Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved more apparent, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture adopting a service subscription method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The Access Layer (AS Layer) layers of the network side and the terminal side include L1 (Layer 1: layer 1, physical Layer), L2 (Layer 2: layer 2), and L3 (Layer 3: layer 3). Optionally, L2 comprises a medium access control (Media Access Control, MAC) functional entity; l3 includes a functional entity for processing User data, such as a User Plane (UP) functional entity, denoted as L3UP, capable of processing and transmitting data packets transmitted by a User; and also includes a functional entity for processing Control data, such as a Control Plane (CP) functional entity, for performing a radio resource Control function.
The MAC functional entity of the L2 has the functions of bearing upper-layer service data and combining the channel characteristics of a lower-layer air interface to form QoS indexes and operations which take the air interface and the service characteristics into consideration. In addition, the UP function entity of L3 of the AS layer has a transmission function of the IP packet for the first time or more. With the introduction of the UP functional entity of L3, the existing data processing functions of L2 need to be redefined.
The introduction of L3 UP brings new mode of AS layer data processing, and can realize seamless and lossless forward transfer of data when the user moves.
At present, a fast access scheme is proposed for the 6G to simple protocol function.
The QoS requirements are required to be ensured when information transmission is carried out between the MAC functional entity and the RRC through QoS-oriented link (QoS Oriented Link, qoL) identification, and different QoLs are used for identifying different QoS requirements. When the UE accesses the network, the RRC Connection is not required to be established, only a Registration request is required to be initiated to the network side, information transmission is carried out between the MAC and the RRC through QoL, registration (Registration) of the UE context is carried out in the RRC, the basic context of the UE of the RRC-MAC is established at the terminal side and the network side, and the UE obtains basic network services (including interactive context update, data transmission with non-customized QoS requirements and the like) at the network side.
Alternatively, qoL on the terminal side and QoL on the network side may be the same or different. If the QoL of the terminal side and the network side is the same between the RRC and MAC functional entities, it needs to be configured through RRC signaling or defined explicitly in the protocol text.
After a terminal is initially connected to a network side, in order to ensure normal data interaction between the terminal and the network side under the condition that the existing functional service set does not meet the service transmission requirement between the terminal and the network side, the embodiment of the invention provides a service subscription method, provides an on-demand service subscription process between the terminal and the network side, and realizes on-demand service function subscription of the terminal so as to ensure normal data interaction between the terminal and the network side.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a service subscription method, where the method includes:
s210, when a Radio Resource Control (RRC) layer of a base station determines that functional service needs to be configured for a terminal, RRC service subscription configuration information is sent to a Media Access Control (MAC) layer of the base station; the RRC service subscription configuration information comprises a functional service set for carrying out configuration adjustment on the terminal;
S220, the MAC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to an air interface.
By adopting the service subscription method provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the function service meeting the service transmission requirement between the terminal and the network side is not met, the function service set configuration of the terminal can be realized through the RRC signaling, the RRC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to the MAC layer to trigger and configure the function service set adjustment, so that the method provides the service subscription process according to the requirement between the terminal and the network side, and ensures the normal data interaction between the terminal and the network side under the condition that the function service meeting the service transmission requirement between the terminal and the network side is not met in the existing function service set.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in step S210, the RRC service subscription configuration information sent by the RRC layer of the base station to the MAC layer of the base station is RRC signaling for configuring a function service by the base station to the terminal. The RRC service subscription configuration information includes a set of functional services that the base station configures to the terminal, and requires the terminal to activate or perform configuration adjustment. The set of functional services includes requirements of all functional services of the L2 layer and/or the L3 layer.
In one embodiment, optionally, in step S210, the set of functional services in the RRC service subscription configuration information includes one or more of the following functional services:
The added function service on the target protocol sub-layer of the base station and/or the terminal;
modified functional services on target protocol sublayers of the base station and/or the terminal;
and deleting the function service on the target protocol sub-layer of the base station and/or the terminal.
The function services added on the target protocol sub-layer are newly built on the target protocol sub-layer, the modified function services on the target protocol sub-layer comprise the addition or the reduction of the existing function services on the target protocol sub-layer, and the function services deleted on the target protocol sub-layer comprise the deletion of the existing function services on the target protocol sub-layer.
Optionally, the target protocol sub-layer includes one or more of an RRC layer, an L3UP layer, a service data application protocol (Service Data Adaptation Protocol, SDAP) layer, a packet data convergence protocol (Packet Data Convergence Protocol, PDCP) layer, a radio link control (Radio Link Control, RLC) layer, and a MAC layer.
Wherein optionally, the target protocol sub-layer comprises a protocol sub-layer on an L2 or L3 layer of an AS layer of the terminal, and/or comprises a protocol sub-layer on an L2 or L3 layer of the base station.
By adopting the embodiment, the RRC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to the MAC layer, and the addition, modification and/or deletion of the functional service can be triggered and configured, so that the service subscription according to the need can be realized under the condition that the existing functional service set cannot meet the functional service required by the business transmission between the terminal and the network side, and the normal data interaction between the terminal and the network side can be ensured.
In one embodiment, optionally, in step S210, the RRC layer of the base station sends RRC service subscription configuration information to the MAC layer, including:
the RRC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to the MAC layer of the base station through QoL between the RRC layer and the MAC layer of the base station;
in step S220, the MAC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to an air interface, including:
the MAC layer of the base station determines an air interface transmission scheme of the RRC service subscription configuration information according to channel associated indication information carried by the RRC service subscription configuration information and/or the QoL indication information, wherein the channel associated indication information is used for indicating the importance level of the RRC service subscription configuration information;
and the MAC layer of the base station transmits the RRC service subscription configuration information to an air interface according to the air interface transmission scheme.
In the embodiment of the invention, the RRC layer and the MAC layer of the base station transmit information between the RRC layer and the MAC layer through QoL, wherein a plurality of (0-n) QoLs can be arranged between the RRC layer and the MAC layer, and each QoL has a corresponding identifier. Note that QoL is not a bearer established between the MAC layer and the RRC layer, such as SRB1/2/3, but a data flow formed by data packets of the same QoS class. Alternatively, different qols may correspond to different QoS guarantee requirements.
In the embodiment of the invention, the base station performs RRC signaling transmission based on QoL, and performs configuration of RRC Service subscription, wherein the RRC layer of the base station interacts with the MAC layer through QoL, the MAC layer of the base station interacts with the MAC layer of the terminal, is responsible for transmission of RRC Service subscription configuration information and notifies the RRC layer of the base station, and no Connection exists between the RRC layer of the base station and the RRC layer of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, when the RRC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to the MAC layer of the base station, the RRC service subscription configuration information is sent by using an RRC protocol data unit (Protocol Data Unit, PDU). And after the MAC layer of the base station receives the RRC PDU, forming the MAC PDU and sending the MAC PDU to an air interface. And sending the message to an air interface, namely sending the message to the terminal through the air interface. In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, before forming a MAC PDU, the MAC layer of the base station allocates a UE ID to the terminal, and carries the UE ID in the MAC PDU.
In the embodiment of the invention, the MAC layer of the base station sends the RRC service subscription configuration information to the air interface, and the MAC layer is responsible for the interaction of the air interface. The MAC layer of the base station determines an air interface transmission scheme of the RRC service subscription configuration information according to channel associated indication information carried by the RRC service subscription configuration information and/or the indication information of the QoL, wherein the channel associated indication information is used for indicating the importance level of the RRC service subscription configuration information; and the MAC layer of the base station transmits the RRC service subscription configuration information to an air interface according to the air interface transmission scheme.
Optionally, the air interface transmission scheme is, for example, to transmit RRC service subscription configuration information to an air interface according to at least one of the following: scheduling priority, physical time-frequency resources, power, hybrid automatic repeat request (Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest, HARQ) scheme, physical channel, parameters, etc.
In one embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the on-demand function service subscription between the terminal and the base station may be triggered by the base station side, that is, when the base station receives the data transmission requirement, the function service of the data transmission requirement is not configured in the terminal, or when the base station determines that the new function service is needed, the RRC layer of the base station triggers to send the RRC service subscription configuration information to the MAC layer, that is, the base station actively initiates the new service function configuration. In this embodiment, optionally, before step S210, the method further includes:
The RRC layer of the base station determines that functional service needs to be configured for the terminal under the condition that the functional service of the data transmission requirement is not configured for the terminal after receiving the data transmission requirement; or alternatively
And the RRC layer of the base station determines that the functional service needs to be configured for the terminal under the condition that the functional service is increased on the protocol sub-layer.
By adopting the embodiment, under any condition that the RRC layer of the base station detects the above, the establishment of the functional service can be actively triggered, so that the on-demand service subscription is realized, and the normal data interaction between the terminal and the network side is ensured.
In another embodiment, optionally, an on-demand function service subscription between a terminal and a base station is triggered by the terminal, after an RRC layer of the terminal acquires a data transmission request, when it is determined that a function service requested by the data transmission request is not configured in a current function service set, the RRC layer of the terminal sends an RRC service subscription request to an MAC layer of the terminal, and the MAC layer of the terminal sends the received RRC service subscription request to an air interface; in this way, after the MAC layer of the base station receives the RRC service subscription request sent by the MAC layer of the terminal from the air interface, the MAC layer of the base station sends the received RRC service subscription request to the RRC layer of the base station; and according to the RRC service subscription request, the RRC layer of the base station determines that functional service needs to be configured for the terminal.
Thus, in one embodiment, prior to step S210, the method further comprises:
the MAC layer of the base station receives an RRC service subscription request sent by the MAC layer of the terminal from an air interface;
the MAC layer of the base station sends the received RRC service subscription request to the RRC layer of the base station;
and according to the RRC service subscription request, the RRC layer of the base station determines that functional service needs to be configured for the terminal.
With this embodiment, the RRC layer of the base station configures, according to the received RRC service subscription request, the set of functional services requested by the RRC service subscription request. In this way, under the condition that the existing terminal function service set does not meet the function service required by the service transmission between the terminal and the network side, the terminal can actively send an RRC service subscription request, and the base station configures the service function set according to the RRC service subscription request and triggers the function service establishment so as to realize the on-demand service subscription and ensure the normal data interaction between the terminal and the network side.
On the other hand, with this embodiment, the service subscription signaling between the base station and the terminal includes an RRC service subscription request RRC Subscription Request and RRC service subscription configuration information RRC Subscription Configuration.
