The management mechanism data link refers to a data link for connecting the management mechanism database, after the server 101 obtains the management structure number, the corresponding management mechanism data link can be determined by using the corresponding relationship between the different management structure numbers and the management mechanism data link, and the management mechanism database is connected through the data link, so that the resource conversion contract number is utilized to query the matched property evidence data of the target real estate resource and the initial resource conversion hosting protocol of the target real estate resource.
In this embodiment, the server 101 may further determine the administrative data link by using the administrative number included in the user registration request, and obtain the matched resource conversion contract data and the title certification data of the target real estate resource by using the administrative data link and the resource conversion contract number included in the user registration request, so as to generate the initial resource conversion hosting protocol of the target real estate resource by using the data.
In one embodiment, step S202 may further include: according to the resource conversion hosting protocol, virtual resources to be converted corresponding to the target stock real estate resources are obtained; the virtual resource to be converted consists of a first virtual resource and a second virtual resource; obtaining a converted first virtual resource; and obtaining the remaining first virtual resources according to the virtual resources to be converted, the converted first virtual resources and the second virtual resources.
The virtual resource to be converted refers to a virtual resource for converting a target stock real estate resource, for example, the virtual resource to be converted may be a total price of a stock house to be purchased, and the virtual resource to be converted is composed of a first virtual resource and a second virtual resource, for example, the first virtual resource may be a pay-for-first resource of the stock house, and the second virtual resource may be a loan resource of the stock house. The converted first virtual resource refers to a first virtual resource that has been transferred, and in this embodiment, the first virtual resource may be transferred in multiple times, so there may be a converted first virtual resource.
Specifically, the resource conversion hosting protocol may record a virtual resource to be converted, and after obtaining the resource conversion hosting protocol, the server 101 may determine the virtual resource to be converted corresponding to the target stock real estate resource from the virtual resource to be converted, and may obtain the converted first virtual resource, for example, may be obtained by querying a resource transfer record, so that the converted first virtual resource and the second virtual resource are subtracted from the virtual resource to be converted, to obtain the remaining first virtual resource.
In this embodiment, the server 101 may further obtain the remaining first virtual resources according to the virtual resources to be converted corresponding to the target real estate resources recorded in the resource conversion hosting protocol and the converted first virtual resources, and by this way, the obtaining efficiency of the remaining first virtual resources may be improved.
In one embodiment, step S202 may further include: under the condition that the remaining first virtual resources return to zero, determining that the first virtual resources are converted, generating virtual resource storage sub-accounts, and setting the account states of the virtual resource storage sub-accounts to enabled states; after step S203, it may further include: switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the enabled state to a state representing the partial conversion of the resource; and under the condition that the second virtual resource returns to zero, determining that the conversion of the second virtual resource is completed, and switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing the partial conversion of the resource to the state of representing the completion of the conversion of the resource.
In this embodiment, if the remaining first virtual resources are zeroed, that is, the remaining pay-for-sale resources to be transferred are 0, it may be determined that the first virtual resources have been converted, and the server 101 may generate the virtual resource storage sub-account, and set the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account to an enabled state. Then, the server 101 may acquire the virtual resource storage sub-account with the enabled state, for example, the virtual resource storage sub-account with the enabled state may be scanned by the timing task, so that the virtual resource corresponding to the stored target real estate resource is transferred to the virtual resource storage sub-account from the monitored account storing the virtual resource corresponding to the target real estate resource, which is the first virtual resource at this time, and the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account may be switched from the enabled state to the state representing the partial conversion of the resource. Meanwhile, the server 101 may further determine whether the second virtual resource, that is, the loan resource is zero, if yes, it indicates that the user does not have the loan resource, and after transferring the first-payment resource, the user has completed the conversion of all the virtual resources, so that the target real estate resource has been completed through the conversion of the virtual resource, and therefore, the server 101 may further switch the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing the partial conversion of the resource to the state of representing the completion of the conversion of the resource.
In this embodiment, the server 101 may further set a plurality of account states of the virtual resource storage sub-account after the virtual resource storage sub-account is built, and switch the account states when the virtual resource storage sub-account is in different conditions, so as to further improve the intelligence of the virtual resource storage sub-account on virtual resource management.
In addition, the resource conversion method may further include: under the condition that the second virtual resource is not zeroed, calling a query interface of a financial institution corresponding to the supervision account to acquire a resource issuing state of the financial structure for the second virtual resource; and under the condition that the resource release state represents that the second virtual resource is released, transferring the second virtual resource to the virtual resource storage sub-account from the supervision account, determining that the conversion of the second virtual resource is completed, and switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing the partial conversion of the resource to the state of representing the completion of the conversion of the resource.
If the second virtual resource is not zeroed, that is, it indicates that there is a loan resource, that is, the first virtual resource cannot be completely equal to the virtual resource to be converted corresponding to the target stock real estate resource, in this case, the second virtual resource needs to be provided by the financial institution corresponding to the supervision account number temporarily, and the resource issuing state is the issuing state of the financial structure for the second virtual resource,
Specifically, if the second virtual resource is not zeroed, the server 101 may invoke, by means of a timing task, a query interface of a financial institution corresponding to the supervisory account number to query whether the financial structure performs resource issuing with respect to the second virtual resource, that is, query a resource issuing state of the second virtual resource, and if the resource issuing state indicates that the second virtual resource is issued, that is, the financial institution corresponding to the supervisory account number performs issuing, the server 101 may further transfer the second virtual resource from the supervisory account number to the virtual resource storage sub-account number, and at this time, the virtual resource storage sub-account number may carry the first virtual resource and the second virtual resource at the same time, so that it may be determined that the second virtual resource is also converted, and thus the account number state of the virtual resource storage sub-account number is switched from the state that characterizes the resource conversion partially to the state that characterizes the resource conversion is completed.
In this embodiment, if the second virtual resource is not zeroed, the server 101 may also query the resource issuing status of the second virtual resource through a query interface of a financial institution corresponding to the supervisory account, and if issued, may switch the account status of the virtual resource storage sub-account to a status that the resource conversion is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step S204 may further include:
in step S501, when detecting that the account status of the virtual resource storage sub-account is a status indicating that the resource conversion is completed, face image information of the extraction user triggering the extraction request is obtained in response to the extraction request.

Step S502, obtaining a user verification result of the extracted user according to the face image information, and obtaining a management mechanism number corresponding to the target stock real estate resource and a real estate number corresponding to the target stock real estate resource from the extraction request under the condition that the user verification result characterizes the extracted user as the user corresponding to the first user account.
The user verification result refers to a face recognition verification result of the extracted user, and if the verification result characterizes that the extracted user is the user corresponding to the first user account, that is, the user providing the target real estate resource, the server 101 may further obtain the number of the management mechanism for managing the target real estate resource and the real estate number corresponding to the target real estate resource from the extraction request.
Step S503, based on the administrative organization number and the real estate number, the attribution user information of the target stock real estate resource is obtained.
The attribution user information refers to property attribution information of the target stock real estate resource, and when the attribution user information is obtained from the administrative organ number and the real estate number, the server 101 can obtain attribution user information of the target stock real estate resource by using the numbers, for example, the attribution user information of the target stock real estate resource can be obtained by firstly using the administrative organ number to obtain a matched administrative organ data link, connecting an administrative organ database for managing the target stock real estate resource through the administrative organ data link, and then querying the administrative organ database by using the real estate number.
Step S504, when the attribution user information characterizes that the target stock real estate resource is transferred to the user corresponding to the second user account by the user corresponding to the first user account, the virtual resource is transferred to the supervision account from the virtual resource storage sub-account; the second user account is a user account of the target stock real estate resource to be obtained.
If the attribution user information characterizes the target stock real estate resource, the user corresponding to the original first user account is transferred to the user corresponding to the second user account, namely, to the user needing to acquire the target stock real estate resource, namely, the user needing to be converted into the target stock real estate resource through the virtual resource, at the moment, the attribution user of the target stock real estate resource is indicated to have changed, and then the server 101 can transfer the virtual resource from the virtual resource storage sub-account to the supervision account and then from the supervision account to the first user account.
In this embodiment, if the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account is a state representing that the resource conversion is completed, if the user performs virtual resource extraction, face recognition verification can be performed on the virtual resource storage sub-account, and after the verification is passed, judgment of the home subscriber information is performed, and only after the judgment of the home subscriber information is passed, virtual resource transfer is performed, so that the security of virtual resource transfer can be further ensured.
In one embodiment, after step S204, the method may further include: switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account into a state representing that the resources are extracted, and acquiring virtual resource transfer time for transferring the virtual resources to the first user account; and under the condition that the time interval between the current time and the virtual resource transfer time exceeds a preset time interval threshold, switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing extracted resources to an initialization state at the current time, and canceling the association with the resource conversion hosting protocol.
If the virtual resource is extracted by the user corresponding to the first user account, the server 101 may switch the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account to a state representing that the resource is extracted, and then may record the time when the virtual resource is transferred to the first user account, that is, the virtual resource transfer time.
The server 101 may then query, through a timing task, whether the time interval between the current time and the virtual resource transfer time exceeds a preset time interval threshold, for example, the preset time interval threshold may be 7 days, that is, if the time interval between the current time and the virtual resource transfer time has exceeded 7 days, the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account may be switched from the state in which the characterizing resource has been extracted to the initialized state at the current time, and the association between the virtual resource storage sub-account and the resource conversion hosting protocol may be cleared.
In this embodiment, if the virtual resource has been transferred to the first user account, the server 101 may further switch the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account to a state representing that the resource has been extracted, and if the time interval between the current time and the virtual resource transfer time exceeds the preset time interval threshold, may further switch the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state representing that the resource has been extracted to an initialization state, and cancel the association with the resource conversion hosting protocol.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, after the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account is switched from the enabled state to the state of characterizing the resource part transition, the method further includes:
in step S601, face image information of a cancellation user that triggers a cancellation request is acquired in response to the cancellation request for the resource conversion hosting request.
In this embodiment, if a request for canceling the resource conversion hosting service is received from a user, in order to ensure the validity of the request, the user who initiates the cancellation request needs to be authenticated first, so as to obtain a face image of the canceling user.
Step S602, obtaining a user verification result of a cancelling user according to the face image information, and obtaining a management mechanism number corresponding to the target stock real estate resource and a real estate number corresponding to the target stock real estate resource from the cancelling request under the condition that the user verification result represents the user corresponding to the user account related to the resource conversion hosting request by the cancelling user;
Step S603, acquiring the attribution user information of the target stock real estate resource based on the management institution number and the real estate number.
Then, the user verification result of the canceling user may be obtained according to the face image, similar to step S502 and step S503, if the verification result characterizes that the extracting user is the user corresponding to the user account related to the resource conversion hosting request, the user corresponding to the first user account may be the user providing the target stock real estate resource, or the user corresponding to the second user account may be the user needing to obtain the target stock real estate resource, the server 101 may further obtain the number of the management mechanism for managing the target stock real estate resource and the real estate number corresponding to the target stock real estate resource from the extracting request, so as to obtain the attribution user information of the target stock real estate resource by using the number.
Step S604, under the condition that the attribution user information characterizes that the target stock real estate resource is attributed to the user corresponding to the first user account, transferring the virtual resource from the virtual resource storage sub-account to the supervision account, and transferring the virtual resource from the supervision account to the second user account; the second user account is a user account of the target stock real estate resource to be obtained.
If the attribution user information indicates that the target stock real estate resource is not transferred, that is, the attribution user information still belongs to the user corresponding to the first user account, that is, the resource conversion service is cancelled, the server 101 may transfer the virtual resource from the virtual resource storage sub-account to the supervision account, and then return the virtual resource from the supervision account to the second user account.
In this embodiment, if the resource conversion hosting request is cancelled, the server 101 may perform face recognition verification on the cancelling user first, and then perform judgment on the home subscriber information after the verification is passed, and may return the virtual resource to the second user account only if the home subscriber information is unchanged, so that the security of virtual resource transfer may be further ensured.
In one embodiment, there is also provided a virtual resource hosting method for stock real estate, as shown in fig. 7, which may include: the transaction center receives the user request, identifies the user identity, controls the user authority, schedules the resource service and the accounting service.
(1) Transaction center
Receiving registration requests of both parties, calling resource service, loading network sign contract and real property right data, checking, filling user basic information and pre-generating pdf files; and receiving a customer and seller hosting request, collecting data such as hosting virtual resources, loan resources, seller account numbers and the like, calling an electronic signature interface to complete user signature, calling a pdf service to combine the signature pictures and pre-generate a pdf file, and modifying a hosting protocol to be effective. Receiving a user resource payment request, providing inquiry, resource deduction and result notification services, and logging stream data; receiving a user resource extraction request, calling face recognition software to drive a user camera, collecting face pictures, calling a face verification interface to verify the identity of a user, calling a resource service to obtain real estate proof data, verifying that a person with a real estate proof authority has changed to a buyer, calling a transfer service to pay virtual resources corresponding to the real estate, and changing a hosting protocol into a transacted one.
(2) Resource center
And selecting a corresponding access link and interface according to the number of the real estate management mechanism in the request to establish an effective http channel, acquiring web sign contract data and real estate certificate data, and processing and storing the returned data to generate unified standard real estate certificate data and web sign contract data.
(3) Fund center
Providing account distribution service, inquiring a sub-account in an initialization state according to a supervision account, selecting a first sub-account, and establishing a relation with a hosting protocol, wherein the sub-account is started; the timing task transfers the account transferring interface, transfers the first-payment resources from the supervision account to the virtual resource storage sub-account, and the state is that the first-payment resources are partially paid; the timing task calls a borrowing inquiry interface and an account transaction detail inquiry interface, verifies a resource issuing result and invokes an account transferring interface, and transfers loan resources from a supervision account to a sub-account in a state that payment is completed; and providing a transfer service, namely transferring the resources from the resource storage sub-account to the supervision account, and then transferring the resources from the supervision account to the user account, wherein the sub-account state is set to be the extraction completion, and the circulation state of the sub-account can be shown as shown in fig. 8.
The specific flow of the method is shown in fig. 9, and the communication interaction process between the client and the server is shown in fig. 10, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1. Receiving a user registration request, selecting a corresponding data link to access the real estate management organization according to the web sign contract number and the real estate management organization number in the request, acquiring web sign contract data and real estate proof data, storing the web sign contract data and the real estate proof data into a database, assembling hosting agreement data containing both resource conversion parties, and returning a unique hosting agreement number.
2. Receiving a user hosting request, recording data such as virtual resources, loan resources, accounts for virtual resources received by sellers, calling ShowHtmlAndWaitSignCssp interfaces to generate drawing boards, calling SignCssp electronic signature interface screenshots to generate signature pictures sign, png, obtaining preset signature position coordinates (X, Y), calling SealPdaf methods to synthesize the signature pictures onto pdf template files according to coordinate parameters, calling electronic seal interfaces to obtain electronic seal pictures of financial institutions corresponding to supervision accounts, synthesizing signatures, and stamping protocol files.
3. And receiving a user virtual resource payment inquiry request, inquiring a virtual resource payment record and a hosting protocol according to the hosting protocol number and the user role in the request, calculating a to-be-paid resource (the hosting resource minus the loan resource and the paid and stored resource), returning resource payment data and real estate data, and calling a resource payment service.
4. Receiving a resource payment notification message, recording database flow data, calculating the residual resources to be paid, if the residual resources to be paid are 0, completing pay-per-pay payment, randomly selecting a free sub-account from an account list, recording the association relation between the sub-account and a hosting protocol, and marking the sub-account as enabled;
5. the method comprises the steps of scanning a virtual resource storage sub-account by a timing task to be enabled data, calling a transfer interface to transfer a first payment fund from a supervision account to the virtual resource storage sub-account, and modifying the state of the sub-account to be partially paid; judging whether the loan resource is 0, if the loan resource is 0, directly changing the state of the sub-account into the completion of payment;
6. The method comprises the steps of scanning a hosting protocol with loan resources not being 0 by a timing task, calling a general house loan borrowing inquiring interface, calling a transfer interface to transfer loan funds from a supervision account to a virtual resource storage sub-account if the borrowing state is that the loan is paid and the supervision account has the account-depositing data, and changing the state of the virtual resource storage sub-account to be payment completion;
7. Receiving a user resource extraction request, calling a face recognition side sdk according to a user role in the request, driving a user side camera, collecting a user face picture, calling entityauth face verification interface to send face picture base photograph data and a user identity card number, and verifying whether the current user is consistent with a hosting protocol.
8. According to the real estate management organization number and the real estate number in the resource extraction request, acquiring real estate certificate data, judging that the attribution is a virtual resource provider and is originally the real estate provider, if the attribution is satisfied, calling a transfer interface to transfer virtual resources from a virtual resource storage sub-account to a supervision account, then transferring the virtual resources from the supervision account to a user virtual resource account, marking the state of the sub-account as partial payment, and if the residual extraction resources are 0, marking the state of the sub-account as extraction completion.
9. And receiving a user hosting cancellation request, verifying the face in step 7, acquiring real property evidence data according to the real property management mechanism number and the real property number in the resource extraction request, returning the hosting funds to the supervision account if the attribution is a person providing the real property, returning the virtual resource provider in the original path, and changing the state of the sub-account to be the completion of extraction.
10. The state of the sub-account is scanned by the timing task, the payment date is subtracted from the current date, if the result is more than 7, the state of the sub-account is initialized, and the association with the hosting protocol is cleared.
In the embodiment, the method for converting the stock real estate resources is provided, and the method does not need users to go to different management departments on line to repeatedly submit materials and transact in the home to improve the efficiency of converting the real estate resources.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. In one embodiment, the hosting protocol obtaining module 1101 is further configured to obtain, in response to a user registration request, a resource conversion contract number and a management institution number corresponding to the target stock real estate resource from the user registration request; acquiring a management mechanism data link matched with the management structure number, and acquiring resource conversion contract data matched with the resource conversion contract number and property right evidence data of the target stock real estate resource through the management mechanism data link; and generating an initial resource conversion hosting agreement of the target stock real estate resource by utilizing the resource conversion contract data and the property evidence data.
In one embodiment, the first resource processing module 1102 is further configured to obtain, according to a resource conversion hosting protocol, a virtual resource to be converted corresponding to the target real estate resource; the virtual resource to be converted consists of a first virtual resource and a second virtual resource; obtaining a converted first virtual resource; and obtaining the remaining first virtual resources according to the virtual resources to be converted, the converted first virtual resources and the second virtual resources.
In one embodiment, the first resource processing module 1102 is further configured to determine that the conversion of the first virtual resource is completed and generate a virtual resource storage sub-account, and set an account status of the virtual resource storage sub-account to an enabled status, in a case where the remaining first virtual resource is zeroed; the second resource processing module 1103 is further configured to switch the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the enabled state to a state that characterizes the partial conversion of the resource; and under the condition that the second virtual resource returns to zero, determining that the conversion of the second virtual resource is completed, and switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing the partial conversion of the resource to the state of representing the completion of the conversion of the resource.
In an embodiment, the second resource processing module 1103 is further configured to, when the second virtual resource is not zeroed, call a query interface of a financial institution corresponding to the supervisory account number, and obtain a resource issuing state of the financial structure for the second virtual resource; and under the condition that the resource release state represents that the second virtual resource is released, transferring the second virtual resource to the virtual resource storage sub-account from the supervision account, determining that the conversion of the second virtual resource is completed, and switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing the partial conversion of the resource to the state of representing the completion of the conversion of the resource.

In one embodiment, the virtual resource transfer module 1104 is further configured to switch the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account to a state that characterizes that the resource has been extracted, and obtain a virtual resource transfer time when the virtual resource is transferred to the first user account; and under the condition that the time interval between the current time and the virtual resource transfer time exceeds a preset time interval threshold, switching the account state of the virtual resource storage sub-account from the state of representing extracted resources to an initialization state at the current time, and canceling the association with the resource conversion hosting protocol.

The respective modules in the above-described resource conversion device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one exemplary embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 12. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an Input/Output interface (I/O) and a communication interface. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface is connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing virtual resource data. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a resource conversion method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are both information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data are required to meet the related regulations.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in various forms such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), etc. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (13)

1. A method of resource conversion, the method comprising:
responding to a resource conversion hosting request aiming at a target real estate resource, and acquiring a resource conversion hosting protocol matched with the target real estate resource;
According to the resource conversion hosting protocol, acquiring the remaining first virtual resources matched with the target stock real estate resources, and generating a virtual resource storage sub-account related to the resource conversion hosting protocol under the condition that the remaining first virtual resources characterize the first virtual resources corresponding to the target stock real estate resources;
Transferring the virtual resource to the virtual resource storage sub-account from the supervision account for storing the virtual resource corresponding to the target real estate resource, and acquiring a second virtual resource corresponding to the target real estate resource;
And under the condition that the conversion of the second virtual resource is completed, responding to the extraction request for the virtual resource, transferring the virtual resource from the virtual resource storage sub-account to the supervision account, and transferring the virtual resource from the supervision account to a first user account for providing the target stock real estate resource.
