Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The main solutions of the embodiments of the present invention are: acquiring an identification code of a vehicle; after receiving a click command of a user on a charge diagnosis item, inquiring the usable times of the charge diagnosis item within a preset time period based on the identification code of the vehicle; if the usable times of the charge diagnosis items in the preset time period are zero, informing the user of the charge condition of the charge diagnosis items, and providing function trial guidance; and opening the charge diagnostic item to the user after receiving the money transfer of the user. After receiving a click command of a user on a charge diagnosis item, the embodiment of the invention inquires the usable times of the charge diagnosis item within a preset time period, if the usable times of the charge diagnosis item within the preset time period are zero, informs the user of the charge condition of the charge diagnosis item, provides function trial guidance, and opens the charge diagnosis item to the user after the user reminds money, so that the user pays money first and then uses the corresponding diagnosis function, and the consumption condition of the user can be accurately counted.
Technical terms related to the embodiment of the invention:
VIN code: the VIN code (Vehicle Identification Number, vehicle number) is a unique identification number of the vehicle, which is a sequence of 17 characters (including numerals and letters). Each car has a unique VIN code, similar to the vehicle identification number.
Scanning of full system fault codes: refers to the use of diagnostic equipment to scan and read all Electronic Control Units (ECU) of the vehicle to obtain fault code information that may be present. Modern automobiles are often equipped with multiple ECUs for controlling various systems and components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, airbags, and the like. Each ECU has its own fault code library, which generates a corresponding fault code when the ECU detects a fault or abnormality associated therewith. By scanning the full system fault code, the diagnostic device can communicate with all the ECUs of the vehicle and read the fault code stored in each ECU. These fault codes provide information about possible problems with the vehicle systems and components. Fault codes are typically composed of a series of letters and numbers, each fault code representing a particular fault type or problem.
And (3) performing action test: performing an action test is a test method, mainly used to detect the functions and performance of the system. By simulating the system reaction under the actual operating conditions, such as starting, stopping, restarting and the like, whether the system can work normally or not is detected. Performing an action test can detect the operational status of the system under various conditions, as well as possible problems, thereby helping a user or maintenance person to better understand the performance and functionality of the system.
On-line programming: on-line programming is a technique that allows a user or service personnel to program or configure a system without leaving the current operating environment. This technique can greatly simplify the programming and configuration process, reducing the complexity of the operation so that more people can try and perform complex system configuration and programming work.
The embodiment of the invention considers that: currently, in order to obtain the increase of the market occupancy of the vehicle diagnostic apparatus, the vehicle diagnostic apparatus charges only the hardware fee at the time of sales, and the service fee of the diagnostic software on the vehicle diagnostic apparatus is additionally charged. The diagnostic software takes a charging mode that counts the consumption of the user after a certain period of time and prompts the user to pay. However, the user may interrupt the diagnosis process in advance, which results in failure to accurately count the consumption of the user.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a solution, after receiving a click instruction of a user on a charge diagnosis item, the method inquires the usable times of the charge diagnosis item in a preset time period, if the usable times of the charge diagnosis item in the preset time period are zero, the charge condition of the charge diagnosis item is informed to the user, and a function trial guide is provided, and after the user reminds, the charge diagnosis item is opened to the user, so that the user pays first and then uses the corresponding diagnosis function, and the consumption condition of the user can be accurately counted.

Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the step S70, performing the corresponding operation based on the number of times the free diagnostic item is available within the preset time period includes:
step S71, if the number of times of the free diagnostic item available in the preset time period is not zero, opening the free diagnostic item for the user, and updating the number of times of the free diagnostic item available.
If the available number of times of the free diagnostic item in the preset time period is not zero, the user can still use the free diagnostic item at present, and after the free diagnostic item is used, the available number of times of the free diagnostic item is reduced by one.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the free diagnosis project access authority for limited times in the preset period is provided for the user, so that more users can be attracted to use the service, and the viscosity of the user is increased.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flow chart illustrating another exemplary embodiment of a vehicle diagnostic method of the present invention.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the step S70, performing the corresponding operation based on the number of times the free diagnostic item is available within the preset time period further includes:
and step S72, if the usable times of the free diagnosis items in the preset time period are zero, sending a payment prompt to the user and informing the user of the charging condition of the free diagnosis items.
If the available number of times of the free diagnostic item in the preset time period is zero, the free number of times that the free diagnostic item has been used by the user in the preset time period is indicated, and if the user wants to continue to use the free diagnostic item, payment is required.
Therefore, at this point the diagnostic software will give a payment prompt to the user and inform the user of the charge of the free diagnostic item.
Step S73, after receiving the remittance of the user, opening the free diagnosis item to the user.
In one embodiment, a polling request may be sent to the background to query the user for money transfer, and to confirm whether the user receives money transfer.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the charging condition of the free diagnosis item can be clearly informed to the user by sending the charging prompt to the user and informing the user of the charging condition of the free diagnosis item, so that potential disputes and misunderstandings are avoided.
