The first embodiment is as follows:

The beverage making member 2 comprises a side wall 21, a piston receiving space 22, a piston 23, a sealing disc 24. The side wall 21 is composed of a plurality of plungers 211 arranged at intervals and a ring part 212 arranged at the top ends of the plungers 211. Preferably, when the number of the plungers 211 is at least two, the plungers 211 are uniformly distributed. Between two adjacent plungers 211 a through cavity 213 is formed, the top end of the ring part 212 forming an open end of the beverage making unit 2. In this embodiment, piston 23 is a ball that rests on seal disk 24 under the influence of gravity only in the resting state, and is not connected to other components of the device. The size of the piston is not larger than that of the inlet 221 and larger than that of the outlet 222, the piston can enter the piston receiving space 22 through the inlet 221 without escaping the piston receiving space 22 through the outlet 222 when moving. In other embodiments, the piston 23 may have a shape other than a ball shape to fit a sealing disk outlet 241 of a different shape.
The seal disk 24 is provided with a seal disk outlet 241, a bayonet 242 and a seal wall 243. The diameter of the seal disk outlet 241 is no greater than the diameter of the ball 23 so that when the ball 23 is placed in the seal disk outlet 241, the ball 23 will completely close the seal disk outlet 241. The bayonet 242 is adapted to receive the first latch 28 and the second latch 321, wherein the second latch 321 is disposed on the holder 32, so that the beverage making portion 2 is connected to the filter element 3. More preferably, the first block 28 is provided with a protrusion 281 and the second block 321 is provided with a recess 322, the protrusion 281 cooperating with the recess 322, so that the beverage making member 2 is more securely coupled with the filter member 3. Preferably, the protrusions are in the shape of triangular blocks. The sealing wall 243 serves to reduce friction between the beverage making member 2 and the first container 1. Preferably, the sealing plate 24 is made of soft rubber and is manufactured by integral molding. The filter unit 3 is detachably connected to the beverage producing unit 2 and includes a filter material 31 and a holder 32. The filter medium 31 may be specifically a fiber paper, a metal filter sheet, or the like.
The fixing frame 32 is used for fixing the relative position of the filter element 3 and the sealing disc and can be detached at any time. This is because the filter element 3 is likely to be clogged after a certain period of use, and the filtering effect is deteriorated; further, since the user is not limited to a specific beverage when brewing the beverage using the beverage producing apparatus, for example, coffee powder of different origin may be brewed, the problem may be solved by replacing the filter member 3.
The procedure of this embodiment is as follows, adding a suitable amount of ground coffee and hot boiling water to the first container 1 to form a mixture 5 (see the legend 6-8), stirring for a certain time (adding different proportions of ground coffee/stirring time depending on the user's preference). When a downward force is applied to the beverage making member 2, the beverage making member 2 moves downward along the first container 1, the piston 23 floats upward under the action of the liquid (coffee), that is, the piston 23 pushes open upward, so that the liquid (coffee) produces an effect similar to an overflow and flows into the beverage making member 2 through the filter material 31, the seal disc outlet 241, the inlet 221 and the outlet 222 in sequence, and the coffee powder cannot pass through the filter material 31. When the beverage making unit 2 is completely pressed into the first container 1, the finished coffee 6 is also completely poured into the beverage making unit 2, and the piston 23 returns to the sealing disc outlet 241 due to gravity, thereby preventing the finished coffee 6 from becoming bitter and sour due to long-term infusion with the original coffee grounds. In other embodiments, the beverage making apparatus may further include a rubber sleeve 4, which is disposed outside the first container 1 and can protect the first container 1.
Preferably, the beverage making unit 2 may further comprise a handle 26 so that the user can easily move the beverage making unit 2 up and down.
Preferably, the beverage making unit 2 may further comprise a container lid 27 to prevent external dust and the like from contaminating the liquid in the beverage making unit 2. When a downward force is applied to the beverage producing member 2, the beverage producing member 2 moves downward along the first container 1, the piston 23 floats upward by the liquid (coffee), and the piston 23 pushes upward, so that the coffee produces an overflow-like effect and flows into the beverage producing member 2 through the filter medium 31, the seal-plate outlet 241, the inlet 221, and the outlet 222 in this order. When the beverage making unit 2 is completely pressed into the first container 1, the finished coffee is also completely poured into the beverage making unit 2, and the piston returns to the sealing plate outlet 241 due to gravity, thereby preventing the finished coffee from becoming bitter and sour due to long-term infusion with the original coffee grounds.
