The invention relates to service features for subscribers in a telecommunication network system such as ISDN. According to the invention certain combinations of service features are enabled to interwork properly in special situations. Especially the case is regarded that the A-subscriber (2) calls (6) the B-subscriber (3) while the B-subscriber line (3) is busy (7). Using the ISDN terminology these service feature combinations are: (i) Call Waiting (CW), followed by Call Completion To Busy Subscriber (CCBS); (ii) Call Diversion On No Answer (DIVDA), followed by CCBS; (iii) CW, followed by Call Diversion On Busy (DIVBY). In the cases (i) and (ii) a CCBS request (12) by the A-subscriber (2) is accepted (15), in case (iii) the call (6) by the A-subscriber (2) is diverted (31).
