The embodiment of the disclosure discloses a policy information adjusting method, a policy information adjusting device, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium. One embodiment of the method comprises the following steps: acquiring an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item; performing data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set; determining whether the target inventory item is a first transfer type item or a second transfer type item based on the preprocessed data set; in response to determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item, warehouse storage policy information associated with the target inventory item is adjusted based on the item storage value information for the target inventory item. For example, the inventory management policy information may be, but is not limited to, one of the following: (R, Q) policy information, (R, S) policy information, (t, S) policy information.
The above embodiments disclosed have the following advantages: the policy information adjusting method of some embodiments of the present disclosure stores policy information using the adjusted warehouse, and can efficiently inventory-process target inventory items in the warehouse. Specifically, the reason for the inefficiency of inventory management corresponding to the target inventory items is that: the method for adjusting the policy information according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may first obtain an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item. Here, the inventory snapshot dataset provides data support for a subsequent determination of whether the target inventory item is a first transfer type item or a second transfer type item. And then, carrying out data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set. Here, by performing data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data, the accuracy of whether the target inventory item is a first transfer type item or a second transfer type item may be improved. Then, based on the preprocessed data set, it can be accurately determined whether the target inventory item is a first transfer type item or a second transfer type item. Wherein, the first circulation type article is an article with the article circulation speed meeting a first preset condition. The second circulation type article is an article with the article circulation speed meeting a second preset condition. Here, by determining whether the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item, inventory of the target inventory item in the warehouse can be fundamentally managed. And finally, in response to determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item, accurately adjusting warehouse storage strategy information related to the target inventory item according to the item storage value information of the target inventory item. The adjusted warehouse storage strategy is dynamically adjusted according to the storage current situation of the inventory items, and the inventory of the target inventory items in the warehouse can be managed efficiently fundamentally. In conclusion, the policy information adjusting method uses the adjusted warehouse to store policy information, and can efficiently perform inventory optimization processing on target inventory items in the warehouse.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of further embodiments of policy information adjustment methods according to the present disclosure is shown. The strategy information adjustment method comprises the following steps:
step 401, an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item is obtained.
And step 402, performing data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set.
Step 403, determining whether the target inventory item is a first transfer type item or a second transfer type item according to the preprocessed data set.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of the steps 401 to 403 and the technical effects thereof may refer to the steps 201 to 203 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
Step 404, obtaining a shelf life of the target inventory item.
In some embodiments, an executing subject (e.g., the electronic device 101 shown in fig. 1) may obtain the shelf life of the target inventory item. Wherein the article storage value information includes: storing value information and backorder value information in a warehouse, wherein the warehouse stores strategy information comprising: a target inventory item storage type. The inventory value information is cost information for the target inventory item to be stored in the warehouse. The backorder value information is backorder loss information when the warehouse lacks the target inventory item. The target inventory item storage type is a storage type of warehouse storage target inventory items. For example, the target inventory item storage types include: by inventory storage type. Wherein the target inventory items are stored according to the inventory storage type and the warehouse storage capacity.
And step 405, in response to determining that the inventory value information is less than or equal to the backorder value information and the shelf life is greater than or equal to a target time period, adjusting the target inventory item storage type to an inventory storage type.
In some embodiments, the executive may adjust the target inventory item storage type to an inventory-by-inventory storage type in response to determining that the on-inventory value information is less than or equal to the backorder value information and the shelf life is greater than or equal to a target length of time. The target duration may be preset. For example, the target time period may be 20 days.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the item storage value information further includes: value prediction information is stored in a store. The warehouse storage policy information further includes: stock water level adjustment information; and adjusting warehouse storage policy information related to the target inventory item according to the item storage value information of the target inventory item, comprising the steps of:
in the first step, the execution entity may subtract the stock-out value information from the stock-out value prediction information to obtain a subtracted value. Wherein the in-store inventory value prediction information may be cost information that may be consumed to store the target inventory item in the warehouse. The stock water level adjustment information may be policy information for adjusting the stock water level. The stock water level may be an inventory water level at which the target inventory items are stored in the warehouse.
And a second step, in response to determining that the subtracted value is greater than a preset threshold, the execution body may adjust the stock level adjustment information to stock level adjustment information. The stock water level lowering information may be information for lowering the stock water level. For example, the above-mentioned preset threshold may be "100".
Optionally, in response to determining that the subtracted value is less than the preset threshold, the execution body may adjust the stock level adjustment information to stock level up information. The stock water level increasing information may be information for increasing the stock water level.
Step 406, determining the corresponding supply speed and the number of supply users of the target inventory items.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may determine a supply speed and a number of supply users corresponding to the target inventory item. Wherein the supply speed may be a supply chain speed for the target inventory item. The faster the supply chain speed, the faster the inventory circulation corresponding to the target inventory item. The supply chain speed may be measured in units of time. For example, the supply chain speed may be in units of months, days, or hours. The number of supply users may be the number of suppliers that provide the target inventory item.
Step 407, in response to determining that the inventory value information is greater than the backorder value information, the supply speed satisfies a fourth preset condition, and the number of supply users is greater than or equal to a preset number, adjusting the target inventory item storage type to an order storage type.
In some embodiments, the executive may adjust the target inventory item storage type to an order storage type in response to determining that the inventory value information is greater than the backorder value information, the supply speed meets a fourth preset condition, and the number of supply users is greater than or equal to a preset number. Wherein the order storage type is a type in which the target inventory items are stored according to the number of orders. The fourth preset condition may be that the supply chain speed is less than a preset duration. For example, the preset time period may be 10 days. The predetermined number may be 5.
As can be seen in fig. 4, the flow 400 of the policy information adjustment method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 4 highlights the specific steps of adjusting the bin target inventory item storage type, as compared to the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2. Therefore, the solutions described in these embodiments can more efficiently perform inventory optimization processing on the target inventory items in the warehouse by using the determined storage types of the target inventory items.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the method shown in the foregoing figures, the present disclosure provides some embodiments of a policy information adjusting apparatus, which correspond to those method embodiments shown in fig. 2, and which are particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, a policy information adjusting apparatus 500 includes: an acquisition unit 501, a preprocessing unit 502, a determination unit 503, and an adjustment unit 504. Wherein the obtaining unit 501 is configured to obtain an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item; a preprocessing unit 502 configured to perform data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set; a determining unit 503 configured to determine, according to the preprocessed data set, whether the target inventory item is a first circulation type item or a second circulation type item, where the first circulation type item is an item whose item circulation speed satisfies a first preset condition, and the second circulation type item is an item whose item circulation speed satisfies a second preset condition; an adjustment unit 504 configured to adjust warehouse storage policy information related to the target inventory item according to item storage value information of the target inventory item in response to determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the inventory snapshot data in the inventory snapshot data set includes: stock quantity; and the preprocessing unit 502 may be configured to: determining the corresponding inventory snapshot time of each inventory snapshot data in the inventory snapshot data set; screening out inventory snapshot data corresponding to the inventory snapshot time meeting a third preset condition from the inventory snapshot data set, and taking the inventory snapshot data as target inventory snapshot data; and in response to determining that the stock quantity corresponding to the target stock snapshot data is a target value, removing the target stock snapshot data from the stock snapshot data set to obtain a removed stock snapshot data set as the preprocessed data set.
In some alternative implementations of some embodiments, the determining unit 503 may be configured to: performing standard deviation solving processing on the stock quantity set corresponding to the preprocessed data set to obtain stock standard deviation; determining an inventory trend coefficient corresponding to the inventory quantity set, wherein the inventory trend coefficient represents the change trend of the inventory quantity of the target inventory item; responsive to determining that the inventory trend coefficient is greater than the target value, determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item; and in response to determining that the stock standard deviation is the target value, determining that the target inventory item is the second transfer type item.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the item storage value information includes: storing value information and backorder value information in a warehouse, wherein the warehouse stores strategy information comprising: a target inventory item storage type; and the adjustment unit 504 may be configured to: acquiring the shelf life of the target inventory items; and in response to determining that the on-stock value information is less than or equal to the backorder value information and the shelf life is greater than or equal to a target time period, adjusting the target inventory item storage type to an inventory-by-inventory storage type.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the adjustment unit 504 may be configured to: determining the corresponding supply speed and the number of supply users of the target inventory items; and in response to determining that the inventory value information is greater than the backorder value information, the supply speed meets a fourth preset condition, and the number of supply users is greater than or equal to a preset number, adjusting the target inventory item storage type to an order storage type.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the item storage value information further includes: storing value prediction information in a warehouse, wherein the warehouse stores strategy information further comprises: stock water level adjustment information; and the adjustment unit 504 may be configured to: subtracting the stock-out value information from the stock-in value prediction information to obtain a subtracted value; and in response to determining that the subtracted value is greater than a preset threshold, adjusting the stock water level adjustment information to be stock water level adjustment information.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the adjustment unit 504 may be configured to: and in response to determining that the subtracted value is less than the preset threshold, adjusting the stock water level adjustment information to be stock water level elevation information.
It will be appreciated that the elements described in the apparatus 500 correspond to the various steps in the method described with reference to fig. 2. Thus, the operations, features and resulting benefits described above with respect to the method are equally applicable to the apparatus 500 and the units contained therein, and are not described in detail herein.
Referring now to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of an electronic device 600 (e.g., electronic device 101 of fig. 1) suitable for use in implementing some embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is merely an example and should not impose any limitations on the functionality and scope of use of embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 601, which may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage means 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM603, various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM603 are connected to each other through a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
In general, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: input devices 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touchpad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, and the like; an output device 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 608 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 6 shows an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all of the illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may be implemented or provided instead. Each block shown in fig. 6 may represent one device or a plurality of devices as needed.
In particular, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, some embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via communications device 609, or from storage device 608, or from ROM 602. The above-described functions defined in the methods of some embodiments of the present disclosure are performed when the computer program is executed by the processing device 601.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, however, the computer-readable signal medium may comprise a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, fiber optic cables, RF (radio frequency), and the like, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some implementations, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol ), and may be interconnected with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the internet (e.g., the internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed networks.
The computer readable medium may be contained in the electronic device; or may exist alone without being incorporated into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: acquiring an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item; performing data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set; determining whether the target inventory item is a first circulation type item or a second circulation type item according to the preprocessed data set, wherein the first circulation type item is an item with an item circulation speed meeting a first preset condition, and the second circulation type item is an item with an item circulation speed meeting a second preset condition; and in response to determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item, adjusting warehouse storage strategy information related to the target inventory item according to item storage value information of the target inventory item.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for some embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in some embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by means of software, or may be implemented by means of hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, for example, described as: a processor includes an acquisition unit, a preprocessing unit, a determination unit, and an adjustment unit. Where the names of the units do not constitute a limitation on the unit itself in some cases, for example, the acquisition unit may also be described as "a unit that acquires an inventory snapshot dataset for the target inventory item".
The functions described above herein may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an Application Specific Standard Product (ASSP), a system on a chip (SOC), a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), and the like.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and description of the principles of the technology being employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above technical features, but encompasses other technical features formed by any combination of the above technical features or their equivalents without departing from the spirit of the invention. Such as the above-described features, are mutually substituted with (but not limited to) the features having similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A policy information adjustment method, comprising:
acquiring an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item;
performing data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set;
determining whether the target inventory item is a first circulation type item or a second circulation type item according to the preprocessed data set, wherein the first circulation type item is an item with an item circulation speed meeting a first preset condition, and the second circulation type item is an item with an item circulation speed meeting a second preset condition;
in response to determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item, warehouse storage policy information associated with the target inventory item is adjusted according to item storage value information of the target inventory item.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the inventory snapshot data in the inventory snapshot dataset comprises: stock quantity; and
the step of performing data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot dataset to obtain a preprocessed dataset comprises the following steps:
determining the corresponding inventory snapshot time of each inventory snapshot data in the inventory snapshot data set;
Screening out inventory snapshot data corresponding to the inventory snapshot time meeting a third preset condition from the inventory snapshot data set, and taking the inventory snapshot data as target inventory snapshot data;
and in response to determining that the stock quantity corresponding to the target stock snapshot data is a target value, removing the target stock snapshot data from the stock snapshot data set, and obtaining a removed stock snapshot data set as the preprocessed data set.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the target inventory item is a first item of a transfer type or a second item of a transfer type from the pre-processed data set comprises:
performing standard deviation solving processing on the stock quantity set corresponding to the preprocessed data set to obtain stock standard deviation;
determining an inventory trend coefficient corresponding to the inventory quantity set, wherein the inventory trend coefficient represents the change trend of the inventory quantity of the target inventory item;
responsive to determining that the inventory trend coefficient is greater than the target value, determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item;
in response to determining that the inventory standard deviation is the target value, determining that the target inventory item is the second transfer type item.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the item storage value information comprises: storing value information and backorder value information in a warehouse, the warehouse storing policy information including: a target inventory item storage type; and
the adjusting the warehouse storage strategy information related to the target inventory item according to the item storage value information of the target inventory item comprises the following steps:
acquiring the shelf life of the target inventory item;
and in response to determining that the in-stock inventory value information is less than or equal to the backorder value information and the shelf life is greater than or equal to a target length of time, adjusting the target inventory item storage type to an inventory-by-inventory storage type.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the adjusting warehouse storage policy information associated with the target inventory item based on item storage value information for the target inventory item further comprises:
determining a supply speed and the number of supply users corresponding to the target inventory items;
and in response to determining that the in-stock inventory value information is greater than the backorder value information, the supply speed meets a fourth preset condition, and the number of supply users is greater than or equal to a preset number, adjusting the target inventory item storage type to an in-order storage type.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the item storage value information further comprises: storing value prediction information in a warehouse, the warehouse storing policy information further comprising: stock water level adjustment information; and
the adjusting the warehouse storage strategy information related to the target inventory item according to the item storage value information of the target inventory item comprises the following steps:
subtracting the stock-out value information from the stock-in value prediction information to obtain a subtracted value;
and in response to determining that the subtracted value is greater than a preset threshold, adjusting the stock level adjustment information to stock level adjustment information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the adjusting warehouse storage policy information associated with the target inventory item based on item storage value information for the target inventory item further comprises:
and in response to determining that the subtracted value is less than the preset threshold, adjusting the stock water level adjustment information to stock water level elevation information.
8. A policy information adjusting apparatus comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire an inventory snapshot dataset for a target inventory item;
The preprocessing unit is configured to perform data preprocessing on the inventory snapshot data set to obtain a preprocessed data set;
a determining unit configured to determine, according to the preprocessed data set, whether the target inventory item is a first circulation type item or a second circulation type item, where the first circulation type item is an item whose item circulation speed satisfies a first preset condition, and the second circulation type item is an item whose item circulation speed satisfies a second preset condition;
an adjustment unit configured to adjust warehouse storage policy information related to the target inventory item according to item storage value information of the target inventory item in response to determining that the target inventory item is the first transfer type item or the second transfer type item.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the program when executed by a processor implements the method of any of claims 1-7.
