Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种腹腔镜下的标本旋切器,该旋切器不仅能将标本通过旋切成条状取出,而且其所带的标本袋能收集旋切碎片。它由内套管、外套管、塑料套件、复位弹簧及标本袋组成。其内外套管顶部侧面具有V形开口,通过手柄转动内外套管后可剪碎标本。它的标本袋侧面有“U”形开口,方便抓取标本并收集剪下的标本碎片。

本实用新型涉及一种腹腔镜下将标本取出体外的装置,特点是具有旋切功能的标本取出器械。
背景技术
目前,临床上广泛采用的是用定制或自制的标本袋通过腹腔镜Trocar孔取出体外,在遇到体积较大的标本,充血水肿的胆囊或巨大胆囊结石时,常常面临取出标本费时费力的问题。当标本固定体积大到一定程度后,由于受到腹腔镜戳孔的限制,通常需要将标本剪碎或夹碎分次取出,而在剪或夹的过程中,经常发生将标本袋戳破的问题,从而发生戳孔污染或结石掉落腹腔,增加了手术后发生感染并发症的危险。一般的标本袋只有保护标本的功能,缺少剪切标本,使标本方便取出的作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有的腹腔镜器械和标本袋不能快速取出标本的问题,本实用新型提供了一种标本旋切器,该旋切器不仅能将标本通过旋切成条状取出,而且其所带的标本袋能收集旋切碎片,保护切口和腹腔免受标本污染,降低感染并发症发生率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:旋切器主要由内套管、外套管、辅助固定的塑料套件和收集标本的标本袋组成。内套管与外套管的头部设计成“V”字形并相互交错,在交错的一边中,各磨成锋利的内外刃面。当内套管与外套管相对转动时,内外刃面相交,产生剪切效果。塑料套件固定内外套管的尾部,并开有侧孔方便手柄焊接于内外套管尾部的外侧面,其底部与标本袋开口处相连接。标本袋侧面具有“U”字开口,内外套管头由此伸出。使用时可将标本钳由内套管置入,标本袋侧口伸出,将标本拉到套管头的“V”形口处,转动手柄产生旋切作用剪碎标本,剪下的标本取出体外或掉落标本袋内,从而实现将标本剪碎分次取出的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是在实行腹腔镜手术时,可以将标本剪碎直接取出,或者掉落于标本袋内分次取出。

具体实施方式
在图1中,内套管(4)置于外套管(3)之中,其尾部具有120弧度的侧面剖开外展形成的外展面(10),与手柄(7)焊接;螺料螺丝(5)由外套管(3)顶部套入,其顶部有120弧度侧面缺损,刚好卡住内外套管(3,4)的外展面(10)。塑料螺帽(8)盖住内外套管(3,4)尾部并与塑料螺丝(3)紧密旋紧固定内外套管及手柄。复位弹簧(6)置于塑料套件的腔隙内,围绕外套管(3)240弧度,与外套管剖开面相对,两端固定于内外套管的外展面上(10)。标本袋(9)顶部固定于塑料螺丝(5)的底部,侧面呈“U”字形开口方便内外套管伸出。
在图2所示实施例中,外套管顶部侧面呈“V”字形开口,其中一边将磨成内刃面(1),外套管尾部剖开,120弧度侧面外展形成外展面(10),其外展弧度终点与顶部的内刃(1)的顶点位置相差180度。
在图5所示实施例中,内套管顶部侧面呈“V”字形开口,其中一边将磨成外刃面(2),内套管尾部剖开,120弧度侧面外展形成外展面(10),其外展弧度终点与顶部的外刃(1)的顶点位置相差180度。
使用方法:将标本钳由内套管置入,标本袋侧口伸出,将标本拉到套管头的“V”形口处,转动手柄产生旋切作用剪碎标本,剪下的标本取出体外或掉落标本袋内,从而实现将标本剪碎分次取出。
Claims (4)
1.一种腹腔镜标本旋切器,由内套管、外套管、塑料套件、复位弹簧及标本袋组成,其特征是:内外套管顶部具有V形开口的内外刃面的旋切器械,并配有侧面开口收集标本的标本袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腹腔镜标本旋切器,其特征是:内外套管顶端的侧面各有一V形开口,其相交的一边为刀刃面,其中外套管为内刃,内套管为外刃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的腹腔镜标本旋切器,其特征是:内外套管的尾部120弧度侧面剖开外展形成外展面,手柄焊接于外展面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的腹腔镜标本旋切器,其特征是:袋口固定于塑料螺丝底部,袋的侧面开口,形状为“U”形的标本袋。
