In a shared user group, multiple users may have bound settlement accounts. The account user can preset settlement priorities of a plurality of users in the shared user group, and the user with high priority can perform settlement of the dinner order preferentially.
When the user who judges the settlement instruction does not have the binding settlement account, the cloud server sends the settlement instruction to the terminal bound with the user prestored with the settlement account according to the preset priority order, so that the problem that the user of the account cannot settle the order when inconvenient operation order settlement is performed, and normal dining of the user is affected is avoided.
In step S305, after the information carried in the resource replacement instruction is confirmed by any one of the terminals, the resource replacement process is performed by any one of the terminals or the cloud server.
The resource replacement instruction carries the bill amount and user information for issuing the resource replacement instruction.
And when any terminal confirms to settle the order of the ordered food in the shared user group, the user belonging to the current terminal settles the order. The settlement instructions may include a billing amount for the order. The cloud server may perform settlement processing on the order, for example, calculate the final bill amount of the order according to the unit price, the quantity, the delivery cost, etc. of the dishes, or obtain the bill amount of the order provided by the order platform.
The settlement instruction can also comprise user information for issuing the settlement instruction so that a user who performs settlement can confirm the user information and the amount of money, thereby bringing convenience to the settlement of the user's order.
In one embodiment, the user is prompted for a replacement confirmation. And acquiring a voice replacement instruction input by a user through the voice acquisition equipment, performing voiceprint recognition on the voice replacement instruction, and completing replacement when the voiceprint information of the voice replacement instruction is identical with the voiceprint information of the user sent by the resource replacement instruction.
The prompt voice can be broadcast through a prompt window of the terminal, the terminal broadcasts voice or the voice acquisition equipment broadcasts the prompt voice so as to prompt the user to confirm settlement of the order again, thereby ensuring property safety of the user.
The user inputs a voice command of settlement through the voice acquisition equipment.
And the cloud server performs voiceprint recognition on the settlement voice instruction, and finishes settlement when voiceprint information of the settlement voice instruction is identical with voiceprint information of the settlement instruction.
The identity information of the user sending the settlement voice instruction is confirmed by comparing the voice print information of the payment voice instruction with the voice print information of the settlement instruction, and when the voice print information of the settlement voice instruction is identical with the voice print information of the settlement instruction, the user sending the settlement voice instruction has settlement authority and performs settlement in a payment account corresponding to the user.
In an embodiment, the face image of the user issuing the resource replacement instruction is compared with a pre-stored image library capable of being replaced without encryption, and the replacement without encryption is performed in response to the fact that the face of the user issuing the resource replacement instruction belongs to the pre-stored image library capable of being replaced without encryption.
The cloud server can also collect face image information of the user of the settlement instruction through the terminal, and the user can determine that the user has the secret payment-free permission of ordering orders by comparing the face image of the user of the settlement instruction with the face image in a prestored image library capable of secret payment-free, so that secret payment-free is performed.
In one embodiment, a terminal bound to an account user receives a resource replacement instruction, a resource replacement confirmation window is popped up in a display screen of the terminal, and a bill amount and user information for issuing the resource replacement instruction are displayed in the resource replacement confirmation window.
The user can confirm the prompt information of the window through the terminal, confirm the user information which sends out the settlement instruction and the bill amount of the ordering menu, and bring convenience to the settlement of the user.
In one embodiment, after the resource replacement confirmation window is confirmed, the resource replacement processing is performed at the terminal of the account user.
After confirming the relevant information of the order, the user can operate the interactive page of the terminal to realize settlement processing of the order.
And a settlement confirmation window is shot out from a display screen of the terminal, and the bill amount and the user information for sending out the settlement instruction are displayed in the settlement confirmation window.
The user can confirm the prompt information of the window through the terminal, confirm the user information which sends out the settlement instruction and the bill amount of the ordering menu, and bring convenience to the settlement of the user.
In one embodiment, after the resource replacement confirmation window is confirmed, the resource replacement process is performed.
After confirming the relevant information of the order, the user can settle the order through the interactive page at the terminal. For example, the account user can store payment information, such as bank card information and payment platform account information, in the cloud server, and the cloud platform initiates settlement processing, so that the operation of the settlement processing is further simplified, and the settlement speed is improved.
In one embodiment, after receiving the resource replacement instruction, it is determined whether a bound display device exists in a current account to which the voice capture device belongs.
And when the bound display equipment exists in the current account, starting the display equipment.
In one embodiment, a resource replacement instruction is received, and the cloud server determines whether the current voice instruction is associated with the resource replacement instruction.
After receiving the voice command from the voice acquisition equipment, the cloud server performs operations such as voice recognition, semantic analysis and the like on the voice command, and judges whether the current voice command is related to the ordering voice command or not.
For example, the voice command includes information about restaurants, dishes, tastes, etc., and may be associated with the order voice command
And when the cloud server judges that the current voice instruction is not associated with the ordering information, the current voice instruction is treated as a failure instruction.
When the cloud server judges that the current voice command is not associated with the ordering information, the user may be misoperation or the operation of receiving the voice command, which is performed by the voice acquisition equipment being awakened by the similar user voice command. The current voice instruction is treated as a failure instruction, operations such as further receiving and analyzing are not performed, and the user waits for further voice instructions, so that resources can be saved.
Based on one inventive concept, the present disclosure also provides a resource replacement device.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a resource permutation device according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure. The resource replacement device 400 is applied to a cloud server, and as shown in fig. 4, the resource replacement device 400 includes: a receiving module 410, a determining module 420 and a transmitting module 430.
The receiving module 410 is configured to control the voice capturing device to receive voice instructions of a plurality of users including an account user and a non-account user.
A determining module 420, configured to determine whether the user issuing the resource replacement instruction is a user in the shared user group in response to the voice instruction being the resource replacement instruction.
The sending module 430 is configured to send the resource replacement instruction to the sending user of the resource replacement instruction in response to the sending user of the resource replacement instruction being a user in the shared user group and the sending user of the resource replacement instruction having a bound resource account.
In one embodiment, the determining module 420 performs voiceprint recognition on the resource replacement instruction to obtain voiceprint information of the resource replacement instruction.
And comparing the voiceprint information of the obtained resource replacement instruction with the voiceprint information of the recorded shared user group, and determining whether the user sending the resource replacement instruction is a user in the shared user group according to a comparison result.
In an embodiment, the sending module 430 is further configured to send, in response to the sending user of the resource replacement instruction not having the bound resource account, the resource replacement instruction to a terminal bound to the account user, so that the terminal performs the replacement processing after confirming the information carried in the resource replacement instruction.
The resource replacement instruction carries the number of resources to be replaced and user information for issuing resource replacement.
In an embodiment, the sending module 430 is further configured to send, in response to the sending user of the resource replacement instruction not having the bound resource account, the resource replacement instruction to a terminal bound to the user pre-storing the resource account according to the preset priority order.
After any terminal confirms the information carried in the resource replacement instruction, any terminal or the cloud server performs resource replacement processing.
The resource replacement instruction carries the bill amount and user information for issuing the resource replacement instruction.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a resource permutation device according to an example embodiment. For example, apparatus 900 may be a mobile phone, computer, digital broadcast terminal, messaging device, game console, tablet device, medical device, exercise device, personal digital assistant, or the like.
Referring to fig. 5, apparatus 900 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 902, a memory 904, a power component 906, a multimedia component 908, an audio component 910, an input/output (I/O) interface 912, a sensor component 914, and a communication component 916.
The processing component 902 generally controls overall operations of the apparatus 900, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
The memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 900. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the device 900, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and the like. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
The power component 906 provides power to the various components of the device 900. Power components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for device 900.
The multimedia component 908 comprises a screen between the device 900 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 908 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the apparatus 900 is in an operational mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, the audio component 910 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 912 provides an interface between the processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 914 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the apparatus 900. For example, the sensor assembly 914 may detect the on/off state of the device 900, the relative positioning of the components, such as the display and keypad of the device 900, the sensor assembly 914 may also detect the change in position of the device 900 or one component of the device 900, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 900, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 900, and the change in temperature of the device 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communication between the apparatus 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 900 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives broadcast signals or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for executing the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as a memory 904 including instructions executable by the processor 920 of the apparatus 900 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.

Claims (26)

1. A resource replacement method, applied to a cloud server, comprising:
controlling a voice acquisition device to receive voice instructions of a plurality of users including account users and non-account users;
responding to the voice command as a resource replacement command, and determining whether an issuing user of the resource replacement command is a user in a shared user group;
Responding that the user issuing the resource replacement instruction is a user in the shared user group, and the user issuing the resource replacement instruction has a bound resource account, and sending the resource replacement instruction to the user issuing the resource replacement instruction;
the resource replacement instruction is an order settlement instruction and is used for settling an order through the resource account.
2. The resource permutation method according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the issuing user of the resource permutation instruction is a user in a shared user group comprises:
voiceprint recognition is carried out on the resource replacement instruction, and voiceprint information of the resource replacement instruction is obtained;
comparing the obtained voiceprint information of the resource replacement instruction with the recorded voiceprint information of the shared user group;
and determining whether the user sending the resource replacement instruction is a user in the shared user group according to the comparison result.
3. The resource permutation method according to claim 1, wherein the resource permutation method further comprises:
responding to the fact that the user sending the resource replacement instruction does not have a bound resource account, and sending the resource replacement instruction to a terminal bound with the account user, so that the terminal carries out replacement processing after confirming information carried in the resource replacement instruction;
The resource replacement instruction carries the quantity of resources to be replaced and user information for sending out the resource replacement.
4. The resource permutation method according to claim 1, wherein the resource permutation method further comprises:
responding to the fact that the user sending the resource replacement instruction does not have a bound resource account, and sending the resource replacement instruction to a terminal bound with the user pre-storing the resource account according to a preset priority order;
after any terminal confirms the information carried in the resource replacement instruction, the any terminal or the cloud server carries out resource replacement processing;
the resource replacement instruction carries the bill amount and the user information for sending the resource replacement instruction.
5. The resource replacement method according to claim 4, wherein the cloud server performs settlement processing, comprising:
prompting a user to perform replacement confirmation;
acquiring a voice replacement instruction input by the user through the voice acquisition equipment;
and carrying out voiceprint recognition on the replacement voice instruction, and completing replacement when the voiceprint information of the replacement voice instruction is identical with the voiceprint information of the user sent by the resource replacement instruction.
6. The resource replacement method according to claim 4, wherein the cloud server performs settlement processing, comprising:
comparing the face image of the user sending the resource replacement instruction with a pre-stored image library capable of avoiding close replacement;
and responding to the fact that the face of the user sending the resource replacement instruction belongs to the pre-stored image library capable of avoiding the secret replacement, and performing the secret replacement.
7. A method for resource replacement, applied to a terminal, the method comprising:
acquiring voice instructions of a plurality of users, wherein the plurality of users comprise account users and non-account users;
sending voice instructions of the plurality of users to a cloud server;

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the terminal performs a settlement process, comprising:
the terminal performs replacement confirmation based on the prompt of the cloud server;
and sending a replacement voice instruction to the cloud server so that the cloud server can complete replacement based on the replacement voice instruction.
