As shown in fig. 4, a specific implementation flow of generating the tracing information and the tracing information identifier of each service link for the data product is as follows: s301, after the data product is authorized, generating a data product authorized compliance report and a product authorized report identifier corresponding to the data product authorized compliance report; s302, after the data products are released or put on shelf to a hub center, generating a data product registration certificate and a data product registration number corresponding to the data product registration certificate according to name information, feature quantity, registration time, transaction price, registration institutions and identity codes of the registration institutions of the data products; s303, after the data product is transacted, generating a product transaction contract and a contract number corresponding to the product transaction contract; s304, in the data product delivery process, a product evidence record and an evidence number corresponding to the product evidence record are generated according to the name information, the order number, the order creation time and the delivery abstract of the data product; s305, after the data product is delivered, a product transaction certificate and a transaction certificate number corresponding to the product transaction certificate are generated according to the name information, the order number, the order content information, the delivery time, the delivery type, the transaction amount, the buyer information and the seller information of the data product.
The data product right compliance report, the data product registration certificate, the product transaction contract, the product certificate record and the product transaction certificate are traceable information, and the product right report identifier, the data product registration number, the contract number, the certificate record number and the transaction certificate number are traceable information identifiers. In addition, the data product validation compliance report can also be obtained by the hub center through the third party server after being generated by the third party server.
As shown in fig. 5, an exemplary diagram of registering a certificate for a data product includes: certificate number, data name, data number, feature number, transaction price, registration date, registration authority, unified social credit code. Unlike data resource registration certificates, transaction prices are increased. The product transaction contracts are generated according to transaction contract templates, the data hub center can provide transaction contract templates of different industries or fields, then data supply and demand parties can sign transaction contracts based on the transaction contract templates, the hub center can obtain the transaction contracts after signing, and contract numbers can be automatically generated according to rules.
Further, in step S304, a delivery digest is first generated according to the delivery flow of the data product and based on a digest algorithm. The specific Digest Algorithm may be a Message Digest Algorithm (md5, message Digest algorism 5), a secure hash Algorithm (Secure Hash Algorithm, SHA) series, or the like. And generating a delivery abstract from key information in the delivery process based on an abstract algorithm, uploading the delivery abstract to a blockchain, acquiring a corresponding certificate number, and finally generating a product certificate record containing name information, order number, order creation time, delivery abstract and certificate number of the data product.
As shown in fig. 6, an exemplary diagram of a product transaction certificate includes a certificate number (i.e., a transaction certificate number that is automatically generated by a hub center according to a corresponding generation rule), a data product name (generated according to name information of a data product), an order number (generated automatically by a hub center according to a corresponding generation rule), a delivery type (determined according to a delivery type selected by a data buyer at the time of delivery, which may be low-density payment, medium-density payment, high-density payment, etc.), a time of order (time of initiating delivery), a time of delivery (time of delivery completion), order content information (order number, unit price, quantity, order amount), buyers and their unified social credit codes, sellers and their unified social credit codes, and a seal (i.e., official seal) of a certificate issuing authority.
The data product registration certificate, the product certification record and the product transaction certificate in the embodiment of the present application are all exemplary, and in practical application, the content items contained in the data product registration certificate, the product certification record and the product transaction certificate can be adjusted according to practical requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step S102, if the data element is a data resource, all the tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data resource are associated and recorded into a resource full-link record table; and if the data element is a data product, carrying out association record on all the tracing information and the tracing information identification belonging to the same data product into a product full-link record table.
Further, the specific implementation flow of carrying out association record on all the tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data resource into the resource full-link record table is as follows: acquiring a local identifier of each data resource, wherein the local identifier of the data resource is an identity identifier which is generated by a provider of the data resource when loading local data into the data resource and is used for uniquely identifying the data resource; respectively storing the resource right-determining report identifier, the data resource registration number and the probing report identifier of each data resource in a resource full-link record table in association with the local identifier of the data resource according to the execution sequence of the service link; and establishing a one-to-one mapping of each right-confirming report identifier, the data resource registration number, the probing report identifier, the corresponding data resource right-confirming compliance report, the data resource registration certificate and the data value probing report in the resource full-link record table.
For example, assuming that the identity of the data resource a is ID1 and the execution sequence of the service link is right confirmation, release and value exploration, the ordering of the resource right confirmation report identifier, the data resource registration number and the exploration report identifier of the data resource a is: a first-resource grant report identity, a second-data resource registration number, and a third-probe report identity; then respectively associating with the local identifications of the data resources, and finally storing the corresponding relations in a resource full-link record table as follows: resource grant report identification-ID 1; data resource registration number-ID 1; the probe report identifies-ID 1. When the data resource identification method is used for storing, each group of corresponding relations can store one row, the traceability information identification (the resource right confirming report identification, the data resource registration number and the exploration report identification) can be used as one column, and the data resource identification is used as one column. The storage mode is easier for service expansion, namely, when a service link needs to be added, the structure of the table does not need to be modified, and only the data needs to be added. For example, when adding a service link, a set of correspondence needs to be added for each data resource, that is, one row of data needs to be added. In addition, a one-to-one mapping relation is established between each tracing information identifier in the resource full-link record table and the tracing information, so that the tracing information can be traced back through the tracing information identifiers. The tracing information identification and tracing information can be stored in one table at the same time to establish a mapping relation, or can be stored in different tables or files to establish a mapping relation by means of pointers and the like.
Further, the implementation flow of carrying out association record on all the tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data product into the full-link record table of the product is as follows: acquiring a local identifier of each data product and a local identifier of a data resource corresponding to each data product, wherein the local identifier of the data resource is an identity identifier which is generated by a provider of the data resource when local data is loaded into the data resource and is used for uniquely identifying the data resource, and the local identifier of the data product is an identity identifier which is generated when the data resource is processed into the data product and is used for uniquely identifying the data product; storing the product right report identification, the data product registration number, the contract number, the certificate storage number and the transaction certificate number of each data product in a product full-link record table in association with the local identification of the data product and the local identification of the data resource corresponding to the data product according to the execution sequence of the service link; and establishing one-to-one mapping of each product right-determining report identifier, the data product registration number, the contract number, the certificate deposit number, the transaction certificate number and the corresponding data product right-determining compliance report, the data product registration certificate, the data transaction contract, the product certificate deposit record and the product transaction certificate in the product full-link record table.
The implementation of carrying out the association record of all the tracing information and the tracing information identification belonging to the same data product into the product full-link record table is similar to the implementation of carrying out the association record of all the tracing information and the tracing information identification belonging to the same data resource into the resource full-link record table, and the difference between the tracing information and the tracing information identification is the number of service links and the corresponding execution sequence. Thus, reference is made to the above description of examples of data resources for corresponding examples of data products.
In step S103, the client that sends the traceability request may be deployed on any party that may be involved in the data circulation of the data buyer, the data seller, the data supervisor, etc. Different participators can set different authorities, and the authorities correspond to different amounts and types of traceable information which can be checked.
In step S104, the implementation of "searching the tracing information of any service link of the corresponding data element according to the tracing request and based on the resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table" can be divided into two cases:
first kind: if the tracing request comprises the identity of the data element, searching tracing information identifiers of all service links corresponding to the identity of the data element in a data resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table according to the identity of the data element, and searching corresponding tracing information according to the tracing information identifiers of the service links. And searching for multiple corresponding tracing information according to the mapping relation between the tracing information identification and the tracing information.
Second kind: if the tracing request does not include the identity of the data element, searching the identity of the data element corresponding to the tracing information identifier in the data resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table according to the tracing information identifier of one service link included in the tracing request, searching the tracing information identifiers of other service links corresponding to the identity of the data element in the data resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table according to the identity of the data element, and searching corresponding tracing information according to the tracing information identifier of the service link.
In step S105, the tracing information found in step S104 and the identifier corresponding to the tracing information are returned to the client as a result. Furthermore, viewing rights can be set for some of the tracing information, so that before the searching result is returned, whether the tracing information of the service link is set with the viewing rights is judged; for the traceability information with the viewing authority, before returning the searching result to the client, performing authority verification according to the identity of the client; and returning the tracing information and the tracing information identification of the business link to the client after the authority verification is passed. If the audit is not passed, a prompt message without viewing authority is returned.
From the above description, it can be seen that, in the method for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation in the embodiment of the present application, by monitoring each service link of the data element in circulation, generating tracing information and tracing information identifier for each service link, and performing association record on all tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element into a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table, where the tracing information of each service link is compliance audit information of an operation flow of each service link, compared with the prior art, compliance audit of full-service links of the data element is realized more omnidirectionally; because of compliance audit based on the full service link, traceability of each service link can be realized. In addition, the embodiment of the application carries out compliance audit and traceability of the full link based on the service dimension, so that the service requirement is met, and the traceability information (such as various certificates, reports and the like) belongs to service certificates similar to invoices, so that the service is stronger and is easier to apply to practical application.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, an apparatus 400 for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation implementing the above-described methods of fig. 1-6, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus comprising: the generating unit 41 is configured to monitor each service link in the circulation of the data element, and generate tracing information and a tracing information identifier for each service link, where the tracing information is compliance audit information of an operation flow of each service link, and the data element includes a data resource and a data product; the association unit 42 is configured to perform association record on all the tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element into a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table; the receiving unit 43 is configured to receive a tracing request sent by the client, where the tracing request includes at least one tracing identifier of the data element and/or an identity identifier of the data element; the searching unit 44 is configured to search the tracing information of any service link of the corresponding data element according to the tracing request and based on the resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table; a return unit 45, configured to return the result of the search to the client.
Specifically, the specific process of implementing the functions of each unit and module in the apparatus of the embodiment of the present application may refer to the related description in the method embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
From the above description, it can be seen that, in the device for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation in the embodiment of the present application, by monitoring each service link of the data element in circulation, generating tracing information and tracing information identifier for each service link, and performing association record on all tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element into a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table, where the tracing information of each service link is compliance audit information of an operation flow of each service link, compared with the prior art, compliance audit of full-service links of the data element is realized more omnidirectionally. Because of compliance audit based on the full service link, traceability of each service link can be realized. In addition, the compliance audit and the traceability of the full link are carried out based on the service dimension, so that the service requirement is more met, and the method is easier to apply to practical application.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the generating unit 41 includes: the resource right generation module 411 is configured to generate a data resource right compliance report and a resource right report identifier corresponding to the data resource right compliance report after the data resource is entitled; the resource issuing generation module 412 is configured to generate a data resource registration certificate and a data resource registration number corresponding to the data resource registration certificate according to name information, feature quantity, registration time, registration organization, and identity code of the registration organization of the data resource after the data resource is issued to the hub center; and the resource probing generation module 413 is configured to generate a data value probing report and a probing report identifier corresponding to the data value probing report according to the name information, the probing mode and the probing result of the data resource after the data resource is probed.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the generating unit 41 includes: the product right generation module 414 is configured to generate a data product right compliance report and a product right report identifier corresponding to the data product right compliance report after the data product is authorized; the product issue generation module 415 is configured to generate a data product registration certificate and a data product registration number corresponding to the data product registration certificate according to name information, feature quantity, registration time, transaction price, registration institution and identity code of the registration institution of the data product after the data product is issued or put on shelf to the hub center; the product contract generation module 416 is configured to generate a product transaction contract and a contract number corresponding to the product transaction contract after the data product transaction; the product delivery generating module 417 is configured to generate a product certificate record and a certificate number corresponding to the product certificate record according to name information, order number, order creation time and delivery abstract of the data product in the process of delivering the data product; the product transaction generating module 418 is configured to generate a product transaction certificate and a transaction certificate number corresponding to the product transaction certificate according to the name information, the order number, the order content information, the delivery time, the delivery type, the transaction amount, the buyer information, and the seller information of the data product after the delivery of the data product is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the association unit 42 includes: a first obtaining module 421, configured to obtain a local identifier of each data resource, where the local identifier of the data resource is an identity identifier generated by a provider of the data resource when loading local data into the data resource and used for uniquely identifying the data resource; a first association module 422, configured to store the resource grant report identifier, the data resource registration number, and the probe report identifier of each data resource in the resource full-link record table in association with the local identifiers of the data resources according to the execution sequence of the service links; a first establishing module 423 is configured to establish a one-to-one mapping for each of the right-determining report identifier, the data resource registration number, the probing report identifier, and the corresponding data resource right-determining compliance report, the data resource registration certificate, and the data value probing report in the resource full-link record table.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the association unit 42 includes: a second obtaining module 424, configured to obtain a local identifier of each data product and a local identifier of a data resource corresponding to each data product, where the local identifier of the data resource is an identity identifier generated by a provider of the data resource when loading local data into the data resource and used for uniquely identifying the data resource, and the local identifier of the data product is an identity identifier generated when processing the data resource into the data product and used for uniquely identifying the data product; the second association module 425 is configured to store the product right report identifier, the data product registration number, the contract number, the certificate storage number, and the transaction certificate number of each data product in the product full-link record table in association with the local identifier of the data product and the local identifier of the data resource corresponding to the data product according to the execution sequence of the service link; the second establishing module 426 is configured to establish a one-to-one mapping for each product right confirmation report identifier, data product registration number, contract number, certificate deposit number, transaction certificate number and corresponding data product right confirmation compliance report, data product registration certificate, data transaction contract, product certificate deposit record, and product transaction certificate in the product full link record table.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the search unit 44 includes: the first search module 441 is configured to search, if the tracing request includes an identity of a data element, tracing information identifiers of all service links corresponding to the identity of the data element in a data resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table according to the identity of the data element, and search corresponding tracing information according to the tracing information identifiers of the service links; the second lookup module 442 is configured to, if the tracing request does not include the identity of the data element, find the identity of the data element corresponding to the tracing information identifier in the data resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table according to the tracing information identifier of one service link included in the tracing request, find the tracing information identifiers of other service links corresponding to the identity of the data element in the data resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table according to the identity of the data element, and find corresponding tracing information according to the tracing information identifiers of the service link.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the return unit 45 further includes: a judging module 451, configured to judge whether the traceability information of the service link sets a viewing authority; the auditing module 452 is configured to audit the authority according to the identity of the client if the viewing authority is set; and the return module 453 is used for returning the traceability information of the service link to the client after the authority verification is passed.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the product delivery generation module 417 is configured to: generating a delivery abstract according to the delivery flow of the data product and based on an abstract algorithm; uploading the delivery abstract to a blockchain to obtain a corresponding certificate storage number; and generating a product certification record containing the name information, the order number, the order creation time, the delivery abstract and the certification number of the data product.

There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, a system 500 for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation, as shown in fig. 9, the system comprising a client 51, a hub center 52,
the client 51 is configured to send a tracing request to the hub center, where the tracing request includes at least one tracing identifier of the data element and/or an identity identifier of the data element;
hub 52 for performing the compliance audit and tracing methods of data element circulation in the method embodiments of fig. 1-6 described above.
When the client needs to trace the source of a certain data element, the client can send a tracing request to the hub center, and the hub center is the server and returns tracing information of the data element to be traced according to the tracing request. Specifically, the specific process of implementing the functions of each part (client and hub) in the system of the embodiment of the present application may be referred to the related description in the method embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
From the above description, it can be seen that in the compliance audit and tracing system for data element circulation in the embodiment of the present application, by monitoring each service link of the data element in circulation, generating tracing information and tracing information identifier for each service link, and performing association record on all tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element into a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table, where the tracing information of each service link is compliance audit information of an operation flow of each service link, compared with the prior art, compliance audit of full-service links of the data element is realized more omnidirectionally. Because of compliance audit based on the full service link, traceability of each service link can be realized. In addition, the compliance audit and the traceability of the full link are carried out based on the service dimension, so that the service requirement is more met, and the method is easier to apply to practical application.
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a computer readable storage medium, where the computer readable storage medium stores computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation in the foregoing method embodiment.
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is also provided an electronic device including: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the compliance audit and tracing method of data element circulation in the above method embodiments.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the application described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device, or distributed across a network of computing devices, or they may alternatively be implemented in program code executable by computing devices, such that they may be stored in a memory device and executed by computing devices, or individually fabricated as individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps within them may be fabricated as a single integrated circuit module. 1. A method of compliance auditing and tracing of data element circulation, the method comprising:
monitoring each service link of a data element in circulation, and generating tracing information and tracing information identification aiming at each service link, wherein the tracing information is compliance audit information of an operation flow of each service link, and the data element comprises data resources and data products;
carrying out association record on all the tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element to a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table;
receiving a tracing request sent by a client, wherein the tracing request comprises at least one tracing identifier of a data element and/or an identity identifier of the data element;
searching the tracing information of any business link of the corresponding data element according to the tracing request and based on a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table;
And returning the searched result to the client.

The method of compliance audit and tracing of a data element's circulation according to claim 1 wherein the data element is a data resource, the monitoring each business link of the data element in circulation and generating tracing information and tracing information identification for each business link comprises:
after the data resource is authorized, generating a data resource authorized compliance report and a resource authorized report identifier corresponding to the data resource authorized compliance report;
after the data resource is released to the hub center, a data resource registration certificate and a data resource registration number corresponding to the data resource registration certificate are generated according to name information, feature quantity, registration time, registration institutions and identity identification codes of the registration institutions of the data resource;
and after the data resource is probed, generating a data value probe report and a probe report identifier corresponding to the data value probe report according to the name information of the data resource, the probing mode and the probing result.

The method of compliance audit and tracing of a data element's circulation according to claim 1 wherein the data element is a data product, the monitoring each business link of the data element in circulation and generating tracing information and tracing information identification for each business link comprises:
After the data product is authorized, generating a data product authorized compliance report and a product authorized report identifier corresponding to the data product authorized compliance report;
after the data product is released or put on shelf to the hub center, generating a data product registration certificate and a data product registration number corresponding to the data product registration certificate according to name information, feature quantity, registration time, transaction price, registration institutions and identity codes of the registration institutions of the data product;
after the data product is transacted, generating a product transaction contract and a contract number corresponding to the product transaction contract;
in the data product delivery process, a product evidence record and an evidence number corresponding to the product evidence record are generated according to name information, order number, order creation time and delivery abstract of the data product;
and after the data product is delivered, generating a product transaction certificate and a transaction certificate number corresponding to the product transaction certificate according to the name information, the order number, the order content information, the delivery time, the delivery type, the transaction amount, the buyer information and the seller information of the data product.

The method for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation according to claim 2, wherein the associating and recording all tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element into a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table includes:
Acquiring a local identifier of each data resource, wherein the local identifier of the data resource is an identity identifier which is generated by a provider of the data resource when local data is loaded into the data resource and is used for uniquely identifying the data resource;
respectively storing the resource right-determining report identifier, the data resource registration number and the probing report identifier of each data resource in a resource full-link record table in association with the local identifier of the data resource according to the execution sequence of the service link;
and establishing a one-to-one mapping of each right-confirming report identifier, the data resource registration number, the probing report identifier, the corresponding data resource right-confirming compliance report, the data resource registration certificate and the data value probing report in the resource full-link record table.
5. The method for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation according to claim 3, wherein the step of performing association record on all tracing information belonging to the same data element into a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table includes:
acquiring a local identifier of each data product and a local identifier of a data resource corresponding to each data product, wherein the local identifier of the data resource is an identity identifier which is generated by a provider of the data resource when local data is loaded into the data resource and is used for uniquely identifying the data resource, and the local identifier of the data product is an identity identifier which is generated when the data resource is processed into the data product and is used for uniquely identifying the data product;
Storing the product right report identification, the data product registration number, the contract number, the certificate storage number and the transaction certificate number of each data product in a product full-link record table in association with the local identification of the data product and the local identification of the data resource corresponding to the data product according to the execution sequence of the service link;
and establishing one-to-one mapping of each product right-determining report identifier, the data product registration number, the contract number, the certificate deposit number, the transaction certificate number and the corresponding data product right-determining compliance report, the data product registration certificate, the data transaction contract, the product certificate deposit record and the product transaction certificate in the product full-link record table.

The method for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation according to claim 4 or 5, wherein searching the tracing information of any service link of the corresponding data element according to the tracing request and based on a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table includes:
if the traceability request comprises the identity of the data element, searching the traceability information identifiers of all service links corresponding to the identity of the data element in a data resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table according to the identity of the data element, and searching corresponding traceability information according to the traceability information identifiers of the service links;
If the tracing request does not include the identity of the data element, searching the identity of the data element corresponding to the tracing information in the data resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table according to the tracing information identification of one service link included in the tracing request, searching the tracing information identifications of other service links corresponding to the identity of the data element in the data resource full-link record table or the product full-link record table according to the identity of the data element, and searching corresponding tracing information according to the tracing information identification of the service link.
7. The method for compliance audit and tracing of data element circulation according to claim 6 wherein returning the results of the lookup to the client further comprises:
judging whether the traceability information of the service link sets the viewing authority;
if the checking authority is set, performing authority checking according to the identity of the client;
and returning the traceability information of the business link to the client after the authority verification is passed.

The method for compliance audit and tracing to a data element circulation according to claim 3, wherein said generating a product certification record and certification numbers corresponding to the product certification record based on the name information of the data product, the order number, the order creation time, the delivery digest comprises:
Generating a delivery abstract according to the delivery flow of the data product and based on an abstract algorithm;
uploading the delivery abstract to a blockchain to obtain a corresponding certificate storage number;
and generating a product certification record containing the name information, the order number, the order creation time, the delivery abstract and the certification number of the data product.
9. A device for compliance auditing and tracing of data element circulation, the device comprising:
the generation unit is used for monitoring each service link of the data element in circulation and generating tracing information and tracing information identification aiming at each service link, wherein the tracing information is compliance audit information of an operation flow of each service link, and the data element comprises data resources and data products;
the association unit is used for carrying out association record on all the tracing information and tracing information identifiers belonging to the same data element to a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table;
the receiving unit is used for receiving a tracing request sent by the client, wherein the tracing request comprises at least one tracing identifier of the data element and/or an identity identifier of the data element;
the searching unit is used for searching the tracing information of any business link of the corresponding data element according to the tracing request and based on a resource full-link record table or a product full-link record table;
And the return unit is used for returning the searched result to the client.
