In order to solve the problem existing in the network in the first embodiment, in the case where the network transmission environment is poor (i.e., the third index value is greater than the preset threshold value), it may be attempted to reconfigure the local network service of the target device to improve the network transmission environment.
Specifically, the network configuration information of the current network connected to the target device may be switched to the network configuration information when the network transmission efficiency is higher, that is, the target network configuration information, or the local network service of the target device may be restarted, so as to eliminate the possibility of network abnormality caused by the network configuration of the target device itself. And after switching the target network configuration information or restarting the local network service of the target device, re-acquiring an index value corresponding to a preset index in the current network, namely the sixth index value, if the sixth index value is lower than the preset threshold value, determining that the switching the target network configuration information or restarting the local network service of the target device can solve the network problem existing in the current network, at the moment, needing to keep the first data packet information, and matching the switching the target network configuration information or restarting the local network service of the target device with the first data packet information, and storing the switching the target network configuration information or restarting the local network service of the target device into a solution policy set. If the sixth index value is still higher than the preset threshold value, determining that the network problem existing in the current network cannot be solved by switching the target network configuration information or restarting the solution strategy of the local network service of the target device, and switching the network connected with the target device to other standby networks to eliminate the possibility of abnormality in the network currently connected with the target device. And after switching to other standby networks, acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index in the current network again, namely the third index value.
Optionally, in the method for determining network information provided in the first embodiment of the present application, after collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently, the method further includes: under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value are all larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring target data packet information in the current network; and sending the target data packet information in the current network to a target object, wherein the target object adjusts target equipment connected with the current network according to the target data packet information in the current network.
In the first embodiment, if the problems of low network transmission efficiency cannot be solved by several solutions, namely, attempting to switch the router channel, reconfiguring the IP address and the subnet mask, switching the server information, restarting the local network of the target device, backtracking the target network configuration information, and switching the standby network, that is, if the second index value, the third index value, or the fourth index value are all greater than the preset threshold, the reason for the low network transmission efficiency is considered to be that the target device itself has a problem, the data packet information transmitted in the current network needs to be acquired, and the data packet information is sent to the target object (for example, a worker or a maintainer) to analyze the data packet information by the target object, thereby judging the possible problem of the target device, and finally adjusting the target device to improve the transmission performance of the target device.
Optionally, in the method for determining network information provided in the first embodiment of the present application, the target packet information includes at least one of the following information: network fault code information and data packet information with the transmission times exceeding the preset times.
In the first embodiment, in order to facilitate querying a corresponding solution policy in a solution policy set when a network problem occurs subsequently, when the network transmission efficiency is low, network fault code information in the current network and data packet information frequently occurring in the network (that is, data packet information with the transmission times exceeding a preset number) are acquired, where the network fault code information refers to error codes or fault information occurring in a network communication process and is used for identifying and locating reasons and problems of network faults, the data packet information frequently occurring in the network may include data packets with transmission failure in the network, and analyzing the data packets with transmission failure may locate equipment or network configuration information with low network transmission efficiency, so as to obtain reasons of low network transmission efficiency.
Alternatively, in the first embodiment, a flow of the solution to the problem of low network transmission efficiency may be as shown in fig. 2. And judging whether the network transmission efficiency of the current network is lower or not by collecting index values corresponding to the preset indexes. If the network transmission efficiency of the current network is lower, the router information of the current network is switched in, or the IP address and the subnet mask of the target device are reapplied and configured. If the router information of the current network is switched in, or the solution strategy of re-applying and configuring the IP address and the subnet mask of the target device cannot solve the problem, the standby address of the server and the standby port number of the server can be switched. If the problem cannot be solved by the solution strategies of the standby address of the switching server and the standby port number of the switching server, restarting the network service of the target device or backtracking the network configuration information to the target network configuration information when the network transmission efficiency is higher. If the network service of the target device is restarted or the solution strategy for backtracking the configuration information of the target network can not solve the problem, the network connected with the target device is switched to the standby network. If the solution strategy switched to the standby network can not solve the problem, the target object adjusts the target device or the device information of the target device. If the above-mentioned one solution policy solves the problem existing in the current network, and improves the network transmission efficiency (which is equivalent to making the first index value corresponding to the preset index higher than the preset threshold), the above-mentioned solution policy and the corresponding target data packet information when the network transmission efficiency is lower can be associated together and stored into the solution policy set, so that the corresponding solution policy can be queried in the solution policy set when the network problem occurs later.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
Example two
The second embodiment of the present application also provides a device for determining network information, and it should be noted that the device for determining network information in the second embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the method for determining network information provided in the first embodiment of the present application. The following describes a device for determining network information according to the second embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a network information determining apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a first acquisition unit 301, a second acquisition unit 302, a query unit 303 and a determination unit 304.
Specifically, the first collection unit 301 is configured to collect an index value corresponding to a preset index for a network state, so as to obtain a target index value.
The second collection unit 302 is configured to collect information of a data packet transmitted by the current network, and obtain information of a target data packet, where the target index value is greater than a preset threshold.
And a query unit 303, configured to query a solution policy set corresponding to the target packet information, to obtain a target solution policy, where the solution policy set includes corresponding solution policies obtained by testing different network states in advance multiple times.
The determining unit 304 is configured to determine target network information according to the target solution policy, and adjust network information of the current network by using the target network information to reduce network fluctuation in the current network.
In the determining device for network information provided in the second embodiment of the present application, a first acquisition unit 301 acquires an index value corresponding to a preset index for a network state to obtain a target index value; the second acquisition unit 302 acquires information of a data packet transmitted by the current network under the condition that the target index value is greater than a preset threshold value, so as to obtain target data packet information; the query unit 303 queries a solution policy corresponding to the target data packet information in a solution policy set to obtain a target solution policy, where the solution policy set includes corresponding solution policies obtained by testing different network states in advance multiple times; the determining unit 304 determines target network information according to the target solving strategy, and adjusts the network information of the current network by adopting the target network information to reduce network fluctuation in the current network, thereby solving the problem of poor user experience caused by network blocking due to network fluctuation in the complex environment of the internet of things equipment in the related art. The network transmission efficiency is judged through the preset index, the target data packet information of the current network is collected under the condition that the network transmission efficiency is low, the solution strategy corresponding to the current network problem can be matched in the preset solution strategy set through the target data packet information, the effect of rapidly solving the network problem is achieved, the network transmission efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the resistance of the network connected equipment to the network environment fluctuation is improved, and the effect of improving the user experience is achieved.
Optionally, in the apparatus for determining network information provided in the second embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the second acquisition unit is used for inquiring the solution strategy corresponding to the target data packet information in the solution strategy set, and acquiring index values corresponding to preset indexes every first preset time length before obtaining the target solution strategy, so as to obtain first index values; the first switching unit is used for switching network configuration under the condition that the first index value is larger than a preset threshold value, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a second index value; the second switching unit is used for switching the server information and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently under the condition that the second index value is larger than the preset threshold value to obtain a third index value; the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the network information of the current network and/or switching other networks under the condition that the third index value is larger than the preset threshold value, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a fourth index value; the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring the target data packet information in the current network and determining the corresponding solution strategy under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, so as to obtain a solution strategy set.
Optionally, in the network information determining apparatus provided in the second embodiment of the present application, the first switching unit includes: the first switching subunit is used for switching the router channel of the current network, collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index at present and obtaining a fifth index value; and the configuration subunit is used for reconfiguring the IP address and the subnet mask of the current network under the condition that the fifth index value is larger than the preset threshold value, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index to obtain a second index value.
Optionally, in the apparatus for determining network information provided in the second embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the fourth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the duration of the first index value continuously smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value before adjusting the network information of the current network and/or switching other networks and acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a fourth index value so as to obtain a target duration; and the fifth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the network configuration information of the current network to obtain the target network configuration information under the condition that the target time length is longer than the second preset time length.
Optionally, in the network information determining apparatus provided in the second embodiment of the present application, the adjusting unit includes: the adjusting subunit is used for adjusting the network configuration information of the current network according to the target network configuration information, or restarting the network service of the current network, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index to obtain a sixth index value; and the second switching subunit is used for switching the current network to other standby networks under the condition that the sixth index value is larger than the preset threshold value, and acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a fourth index value.
Optionally, in the apparatus for determining network information provided in the second embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the sixth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the target data packet information in the current network under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value is larger than a preset threshold value after acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain the fourth index value; and the sending unit is used for sending the target data packet information in the current network to the target object, wherein the target object adjusts the target equipment connected with the current network according to the target data packet information in the current network.
Optionally, in the network information determining apparatus provided in the second embodiment of the present application, the target packet information includes at least one of the following information: network fault code information and data packet information with the transmission times exceeding the preset times.
The determining device of the network information includes a processor and a memory, where the first acquisition unit 301, the second acquisition unit 302, the query unit 303, the determining unit 304, and the like are stored as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to implement corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be provided with one or more than one, and the efficiency of data transmission is improved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory, random Access Memory (RAM), and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), among other forms in computer readable media, the memory including at least one memory chip.
A third embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program that, when executed by a processor, implements a method of determining network information.
The fourth embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute a method for determining network information.
As shown in fig. 4, a fifth embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, where the device includes a processor, a memory, and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor implements the following steps when executing the program: acquiring an index value corresponding to a preset index aiming at a network state to obtain a target index value; under the condition that the target index value is larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring information of a data packet transmitted by a current network to obtain target data packet information; inquiring a solution strategy corresponding to the target data packet information in a solution strategy set to obtain a target solution strategy, wherein the solution strategy set comprises corresponding solution strategies obtained by testing different network states in advance for multiple times; and determining target network information according to the target solving strategy, and adjusting the network information of the current network by adopting the target network information so as to reduce network fluctuation in the current network.
The processor also realizes the following steps when executing the program: inquiring a solution strategy corresponding to the target data packet information in the solution strategy set, and before the target solution strategy is obtained, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring index values corresponding to preset indexes every first preset time length to obtain first index values; under the condition that the first index value is larger than a preset threshold value, switching network configuration, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a second index value; under the condition that the second index value is larger than a preset threshold value, server information is switched, and an index value corresponding to the preset index at present is collected to obtain a third index value; when the third index value is larger than the preset threshold value, adjusting network information of the current network and/or switching other networks, and acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index to obtain a fourth index value; and under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, acquiring target data packet information in the current network and determining a corresponding solution strategy to obtain a solution strategy set.
The processor also realizes the following steps when executing the program: switching network configuration, collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index at present, and obtaining a second index value comprises: switching a router channel of the current network, and collecting an index value corresponding to a preset index to obtain a fifth index value; and under the condition that the fifth index value is larger than a preset threshold value, reconfiguring the IP address and the subnet mask of the current network, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index to obtain a second index value.
The processor also realizes the following steps when executing the program: before adjusting network information of the current network and/or switching other networks and acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a fourth index value, the method further comprises the following steps: collecting the duration that the first index value is continuously smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value to obtain a target duration; and under the condition that the target time length is longer than the second preset time length, acquiring network configuration information of the current network to obtain the target network configuration information.
The processor also realizes the following steps when executing the program: adjusting network information of the current network and/or switching other networks, and collecting an index value corresponding to a preset index currently, wherein obtaining a fourth index value comprises: according to the target network configuration information, adjusting the network configuration information of the current network, or restarting the network service of the current network, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index to obtain a sixth index value; and under the condition that the sixth index value is larger than the preset threshold value, switching the current network to other standby networks, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a fourth index value.
The processor also realizes the following steps when executing the program: after acquiring the index value corresponding to the preset index at present and obtaining the fourth index value, the method further comprises the following steps: under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value are all larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring target data packet information in the current network; and sending the target data packet information in the current network to a target object, wherein the target object adjusts target equipment connected with the current network according to the target data packet information in the current network.
The processor also realizes the following steps when executing the program: the target packet information at least includes one of the following information: network fault code information and data packet information with the transmission times exceeding the preset times.
The device herein may be a server, PC, PAD, cell phone, etc.
The application also provides a computer program product adapted to perform, when executed on a data processing device, a program initialized with the method steps of: acquiring an index value corresponding to a preset index aiming at a network state to obtain a target index value; under the condition that the target index value is larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring information of a data packet transmitted by a current network to obtain target data packet information; inquiring a solution strategy corresponding to the target data packet information in a solution strategy set to obtain a target solution strategy, wherein the solution strategy set comprises corresponding solution strategies obtained by testing different network states in advance for multiple times; and determining target network information according to the target solving strategy, and adjusting the network information of the current network by adopting the target network information so as to reduce network fluctuation in the current network.

1. A method for determining network information, comprising:
acquiring an index value corresponding to a preset index aiming at a network state to obtain a target index value;
Under the condition that the target index value is larger than a preset threshold value, acquiring information of a data packet transmitted by a current network to obtain target data packet information;
inquiring a solution strategy corresponding to the target data packet information in a solution strategy set to obtain a target solution strategy, wherein the solution strategy set comprises corresponding solution strategies obtained by testing different network states in advance for multiple times;
And determining target network information according to the target solution strategy, and adopting the target network information to adjust the network information of the current network so as to reduce network fluctuation in the current network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein, before querying a solution policy set for a solution policy corresponding to the target packet information to obtain a target solution policy, the method further comprises:
acquiring index values corresponding to the preset indexes at each interval for a first preset duration to obtain first index values;
Switching network configuration under the condition that the first index value is larger than the preset threshold value, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a second index value;
switching server information under the condition that the second index value is larger than the preset threshold value, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain a third index value;
when the third index value is larger than the preset threshold value, adjusting network information of the current network and/or switching other networks, and collecting index values corresponding to the preset indexes currently to obtain fourth index values;
And under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, acquiring the target data packet information in the current network and determining a corresponding solution strategy to obtain the solution strategy set.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein switching network configuration and collecting an index value currently corresponding to the preset index to obtain a second index value comprises:
Switching a router channel of the current network, and collecting an index value corresponding to the preset index at present to obtain a fifth index value;
and under the condition that the fifth index value is larger than the preset threshold value, reconfiguring the IP address and the subnet mask of the current network, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain the second index value.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein before adjusting network information of a current network and/or switching other networks, and collecting an index value currently corresponding to the preset index to obtain a fourth index value, the method further comprises:
collecting the duration that the first index value is continuously smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value to obtain a target duration;
And under the condition that the target time length is longer than the second preset time length, acquiring network configuration information of the current network to obtain target network configuration information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein adjusting network information of a current network and/or switching other networks, and collecting an index value currently corresponding to the preset index, and obtaining a fourth index value comprises:
According to the target network configuration information, adjusting the network configuration information of the current network, or restarting the network service of the current network, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index at present to obtain a sixth index value;
and under the condition that the sixth index value is larger than the preset threshold value, switching the current network to other standby networks, and collecting the index value corresponding to the preset index currently to obtain the fourth index value.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein after acquiring the index value currently corresponding to the preset index to obtain a fourth index value, the method further comprises:
collecting the target data packet information in the current network under the condition that the second index value, the third index value or the fourth index value are all larger than the preset threshold value;
And sending the target data packet information in the current network to a target object, wherein the target object adjusts target equipment connected with the current network according to the target data packet information in the current network.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the target packet information comprises at least one of: network fault code information and data packet information with the transmission times exceeding the preset times.
