In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium for generating a financial document, which can automatically acquire financial data of systems of different sources and automatically generate the financial document.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart diagram of a financial credential generation method shown in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, the financial credential generation method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
step S101, obtaining financial data of at least one source system, the financial data comprising data for generating financial credentials.
In the embodiment of the application, the financial data refers to source data required by financial staff in making financial certificates, and is data for reflecting financial conditions and operation achievements of enterprises, including but not limited to financial account book data, report data, such as sales data, cash flow data and the like, and based on the financial data, the financial certificates can be generated.
As a possible embodiment of the present application, in this embodiment, the obtaining financial data of at least one source system includes:
when the source system of the financial data is a business system, calling the financial data of the business system by adopting a preset open API (Application Programming Interface, application program interface) interface;
when the source system of the financial data is a third-party internet transaction system, a preset RPA (Robotic process automation, robot flow automation) is adopted to acquire a data document of the third-party internet transaction system, and the financial data is acquired based on the data document.
In the embodiment of the present application, different methods may be used to obtain financial data according to different source systems of the financial data, specifically, when the source system of the financial data is a business system of an enterprise, call may be performed through an open API interface preset in the business system, specifically, for example, for financial data of the enterprise, the financial data is directly called through the system to make a credential; when the source system of the financial data is a third-party internet transaction system, acquiring a data document of the third-party internet transaction system by adopting a preset RPA, and acquiring the financial data based on the data document; specifically, for example, an excel data document of the financial data of the third party internet transaction system can be downloaded through a preset RPA financial robot, and then the excel data document is extracted to obtain the financial data.
According to the method and the system, financial data of different source systems are automatically acquired, and different automatic financial data acquisition modes are adopted for the business system of the enterprise and the third-party Internet transaction system respectively, so that the method and the system can adapt to the acquisition of the financial data of different source systems.
Step S102, defining a corresponding service table for each source system, wherein the service table is used for storing financial data of the source system corresponding to the service table.
In the embodiment of the application, the financial credentials finally generated by the financial data of different source systems may be different, and the data content in the financial data of different source systems may also be different, so that different service tables are required when the financial data of different source systems are stored. The business table is used for storing financial data and other financial information corresponding to the financial data, and for each source system, a business table matched with the business table needs to be defined for storing the financial data.
As a possible implementation manner of the present application, in this implementation manner, the defining, for each source system, a corresponding service table includes:
determining the business type corresponding to the financial data, and constructing a business table for storing at least the financial data and the source system and the business type corresponding to the financial data
In this embodiment of the present application, as one possible implementation manner of the present application, each source system has a service table corresponding to financial data of the source system, where the service table refers to a table for performing statistical analysis on service contents and data, and according to different service needs of different enterprises, multiple forms of service tables are generated, and as one possible manner, the service tables are recorded with contents such as source system of financial data, service classification, table coding, table fields, service header number fields, and the like.
Step S103, determining a voucher scheme of the financial data, and defining a value rule of a voucher row of the financial voucher to be generated based on the voucher scheme.
In this embodiment of the present application, the voucher scheme is used to specify a format of a financial voucher to be generated, such as a source system indicating financial data, a service type indicating financial data, and the like, and may be directly located to a service table storing financial data through the voucher scheme, and meanwhile, the voucher scheme may define contents such as an account cover used for generating the financial voucher, a voucher template corresponding to the account cover, a status of the voucher (temporary storage voucher, submitted voucher), and generation timeliness (real-time generation, post-generation, scheduling generation).
As a possible implementation manner of the present application, in this implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the determining a credential scheme of the financial data, defining a value rule of a credential row of a financial credential to be generated based on the credential scheme, includes:
step S201, determining a source system of the financial data and a service type of the financial data, and determining a financial sleeve for generating financial credentials and an initial credential template corresponding to the financial sleeve based on the source system and the service type.
In the embodiment of the application, according to different financial data, the service types of the corresponding generated financial certificates are different, and the income certificate comprises a pre-sale card cross-store consumption business certificate, an inter-store settlement certificate, a public praise cooperative certificate, a beauty group takeaway collection user certificate, a POS collection user certificate, a cash inventory certificate and the like, and the cost certificate comprises a purchase warehouse-in certificate, an allocation warehouse-out certificate and the like. According to each voucher type, the financial data are combed to obtain information such as an affiliated organization, a voucher type, an accounting year, a source system, an accounting account book and the like corresponding to the financial data, and an organization map is defined, so that the source system data can be conveniently transmitted to the financial vouchers and then the corresponding financial organization can be distinguished, and the organization map comprises source system fields, organization fields and financial organization fields.
In this embodiment of the present application, before generating a financial document corresponding to financial data, accounting basic data needs to be prepared, and data maintained in industry and financial integration according to account covers, accounting structures, rate tables, and the like of a financial system specifically includes: account holders, financial organizations (cost centers), subject systems (subjects), accounting structures, ancillary accounting, exchange rate schemes, special ledger identifications, cash flows, billing codes, special ledger types, voucher types, dimensions, coin types, metering units, etc., if there are multiple account holders in one external accounting system, the same number of account holders and subject systems are established.
Step S202, based on the business type and the financial type of the financial data, configuring a value rule of a certificate row for generating the financial certificate.
In this embodiment, after determining the credential scheme, the mapping table is defined based on the credential scheme, and the corresponding value rule is configured according to the target value and two influencing factors of business and finance.
Step S104, a voucher template is configured based on the value rule, and a financial voucher is generated based on the voucher template.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the configuring a credential template based on the value rule and generating a financial credential based on the credential template includes:
step S301, configuring a voucher head of a financial voucher to be generated based on the initial voucher template;
step S302, based on the value rule of the certificate row of the to-be-generated financial certificate, the value is taken in the financial data, and the certificate row of the to-be-generated financial certificate is generated.
