Detailed Description

Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it should be understood that the scope of the inventive concept of the present embodiment can be determined according to the disclosure in the present embodiment, and the spirit of the present embodiment includes embodiments of addition, deletion, modification, and the like of the structural elements.

The "section" used in the description about the present invention is given or mixed only for convenience of explanation and does not have a meaning or action different from itself.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an entirety of a portable toilet according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which a seat portion according to the present invention is separated from the portable toilet.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the portable toilet according to the present invention includes a seat part 150 and a main body part for supporting a lower side of the seat part 150, and the seat part 150 is composed of a first seat frame 151 and a second seat frame 152 that are selectively attached and detached.

The body portion has a shape surrounding four sides, and includes a front body portion 110, a first side body portion 130, a second side body portion 140, and a rear body portion 120.

In detail, a seat plate hole 159 is formed in the seat plate portion 150 for a person to conveniently sit down, and the seat plate hole 159 is formed by a first seat plate frame 151 and a second seat plate frame 152 having a shape of "ㄈ" or "C".

In the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the drawing, a pair of seat pan frames 151, 152 of the seat pan part 150 are provided, and each seat pan frame is rotated outward centering on the upper hinge 131 disposed at the upper side of the first and second side body parts 140 as a center 1. When the first and second seat pan frames 151 and 152 are coupled to each other, that is, when the seat pan frames are coupled to each other at 0 ° for a user to sit thereon, the respective seat pan frames can be rotated by 270 ° about the upper hinges 131 and 141 of the side body parts 130 and 140.

First and second seat pan coupling parts 155a and 155b detachably coupled to the first and second seat pan frames 151 and 152, respectively, so that the first and second seat pan frames 151 and 152 can be coupled to and separated from each other.

On the other hand, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first and second seat pan hinges 153 and 154 of the seat pan part 150 are combined, and the structure of the main body part disposed at the lower side of the seat pan part 150 is described.

The main body of the portable toilet according to the present invention includes a front main body 110 positioned in front of the toilet, a rear main body 120 disposed to face the front main body 110 and connected to the rear, and a first side main body 130 and a second side main body 140 respectively connected to the front main body 110 and the rear main body 120 and disposed at the sides, respectively.

Since the front and rear body parts 110 and 120 have the same shape, the front body part 110 will be described in detail.

The front body part 110 includes a center hinge 113, a first front frame 111, and a second front frame 112, the center hinge 113 being located at a center region so as to be rotatable, the first front frame 111 being disposed at one side of the center hinge 113, and the second front frame 112 being disposed at the other side of the center hinge 113.

The first and second front frames 111 and 112 are configured to rotate centering on the center hinge 113, and the center hinge 113 is moved toward the inner side (rear) of the toilet bowl by the rotation of the first and second front frames 111 and 112.

The first side hinge 135 is formed at one side of the first side body part 130 and connected to the first front hinge 115, and the second side hinge 136 connected to the rear body part 120 is formed at the other side of the first side body part 130.

The seat plate frame rotating around the upper hinge 131 and the shape of the upper hinge 131 will be described with reference to fig. 4 and 5.

As shown in fig. 4, the upper hinge 131 formed at the upper side of the first side body part 130 is formed to be bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the first side body part 130. That is, the upper hinge 131 is formed at an end of the bent portion 131a, and the bent portion 131a has a predetermined angle or a predetermined radius of curvature from the end of the first side body portion 130.

The bending angle of the bent portion 131A is configured such that the first seat pan frame 151 coupled to the upper hinge 131 can be moved from the first position 151A to the second position 151B. That is, when the portable toilet is folded to be stored, the seat frame of the seat part is placed in parallel with the side body part or in contact with the side body part with the volume minimized, and therefore, the bent part 131A should secure a rotation angle from the first position 151A to the second position 151B when the toilet is stored when the toilet is used.

Since the bent portion 131a must bear a load when a user sits on the seat frame 151, the bent portion 131a preferably has a bending phenomenon having an inclined shape with a predetermined angle instead of the predetermined angle.

As shown in fig. 5, a reinforcement 139 for supporting the lower surface of the first seat pan frame 151 may be formed on the inner circumferential surface of the first side body portion 130. The reinforcement 139 is formed to have a small size so as to have a minimum volume when the portable toilet is folded, and prevents deformation of the portable toilet, which is generated when a user sits, by supporting a part of the lower surface of the first seat frame 151.

As shown in fig. 6, since the upper hinge 131 of the side body part 130 is formed at a predetermined distance or at an outer side of a predetermined angle in the longitudinal direction of the side body part 130, the first and second seat pan frames 151 and 152 rotating around the center of the upper hinge 131 may rotate to be in contact with the side body part.

Since the folding can be performed to the extent shown in the figure, it occupies a very small volume even when placed under the seat pan of the car or in a bag, so that the portability can be further improved.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in case of the portable toilet according to the second embodiment, a seat part contacting the buttocks of the user is composed of a single seat frame.

In this case, one side of the first seat pan frame 151 is engaged with the upper hinge 131 of the first side body part 130 such that the other side of the first seat pan frame 151 is coupled to the fixing protrusion 148 of the second side body part 130.

The first seat pan frame 151 made of a single seat pan frame is configured to be engaged with the upper hinge 131 and rotated together at one side, and to form a fixing protrusion 158 having a predetermined thickness at the other side.

The fixing protrusion 158 of the first seat plate frame 151 is formed to be inserted into the fixing protrusion 148 formed at the upper side of the second side body 140. The fixing protrusions 148, 158 are formed such that the protruding areas and the recessed areas correspond to each other, thereby achieving the mutual insertion coupling.

When the seat part is composed of a single seat frame, it may be able to rotate only through one side when the portable toilet is folded.

Fig. 9 to 11 are views for describing a bag support part used with a portable toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the portable toilet according to the present embodiment is formed with a groove for detaching a pair of bag bars 210, and the pair of bag bars 210 are coupled to a bag 201.

The upper portion of the front body part 110 and the upper portion of the rear body part 120 of the portable toilet of the present embodiment are provided with a first lever engagement groove 117 and a second lever engagement groove 118, and a part of the bag lever 210 to which the bag 201 is fixedly coupled is inserted into the first lever engagement groove 117 and the second lever engagement groove 118.

Therefore, when the bag bar 210 of the collecting unit 200 carried by the user is inserted into the bar-engaging groove, the positions of the bag bar 210 and the bag 201 of the collecting unit 200 are fixed in the portable toilet.

In addition to the bag bar attaching hole, a forward extending portion 230 and a backward extending portion 240 are formed at another portion of the bag end, the positions of the forward extending portion 230 and the backward extending portion 240 are fixed by the seat pan portion 150, and the position of the seat pan portion 150 can be fixed by the weight of a seated user.

The fastening band 220 passes through the inside of the hole of the bag rod 210 from the end of the bag 201. The fastening band 220 is used to connect the bag 201 at the connection portion of the bag pole 210 while the other side is pulled by the user.

After finishing the convenience, the inlet of the bag 201 is easily closed when the bag rod 210 is separated from the rod coupling grooves 117, 118 and one side of the fastening band 220 is pulled.

Only the bag 201 can be separated by a simple operation of separating the bag 201 from the bag lever 210.

Fig. 12 is a view showing a structure of a collection unit according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 13 and 14 are state views in which the collection unit is accommodated in a portable toilet.

Referring to fig. 12 to 14, the collecting unit 200 according to another embodiment includes a bag 201, forward and backward extending portions 230 and 240, a first side extending portion 204 and a second side extending portion 205, the forward and backward extending portions 230 and 240 being fixed in position by a seat portion 150 when the bag is received in the portable toilet, the first and second side extending portions 204 and 205 fixing the position of the bag 201 using a coupling hole 300 formed at a side body portion 130 of the portable toilet.

As shown in fig. 13, two coupling holes 300 are formed at the upper and lower sides of the body parts of both side surfaces of the portable toilet, respectively, so that the bag of fig. 12 can be mounted. V-shaped grooves are provided in the respective attaching holes, and the bag side extending portions are fixed to the V-shaped grooves when the bag of fig. 12 is attached.

In the case of using the collecting unit 200 having such a structure, the forward extending portion 230 and the backward extending portion 240 extending forward and backward are fixed in position not only by the weight of the seat plate portion 150 but also by the weight of the seated user.

By fixing the first side extension part 204 and the second side extension part 205 extending in the lateral direction, the problem of positional deformation of the bag 201 or narrowing of the inlet of the bag 201 is prevented.

The toilet cover 400 is used to further improve the convenience of installation and sitting posture of the toilet bag when the portable toilet is continuously used at the same place.

As shown in fig. 15 to 17, a toilet lid 400 having a shape capable of covering the seat part 150 of the present embodiment has a substantially rectangular lid body 401, and at least one lower protrusion 410, 420, 430, 440 protruding by a predetermined length is formed on a lower surface thereof.

When the bag 220 is placed on the portable toilet of the first or second embodiment and the toilet lid 400 is inserted into the seat part 150, the lower protrusion of the toilet lid 400 enters the inside of the seat hole 159 so as to cover the seat together with the bag, thereby fixing and expanding the bag.

when the lower protrusion formed at the lower surface of the toilet lid 400 is formed in a "C" shape and the lower protrusion is inserted into the seat hole 159, the C-shaped lower protrusion covers the inner circumferential surface of the seat hole 159, so that the connection between the toilet lid 400 and the seat part 150 can be securely established.

As shown, the lower protrusions 410, 420, 430, 440 are formed separately from each other on the lower surface of the toilet lid 400 such that the toilet lid 400 can be easily inserted into the seat hole 159.

Although the bag of the present embodiment is shown in the drawings, a general bag may be used, first, the bag is placed in the seat hole 150.

Then, the toilet lid 400 covers the seat portion 150 and presses the bag to fix the bag. At this time, the lower protrusion of the toilet lid 400 enters the seat hole 159 to surround the pouch, and thus, the pouch can be easily expanded and fixed.

1. A portable toilet bowl, as a portable toilet bowl which is formed by a folding structure and can be placed and folded, is characterized by comprising:

A front main body part, a first side main body part, a second side main body part and a rear main body part which form four sides of the portable toilet;

A seat pan portion comprising: a first seat plate frame that rotates about an upper hinge formed on an upper side of the first side body; a second seat plate frame that rotates around an upper hinge formed at an upper side of the second side body,

The front body portion includes: a first front frame rotating around a center of one side of the first side body part; a second front frame rotating around a center of one side of the second side body part; and a center hinge rotating between the first and second front frames,

When the folding is performed such that the center hinge moves to the inside of the portable toilet, the first seat frame and the second seat frame of the seat portion rotate in the direction of the first side body portion and the second side body portion, respectively, and the seat hole formed in the seat portion is formed in a shape extending from the front body portion to the rear body portion,

defining an upper hinge formed at an upper side of the first side body part as a first upper hinge, defining an upper hinge formed at an upper side of the second side body part as a second upper hinge,

The portable toilet according to claim 2, wherein the collection unit includes a forward extending portion connected to the bag and extending in a direction of the front body portion, and a backward extending portion extending in a direction of the rear body portion, positions of the forward and backward extending portions being fixed by the seat plate portion, and a reinforcement portion for supporting a lower surface of the first or second seat plate frame is provided at an inner circumferential surface of the first or second side body portion.
