Detailed Description
In order to make the present application solution better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solution in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, the technical background related to the present application will be described first.
Referring to fig. 1, the flowchart of an information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to an information processing device, where the information processing device may be an electronic device, a server, or other devices. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101: and acquiring a processing efficiency set corresponding to the first user processing the target type message in the statistical period.
In this embodiment, in order to enable the first user to timely grasp the efficiency of processing the message, a set of processing efficiencies of the first user for processing the target type message in a statistical period may be obtained. Wherein, a statistical period can be divided into a plurality of time periods, and each time period corresponds to one processing efficiency. That is, the set of processing efficiencies may include one or more processing efficiencies, each of the one or more processing efficiencies indicating a processing efficiency of the first user to process the target type message for the first preset duration. The time length corresponding to each time period is a first preset time length. For example, a statistical period is 5 days, monday to friday, divided into 5 time periods, and the processing efficiency corresponding to each day is obtained. Alternatively, the statistical period may be 1 day, divided into 1 time period, which is not limited herein.
Wherein, the user decides whether to open the information efficiency service or not by himself so as to provide the corresponding service for the user under the condition that the user opens the information efficiency service. The first user is a user who selects to turn on the information efficiency service. I.e. the method as described in fig. 1 will only be performed if the user chooses to turn on the information efficient service.
The target type message refers to a message related to the working content of the first user, and specifically may include a message in a session of opening a message notification and a message for specifying the first user. The message specifying the first user may be a message referring to the first user, for example, may be an @ message in a session (e.g., @ owner, @ first user), may include an @ message in a session for open message notification and an @ message in a session for close message notification. Specifically, when the statistics operation is executed by the server, after the client receives the message carrying the @ identifier input by the user, a preset label can be marked on the message, and the message and the preset label are sent to the server, so that the server identifies the message as a target type message through the preset label.
The method for acquiring the processing efficiency set corresponding to the target type message processed by the first user in the statistical period comprises the following steps: aiming at any first preset duration, acquiring a first quantity of target type messages received by a first user in the first preset duration; acquiring a second number of target type messages processed by the first user, wherein the second number refers to the number of target type messages which are sent to the first user and are processed in a second preset time period; and determining the quotient of dividing the second number by the first number as the processing efficiency of the first user for processing the target type message in the first preset duration. The second preset time length is smaller than the first preset time length, and specific values of the first preset time length and the second preset time length can be determined according to actual application conditions.
The processing efficiency may be set according to an actual application scenario, for example, a second preset duration reading rate is determined as the processing efficiency, where the second preset duration reading rate refers to: the user reads the proportion of the number of the target type messages in the second preset time period when the target type messages are received and the proportion of the number of the target type messages received by the first user in the first preset time period. For example, the first preset duration is 24 hours, the second preset duration is 12 hours, and the 12-hour reading rate refers to: the number of target type messages received by the user on the same day is a proportion of the number of target type messages read within 12 hours (including 12 hours) to the number of target type messages received by the user on the same day. Wherein, reading within 12 hours means that the time difference from the time when the target type message is sent to the user to the time when the user reads the message is less than or equal to 12 hours. For example, today, 8 a.m. user receives a target type message, and if the user completes reading before 8 a.m. user indicates that the target type message is read within 12 hours.
It should be noted that, when the first number or the second number is counted, the counted number of messages is the number of messages after the deduplication process. The deduplication operation can be performed according to the user identification, the session identification and the message identification.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, when the statistical period includes a plurality of first preset durations, a first number and a second number corresponding to each of the first preset durations may be obtained, and a processing efficiency corresponding to the statistical period is determined based on the first number and the second number corresponding to each of the plurality of first preset durations. For example, the statistical period is 5 days, the second number of mondays is x1, and the first number is y1; the second number of Tuesdays is x2, the first number is y2; by analogy, when the second number of friday is x5 and the first number is y5, the treatment efficiency corresponding to one week is (x1+x2+ … +x5)/(y1+y2+ … +y5). Furthermore, the daily processing efficiency can also be calculated.
S102: a first page is generated from the set of processing efficiencies, the first page for displaying one or more processing efficiencies to a first user.
After a processing efficiency set corresponding to a statistics period is obtained, a first page is generated according to the processing efficiency set, and the first page can comprise one or more processing efficiencies in the processing efficiency set, so that a first user can intuitively perceive the efficiency of processing the message in the statistics period through the first page.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first page may further include a processing efficiency corresponding to the statistical period. For example, the first page diagram shown in fig. 2a may include not only an icon that reflects the processing efficiency of the whole of the week from monday to friday, but also the processing efficiency of the whole of the week. Further, when the first user needs to view a specific processing efficiency value of a certain day, the corresponding date can be clicked, and the corresponding processing efficiency is displayed in the first page. For example, as shown in fig. 2b, when the first user clicks on tuesday, the specific processing efficiency 92% is displayed below, and the number of received messages 4689 and the number of read messages 4313 are displayed. Wherein the processing efficiency shown in fig. 2b is a 12 hour reading rate.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, determining a classification result corresponding to the first user according to the processing efficiency set and the processing efficiency threshold; and displaying the classification result information on the first page. The classification result is used for indicating the degree of the message processing efficiency of the first user in a first preset duration, and the user can directly check the degree of the message processing efficiency of the user through the first page.
Specifically, for any first preset duration, determining a classification result corresponding to the first user as a first classification result in response to the processing efficiency corresponding to the first preset duration being greater than or equal to a first processing efficiency threshold. The first classification result indicates that the first user can timely process the received target type message.
And determining a classification result corresponding to the first user as a second classification in response to the processing efficiency corresponding to the first preset time length being smaller than the first processing efficiency threshold and greater than or equal to the second processing efficiency threshold. Wherein the second classification result indicates that the first user can process most of the target type session messages in time.
And determining the classification result corresponding to the first user as a third classification result in response to the processing efficiency corresponding to the first preset time length being smaller than the second processing efficiency threshold. Wherein the third classification result indicates that the first user needs to improve the efficiency of processing the target type message.
The first processing efficiency threshold is greater than the second processing efficiency threshold, and specific values of the first processing efficiency threshold and the second processing efficiency threshold can be determined according to actual application conditions. For example, if the first processing efficiency threshold is 90% and the second processing efficiency threshold is 80%, when the processing efficiency corresponding to the first preset duration is greater than or equal to 90%, the classification result corresponding to the first user is an efficiency pioneer; when the processing efficiency corresponding to the first preset duration is more than or equal to 80% and less than 90%, the classification result corresponding to the first user is taken as an introgression optimum; and when the processing efficiency corresponding to the first preset time length is less than 80%, the classification result corresponding to the first user is the first cottage.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be known that the processing efficiency corresponding to the statistical period may also be obtained through the foregoing disclosure, and then a classification result corresponding to the statistical period by the first user may be determined according to the processing efficiency corresponding to the statistical period and the processing efficiency threshold.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the above classification results are included in the first page, so that the first user may view, in the first page, the classification results corresponding to the statistical period and the classification results for each first preset duration. For example, as shown in fig. 2c, one statistical period is 5 days, and for each classification result corresponding to the processing efficiency of each day, the user can check through the first page. For example, the processing efficiency corresponding to the thursday is 92%, and the classification result is an efficiency pioneer.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first user may also share experience with itself in processing information efficiency to help other users improve information processing efficiency. Specifically, a sharing page is displayed in response to a triggering operation of a first user on a sharing component; and generating a user case according to the information recorded by the first user on the sharing page. For example, the first page may further include an interpretation information for the classification result and a component for sharing the use hearts, and the user may jump to the sharing page by triggering the sharing component, and the user may record the hearts of using the instant messaging software in the page, so as to help other users to improve the message processing efficiency.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processing efficiency of one or more statistical periods may also be displayed in the first page in units of statistical periods, or the processing efficiency corresponding to the selected period may be displayed in the first page according to the period selected by the user in support of the user selection. For example, supporting the user to switch time by taking the week as the dimension, and displaying the processing efficiency of the week in the first page when the user selects the week; and when the user selects the last week, displaying the processing efficiency of the last week in the first page. For example, as shown in fig. 2d, the data presentation area in the first page presents a processing efficiency of approximately two weeks.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, for a session with an unread message of a first user, an optimization measure for the session may also be determined according to the number of unread messages corresponding to the session and the interaction behavior of the first user in the session in a preset period of time; and displaying the optimization measure proposal information corresponding to the session on the first page. The optimization measures are used for guiding the first user to manage the session so as to improve the working efficiency.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, when the number of unread messages corresponding to a session is less than a third number and a first user has no interaction in the session in a third preset time period, determining that an optimization measure corresponding to the session is to start a no-disturbance mode; and determining that the optimization measure corresponding to the session is to be moved into the session box in response to the number of unread messages corresponding to the session being greater than the fourth number and the first user not interacting in the session within a fourth preset time period. The fourth number is greater than or equal to the third number, and the duration corresponding to the fourth preset time period is greater than or equal to the duration corresponding to the third time period.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, opening a session in a no-disturb mode refers to closing a session of message notification. The conversation box belongs to a kind of disturbance-free function, joins the conversation in the conversation box, is not displayed on the information flow page and no longer receives the message prompt.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a session that initiates the do-not-disturb mode may be received into the do-not-disturb group, and a user may view the session that initiates the do-not-disturb mode by triggering a control of the do-not-disturb group. The session box is the next-stage packet in the no-disturbance-rejection packet, that is, the user needs to trigger the control of the no-disturbance-rejection packet to check the session for opening the no-disturbance-rejection mode and the entrance of the session box, and needs to trigger the entrance of the session box further to see the session received into the session box.
For example, the third number and the fourth number are both 100, the third preset time period is 30 days, the fourth preset time period is 60 days, the number of unread messages in a certain session is less than 100, and the user has no interaction within 30 days in the session, the user is recommended to start the no-disturbance-rejection mode for the session; if the number of unread messages in a session is greater than 100 and the user has no interaction within 60 days of the session, the user is recommended to move the session into the session box. The interaction of the user in the session can include the user sending a message in the session, the user opening the session to browse unread messages, etc.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first page further includes a session and optimization measure suggestion information corresponding to the session, so that the first user can optimize the session based on the optimization measure suggestion information. Specifically, an optimization processing control corresponding to optimization measure proposal information is displayed in a first page; and responding to the triggering of the optimization processing control by the user, and executing corresponding optimization processing operation on the related session of the first user. For example, as shown in fig. 3a, an optimization suggestion region is included in the first page, in which optimization measure suggestion information for a part of the session can be displayed. As shown in fig. 3a, for a first group of items, there are 96 unread messages and the first user does not speak within 30 days, then the first user is advised to turn on the group without disturbance and the turn on of the no disturbance control is displayed; for the second hand digital transaction group, there are 999 unread messages and the first user cannot say within 60 days, the first user is advised to move the group into the session box and the move-into-session box control is displayed.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a first page is updated in response to a first user triggering an optimization process control, and the updated first page is obtained. The updated first page does not include optimization measure suggestion information corresponding to the optimization processing control. That is, when the first user receives the optimization suggestion for the session, the first page no longer displays the session.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the unread identification displayed in the client interface of the first user by the session is eliminated in response to performing a respective optimization processing operation on the respective session of the first user. That is, after the optimization process is performed on the corresponding session of the first user, the unread identifier corresponding to the session is no longer displayed.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first page may further include guidance information for guiding the first user to improve message processing efficiency. Wherein the guidance information may include one or more cards, each card including base information and a link. And responding to the triggering operation of the first user on the link, and jumping to the corresponding guide information detail page. Wherein the guide information detail page shows how to improve the information processing efficiency, so that the first user can know in detail the way to improve the information processing efficiency. Specifically, the guiding information may include information of one or more user cases, one card corresponds to one user case, the basic information may include a user identifier of the second user corresponding to the user case, and the user identifier may include an avatar, a nickname, and the like of the second user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a personal home page of a second user in a client is displayed in response to a triggering operation of the first user on a user identification of the second user in a card. When the first user adds the second user as a friend through the client, the personal homepage can comprise a message communication control; the personal home page may include an add control when the first user has not added the second user as a friend through the client. Or in the enterprise address book scene, the personal homepage directly comprises a message communication control, and the first user can start communication with the second user by triggering the message communication control to open the session.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, reply messages of different users to the guidance information may also be displayed on the first page. Specifically, each card can also include text added by the second user, when the first user views the text, the first user can reply to the text by a message, and also can browse messages replied by other users through the first page. Wherein the content of the reply includes an expression.
For example, the card schematic diagram shown in fig. 3b, the schematic diagram includes an avatar, a nickname, text of the second user and a link "view my usage mode" for viewing the usage mode of the second user, and the first user can view the specific usage mode of the second user using instant messaging software by clicking the link, so that the efficiency of processing the message by the first user is improved through learning.
The second user can share the method of improving the message processing efficiency through the client used by the second user. Specifically, in response to the sharing operation triggered by the second user, a sharing template may be displayed, and the second user may fill in the information to be shared in the sharing template. And responding to the operation of uploading the shared information triggered by the second user, and generating a shared case according to the information filled in the shared template so as to display the shared case in the guide information.
It should be noted that, not only the guiding information may be added to the first page, but also guiding information may be added to other pages, and the guiding information added to other pages may guide the user to improve the message processing efficiency, and may guide the user to perform other operations, which is not limited herein.
By the method, users in enterprises/organizations can share the method and experience for improving the efficiency, so that the work efficiency of the organizations is improved.

one way is to send a view message to a client of a first user, the view message being for guiding the first user to view a first page; and responding to the triggering operation of the first user on the message viewing, and displaying the first page to the first user. In particular, the processing device may send a view message to the client of the first user at regular intervals, for example 9 a.m. every monday, for demonstrating the processing efficiency of monday through friday. After the first user receives the view message, the first user may click on the view message to display the first page. Or after the first user clicks the view message, displaying a second page, and displaying basic information and a view link in the second page, wherein the view link is used for jumping to the first page. The basic information may include a calculation mode of the processing efficiency, a graph of a change of the processing efficiency in a last statistical period, and the like.
When pushing the viewing message to the user, a pushing rule can be preset, for example, the viewing message is pushed to the user in a batch pushing and gradual metering mode according to 30%, 60% and 100% rhythms. For example, if 1000 users coexist, the first group pushes view messages to 30% of the users, the second group pushes view messages to 60% of the users, and the third group pushes view messages to all the users. Further, during pushing, 3 kinds of classification results are pushed to the user according to a preset classification proportion, for example, 3 kinds of classification results are pushed according to a proportion of 8:1:1, namely, 80% of the pushed users are "first-go Mao Lu", 10% of the pushed users are "efficiency pioneer", and 10% of the pushed users are "fade-in Canon".
In another way, a component for viewing the first page, namely a view processing efficiency component, is added to a personal homepage of a corresponding client of the first user, and the first page is displayed to the first user in response to the triggering operation of the first user on the view processing efficiency component. Namely, by adding the view processing efficiency component in the personal homepage of the first user, the first user can quickly view the first page, and the convenience of the user is improved.

The first user is guided to view the first page in a mode of displaying the first control at a preset position of the information flow display area in the client interface corresponding to the first user. The number of messages received and processed message processing in the third preset duration may also be displayed in the associated position of the first control, where the messages may include all types of messages received by the first user in the third preset duration, or may be target types of messages received by the first user in the third preset duration.
For example, the information flow display area 300 of the client interface shown in FIG. 3c, first control 301, processed message processing 532, and the number of messages received 582 are displayed at a top position of the information flow display area 300. When the first user clicks on first control 301, first page 400 is presented to the first user. In this first page 400, data about the first user's processed information may be displayed, as well as various details of viewing through the "expand more" control.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned manner of viewing the first page is not only used for viewing the first page, but also used for viewing other pages, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
For ease of understanding the content included in the first page, reference is made to fig. 3d, which is a general schematic diagram of the first page, in which a plurality of display areas are included, different display areas displaying different content. If the first display area displays the processing efficiency of monday to friday every day and the classification result corresponding to the processing efficiency; the second display area is used for displaying the processing efficiency change trend of nearly two weeks; the third display area is used for displaying the guiding backrest; the fourth display area is used for displaying optimization suggestions. In addition, the first page may further include a subscription component 302 and a sharing component 303, where the subscription component 302 is configured to subscribe or unsubscribe from a function of periodically sending a viewing message, and the sharing component 303 may define the function of the component according to actual requirements, and one is to share the first page to other users through the sharing component 303; alternatively, the sharing component 303 shares the function of viewing the first page with other users, and the other users view their own first page through the sharing link.
When the first user processes the received message, the processing efficiency set corresponding to the first user processing the target type message in the statistical period is obtained in response to the processing operation of the first user. The set of processing efficiencies includes one or more processing efficiencies, each of the one or more processing efficiencies indicating a processing efficiency of the first user to process the target type message for a first predetermined duration. The statistical period includes one or more first preset durations. And generating a first page after the processing efficiency set corresponding to one statistical period is acquired, so that the processing efficiency is displayed for the first user through the first page, the first user can intuitively perceive the efficiency of processing the message, and the user experience is improved.
