Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that the following is a simple description of the background of the present solution:
The scheme mainly aims at solving the technical problem of improving efficiency of batch equipment in system upgrading. It will be appreciated that device upgrades are the primary way to add functionality to the device, repair failures, optimize use experience, etc. In general, a device manufacturer will push a message to a user after a system upgrade package is released, so that The user downloads and performs an FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air software upgrade) operation according to The push message, which is a scene of using The device after being sold. There is also a scenario that when the equipment is produced and ready for shipment, a serious problem is suddenly found to be solved before shipment, and the problem needs to be solved in a short time, so that the equipment shipment is prevented from being influenced. In this case, the devices are relatively centralized, and batch devices can be networked separately for system upgrade under human operation to solve the existing problems. However, when the file of the system upgrade package is relatively large, if all the devices download the system upgrade package through the network, a long time is required, and in the process, the downloading failure may be caused by the unstable network, so that the efficiency of upgrading the system of the batch of devices is affected.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the application provides a batch equipment upgrading method. According to the batch equipment upgrading method provided by the embodiment of the application, batch equipment to be upgraded is connected with the local area network, the target equipment set capable of completing the system upgrading operation based on the local area network is determined from the batch equipment, and the target upgrading package matched with the target equipment set is acquired from the local area network to conduct batch system upgrading operation on each equipment in the target equipment set. By utilizing the advantages of the local area network, the target upgrade package is stored on the server of the local area network in advance, so that when the equipment to be upgraded is upgraded in batches, each equipment is not required to be upgraded by connecting with the wide area network server, the limitation of the same network bandwidth is relieved, and the efficiency of system upgrade is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a batch equipment upgrading method according to an embodiment of the application. Fig. 2 is another flow chart of a batch equipment upgrading method according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 3 is another flow chart of a batch device upgrading method according to an embodiment of the present application. The batch equipment upgrading method is applied to terminal equipment. Optionally, the terminal device is a terminal or a server. Optionally, the server is an independent physical server, or a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, cdns (Content Delivery Network, content delivery networks), basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligent platforms, and the like. Optionally, the terminal is a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, a smart voice interaction device, a smart home appliance, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment, the method may comprise the steps of:
s101, determining batch equipment to be upgraded, and connecting the batch equipment with a local area network.
First, the terms that are emphasized in the schemes need to be explained as follows:
local area networks, which are networks established over a relatively small geographic area, are typically networks within a building, campus, or office, and are characterized by:
Limited range: the range of a local area network is typically limited to one building, campus or office, and thus is relatively small;
high-speed connection: devices in the local area network are usually connected at a high speed, such as Ethernet, wi-Fi and the like, so that the data transmission speed is high;
shared resources: devices within the local area network may share resources such as files, printers, applications, etc.;
Low cost: construction and maintenance costs are generally low due to the relatively small range.
Wide area network, which refers to a network with wider coverage, can span the city, country and even the network established in the global scope, and is characterized in that:
the range is wide: the wide area network may span a large geographic area and may even cover a global area;
using a public infrastructure: wide area networks typically use common transmission media such as telephone lines, optical fibers, satellites, etc. to enable connections that span large distances;
Slower transmission speed: data transmission speeds are relatively slow due to spanning large distances, limited by the transmission medium and network topology;
High cost: the cost of building and maintaining wide area networks is typically high due to the wide coverage area.
Compared with the traditional batch equipment upgrading scheme, the batch equipment upgrading method provided by the scheme is characterized in that batch equipment to be upgraded is firstly connected with a local area network, the system upgrading operation is completed through the local area network instead of the wide area network, the advantage of the local area network is utilized, and the target upgrading package is stored on a server of the local area network in advance, so that when the equipment to be upgraded is upgraded in batches, each equipment is not required to be upgraded through the wide area network server, the limitation of the same network bandwidth is relieved, and the system upgrading efficiency is greatly improved.
S102, respectively acquiring system version numbers of all the devices in the batch of devices, and forming the devices with the same first element in the system version numbers into a device set, wherein the first element is used for indicating the type of the system version.
In this embodiment, each device has a corresponding system version number to describe the system information currently used by the device, for example, the system version number: vCU7A, where "vCU" is used to indicate the category of the system version, i.e. the first element mentioned above, and "7A" is used to indicate the system version release time, i.e. the second element mentioned later.
The equipment with the same first element in the system version number is formed into the equipment set, so that the equipment of the same equipment set can be conveniently and purposefully updated in the same upgrading package, and the efficiency of batch upgrading is improved.
S103, determining the upgrading strategy corresponding to each equipment set according to the system version number.
In the present embodiment, it is considered that the target upgrade package for the batch device upgrade may not ensure a certain advanced presence in the local area network, but may also exist in the wide area network. The upgrade strategy is primarily classified as lan-based or wan-based in advance according to the system version number.
If the target upgrade package matched with the system version number of at least one device in the device set exists in the local area network, the target upgrade package is stored in the local area network in advance, the target upgrade package can be matched with the at least one device in the device set, and the upgrade strategy of the device set is determined to be based on the local area network;
If it is detected that the target upgrade package matched with the system version number of the device in the device set does not exist in the local area network, it is indicated that the target upgrade package is not stored in the local area network in advance or the device set does not need to perform system upgrade operation temporarily, in order to make sure that the device set belongs to the above case, it is required to search from the wide area network first whether the target upgrade package matched with the system version number of the device in the device set exists or not, and determine the current upgrade policy of the device set to be performed based on the wide area network.
If the target upgrade packages matched with the system version numbers of the devices in the device set are detected to be absent in the local area network and the wide area network, the device set is indicated to be capable of leaving the factory to enter the market for circulation without system upgrade operation temporarily.
It should be explained that the target upgrade package is configured such that a first element in a corresponding system version number is consistent with each device of the device set, and a second element in the system version number corresponding to the target upgrade package, which is used to indicate a release time of the system version, is later than at least one device of the device set. Only the upgrade package satisfying both of the above conditions can be defined as the target upgrade package for the batch device upgrade.
And S104, if the upgrade strategy corresponding to the equipment set is carried out based on the local area network, separating a target equipment set capable of completing system upgrade through the local area network and a target upgrade package matched with the target equipment set from the equipment set.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the upgrade policy corresponding to the device set is performed based on the lan, devices capable of satisfying the system upgrade operation performed by using the target upgrade package in the device set are first separated and form the target device set. By independently constructing the target equipment set of the equipment needing to be subjected to the system upgrading operation, eliminating the equipment not needing to be subjected to the system upgrading operation, the identification process in the process of carrying out the unified upgrading operation on the batch equipment through the target upgrading package can be skipped, namely, whether the system version number of each equipment is matched with the target upgrading package is judged before the system upgrading operation is carried out on each equipment, and therefore the efficiency of the batch equipment upgrading operation is improved.
Illustratively, by carrying the Version parameter of the device itself (e.g., system Version number: vCU 7A) through HTTPS, the file server to the local area network retrieves the relevant upgrade package, the upgrade package name must be the beginning of vCU7A (e.g., vCU7a_vcu7B. Xml or vCU7a_vcu7B. Zip), the later file name must be the next upgrade Version, e.g., vCU7B or vCU7D, and it should be a Version greater than the current vCU7A, if there is a package of vCU7a_vcu7B, then the upgrade operation is downloaded and performed.
In some embodiments, after determining that the upgrade policy of the device set is based on the wan, the address and port of the server of the wan may be used to carry the own system version number through HTTPS protocol, such as: vCU7A (here, the manner in which different OEMs use the interaction procedure and the protocol used by the wide area network server are different, if the client and the server follow the OMA protocol, the manner in which HTTS +syncml should be used), there are other protocols in which individual OEMs use their own server, and the specific manner is not listed here, and if check, the server checks whether there is a new version of upgrade package for the currently requested system version vCU 7A: such as: vcu7a_vcu7b.xml or vcu7a_vcu7b.zip (possibly other naming rules and suffix names), and if present, download this upgrade package.
Searching a target upgrading package corresponding to each device in the device set from the wide area network, downloading the corresponding target upgrading package from the wide area network, uploading the local area network as a backup, and updating a file server of the local area network, so that the system separates the target device set which can finish system upgrading through the local area network from the device set and the target upgrading package matched with the target device set, performs batch system upgrading operation on each device in the target device set according to the target upgrading package, and performs preparation action before batch system upgrading operation on the device which does not have the target upgrading package in the original local area network.
S105, carrying out batch system upgrading operation on each device in the target device set according to the target upgrading packet.
In this embodiment, the batch device to be upgraded is connected to the local area network, then a target device set capable of completing the system upgrading operation based on the local area network is determined from the batch device, and a target upgrading packet matched with the target device set is obtained from the local area network to perform the batch system upgrading operation on each device in the target device set.
If too many devices are provided, the upgrading efficiency can be improved by temporarily adding extra file servers or load balancing, and certainly, the client configuration support is also required to be upgraded through a local area network server, and the local area network server address and port are built in; thus, although server resources are newly added, the time benefit and the labor cost are basically negligible.
Before batch system upgrading operation is carried out on each device in the target device set according to the target upgrading package, the integrity and the legality of the target upgrading package are required to be checked, the integrity is mainly to check whether the data of the target upgrading package is completely downloaded or not, whether the data of the target upgrading package is missing or not is judged, and the verification is mainly carried out through the size; the validity check mainly checks whether the signature of the target upgrade package is correct. And executing the step of carrying out batch system upgrading operation on each device in the target device set according to the target upgrading package only when the verification is passed, and if the verification is not passed, prompting an operator to repair the target upgrading package.
Any combination of the above optional solutions may be adopted to form an optional embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein.
In particular, the application is not limited by the order of execution of the steps described, as some of the steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently without conflict.
As can be seen from the above, the batch equipment upgrading method provided by the embodiment of the present application connects the batch equipment to the local area network by determining the batch equipment to be upgraded; respectively obtaining system version numbers of all devices in the batch of devices, and forming the devices with the same first element in the system version numbers into a device set, wherein the first element is used for indicating the category of the system version; determining an upgrade strategy corresponding to each equipment set according to the system version number; if the upgrade policy corresponding to the equipment set is based on the local area network, separating a target equipment set capable of completing system upgrade through the local area network and a target upgrade package matched with the target equipment set from the equipment set; and carrying out batch system upgrading operation on each device in the target device set according to the target upgrading packet.
