, when a first user performs a face-brushing payment operation on the cash register for the first time, the camera module recognizes a face feature in a face image of the first user as the face feature of the first payment user, the first user inputs a verification communication number (i.e., a mobile phone number) through the first touch display screen, and when the verification communication number is a communication number bound with the face feature corresponding to the first user account, a payment process corresponding to the face feature is executed. Optionally, the first user may further input a mobile phone number (i.e., a verification communication number) bound to the first user account on the first touch display screen to obtain a corresponding verification code (the verification code may be a number or a code containing english characters, the number of digits of the verification code is arbitrary, which is not limited in this application), input the verification code into a corresponding input box on the first touch display screen, and when the verification code corresponds to the verification communication number and the face feature, complete the authentication process of the first user account.
At step 1506b, click the "voiceprint authentication" button to initiate authentication.
Optionally, the first user selects a voiceprint authentication mode for authentication. When the face features in the face image are the face features of the user paying for the first time, the input voice signals are received through the microphone, and when the voiceprints in the voice signals are matched with the voiceprints bound with the face features, the payment process corresponding to the face features is executed, and a payment result is generated. Illustratively, the first user speaks into the microphone, and optionally, the content of the speaking is displayed on the first touch display screen, for example, please recite the following characters (or numbers), or the content of the speaking is reminded by a prompt tone, for example, the prompt tone is please recite you good, which is not limited in this application. The cash register with the double display screens matches the voiceprint in the voice signal input by the first user with the voiceprint bound with the face features, and when the matching results are consistent, the payment process corresponding to the face features of the first user is executed, and the payment result is generated.
In conclusion, the camera module is arranged on the cash register with the double display screens, so that the first user can pay in a face-brushing payment mode, if the first-time face-brushing payment is carried out on the cash register, only one communication number needs to be verified, the first user does not need to use a mobile phone for payment, and the payment step of the first user is simplified.
Optionally, before receiving an order entry operation on the second touch display screen, the second touch display screen receives commodity recommendation information sent by the server, where the commodity recommendation information is generated by the server according to a historical purchase record of the first user account, and the commodity recommendation information is sent to at least one of the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen to display the commodity recommendation information. Optionally, the commodity recommendation information is generated according to information of a first user account, where the information of the first user account includes: the first user account comprises at least one of sex, age, hobbies, personal habits, social circles, common programs and common payment methods. Illustratively, the first user account is a female user, and the server generates commodity recommendation information about desserts (such as cakes and milk tea) according to the fact that the first user account is the female user. Illustratively, the server sends the commodity recommendation information to the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen, the commodity recommendation information is displayed on the first touch display screen corresponding to the customer side (the first user), the commodity recommendation information is displayed on the second touch display screen corresponding to the cash register side, the cashier recommends the commodity to the customer according to the commodity recommendation information, and the customer can select the commodity from the recommended commodities to purchase, or the customer autonomously selects other commodities (commodities from non-recommended commodities) to purchase.
The intelligent recommended goods are described in the coffee shop by way of example with reference to fig. 16, and fig. 16 is a schematic interface diagram of the intelligent recommended goods provided with a dual display screen according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 16 (a), on the recommendation interface 40, there are displayed: first user information 401, a constant point menu 402, and product information 403. And displaying the commodity recommendation information on the second touch display screen.
Illustratively, the first user information 401 includes at least one of the following information: the account number or nickname or user name or real name of the first user, the head image of the first user, the member grade of the first user account number and the numerical value required for upgrading the first user account number to the next member grade. For example, the first user is a member of coffee shop A, the nickname of the first user is YYY, the member level of the first user account is Jade Star level, and the first user account has accumulated two stars at the current member level. In some embodiments, the membership grade is a platinum membership, the accumulated experience value of the membership at the current membership grade is 2, and the application does not limit the name of the membership grade and the name of the value required for upgrading to the next membership grade.
As shown in fig. 16 (b), on the member information interface 41 on the first touch display screen corresponding to the customer side, there are displayed: first user information 404, rating details 405 for the first user account, a coupon 406 owned by the first user.
Optionally, the first user information 404 corresponds to the member information on the first touch display screen, and the display form is different, and the display form of the interface on the customer side is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, the level details 405 of the first user account include: a lowest ranking, a first user current ranking and a highest ranking. Illustratively, the lowest level is the silver star level, the first user is currently on the jade star level, and the highest level is the gold star level. In some embodiments, the lowest level is a general membership level, the level at which the first user is currently located is a platinum membership level, and the highest level is a black membership level, and the application does not limit the names of the membership levels. Optionally, the progress bar is used to indicate a level of the first user account, and prompt information is displayed at the level of the first user account to prompt the first user account to be promoted to a value required by a next level. Optionally, the value required for the first user account to upgrade to the next level is related to the consumption amount of the first user, and illustratively, the value required for the upgrade is 1 when the customer consumes a dollar in real life.
Optionally, the coupons 406 owned by the first user include: at least one of a half-value coupon, a gift product obtained by purchasing the specified commodity, and a coupon for the specified commodity, and a use condition and an expiration date of the valid coupon are displayed on the coupon. Illustratively, the first user can be in the morning 6: 00 to 10: and 30, the drinks are purchased by using the half-price ticket for the drinks in the breakfast time period, and the price of the drinks is reduced to half of the original price.
Optionally, the cash register provided with the double display screens can also perform information mutual pushing operation on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen. And displaying second information on the second touch display screen, receiving a second pushing operation on the second touch display screen, and sending the second information to the first touch display screen for displaying according to the second pushing operation. Optionally, the second information comprises at least one of the following information: the system comprises a purchase order, member information, a purchase record corresponding to a first user account and a coupon corresponding to the first user account. With reference to fig. 17, a process of performing an information mutual pushing operation on a first touch display screen and a second touch display screen is described, fig. 17 shows a flowchart of a method for mutual pushing information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a cash register provided with two display screens as shown in fig. 1 to 7, and the method includes the following steps:

Step 1701a, the second touch screen displays information directed to the cashier.
Optionally, the cashier-oriented information comprises at least one of the following information: the purchase order, information of the first user account (e.g., type of the first user account, whether the first user account is a member of the local store, a member level), goods frequently purchased by the first user account, a coupon owned by the first user account, preferences of the first user account (e.g., favorite tastes), and consumption status of the first user account.
At step 1702a, the cashier selects the corresponding information and confirms the push.
Schematically, the description is made by taking a milky tea shop as an example. FIG. 18 illustrates an interface diagram for information pushing provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 18 (a), the information mutual-pushing interface 20 displayed on the first touch display screen corresponding to the cashier side includes: information 201 of the first user account and commodity 202 of the first user account.
Optionally, the information 201 of the first user account includes: the method comprises the following steps that the head portrait of a first user, the user name of the first user, the balance of a first user account, the member level of the first user account and the last consumption time of the first user in a milk tea shop, for example, the user name of the first user is XXX and the balance of the first user is 305 yuan, and the first user comes to a milk tea shop and consumes the milk tea shop two days ago.
Optionally, the first user account frequent item 202 comprises: the name and model of the product, for example, the first user often drinks kumquat lemon, and the frequently selected taste is big cup, little ice, little sugar, honey, immortal grass and more material. Optionally, the cashier sends the commodity recommendation information to the first touch display screen.
In step 1703a, the second touch display screen selection information is pushed.
Optionally, after the cashier pushes the commodity recommendation information, the fact that the pushing of the selection information is successful is displayed on the second touch display screen, or a prompt tone is used for prompting that the pushing of the information is successful, for example, the prompt tone is that your information is successfully pushed.
In step 1703b, the first touch screen displays the information pushed by the cashier.
Optionally, the information displayed on the first touch display screen corresponding to the first user (i.e., the customer) is consistent with the information displayed on the cashier side, or the information on the cashier side is converted into purchase order information and displayed on the first touch display screen.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 18 (b), a purchase order interface 21 is displayed on the first touch display screen, and the interface 21 displays thereon: unselected option 203, selected option 204, determined option 205, and closed option 206.
Unselected option 203 (represented by a white box) indicates that the first user has not selected the option, and selected option 204 (represented by a black box) indicates that the first user has selected the option. For example, the first user selects the options of big cup, little ice, little sugar, Mesona chinensis and honey, and does not select the options of small cup, coconut, pearl and the like. It will be appreciated that different options are displayed for different stores.
At step 1704a, the customer confirms receipt of the push message.
Illustratively, the first user confirms receipt of the modified purchase order information. And after the purchase order is modified, sending the modified purchase order information to the second touch display screen, and settling the account for the customer by the cashier according to the purchase order displayed by the second touch display screen.
The following describes a method for pushing information to each other on the customer side. The method comprises the steps of displaying first information on a first touch display screen, receiving first pushing operation on the first touch display screen, and sending the first information to a second touch display screen to be displayed according to the first pushing operation. Optionally, the first information comprises at least one of the following information: modifying the purchase order, the member information, the member card ticket corresponding to the member information, the commodity activity and the evaluation information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
step 1701b, the first touch display screen displays information for the customer.
Schematically, the process of pushing information on the customer side is described with reference to fig. 18, and fig. 18 shows an interface schematic diagram of information mutual pushing provided by another exemplary embodiment of the present application. An evaluation interface 61 is displayed on the first touch display screen corresponding to the customer side, and payment information 604, evaluation information 605, and completion information 606 are displayed on the evaluation interface 61.
Optionally, the payment information 604 includes: and at least one of payment success prompt information, payment amount and shop name. Illustratively, the first user successfully paid 149.65 dollars at restaurant XX.
Optionally, the evaluation information 605 includes: at least one of rating, comment, reward service, rating status. Illustratively, the first user rated XX restaurant in star, rated five stars (the highest rated rating), rated in the manner of an anonymous user, who did not choose to use a consumption thank you attendant. Alternatively, the first user may rate restaurant XX in a real-name manner. In some embodiments, the first user may make an opinion or suggestion to the merchant by entering a comment in an input box on the first touch display screen, which is not limited in this application.
At step 1702b, the customer selects the corresponding information and confirms the push.
Illustratively, the first user selects to rate the XX restaurant for five stars and sends the rating to the first touch screen display.

Optionally, a prompt message that the evaluation result is pushed or the evaluation is successful is displayed on the first touch display screen.

Schematically, as shown in fig. 19 (a), the benefit information interface 60 displays: staff information 601, profit amount 602, and task information 603.
Optionally, staff information 601 includes at least one of a staff name, position, level, shift, illustratively, the staff is a cashier in the store and the name is AA. Optionally, the staff checks their work details, such as time of card punching, time of shift, leave application, work duration, today's income, etc., through checking options.
Optionally, the profit amount 602 represents the current profit amount and the profit amount for a single consumption by the worker. Illustratively, the revenue amount of cashier AA in the settlement corresponding to the first user (settlement amount is 149.65 yuan) is 0.25 yuan, and the current revenue amount is 68.30 yuan.
Optionally, the task information 603 includes: at least one of a member registration task, an evaluation task, a payment method task, a sales order task, and a turnover task. Optionally, the challenge time of the task is arbitrary, such as today's challenge, three days ' challenge, or one week's challenge, etc. Illustratively, cashier AA is tasked with registering 60 members, five-star good for 90, paying 50 strokes in a face-brushing payment. Taking the first information as commodity activity and the second information as commodity sales information as examples for explanation, fig. 20 shows an interface schematic diagram of the mutual pushing of the commodity activity information provided by another exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 20 (a), a sales interface 70 is displayed on the second touch display screen corresponding to the cashier side, and the sales interface 70 displays: cashier information 701, turnover information 702, and sales information 703.
The cashier information 701 includes: at least one of cashier's name, hours on duty, shift change options, rewards, payment results, registered members, service ratings. Illustratively, the cashier AA is on duty from 7 am to 3 pm, when the shift reward is 18.3 yuan, 53 people are paid with face brushing, 12 new members are added, and the service evaluation score is 4.2 points (full score is 5 points).
The turnover information 702 represents the turnover of the cashier, optionally, the turnover is at least two days, or the current day turnover of the cashier, and the turnover is displayed in shifts, such as morning shift, evening shift, and morning shift. Alternatively, the turnover is displayed in the form of a line graph, or a bar graph, or a pie graph, or a table. Alternatively, the cashier may hide the display turnover.
The sales information 703 represents sales of the commodity, and optionally, the sales information is a ranking list of hot commodities, which is ranked from high to low in sales amount or sales amount, and is calculated within one hour, or within one day, or within one week, or within one month, which is not preferred in the present application. As shown in fig. 20 (b), a red envelope getting interface 71 is displayed on the first touch display screen corresponding to the first user, and the interface 71 displays: red envelope information 704 and an image 705.
Optionally, the red packet information 704 includes at least one of the following information: the name or nickname or user name or account number of the red packet sender, the head portrait of the red packet sender, the red packet amount and the storage position of the red packet. Illustratively, the first user receives a red envelope from a cashier or clerk KK, the red envelope having an amount of 3.88 dollars, and optionally the red envelope is displayed on the first touch screen after the first user uses a face-brushing payment method. Optionally, the first user may use the red envelope to offset the purchased item by a certain amount (e.g., offset by 3.88 dollars) the next time he purchases the item at the store at which KK is located.
Optionally, the image 705 is an avatar of the first user, or an avatar of a red packet sender, or an expression or a motion picture expression, or a video, which is not limited in this application. Optionally, the image 705 is a dynamic expression of the red packet sender, and the dynamic expression carries the text: not innocent, negative, only expected.
It can be understood that the merchant selects the information to be sent on the second touch display screen, and sends the information to the first touch display screen, and optionally, the information is merchant activity information. In some embodiments, the merchant event information is a poster of the merchant event (e.g., half the price of all drinks from the end of the month to the end of the month), or a coupon issued by the merchant (including, but not limited to, a cash red envelope, a discount coupon, a discount card, etc.), or a newsfeed information (e.g., a merchant delivers a product known under the trade name whirlwind ice drink), which is not limited in this application. The customer can receive the information of the merchant quickly through the first touch display screen, for example, when receiving the information of pushing out the new product, the customer can buy the new product pushed out by the merchant according to the information.
In summary, through the mutual information pushing operation performed between the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen, the first user can perform operations such as modifying a purchase order, getting a coupon, evaluating service, and the like, and the cashier can perform operations such as recommending a commodity, issuing a coupon, receiving payment information of the first user, and the like to the first user according to the first user information.
Fig. 21 shows a flowchart of a method for installing and configuring a cash register provided with dual display screens according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method is applied to installing and configuring the cash register provided with dual display screens shown in fig. 1 to 7, and the method includes the following steps:
step 2101, connect this apparatus to POS machine.
Optionally, the cash register provided with a dual display screen is connected to a POS machine for initiating payment or to a printer for printing sales vouchers (i.e. shopping tickets).
At step 2102, the apparatus is connected to a power source.
Illustratively, the cash register provided with the double display screens is connected to a power supply, for example, the cash register provided with the double display screens uses 220V voltage, and a two-hole plug is adopted.
Step 2103, automatically starting up.
Optionally, the cash register with the dual display screens is automatically powered on after being connected with a power supply, or is powered on by using a power supply key. If the cash register with the dual display screens is automatically started up, the cash register is started up after being connected with a power supply, the step 2104a is performed, and if the cash register is not automatically started up, the step 2104b is performed.
Step 2104a, it is detected whether the device is connected to the ethernet output interface through the network cable.
After the cash register with the double display screens is automatically started, detecting whether the cash register is connected to an Ethernet outlet through a network cable, and if the cash register is connected to the Ethernet outlet, entering a step 2105 a; if not, proceed to step 2105 b.
At step 2104b, the device is turned on for 3 seconds by pressing the power key long.
The cash register with the double display screens is not automatically started after being connected with a power supply, and the equipment is started by long pressing a power key for 3 seconds. Alternatively, the time for pressing the power key for a long time is arbitrary, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Step 2105a, the setup ethernet is completed.
Ethernet refers to a computer local area network technology, and computers connected to the ethernet network can share information. After the cash register with the double display screens is connected to the ethernet through the network cable, the ethernet needs to be set, and the process goes to step 2106a after the setting is completed.
Step 2105b, automatically connect to the default 4G network.
When the cash register provided with the double display screens is not connected to the ethernet through the network cable and the SIM card is placed in the SIM card slot in the cash register, automatically connecting to the default 4G network, and then entering step 2006 a; if the SIM card is not placed in the SIM card slot of the cash register, or there is no 4G network data traffic in the SIM card, step 2106b is performed.
And 2106a, adjusting the height and the angle of the screen according to the height of the placing surface.
After the cash register provided with the double display screens is connected to a network, the height and the angle of the screen are adjusted according to the height of the placing surface.
Step 2106b, setting is performed through the second touch display screen.
The cash register provided with the dual display screen performs network setting through the second touch display screen, and optionally, the cash register may be connected to a wireless network.
Step 2107, network connection setup is completed.
After the network setup is completed through the second touch display screen, step 2106a is entered.
Step 2108, use of the device is initiated.
The cash register with the double display screens can be normally used.
Optionally, the cash register with the dual display screens is configured with a Software Development Kit (SDK), and different merchants can quickly install corresponding programs through the SDK without the merchants redeveloping the programs.
In use, the interface on the first touch display screen on the first user side is shown in fig. 22, the interface on the second touch display screen on the cashier side is shown in fig. 23, and fig. 22 and 23 respectively show schematic interface diagrams of the front and back of a cash register provided with a dual display screen according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 22, the interface 10 is displayed on the first touch display screen corresponding to the first user, and information such as the user name, rating, and available coupon of the first user is displayed on the interface 10.
As shown in fig. 23, the interface 11 is displayed on the second touch display screen corresponding to the cashier side, and the level and frequent point menu of the first user is displayed on the interface 11, so that the cashier can recommend the product to the first user according to the information.
It is understood that the above-mentioned interfaces are part of the interfaces of the cash register provided with the dual display screens during the use process, and different interfaces are displayed on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen by using different functions.
The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present application, and for details that are not described in detail in the embodiments of the apparatus, reference may be made to corresponding descriptions in the above method embodiments, and details are not described herein again.
Fig. 24 is a schematic structural diagram of an information interaction apparatus provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The apparatus can be implemented as all or a part of a terminal by software, hardware or a combination of both, and includes: a receiving module 2410 and a display module 2420, wherein the receiving module 2410 is an optional module.
The receiving module 2410 is configured to receive an order entry operation on the second touch display screen, where the order entry operation is used to enter a purchase order, and the purchase order includes a commodity price and a commodity quantity;
a display module 2420 for displaying the purchase order on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen;
the receiving module 2410 is further configured to receive a payment triggering operation on the first touch display screen, where the payment triggering operation is used to trigger a payment purchase order;
the receiving module 2410 is further configured to receive payment verification information of the first user account;
the display module 2420 is further configured to display payment results on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen according to the payment verification information.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a control component 2430 configured to determine a payment method of the first user account according to the payment verification information; generating a payment result according to the payment mode; and controlling the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen to display the payment result.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further includes a scanning module 2440 and a camera module 2450, where the scanning module 2440 is configured to scan the payment graphic code through a code scanner when the payment method is a code scanning payment method; the control component 2430 is further configured to generate a payment result according to a scanning result of the barcode scanner on the payment graphic code; the camera module 2450 is used for acquiring a face image through the camera module when the payment mode is a face brushing payment mode; the control component 2430 is further configured to generate a payment result according to the facial features in the facial image.
In an optional embodiment, the receiving module 2410 is further configured to receive, through the first touch display screen, the input verification communication number when the facial features in the facial image are facial features of a first-time payment user; the control component 2430 is further configured to execute a payment process corresponding to the facial features to generate a payment result when the communication number is verified to be the communication number bound with the facial features; the receiving module 2410 is further configured to receive an input voice signal through a microphone when the facial features in the facial image are facial features of a user who pays for the first time; the control component 2430 is further configured to execute a payment process corresponding to the face feature when the voiceprint in the voice signal matches the voiceprint bound to the face feature, and generate a payment result.
In an optional embodiment, the control component 2430 is further configured to determine an account type of the first user account according to the payment verification information; generating a payment result according to the account type; and controlling the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen to display the payment result.
In an alternative embodiment, the account types include non-member types; the display module 2420 is further configured to display a member registration guidance interface on the first touch display screen when the account type is a non-member type, and the receiving module 2410 is further configured to receive a member registration triggering operation; the display module 2420 is further configured to display a member registration success interface according to a member registration triggering operation; the control component 2430 is further configured to execute a payment process corresponding to the first user account in a member-preferential manner, and generate a payment result.
In an alternative embodiment, the account type includes a member type; the display module 2420 is further configured to display a coupon of the first user account on the first touch display screen when the account type is the member type, and the receiving module 2410 is further configured to trigger an operation by using the coupon; the display module 2420 is further configured to display a coupon using interface according to a coupon using triggering operation; the control component 2430 is further configured to execute a payment procedure corresponding to the first user account in a coupon manner, and generate a payment result.
In an optional embodiment, the receiving module 2410 is further configured to receive the commodity recommendation information sent by the server, where the commodity recommendation information is generated by the server according to the historical purchase record of the first user account; the display module 2420 is further configured to display the commodity recommendation information on the first touch display screen, or display the commodity recommendation information on the second touch display screen, or display the commodity recommendation information on the first touch display screen and the second touch display screen.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises an interaction module 2460 for displaying the first information on the first touch display screen; receiving a first push operation on a first touch display screen; sending the first information to a second touch display screen for display according to the first pushing operation; or displaying the second information on the second touch display screen; receiving a second push operation on a second touch display screen; and sending the second information to the first touch display screen for display according to the second pushing operation.
In an optional embodiment, the first information comprises at least one of the following information: and modifying the purchase order, the member information, the member card ticket corresponding to the member information, the commodity activity and the evaluation information.
In an optional embodiment, the second information comprises at least one of the following information: the system comprises a purchase order, member information, a purchase record corresponding to a first user account and a coupon corresponding to the first user account.

a second touch display screen is arranged on the back of the machine body;
the plate-type body is internally provided with a control module, and the control module is electrically connected with the first touch display screen, the camera module, the code scanner and the second touch display screen;
the first touch display screen is used for displaying cash-receiving side display content in the cash receiving process and receiving first touch operation corresponding to the cash-receiving side display content, and the second touch display screen is used for displaying customer side display content in the cash receiving process and receiving second touch operation corresponding to the customer side display content.
2. The cash register according to claim 1, wherein the first touch display screen is disposed in a central region of the front face of the body;
the camera module is arranged above the first touch display screen on the front face of the machine body;
the code scanner is arranged below the first touch display screen on the front face of the machine body.
3. The cash register of claim 1, further comprising; the SIM card slot is arranged on the middle frame;
the control module is electrically connected with the SIM card slot.
4. The cash register of claim 1, further comprising; the wireless network card is arranged in the plate-type machine body;
the control module is electrically connected with the wireless network card.
5. The cash register of claim 1, further comprising: a microphone disposed on the middle frame;
the control module is electrically connected with the microphone.
6. The cash register of claim 1, further comprising: a speaker disposed at a rear surface of the body;
the control module is electrically connected with the back of the machine body.
7. The cash register of claim 1, further comprising: a USB interface;
the control module is electrically connected with the USB interface.
8. The cash register of claim 1, further comprising: a wired network interface;
the control module is electrically connected with the wired network interface.
9. The cash register according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising: the telescopic rod and the base;
the plate-type machine body is connected with the first end of the telescopic rod, and the base is connected with the second end of the telescopic rod;
the telescopic rod is provided with an elastic tube, the elastic tube is configured to be switched between an unclamped state and a fixed state, the unclamped state is a state that the telescopic rod is in a telescopic form, and the fixed state is a state that the telescopic rod is in a non-telescopic form.
10. The cash register of claim 9, further comprising: a transverse rotating rod; the transverse rotating rod comprises: the rotary bearing is positioned in the middle part, and the rotary shaft sleeves are positioned at the two ends;
the rotary bearing is fixedly connected with the first end of the telescopic rod, and the rotary shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the back surface of the machine body of the plate-type machine body;
