In the following description, the term plurality refers to at least two. Some value as referred to herein reaches a threshold (if any), and in some specific examples, may include the former being greater than the latter; if any reference is made to "any" or "at least one" or the like, that particular reference may be made to any one of the examples listed or any combination between those examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application.
The method of the present application will be described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a first aspect of the present application provides some specific embodiments of an information management method, which includes the following operation steps:
and 11, aiming at a target user of the target application, acquiring account use information of the target user in a history period.
The target application may be, for example, a travel reservation APP or a financial reimbursement APP, or an integrated APP integrated with functional modules such as travel reservation and financial reimbursement. The target user may be in the form of an organization (the affiliated business) or individual, i.e. the account may be specifically an enterprise account or an individual account. Taking the travel reservation function APP as an example, the account usage information may specifically be a balance of some (one or more) target users in the APP, a travel order amount, a travel amount (which may be referred to as a consumption amount), and the like during a last history period (30 days).
In some specific examples, for each service module (such as a business reservation function or a financial reimbursement function module) in the target application, account usage information may be displayed in a partitioned manner (or called a split plate) according to the division of each service module, so as to purposefully and clearly quantify or analyze the account usage under each module.
And step 12, determining the current level of the target user under the preset dimension according to the account use information.
The level mentioned in the embodiment of the present application may represent a state where a user is located in a dimension such as an amount of money or the number of operations (or called liveness), in other words, may be understood as a usage situation of an account; for example, the higher the level to which the operation number dimension belongs, the higher the liveness of the user in the target application or the higher the demand level of the target application may be represented.
As one possible implementation, the specific operation procedure of step 12 may include: and according to the account balance and/or the consumption amount in the account use information, determining the current grade of the target user under the dimension of the account balance by investigation. For example, the current rating herein may be less than 1 ten thousand yuan (first rating) or less than 5 ten thousand yuan (second rating).
As another possible implementation, the specific operation procedure of step 12 may include: and determining the current level of the target user in the operation frequency dimension according to at least one type of information about the transaction times, the number of the transaction objects and the fluctuation proportion of the transaction in the account use information. Taking the travel reservation function APP and the history period of 30 days as an example, the number of transactions, the number of transaction objects and the transaction fluctuation ratio in the account use information may specifically be the fluctuation ratio of the travel order quantity (or called the order quantity), the order placing user quantity, the order placing quantity or the order placing user quantity in comparison with the month, and of course, the account use information such as traveling to the city and the like may be included in addition, and the information may be used for comprehensively judging the activity level of the target user.
The application of the financial reimbursement function APP in the embodiment of the present application may refer to the embodiment of the present application to implement contents recorded by the travel reservation function APP, which is not described in detail.
And 13, configuring and pushing the operation guide corresponding to the current grade to the target application of the target user when the current grade is lower than the preset grade.
This guideline is used to guide the target user to transition to a higher level, the preset dimension including an account amount dimension or a number of operations (which may be referred to as liveness) dimension on the target application.
Based on the above description, as a possible implementation, the specific operation procedure of step 13 may include: when the preset dimension is the account balance dimension, configuring recharging operation guide according to the historical consumption amount of the target user in the target application, and pushing the recharging operation guide to the target application; the recharging operation guide is associated with a suggested recharging amount and a recharging channel. For example, when the account is an enterprise account, the account usage information under a certain enterprise account can be queried to further determine the current grade to which the account belongs, and then recharging operation guidance can be configured according to the historical consumption amount of the enterprise in the target application, for example, a prompt of 'less than 5 ten thousand yuan of balance and 50 ten thousand yuan of recharging can be performed through a certain bound mobile phone number', and the recharging operation guidance is pushed to the target application; the recommended recharging amount (50 ten thousand yuan) and recharging channel (mobile phone number recharging) associated with the recharging operation guide can be adjusted by the user, the recharging operation guide and the associated content thereof can be issued to related auditors (such as an APP manager or an account manager) for approval before being formally pushed to the enterprise account, and the transaction can be pushed to the enterprise account after approval is passed, so that the user experience is prevented from being influenced by recharging errors or the recharging amount can not be checked out, and the like.
In sum, the embodiment of the application can automatically determine the current grade of the target user under the preset dimension according to the account use information, thereby effectively reducing the labor input cost in the user information analysis process and efficiently and clearly exploring the use habit of the target user on the target application; in addition, when the current grade is lower than the preset grade, the operation guide corresponding to the current grade is actively configured and pushed to the target application of the target user, so that guide errors and delay caused by manual multiparty intervention are avoided, and user experience is improved.
On the basis of the above illustration, some specific possible implementation examples will be provided below, and in practical applications, implementation matters between these examples may be combined or implemented separately as required according to corresponding functional principles, application logic, and may be specific to an actual scenario.
In some specific examples, after the step 13, the information management method of the embodiment of the present application may further include the following operations: pushing the operation guide to the target application of the other users except the target user. When the activity level of the target user is lower than a preset level, that is, the activity level reaches an early warning range, an investigation flow can be initiated, for example, corresponding operation guide is configured through analysis of data such as account balance or transaction times, the operation guide can be used for guiding the target user to recharge or transition to a higher activity level, and the operation guide can be pushed to other users except the target user so as to improve the awareness and audience of the target application. This other user may be a type of user whose target application (travel reservation function APP) has not been used or whose frequency of use is low for the target user, such user may be a type of user who has used the financial reimbursement function APP, i.e. has little or no history-generated travel transactions but has other function transactions; the APP is herein alternatively understood as a functional module under an integrated APP, such as a travel reservation or financial reimbursement functional module.
In some specific examples, after the step 13, the information management method of the embodiment of the present application may further include the following operations: and acquiring the history grade of the target user before the history period, and pushing the rewarding information corresponding to the maintenance grade to the target user if the current grade is lower than the history grade. In an actual scene, a grade change investigation flow can be initiated, so that whether the grade of a target user is in an ascending or descending trend is judged, the user dynamics and the evaluation of the target application are mastered, and the user is maintained or saved; accordingly, for users who do not use for a long period of time or who have a reduced frequency of use for a target application, a rewards regression mechanism, such as issuing coupons or small gifts as appropriate, may be triggered by the target application for the user.
In some specific examples, after the step 13, the information management method of the embodiment of the present application may further include the following operations: obtaining opinion information fed back by each target user to a target application; and according to the number of opinion information and the information score, evaluating the probability of future modification of the target application, and sending an evaluation result and a modification result to each target user. In a practical scenario, the foregoing opinion information may be complaint information and/or requirement proposal information of the target application, for example, a user suggests that a certain function control (collection control) is added to a certain page of the target application, or a certain statistics field is added to UI interface functions, etc., and these opinion information may be collected and integrated into (APP) product requirement documents, so that the product system evaluates the probability that these opinions are implemented, where a higher probability indicates that more users have similar requirements for such modification of the target application, and/or that the feasibility or benefit of such modification is better; correspondingly, the evaluation result of whether to change the target application, the change (or optimization) intention and other results can be pushed to the user so as to reflect the importance degree of the opinion of the user and improve the after-sales service effect of the APP.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, the balance of each account can be recorded in batches according to the timing tasks, when the balance of a certain account reaches a set early warning value or the balance is analyzed according to the past use amount and is used for less than one week, a message prompt is sent to related flow nodes or personnel, the system can propose the suggested recharging amount and actively send out a bill to submit and examine, so that the amount of money is automatically and accurately checked in after the user is recharged; and (3) periodically counting the consumption of the user for the target application (extra statistics such as special holidays, high-temperature false and the like), analyzing the liveness of the user, and reminding a corresponding responsible person to pay attention to the client condition and configuring operation guidance if the liveness is relatively reduced.
It is added that the above processes of analyzing and determining the level, pushing information and the like can be recorded and archived or sent to relevant task nodes or personnel. The sequence of execution of the steps (e.g. after step 13) added in the above-mentioned steps may not be limited, and each step may be combined or separately implemented, depending on the actual scenario. The sequence of execution of the operations (e.g., after step 13) added to any of steps 11 to 13 in the implementation process should be specifically determined according to the functions and internal logic, and is not specifically limited.
In summary, the embodiment of the application can realize the automatic management of stock users. Specifically, analysis management is performed regularly, customized service is provided according to the actual situation of the client, and the viscosity of the client is enhanced. Periodically (monthly or daily) carrying out balance monitoring, sending out grade early warning reminding after analysis, and simultaneously carrying out analysis such as dosage according to statistical data; the monitoring capabilities of balance early warning, automatic bill issuing, approval prompt, customer demand, liveness analysis, automatic triggering investigation and the like can be realized, the customer service team can be helped to conduct customer management by combining with the actual setting of customers through data recording and automatic analysis growth, and meanwhile, the method can be widely applied to other customer basic service teams, and the working efficiency (in cross-department process) is improved. In short, the embodiment of the application is beneficial to realizing the digitalized transformation of information and product service in a shorter time and higher efficiency, assisting an operation team to complete the automatic management of the use condition of the user account, and grasping the client attribute and client habit more clearly, so that the product is optimized continuously, and the method becomes functional software for making business staff and leadership travel or financial reimbursement more understood, and provides good service more conforming to the client condition.
