Abstract
本实用新型是一种净水设备用的复合滤芯，包括有PP棉滤芯、活性炭滤芯和滤芯壳，其中滤芯壳为一端开口的腔体，活性炭滤芯插装在滤芯壳内的一端，PP棉滤芯插装在滤芯壳内的另一端，其特征在于：活性炭滤芯与PP棉滤芯通过中心管连接固定在滤芯壳上，活性炭滤芯与PP棉滤芯用端盖分隔，靠近滤芯壳开口处的滤芯端设有固定端头。本实用新型采用活性炭滤芯和PP棉滤芯采用复合连接并固定安装在同一滤芯壳内的结构方式，其精度高，过滤效果好；体积小巧，便于拆卸安装，解决了传统滤芯更换困难的问题；由于其方便拆装，因此，便于活性炭滤芯冲洗，解决了现有技术中活性炭滤芯无法实现有效冲洗的问题。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及净水滤芯，特别是一种PP棉和活性炭复合在一起的净水设备用的复合滤芯，属于复合滤芯的改进技术。
背景技术
目前净水机使用的过滤系统，多为几级滤芯联合组成为一个系统，如果遇到PP棉和活性炭同时使用，则有两种方式，一是两种滤芯串联使用，体积大，使用不方便；另外一种是将两种材料复合成一个滤芯，将PP棉复合在活性炭外层，这种复合的滤芯直径大，不适合装在体积小的净水机中，而且不方便拆卸。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种过滤效果好，结构合理，体积小巧，方便拆卸的净水设备用的复合滤芯。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：一种净水设备用的复合滤芯，包括有PP棉滤芯、活性炭滤芯和滤芯壳，其中滤芯壳为一端开口的腔体，活性炭滤芯插装在滤芯壳内的一端，PP棉滤芯插装在滤芯壳内的另一端，其特征在于：活性炭滤芯与PP棉滤芯通过中心管连接固定在滤芯壳上，活性炭滤芯与PP棉滤芯用端盖分隔，靠近滤芯壳开口处的滤芯端设有固定端头。
上述活性炭滤芯和中心管之间还设有套筒。
上述分隔活性炭滤芯与PP棉滤芯的端盖设有均匀分布的入水孔。
在上述滤芯壳的开口端设有滤芯壳盖，滤芯壳盖上设有与中心管连通的出水口，出水口外侧设有与滤芯壳内腔体连通的进水口。
本实用新型的有益效果在于，活性炭滤芯和PP棉滤芯采用复合连接并固定安装在同一滤芯壳内的结构方式，其精度高，过滤效果好；体积小巧，便于拆卸安装，解决了传统滤芯更换困难的问题；由于其方便拆装，因此，便于活性炭滤芯冲洗，解决了现有技术中活性炭滤芯无法实现有效冲洗的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括有PP棉滤芯1、滤芯壳3、活性炭滤芯2，滤芯壳3为一端开口的中空腔体，其中活性炭滤芯2插装在滤芯壳3内的一端，PP棉滤芯1插装在滤芯壳3内的另一端，活性炭滤芯2与PP棉滤芯1通过中心管（4）连接。
中心管4为直接插入在PP棉滤芯1内、沿其轴向中通的管道，且中心管4的一端插入通过活性炭滤芯2内滤芯壳3所设的插孔上固定。
滤芯壳3在与活性炭滤芯2连接的一端装有带无纺布的隔板7，滤芯壳3在与PP棉滤芯1连接的一端装有PP棉端头8。
为了避免活性炭滤芯2和PP棉滤芯1发生碰撞混合，上述活性炭滤芯2和PP棉滤芯1之间还设有套在中心管4上的端盖5，端盖5上设有均匀分布的入水孔。
为了支撑活性炭滤芯2，在活性炭滤芯2部分的中心管4外套有一个套筒6。
如图3、图4所示，端盖5和PP棉端头8内分别设有能卡定PP棉滤芯1的卡位51和卡位81。
在上述滤芯壳3的开口端设有滤芯壳盖31，滤芯壳盖31上设有与中心管4连通的出水口10，出水口10的外侧设有与滤芯壳3内腔体连通的进水口9。
本实用新型在使用时，如图2所示，当本实用新型整机正常运行时，原水的水流方向为：滤芯进水口9→PP棉端头8→PP棉端头与滤芯盖31的间隙→PP棉滤芯1→端盖5的出水孔→活性炭滤芯2→活性炭滤芯隔板7→隔板出水孔→中心管4与滤芯外壳3之间的空隙→中心管4→出水口10。净化水通过出水口10流出，实现整机的制造净化水功能。

1.一种净水设备用的复合滤芯，包括有PP棉滤芯（1）、活性炭滤芯（2）和滤芯壳（3），其中滤芯壳（3）为一端开口的腔体，活性炭滤芯（2）插装在滤芯壳（3）内的一端，PP棉滤芯（1）插装在滤芯壳（3）内的另一端，其特征在于：活性炭滤芯（2）与PP棉滤芯（1）通过中心管（4）连接固定在滤芯壳（3）上，活性炭滤芯（2）与PP棉滤芯（1）用端盖（5）分隔，靠近滤芯壳（3）开口处的滤芯端设有固定端头（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的净水设备用的复合滤芯，其特征是所述活性炭滤芯（2）和中心管（4）之间还设有套筒（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的净水设备用的复合滤芯，其特征是所述分隔活性炭滤芯（2）与PP棉滤芯（1）的端盖（5）上设有均匀分布的入水孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的净水设备用的复合滤芯，其特征是在所述滤芯壳（3）的开口端设有滤芯壳盖（31），滤芯壳盖（31）上设有与中心管（4）连通的出水口（10），出水口（10）外侧设有与滤芯壳（3）内腔体连通的进水口（9）。
