Referring to fig. 1, a communication architecture diagram of a device control system of the present disclosure is shown, including a conference device for performing a device control method, and a plurality of devices communicatively linked to the conference device, as shown in fig. 1.
The conference equipment can be an all-in-one machine, for example, a multifunctional conference all-in-one machine, and the all-in-one machine has large-screen display and touch control functions and is very suitable for intelligent interaction. A plurality of applications may be pre-installed on the conference device, which may be used to assist the user in conducting various forms of conferences. In a common scene, a user can select equipment to be controlled through a terminal such as a mobile phone, a personal computer or a tablet, and corresponding instructions are transmitted to a gateway connected with the equipment through a network through the mobile phone, the personal computer or the tablet; the gateway can be connected with each device through a Bluetooth, 2.4G, 5G, 433Mhz and other communication links; each device is provided with a corresponding wireless module which is used for connecting with the local area network of the gateway and receiving the instruction of the gateway, and corresponding operation is completed according to the received instruction, so that a certain working state is achieved. Therefore, under the common scene, a user can remotely control the states of some small intelligent devices in a certain space through a mobile phone, a personal computer or a tablet.

Accordingly, the environmental state includes at least one of a brightness state, a door and window state, and a temperature state, and of course, other types of environmental states, such as an air circulation state, may be included in practice.
In practice, the detected environmental state may relate to the type of device connected to the conference device in the conference environment, in particular, the detected environmental state corresponds to an environmental state that the device can regulate, for example, the device includes an illumination lamp, a curtain, an air conditioner, and the detected environmental state includes a brightness state, a door and window state, and a temperature state. As another example, the device includes a fan, a speaker, and a lighting lamp, and the detected environmental state includes a brightness state, a volume state, and an air circulation state.
The method comprises the steps of determining whether the current environmental state meets the environmental state required by the target application according to the environmental state required by the target application, if not, controlling the equipment to be controlled to be in a target working state, and if so, not controlling the corresponding equipment to be controlled to be in the target working state.
In specific implementation, a preset environment state corresponding to the target application can be obtained; when the difference between the environment state and the preset environment state is larger than the preset difference, a corresponding control instruction is sent to the equipment to be controlled, so that the equipment to be controlled is in a target working state.
For example, assuming that the target application is a handwriting application and a brighter environmental state is required, when the weather is clear and the meeting place has enough light, the illuminating lamp can be controlled to be in a high-brightness state. That is, it may not be necessary to control the state of the illumination lamp.
In specific implementation, a corresponding environment state, such as a preset brightness state, a door and window state and a temperature state, can be preset for the target application, then, the difference between the preset environment state and the currently detected environment state can be compared, if the difference is smaller than the preset difference, the equipment to be controlled is not required to be controlled, and if the difference is larger than the preset difference, the equipment to be controlled is required to be controlled.
Of course, in the case that the environmental state includes a plurality of states, the state may be compared with a corresponding preset state for each state, if the difference is smaller than the preset difference, the corresponding device to be controlled is not required to be controlled, and if the difference is larger than the preset difference, the corresponding device to be controlled is required to be controlled.
In a conference scene, the volume of a sound box is regulated in a common conference place, and in a conference, the volume of the sound box is required to be regulated frequently. In yet another case, when a conference device moves from one conference site to another, the target operating states of the devices to be controlled may not meet the requirements of a conference in a new conference site environment, and in particular, for volume, often is closely related to the size of the conference site. For example, the target application is a video conference, the target volume of the audio player is set to be low, and the conference is adapted to the environment of a small conference place, but when the conference device moves to the large conference place, the volume requirement of the large conference place cannot be met.
In view of this, in yet another alternative example, the spatial size of the venue environment may be determined, then the target volume of the audio player is determined according to the spatial size, and the audio player is controlled to play audio at the target volume.
In this embodiment, the space size of the meeting place environment may be determined when the target application is started, or the space size of the meeting place environment may be determined when the conference device is started, where the space size of the meeting place environment may be determined by the distance sensor. Next, a target volume of the audio playing can be determined based on the space size, and it should be noted that the target volume may increase with an increase in the space size and decrease with a decrease in the space size. Therefore, when the target application is started, the playing volume of the audio player can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, that is, the volume of the audio player can be adjusted before the conference starts.
The audio player may be an external sound box of the conference device, and of course, in some cases, may also be a sound box integrated by the conference device itself.
In yet another embodiment, the target volume of the audio player may also be determined based on the space size and the target application, and in a specific implementation, the corresponding volume size of each application in the meeting place environment with different sizes may be pre-specified, for example, the corresponding volume size of each application in the meeting place environment with different sizes may be stored in a table form, so that when the space size of the meeting place environment is obtained, the target volume of the audio player under the space size of the target application may be obtained by looking up a table. Thereby controlling the audio player to play audio at the target volume.
Therefore, after the target application is started, the volume of the audio player can be regulated and controlled more finely by combining the space sizes of the target application and the meeting place, so that the volume of the audio player can adapt to the meeting place environment and the current meeting form.
In specific implementation, the space size of the meeting place environment can be determined based on the sound information of the meeting place environment. The sound information can represent the spaciousness of a meeting place, and particularly can comprise space-time information of sound spreading in the meeting place environment, so that the space size of the meeting place environment is detected based on the space-time information.
When determining the space size of the meeting place environment based on the sound information, the process shown in fig. 4 may be performed:
specifically, the method can self-check after the conference equipment is started, determine whether a sound box is connected, if yes, determine whether an automatic conference place environment detection function is opened, if yes, send an enabling signal to enable the power amplifier to work, control the loudspeaker to send out test sound, and at the moment, the microphone receives reflected sound reflected by the loudspeaker, so that the test sound, the reflected sound and the time difference between the test sound and the reflected sound can be used as sound information.
Then, based on the time difference between the test sound and the reflected sound, the space size is calculated, and then the target volume of the audio player is obtained by looking up a table based on the space size.
Of course, in still another case, as shown in fig. 4, after the space size of the meeting place environment is determined based on the sound information, the display information of the display screen of the conference device may also be adjusted based on the space size. In particular, at least one of display brightness, display resolution, and size of information displayed on a display screen of the conference device may be adjusted based on the size of the space to adapt to the size of the space.
In the case of changing the meeting place environment, the volume of the device is not limited to be adjusted, and the display state of the display screen may also need to be adjusted. For example, when the conference apparatus moves from a small conference place environment to a large conference place environment, the brightness, the information display size, and the like of information displayed on the display screen also need to be adjusted synchronously to accommodate display in a new conference place environment.
In this case, at least one of display brightness, display resolution, and displayed information size of the display screen of the conference apparatus is adjusted based on the spatial size to fit the spatial size. As shown in fig. 4, the display brightness may be highlighted in a large venue environment, the display resolution may be reduced in a large venue environment to enlarge the information, and the display resolution may be increased in a small venue environment to clearly display the information.
Of course, in practice, any one of the display brightness, the display resolution and the size of the displayed information may be adjusted, or any two of them may be adjusted, or all three may be adjusted, which may be specifically set according to the requirement.
When the method is adopted, the device to be controlled can be adjusted based on the target application under the condition of controlling the working state of the device to be controlled, and the device to be controlled is combined with the environment state, so that on one hand, hardware consumption caused by adjusting the device to be controlled when the environment state meets the required meeting form can be avoided, and on the other hand, the flexibility of controlling the device to be controlled when the meeting device is migrated in a plurality of different meeting place environments can be improved, and the effects of adapting the device control to the target application and the current meeting place environment are achieved.
Mode three: and controlling the equipment to be controlled by combining the service function of the target application started.
As described above, as in the video conference, a screen sharing function, a manuscript presentation function, and the like are provided, different functions can help a user to perform conference presentations of different forms in the conference. In this way, the conference device can continuously adjust the working state of the device to be controlled according to the triggered service function in the target application.
In specific implementation, a first target device to be adjusted currently can be determined from at least one device to be controlled based on the service function of the target application currently started; and controlling the first target equipment to adjust from the target working state to the working state corresponding to the currently opened service function.
In this embodiment, each application may have different service functions to help the user perform services with different requirements, because when the application is started, the device to be controlled is already adjusted to the target working state based on the application, and in the use process of the target application, along with the opened service functions, the working states of some devices to be controlled may need to be adjusted to meet the environmental state requirements of the opened service functions. When the target application is a video conference application, for example, a user starts a video conference, and in the process of using the video conference application, if the user starts screen sharing, the user needs to synchronously start microphones, and the brightness of a lighting lamp in a meeting place environment is properly adjusted, so that clear viewing of the content of the screen sharing is facilitated.
In this case, the conference device may also detect that the target application is at a currently opened service function, and then determine a first target device related to the service function, where the first target device is a device associated with the service function in the devices to be controlled, and if the service function is a screen sharing function, the first target device may be an illumination lamp and a microphone.
The method comprises the steps of determining a working state of a first target device according to a service function, wherein the working state corresponds to the working state of the first target device, and the working state corresponds to the working state of the first target device. Then, the first target device may be controlled to adjust from the target operating state to an operating state corresponding to the business function based on the specified state.
In this case, the lighting lamp and the microphone can be used as the first target device, and the brightness of the lighting lamp is reduced, and the microphone is turned on.
In another example, the target application is a teaching application, in the use process, in order to achieve privacy of a piece of teaching content, the user selects a privacy conference function, and then the first target device is an intelligent curtain, in this case, the intelligent curtain can be closed, so that the teaching content is prevented from being watched by people outside the conference.
Under the condition of adopting the mode, the working state of the first target equipment can be adjusted based on the service function triggered by the application in the process of using the same application, so that the effect of fine-tuning the environment state is achieved.
Mode four: and controlling the equipment to be controlled by combining the setting parameters of the target application.
As described above, in some application software provided, the application software generally has a setting item, and a user can set some properties of a target application, such as a background property, display brightness, and the like, through the setting item, so that when performing control of a device to be controlled, the device to be controlled can be controlled to enter a target operating state based on the setting parameter.
In the specific implementation, the setting parameters of the target application can be obtained; and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state corresponding to the setting parameters based on the setting parameters.
Specifically, in the fourth mode, when the target application currently being used is detected, the working state of the device to be controlled may be determined based on the setting parameter of the current target application, where the setting parameter may be used to characterize the starting running state of the target application, for example, in a video conference application, the setting parameter may be used to characterize the running state of the video conference application at the time of starting, for example, when the video conference application is started, the microphone is set to be closed, the character is set to be a participant, and the display interface is set to display a participant member, thereby, the device to be controlled may be controlled to be in the target working state corresponding to the setting parameter based on the setting parameter.
Specifically, the device to be controlled corresponding to the setting parameter and the target working state of the device to be controlled may be specified in advance. In this way, during control, the conference device can acquire the device to be controlled and the target working state of the device to be controlled, the setting parameters of which are pre-corresponding, and then generate a control instruction to send the control instruction to the device to be controlled.
In an alternative example, as described above, the setting parameters include a plurality of different sub-parameters, the different sub-parameters corresponding to the settings of the different functional modules of the target application; correspondingly, when at least one device to be controlled is controlled to be in a target working state corresponding to the set parameters based on the set parameters, the device to be controlled corresponding to each sub-parameter can be obtained; and controlling the equipment to be controlled to be in a corresponding target working state based on the sub-parameters corresponding to each equipment to be controlled.
Illustratively, as described above, the video conferencing application includes display interface setting parameters, microphone setting parameters, character setting parameters, each of which may correspond to one or more devices to be controlled. Wherein, different sub-parameters can correspond to different kinds of equipment to be controlled, and also can correspond to the same kind of equipment to be controlled; for example, the microphone setting parameters and the participant role setting parameters each correspond to a microphone, and the display interface setting parameters correspond to an illumination lamp.
The target working state of the device to be controlled corresponding to each setting parameter can be determined, and the target working state can be stored in the conference device through the setting information in advance.
Of course, in the use process of the target application, if the user modifies a certain setting parameter, the working state of the device to be controlled can be adjusted based on the modified setting parameter. So that the environment state is dynamically adapted to the setting of the target application, specifically, updated setting parameters can be obtained in response to the updating of the setting parameters; and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a working state corresponding to the updated setting parameters based on the updated setting parameters.
Of course, when the setting parameters include multiple sub-parameters, the working state of the device to be controlled corresponding to the updated sub-parameters may be adjusted in response to the updated sub-parameters, so that the working state of the device to be controlled is the working state corresponding to the updated sub-parameters.
In an alternative example, the target application may comprise a handwriting application, and the setting parameters comprise handwriting background color parameters. Wherein the handwriting background parameter may comprise a black, white or color background parameter. Accordingly, the brightness of the illuminating lamp in the equipment to be controlled can be controlled to be in the target working brightness corresponding to the handwriting background color parameter.
When the method is specifically implemented, if the handwriting background parameter is a black background, the lighting lamp of the lighting lamp is dimmed; and if the handwriting background parameter is a white background, the illuminating lamp light of the illuminating lamp is turned on.
As described above, the operation brightness of the illumination lamp may be updated synchronously after the handwriting background parameter is updated.
When the method and the device for controlling the conference site environment are adopted, the working state of the equipment to be controlled can be dynamically adjusted along with the setting of the target application, so that the state of the conference site environment can be dynamically regulated and controlled to be the state corresponding to the current setting of the target application.
As described above, the conference device is generally connected to a plurality of devices, and different target applications may need to control different types of devices to be controlled, that is, the number and types of devices to be controlled by different target applications may be different, so before the operating states of the devices to be controlled are controlled, the devices to be controlled may be determined. It has been mentioned above that in one way, the device to be controlled for each application may be specified in advance. In an alternative example, the number of devices to be controlled can be dynamically determined according to the size of the meeting place environment, so as to adapt to different meeting place environments.
Two ways of determining the device to be controlled are given below.
First kind: and acquiring a plurality of devices which are in communication connection with the conference device and the area of the conference place environment, and then determining at least one device to be controlled from the plurality of devices based on the target application and the area of the conference place environment.
In this embodiment, the larger the area, the larger the number of each device to be controlled, for example, the more lamps to be controlled for a large meeting place, the fewer lamps to be controlled for a small meeting place; for another example, for a large venue, the volume of the speakers may need to be controlled, while for a small venue, the speakers may not need to be controlled.
The size of the area of the meeting place environment may be determined by the sound information of the above embodiment, or in an alternative example, the area of the meeting place may be input by a user, for example, the user's voice or text. Of course, in yet another alternative example, the conference device may also be configured with a distance sensor, by means of which the area of the conference site environment may be measured.
In this embodiment, the conference device may acquire a plurality of devices communicatively linked to itself in advance, thereby obtaining a device list including the category to which each device belongs and the number of each device. The number of the devices to be controlled and corresponding to each target application in different area ranges can be predetermined, and after the target application and the area are determined, the conference device can look up a table to determine the type of the devices to be controlled and the number of the devices to be controlled corresponding to each application in the corresponding area, so as to obtain at least one device to be controlled.
By adopting the implementation mode, the equipment to be controlled which needs to be controlled can be dynamically adjusted according to the meeting place environment.
Second kind: acquiring a position area of each device connected with conference equipment in a conference place environment and conference place environment information of the conference place environment; and determining at least one device to be controlled from the plurality of devices based on the target application, the position area corresponding to each device and the meeting place environment information.
Wherein the environmental information includes attendee distribution information.
In this embodiment, for the same meeting place environment, the devices to be controlled in one area in the meeting place environment may be controlled according to different target applications, but the devices to be controlled in another area may not be controlled. For example, for a video conferencing application, if only the area in front of the venue has personnel to participate in the venue environment, only the devices to be controlled in the area in front of the venue may be controlled. For example, if the temperature of the area located at the rear in the meeting place environment is high and cooling is required, only the air conditioner in the rear area may be controlled.
The meeting place environment information may include location distribution information of the meeting participants, temperature information of a plurality of areas, and the like, and in practice, the meeting place environment information and location information of devices to be controlled are used to help determine a target area to be controlled in this example, and the target application is used to help determine which devices in the target area need to be controlled.
Specifically, according to the location information of the participants in the meeting place environment information, the area where the participants are located is determined as a target area, and further, based on the target application, the device corresponding to the target application in the target area is determined as the device to be controlled, where the device corresponding to the target application may be specified in advance, and the specific process is described with reference to the above embodiment and is not repeated herein. And then, controlling the equipment to be controlled in the target area to be in a target working state according to the target application.
In the following, the device control method of the present disclosure is exemplarily described with several examples:
in these examples, the conference device is an all-in-one machine, and referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of the working states of devices to be controlled under different applications is shown, where the "user setting" in fig. 5 indicates that in an actual scenario, a user may add an application of desired intelligent control, and add a device of desired control, and in conjunction with the illustration in fig. 5, the following examples are given:
example 1: video conferences;
the conference equipment detects that the video conference application is being used, the position information of the participants in the conference environment can be determined according to the conference environment information, and if the participants are involved in all areas of the conference environment, the equipment in all areas of the conference environment is used as equipment to be controlled. Then, according to the video conference application, the equipment to be controlled is determined to be the lighting lamp, the curtain and the external sound box, so that the lighting lamp, the curtain and the external sound box in all areas of the meeting place environment can be used as the equipment to be controlled, and the working states of all the equipment are controlled with reference to fig. 5.
When a user starts a screen sharing function in the video conference, the all-in-one machine can reset the brightness of the illuminating lamp.
Before the regulation and control are started, the space size of the meeting place environment can be determined, and the volume of the externally connected sound box is regulated according to the space size.
Example 2: handwriting application;
the conference device detects that the handwriting application (handwriting software in fig. 5) is being used, firstly, the position information of the participants in the conference site environment can be determined according to the conference site environment information, and if the participants are involved in the front area of the conference site environment, the device in the front area of the conference site environment is used as the device to be controlled. Then, according to handwriting application, the equipment to be controlled is determined to be the lighting lamp, the curtain and the external sound box, the lighting lamp, the curtain and the external sound box in the front area can be used as the equipment to be controlled, and the working state of each equipment can be controlled by combining handwriting background parameters with reference to fig. 5.
Wherein, when the handwriting background color parameter in handwriting application changes from black to white, the brightness of the illuminating lamp is adjusted to be low.
Example 3: manuscript demonstration:
the conference device detects that the presentation application is being used, and controls the operation states of the respective devices with reference to fig. 5.
Example 4: teaching application:
when the conference device detects that the teaching application is being used, the working states of the devices are controlled by combining the teaching application with reference to fig. 5.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present disclosure further provides a device control apparatus, referring to fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the virtual apparatus, as shown in fig. 6, applied to a conference device, where the conference device is communicatively connected to at least one device to be controlled, and the apparatus includes:
a detection module 601, configured to determine a target application currently being used on the conference device, where the target application is configured to provide a target conference scene for a user;
a control module 602, configured to control at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state according to the target application, so that a state of a meeting place environment is regulated and controlled to be a state adapted to the target meeting place

Claims (18)

1. A device control method, applied to a conference device, the conference device being communicatively connected to at least one device to be controlled, the method comprising:
determining a target application currently being used on the conference equipment, wherein the target application is used for providing a target conference scene for a user;
and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state according to the target application, so that the state of the meeting place environment is regulated and controlled to be in a state adapting to the target meeting scene.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target application currently being used on the conferencing device comprises:
Determining an application corresponding to a starting operation as the target application for a plurality of applications configured to the conference equipment; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and determining the application with the current state being the use state as the target application from a plurality of running applications stored in a running stack.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein controlling at least one of the devices to be controlled to be in a target operating state according to the target application comprises:
determining a corresponding target working parameter of each device to be controlled in the target working state;
and based on the target working parameters, sending corresponding control instructions to each device to be controlled so as to enable the device to be controlled to be in the target working state.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the environmental state of the meeting place environment where the meeting equipment is currently located;
and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state according to the target application, including:
and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a corresponding target working state based on the target application and the environment state.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein controlling at least one of the devices to be controlled to be in a respective corresponding target operating state based on the target application and the environmental state comprises:
acquiring a preset environment state corresponding to the target application;
when the difference between the environment state and the preset environment state is larger than the preset difference, a corresponding control instruction is sent to the equipment to be controlled, so that the equipment to be controlled is in the target working state.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the device to be controlled comprises an audio player, the method further comprising:
determining the space size of the meeting place environment;
determining a target volume of the audio player based on the space size;
and controlling the audio player to play audio according to the target volume.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the determining the spatial size of the venue environment comprises:
acquiring sound information of the meeting place environment;
and determining the space size of the meeting place environment based on the sound information.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
Based on the space size, at least one of display brightness, display resolution, and displayed information size of a display screen of the conference apparatus is adjusted to adapt the space size.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the target application is configured with a plurality of service functions, and the method further comprises, after controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target operating state according to the target application:
determining a first target device to be adjusted currently from at least one device to be controlled based on the service function of the target application currently started;
and controlling the first target equipment to adjust from the target working state to the working state corresponding to the currently opened service function.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein controlling at least one of the devices to be controlled to be in a target operating state according to the target application comprises:
acquiring setting parameters of the target application;
and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state corresponding to the setting parameters based on the setting parameters.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the target application comprises a handwriting application, the setting parameters comprise handwriting background color parameters, and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target operation state corresponding to the setting parameters based on the setting parameters comprises:
And controlling the brightness of the illuminating lamp in the equipment to be controlled to be at the target working brightness corresponding to the handwriting background color parameter based on the handwriting background color parameter.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the setting parameters include a plurality of different sub-parameters, the different sub-parameters corresponding to settings of different functional modules of the target application; the controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state corresponding to the setting parameters based on the setting parameters comprises:
obtaining equipment to be controlled corresponding to each sub-parameter;
and controlling the equipment to be controlled to be in a corresponding target working state based on the sub-parameters corresponding to each equipment to be controlled.
13. The method according to claim 10, wherein after controlling at least one of the devices to be controlled to be in a target operating state according to the target application, the method further comprises:
responding to the update of the setting parameters, and acquiring updated setting parameters;
and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a working state corresponding to the updated setting parameters based on the updated setting parameters.
14. The method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of determining the device to be controlled before the determining the target application currently being used on the conference device, the determining the device to be controlled comprising:
acquiring a plurality of devices in communication connection with the conference device and the area of the conference environment;
and determining at least one device to be controlled from the plurality of devices based on the target application and the area of the meeting place environment.
15. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the at least one device to be controlled is controlled to be in the target working state according to the target application, further comprising a step of determining the device to be controlled, the determining the device to be controlled includes:
acquiring a position area of each device in the meeting place environment, which is in communication link with the meeting device, and meeting place environment information of the meeting place environment; wherein the environmental information comprises the distribution information of participants;
and determining at least one device to be controlled from the plurality of devices based on the target application, the location area and the meeting place environment information.
16. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target application the conference device is currently being used is preceded by the method further comprising:
responding to a triggered equipment control setting event, and acquiring setting information corresponding to each application, wherein the setting information comprises the working state of each equipment to be controlled under the application;
storing the setting information corresponding to each application;
according to the target application, controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in a target working state comprises the following steps:
and controlling at least one device to be controlled to be in the target working state based on the setting information corresponding to the target application.
17. A device control system comprising a conference device and a plurality of devices communicatively linked to the conference device, wherein the conference device is configured to perform the device control method of any one of claims 1-16.
18. The system of claim 17, wherein the plurality of devices comprises at least one of a lighting lamp, a microphone, a sound box, a smart glass, an air conditioner, a smart curtain.
