The reference difference value is the absolute value of the difference between the net income of the user with a negative value and 0 and is used for representing the income deficit condition of the user, and the larger the reference difference value is, the difference value between the expenditure and the income of the user is unhealthy, so that the second evaluation score is reduced, and the objectivity of the evaluation of the user is improved.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, the net benefit of the bank running water of the user is determined according to the deposit amount of the bank running water and the expenditure amount of the bank running water, the reference difference value between the net benefit and the value 0 is determined according to the net benefit which is a negative value, and the second evaluation score is adjusted according to the reference difference value, so that the flexibility of adjusting the requirement of checking the loan qualification of the user is improved according to the reference difference value, and the objectivity and rationality of evaluating the loan qualification of the user are improved.
Step S430, determining a credit rating of the personal credit record and configuring a third evaluation score of the credit rating.
The third evaluation score represents the quality degree of the personal credit record, and the credit grade and the third evaluation score are in an inverse relation.
In one possible embodiment, configuring a third evaluation score for the credit rating comprises: determining the inquiry times of the personal credit records, wherein the inquiry times are used for representing the times of inquiring the personal credit records of the user by a financial institution in preset time; if the number of queries exceeds the preset number, determining that the third evaluation score is 0.
The method comprises the steps that when personal credit records are obtained, the number of times that a user inquires the personal credit records in preset time is obtained, wherein the preset time can be 1 month or 2 months or other time periods, and if the user applies for loan service in a plurality of financial institutions in the time of nearly 2 months, the short-term personal credit records are too many in inquiry times, and the problem occurs in the personal economic condition of the user is laterally illustrated, so that the third evaluation score is reduced; further, if the query number of the personal credit records is greater than the preset number, for example, 3 times, in the period of 2 months, the third evaluation score is configured to be 0 score, so that it is further explained that the personal credit records of the user cannot meet the auditing requirement, and whether the personal credit records pass the auditing needs to be comprehensively judged according to other conditions of the user.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, by determining the query times of the personal credit records, if the query times exceed the preset times, the third evaluation score is determined to be 0, so that the comprehensiveness of the qualification evaluation of the user loan application is improved, and the service handling efficiency is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the credit rating comprises: a conventional level, an in doubt level, and an existing risk level; after configuring the third evaluation score of the credit rating, the method further comprises: extracting information of the lending times of the user in the personal credit records according to the personal credit records; adjusting a third evaluation score according to the lending times and the credit rating; if the credit rating is the conventional rating, adding a third evaluation score according to the lending times, wherein the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is added; if the credit rating is the doubtful rating or the risk rating exists, the third evaluation score is reduced according to the lending times, and the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is reduced.
Specifically, an exemplary processing server may obtain a personal credit record of a user directly from a front-end server, which may include five-level classification including: normal, attention, secondary, suspicious, loss, in this embodiment of the application, the normal level and attention level are considered as normal levels, the secondary level is considered as suspicious, the suspicious level and loss level are considered as risk levels, and if suspicious, loss occurs in the five-level classification of the personal credit record, the condition that the overdue state of the loan and credit card is serious is represented.
The credit rating is a conventional rating, which indicates that the credit record of the user is good in health, and if the borrowing and lending times are more, the credit record of the user is good and the service is busy, and reliable credit guarantee is provided, so that a third evaluation score is correspondingly increased; otherwise, the credit rating is the doubtful rating or the risk rating, which indicates that the credit record of the user is poor, if the loan number is more, the credit of the user is poor and the loan is frequently performed, and the reliability of the loan is low, so that the third evaluation score is correspondingly reduced according to the loan number and the credit rating.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment of the present application, by extracting information of the lending times of the user in the personal credit record, the third evaluation score is adjusted according to the lending times and the credit levels, if the credit levels are conventional levels, the third evaluation score is increased according to the lending times, the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is increased, and if the credit levels are in doubt levels or risk levels, the third evaluation score is reduced according to the lending times, the more the lending times are, the score value of the third evaluation score is reduced, so that a flexible adjustment manner for the third evaluation score is realized, which is favorable for improving flexibility and intelligence of loan service evaluation, more objectively evaluating loan qualification of the user, and improving reliability of evaluation results.
Step S306, determining a first checking result of the target loan business according to the identity checking result and the bank running water checking result.
Wherein the first audit result is pass or pending or not pass; if the identity checking result and the bank running water checking result pass through simultaneously, determining that the first checking result passes through; if the identity checking result and the bank running water checking result are not passed at the same time, determining that the first checking result is not passed; if the identity checking result is not passed and/or the bank running water checking result is pending, determining that the first checking result is not passed; and if the identity checking result is passed and/or the bank running water checking result is pending, determining that the first checking result is passed.
Step S307, comparing the total evaluation score with a preset evaluation score, and determining a second check result of the target loan service.
And if the total evaluation score is smaller than the preset evaluation score, the second evaluation result is undetermined, and the total evaluation score is obtained by adding the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score and the third evaluation score.
The preset evaluation score can be set to be 6 minutes (10 minutes) according to the auditing requirement, and the total evaluation score obtained after the evaluation step is greater than or equal to 6 minutes, so that the loan qualification of the user is qualified and the basic requirement is met, thereby determining that the requirement of the second auditing result is passed.
Step S308, the reply information of the target loan business information is sent to the user terminal.
Wherein the reply information includes: the first audit result, the second audit result, the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score, and the third evaluation score.
Specifically, when the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score and the third evaluation score are sent to the user terminal, the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score and the third evaluation score carry standard scores according to the auditing requirements, and the standard scores are used for prompting the user of the auditing items, so that the user can conveniently adjust the auditing items later, and the defect that the user does not know the qualification of the user is avoided, so that the user repeatedly applies for loans, occupies system resources and is unfavorable for the transacting efficiency of loan services and other services.
In one possible embodiment, the first audit result is pass or pending or not pass and the second audit result is pass or pending; transmitting reply information of the target loan service information to the user terminal, including: when the first checking result is passed, judging a second checking result; if the second checking result is passed, the first reply information is sent to the user, and the first reply information is used for prompting the user to allow the application of the target loan service; if the second check result is pending, determining a reference loan amount according to the total evaluation score, and sending second reply information to the user, wherein the second reply information is used for suggesting the user to adjust the target loan amount to the reference loan amount; when the first checking result is to-be-checked, sending third reply information to the user terminal, wherein the third reply information is used for prompting the user that the bank running water checking result is to-be-checked and requesting the user to adjust the statistical period of the bank running water so that the statistical period is larger than the preset period; and when the first checking result is failed, sending fourth reply information to the user terminal, wherein the fourth reply information is used for prompting that the user identity checking result is failed and/or the bank pipelining checking result is pending.
The reference loan amount refers to a recommended application amount adapted to the auditing requirement and allowing the user to apply for a 60w loan, for example, the user requests the user to apply for the 60w loan, but because the total evaluation score is smaller than the preset evaluation score, if the total evaluation score determined according to the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score and the third evaluation score of the user is 5 points, the reference loan amount applied by the user is recommended to be 40w.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the answer information is determined by judging the first checking result and the second checking result, and the answer information prompts the user whether to meet the checking requirement of the loan business, and meanwhile, the user is provided with the standard score information of the checking project, so that the adjustment after the user is refused to apply for the loan is facilitated, the situation that the user does not know the qualification defect of the user, and the repeated application of the loan occupies system resources and is unfavorable for the handling efficiency of the loan business and other businesses is avoided.
In one possible embodiment, after transmitting the reply message of the target loan service information to the user terminal, the method further includes: establishing an audit data set for the first audit result, the second audit result and user information of the user, wherein the user information comprises at least one of the following: the name of the user, the type of the user, the request mode of the user and the target information; and storing the audit data set through a database.
The request mode of the user refers to the personal loan service handling of the user through what channel in the terminal equipment, and can comprise an internet banking app, a payment app and the like of a corresponding financial institution.
In other possible embodiments, the audit requirement is configured for the above target information, based on the audit requirement obtained by the processing server 120 in fig. 1 from the audit requirement configuration server 150, where the audit requirement in the audit requirement configuration server is based on the audit requirement preconfigured by the system operator, for example, for the audit of the statistical period of the bank running water, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of the audit requirement configuration provided in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the presentation of the statistical period audit requirement of the bank running water at the operation and maintenance end includes: in addition to the audit requirement name 51, the logical relationship 52, and the check condition 53, the cancellation operation button 54 and the save operation button 55 are further included, in fig. 5, the audit requirement name 51 is a bank running water statistics period, the logical relationship 52 represents the logical relationship between the audit requirement and other multiple audit requirements, and may include no logical relationship, alternative relationship, and parallel relationship, based on the description of the above embodiment, it is known that there is no logical relationship between the statistics period of the bank running water and other audit requirements, and the check condition 53 is used for configuring conditions meeting the audit requirement, for example, in fig. 5, the bank running water statistics period is greater than 3 months.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a first drop-down operation control 521 is further included beside the logical relationship 52, and is used for popping up a drop-down selection interface after the operation and maintenance personnel performs the clicking operation, where the logical relationship includes no logical relationship, alternative relationship, and parallel relationship as described above; two drop-down operation controls, a second drop-down operation control 531 and a third drop-down operation control 532, are also included at the inspection condition 53, where the second drop-down operation control 531 is used to provide the operation staff with a way to quickly select the type of audit requirement, and the operation staff can select other audit requirements by selecting other audit requirements there, such as audit of the credit rating of the personal credit record in the above embodiment, clicking the save operation button 55 after updating here, and the audit requirement name 51 completes updating synchronously. Through the embodiment, a convenient and flexible mode for adjusting the auditing requirements is provided for operation and maintenance personnel of the system, the auditing requirements and changes can be flexibly dealt with, and the flexibility of the system is improved.
It can be seen that, through the data processing method and related device of the financial service, the target loan service information sent by the user terminal is received first, then the target information of the target loan service is extracted, the identity auditing result for the identity information is determined according to the age interval in the identity information, the bank flow auditing result for the bank flow is determined according to the statistical period of the bank flow, the first evaluation score is determined according to the type of the bank flow, the second evaluation score is determined according to the deposit amount of the bank flow and the statistical period of the bank flow, the credit rating of the personal credit record is determined, the third evaluation score of the credit rating is configured, and the first auditing result of the target loan service is determined according to the identity auditing result and the bank flow auditing result; and comparing the total evaluation score with a preset evaluation score, determining a second check result of the target loan business, and sending reply information of the target loan business information to the user terminal. Therefore, the user initiated personal loan application can be audited, audit results and evaluation scores of all items are fed back to the user, objective comprehensive evaluation is provided for the user loan qualification, so that the user can know the rating of the user's own fund condition at a financial institution, further whether to apply for continuation or change loan type application is selected, the loan business processing efficiency is improved, and the user experience is optimized.
The foregoing description of the embodiments of the present application has been presented primarily in terms of a method-side implementation. It will be appreciated that the mobile electronic device, in order to achieve the above-described functionality, comprises corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules that perform the respective functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied as hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is implemented as hardware or computer software driven hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. The embodiment of the application may divide the functional units of the electronic device according to the above method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the units is schematic, which is merely a logic function division, and other division manners may be implemented in actual practice.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of a data processing apparatus for a financial service according to an embodiment of the present application, where the data processing apparatus 600 for a financial service includes: a receiving unit 610, an extracting unit 620, a first determining unit 630, a second determining unit 640, a third determining unit 650, a fourth determining unit 660, a fifth determining unit 670, and a replying unit 680; the receiving unit 610 is configured to receive target loan service information sent by the user terminal, where the target loan service information includes a target loan amount and a loan duration for which the user requests a loan; the extracting unit 620 is configured to extract target information of a target loan service, where the target information includes: identity information, bank running water and personal credit records, the bank running water comprises: the type of bank flowing water, the statistical period of the bank flowing water and the deposit amount of the bank flowing water, and the identity information comprises the age interval of the user; the first determining unit 630 is configured to configure an identity verification result for the identity information to pass when the age interval is determined to be in the preset age interval according to the identity information, and configure the identity verification result to fail when the age interval is determined not to be in the preset age interval; the second determining unit 640 is configured to configure a bank running water auditing result for the bank running water to be pending when the statistical period of the bank running water is determined to be less than the preset period according to the statistical period of the bank running water, and configure the bank running water auditing result to be passed when the statistical period of the bank running water is determined to be greater than the preset period; a third determining unit 650, configured to determine the first evaluation score according to a type of the running water of the bank, where the type of the running water of the bank includes: the payroll flow, the self-deposit flow and the transfer flow, wherein the first evaluation score represents the stability degree of financial sources of the user; and a fourth determining unit 660, configured to determine a second evaluation score according to the deposit amount of the bank flowing water and the statistical period of the bank flowing water, where the second evaluation score characterizes the repayment capability of the user, the second evaluation score has a positive correlation with the deposit amount, and the second evaluation score has a positive correlation with the statistical period of the bank flowing water; a fifth determining unit 670, configured to determine a credit rating of the personal credit record, and configure a third evaluation score of the credit rating, where the third evaluation score characterizes a quality degree of the personal credit record, and the credit rating and the third evaluation score have an inverse relationship;
A reply unit 680 for determining a first checking result of the target loan business according to the identity checking result and the bank running water checking result; and comparing the total evaluation score with a preset evaluation score, and determining a second check result of the target loan service, wherein if the total evaluation score is larger than the preset evaluation score, the second check result is passed, and if the total evaluation score is smaller than the preset evaluation score, the second check result is pending, and the total evaluation score is obtained by adding the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score and the third evaluation score; and transmitting reply information of the target loan service information to the user terminal, the reply information including: the first audit result, the second audit result, the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score, and the third evaluation score.
In one possible embodiment, the first audit result is pass or pending or not pass and the second audit result is pass or pending; the reply information of the target loan service information is transmitted to the user terminal, and the reply unit 680 is specifically configured to: when the first checking result is passed, judging a second checking result; if the second checking result is passed, the first reply information is sent to the user, and the first reply information is used for prompting the user to allow the application of the target loan service; if the second check result is pending, determining a reference loan amount according to the total evaluation score, and sending second reply information to the user, wherein the second reply information is used for suggesting the user to adjust the target loan amount to the reference loan amount; when the first checking result is to-be-checked, sending third reply information to the user terminal, wherein the third reply information is used for prompting the user that the bank running water checking result is to-be-checked and requesting the user to adjust the statistical period of the bank running water so that the statistical period is larger than the preset period; and when the first checking result is failed, sending fourth reply information to the user terminal, wherein the fourth reply information is used for prompting that the user identity checking result is failed and/or the bank pipelining checking result is pending.
In one possible embodiment, the third evaluation score of the credit rating is configured, and the fifth determining unit 670 is specifically configured to: determining the inquiry times of the personal credit records, wherein the inquiry times are used for representing the times of inquiring the personal credit records by a user in preset time; if the number of queries exceeds the preset number, determining that the third evaluation score is 0.
In one possible embodiment, the credit rating comprises: a conventional level, an in doubt level, and an existing risk level; after configuring the third evaluation score of the credit rating, the fifth determination unit 670 is specifically further configured to: extracting information of the lending times of the user in the personal credit records according to the personal credit records; adjusting a third evaluation score according to the lending times and the credit rating; if the credit rating is the conventional rating, adding a third evaluation score according to the lending times, wherein the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is added; if the credit rating is the doubtful rating or the risk rating exists, the third evaluation score is reduced according to the lending times, and the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is reduced.
In one possible embodiment, the second evaluation score is determined according to the amount deposited by the bank flow and the statistical period of the bank flow, and the fourth determining unit 660 is specifically configured to: determining the monthly deposit amount according to the deposit amount of the bank running water and the statistical period of the bank running water; determining the estimated monthly payment amount according to the target loan amount and the loan period in the target loan business information; determining the ratio of the monthly deposit amount to the monthly repayment amount, wherein the larger the ratio is, the more the user has the capability of timely repayment; a second evaluation score is determined from the ratio.
In one possible embodiment, the banking running water further includes a payout amount of the banking running water; after determining the second evaluation score from the ratio, the fourth determination unit 660 is in particular also for: according to the deposit amount of the bank running water and the expenditure amount of the bank running water, determining the net income of the bank running water of the user, wherein the net income comprises a negative value and a positive value; determining a reference difference between the net benefit and a value 0 according to the net benefit which is a negative value; and adjusting the second evaluation score according to the reference difference value, wherein the adjustment value of the second evaluation score is larger as the reference difference value is larger, and the adjustment refers to the deduction operation.
In one possible embodiment, after transmitting the reply information of the target loan service information to the user terminal, the reply unit 680 is specifically further configured to: establishing an audit data set for the first audit result, the second audit result and user information of the user, wherein the user information comprises at least one of the following: the name of the user, the type of the user, the request mode of the user and the target information; and storing the audit data set through a database.
It can be understood that, since the method embodiment and the apparatus embodiment are in different presentation forms of the same technical concept, the content of the method embodiment portion in the present application should be adapted to the apparatus embodiment portion synchronously, which is not described herein.
In the case of using integrated units, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a block diagram showing functional units of a data processing apparatus for another financial service provided in the embodiment of the present application. In fig. 7, a data processing apparatus 600 of a financial service includes: a communication module 611 and a processing module 612. The processing module 612 is configured to control and manage actions of the data processing apparatus of the financial service, for example, steps of the receiving unit 610, the extracting unit 620, the first determining unit 630, the second determining unit 640, the third determining unit 650, the fourth determining unit 660, the fifth determining unit 670, and the replying unit 680, and/or other processes for performing the techniques described herein. The communication module 611 is used to support interactions between the data processing apparatus of the financial service and other devices. As shown in fig. 7, the data processing apparatus 600 of the financial transaction may further include a memory module 613, and the memory module 613 is used to store program codes and data of the data processing apparatus of the financial transaction.
The processing module 612 may be a processor or controller, such as a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a general purpose processor, a digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), an ASIC, an FPGA or other programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. A processor may also be a combination that performs computing functions, e.g., including one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, and so forth. The communication module 611 may be a transceiver, an RF circuit, a communication interface, or the like. The memory module 613 may be a memory. All relevant contents of each scenario related to the above method embodiment may be cited to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, which is not described herein. The data processing apparatus 600 of the financial transaction may perform the data processing method of the financial transaction shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 700 may include one or more of the following components: a processor 701, a memory 702 coupled with the processor 701, wherein the memory 702 may store one or more computer programs that may be configured to implement the methods described in the examples above when executed by the one or more processors 701. The electronic device 700 may be a component in the energy storage system described above.
The processor 701 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 701 utilizes various interfaces and lines to connect various portions of the overall electronic device 700, perform various functions of the electronic device 700, and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 702, and invoking data stored in the memory 702. Alternatively, the processor 701 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of digital signal processing (Digital Signal Processing, DSP), field-Programmable gate array (FPGA), programmable Logic Array (PLA). The processor 701 may integrate one or a combination of several of a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), an image processor (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU), and a modem, etc. It will be appreciated that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 701 and may be implemented solely by a single communication chip.
The Memory 702 may include a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (ROM). Memory 702 may be used to store instructions, programs, code, sets of codes, or instruction sets. The memory 702 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing examples of the respective methods described above, and the like. The storage data area may also store data created by the electronic device 700 in use, and the like.
It is to be appreciated that the electronic device 700 may include more or fewer structural elements than those described in the above-described block diagrams, including, for example, a power module, physical key, wiFi (Wireless Fidelity ) module, speaker, bluetooth module, sensor, etc., without limitation.
The present application also provides a computer storage medium having stored thereon a computer program/instruction which, when executed by a processor, performs part or all of the steps of any of the methods described in the method embodiments above.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments above.
It should be understood that, in various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the foregoing processes do not mean the order of execution, and the order of execution of the processes should be determined by the functions and internal logic thereof, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method, apparatus, and system may be implemented in other manners. For example, the device embodiments described above are merely illustrative; for example, the division of the units is only one logic function division, and other division modes can be adopted in actual implementation; for example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. 1. A data processing method for a financial transaction, the method comprising:
receiving target loan business information sent by a user terminal, wherein the target loan business information comprises target loan amount and loan duration of a user request loan;
extracting target information of a target loan service, wherein the target information comprises: identity information, bank running water and personal credit records, the bank running water comprises: the type of the bank flowing water, the statistical period of the bank flowing water and the deposit amount of the bank flowing water, and the identity information comprises the age interval of the user;
determining an identity verification result aiming at the identity information according to the age interval in the identity information, wherein the identity verification result is passed if the age interval is in a preset age interval, and the identity verification result is failed if the age interval is not in the preset age interval;
Determining a bank running water auditing result aiming at the bank running water according to the statistical period of the bank running water, wherein the bank running water auditing result is undetermined if the statistical period of the bank running water is smaller than a preset period, and the bank running water auditing result is passed if the statistical period of the bank running water is larger than the preset period;
determining a first evaluation score according to the type of the bank flowing water, wherein the type of the bank flowing water comprises: payroll, self-deposit and transfer flows, the first evaluation score characterizing a degree of stability of the user's financial source; the method comprises the steps of,
determining a second evaluation score according to the deposit amount of the bank flowing water and the statistical period of the bank flowing water, wherein the second evaluation score represents the repayment capacity of the user, the second evaluation score and the deposit amount are in positive correlation, and the second evaluation score and the statistical period of the bank flowing water are in positive correlation;
determining a credit rating of the personal credit record, and configuring a third evaluation score of the credit rating, wherein the third evaluation score represents the quality degree of the personal credit record, and the credit rating and the third evaluation score are in an inverse relation;
Determining a first verification result of the target loan business according to the identity verification result and the bank running water verification result;
comparing the total evaluation score with a preset evaluation score, and determining a second check result of the target loan service, wherein if the total evaluation score is larger than the preset evaluation score, the second check result is passed, and if the total evaluation score is smaller than the preset evaluation score, the second check result is pending, and the total evaluation score is obtained by adding the first evaluation score, the second evaluation score and the third evaluation score;
transmitting reply information of the target loan service information to the user terminal, wherein the reply information comprises: the first audit result, the second audit result, the first assessment score, the second assessment score, and the third assessment score.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first audit result is pass or pending or not pass and the second audit result is pass or pending; the sending the reply information of the target loan business information to the user terminal comprises the following steps:
When the first checking result is passed, judging the second checking result;
if the second checking result is passed, first reply information is sent to the user, wherein the first reply information is used for prompting the user to allow the application of the target loan service;
if the second check result is pending, determining a reference loan amount according to the total check score, and sending second reply information to the user, wherein the second reply information is used for suggesting the user to adjust the target loan amount to the reference loan amount;
when the first checking result is to-be-checked, sending third reply information to the user terminal, wherein the third reply information is used for prompting the user that the bank running water checking result is to-be-checked and requesting the user to adjust the statistical period of the bank running water so that the statistical period is larger than the preset period;
and when the first checking result is not passed, sending fourth reply information to the user terminal, wherein the fourth reply information is used for prompting the user that the identity checking result is not passed and/or the bank running water checking result is pending.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the configuring the third assessment score for the credit rating comprises:
determining the inquiry times of the personal credit records, wherein the inquiry times are used for representing the times of the user for inquiring the personal credit records in preset time;
and if the query times exceeds the preset times, determining that the third evaluation score is 0.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the credit rating comprises: a conventional level, an in doubt level, and an existing risk level; after the configuring the third evaluation score of the credit rating, the method further comprises:
extracting information of lending times of the user in the personal credit records according to the personal credit records;
adjusting the third evaluation score according to the lending number and the credit rating;
if the credit rating is the conventional rating, increasing the third evaluation score according to the lending times, wherein the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is increased;
and if the credit rating is the doubtful rating or the risk-existing rating, reducing the third evaluation score according to the lending times, wherein the more the lending times are, the more the score value of the third evaluation score is reduced.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining a second evaluation score based on the amount deposited by the bank note and the statistical period of the bank note comprises:
determining the monthly deposit amount according to the deposit amount of the bank deposit line and the statistical period of the bank deposit line;
determining an estimated average payment amount according to the target loan amount and the loan deadline in the target loan service information;
determining the ratio of the monthly deposit amount to the monthly repayment amount, wherein the larger the ratio is, the more the user has the capability of timely repayment;
and determining the second evaluation score according to the ratio.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the bank note further comprises a payout amount of the bank note; after said determining said second evaluation score from said ratio, said method further comprises:
determining a net benefit of the bank running water of the user according to the deposit amount of the bank running water and the expenditure amount of the bank running water, wherein the net benefit comprises a negative value and a positive value;
determining a reference difference of the net benefit from a value of 0 based on the net benefit being the negative value;
And adjusting the second evaluation score according to the reference difference value, wherein the larger the reference difference value is, the larger the adjustment value of the second evaluation score is, and the adjustment is a deduction operation.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending of the reply message to the user terminal of the target loan service information, the method further comprises:
establishing an audit data set for the first audit result, the second audit result and user information of the user, the user information including at least one of: the name of the user, the type of the user, the request mode of the user and the target information;
and storing the audit data set through a database.

the second determining unit is configured to determine a bank running water auditing result for the bank running water according to the statistical period of the bank running water, if the statistical period of the bank running water is less than a preset period, the bank running water auditing result is pending, and if the statistical period of the bank running water is greater than the preset period, the bank running water auditing result is passed;
