User account information refers to account related information that individuals register and use in various online platforms or services, which are used to identify and manage the identity and rights of users, as well as to provide personalized services including, but not limited to, user names, passwords, cell phone numbers, and the like.
Specifically, when the first identity verification passes, the mobile terminal 101 sends a login request including user account information of a user, service identification information of a target service, and identification information of an automatic teller machine to a server, and the server sends the user account information and the service identification information to the automatic teller machine according to the login request; the ATM is used for carrying out second identity authentication on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and providing the user with the transacting service of the target service under the condition that the second identity authentication passes.
In the identity authentication method based on the automatic teller machine, the user interaction interface is displayed, and the target service is determined in a plurality of service options displayed in the user interaction interface in response to a to-be-handled service selection instruction of the user; collecting the graphic code of the automatic teller machine through a graphic code collecting inlet in the user interaction interface; obtaining identification information of the automatic teller machine according to the graphic code; collecting biological characteristic information of a user, and verifying the biological characteristic information; under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body, carrying out first identity verification on the user based on the identity identification information of the user and the transaction type of the target service; under the condition that the first identity verification is passed, a login request containing user account information of a user, service identification information of a target service and identification information of an automatic teller machine is sent to a server, and the server sends the user account information and the service identification information to the automatic teller machine according to the login request; the ATM is used for carrying out second identity authentication on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and providing the user with the transacting service of the target service under the condition that the second identity authentication passes.
The beneficial effects are as follows: according to the technical scheme, physical equipment upgrading and reconstruction of a traditional automatic teller machine are not needed, target business to be transacted can be selected in a user interaction interface only by utilizing a personal smart phone of a user, and graphic codes of the automatic teller machine are collected and real-time biological characteristic information verification such as face recognition and fingerprint recognition is carried out, so that the user is prevented from carrying out low-efficiency and complicated business selection operation on the automatic teller machine, and meanwhile, quick identification and authentication of user identity information are realized; thereby the technical effects that can be achieved include: the safety of user identity authentication is improved, and the safety risk is reduced; the operation of the service selection and identity authentication mode is convenient, and the authentication speed and efficiency are improved; only the software of the ATM is required to be upgraded, so that the use experience of a user is effectively improved, and the upgrading cost of the ATM is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in the step S203, the collecting the biometric information of the user specifically includes the following steps:
in step S301, in response to a biometric information collection entry selection instruction of the user, a target biometric information collection entry is determined among a plurality of biometric information collection entries.
Step S302, information to be detected, which is input by a user in a target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, is acquired.
Step S303, when the information to be detected meets the information limiting condition corresponding to the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, the information to be detected is confirmed to be the biological characteristic information of the user.
The biological characteristic information acquisition inlet comprises, but is not limited to, a fingerprint information acquisition inlet, a face information acquisition inlet, a palm print information acquisition inlet and the like.
The information constraint conditions may be a time constraint condition, a brightness constraint condition, an angle constraint condition, and the like.
Specifically, the mobile terminal 101 determines a target biometric information acquisition portal among a plurality of biometric information acquisition portals in response to a biometric information acquisition portal selection instruction of a user; collecting information to be detected input by a user in a target biological characteristic information collecting inlet; and when the information to be detected meets the information limiting conditions corresponding to the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, confirming the information to be detected as the biological characteristic information of the user.
For example, the mobile terminal 101 determines, among the plurality of biometric information collection portals, that the target biometric information collection portal is a face information collection portal in response to a biometric information collection portal selection instruction of the user; collecting face information of a user; and when the acquired face information meets the corresponding information limiting conditions, confirming the face information as the biological characteristic information of the user.
In the embodiment, the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet is determined in a plurality of biological characteristic information acquisition inlets; collecting information to be detected input by a user in a target biological characteristic information collecting inlet; when the information to be detected meets the information limiting conditions corresponding to the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, confirming the information to be detected as biological characteristic information of the user; therefore, a proper biological characteristic information acquisition inlet can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation of a user to input biological characteristic information, and screening is carried out through information limiting conditions, so that the accuracy and the legality of the biological characteristic information are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after verifying the biometric information, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S401, in the case that the biometric information verification result indicates that the user is a non-living body, the physiological characteristic state of the user is determined.
Step S402, based on the physiological characteristic state, generating and outputting first prompt information to prompt a user to adjust the physiological characteristic state, so as to obtain an adjusted physiological characteristic state.
Step S403, based on the adjusted physiological characteristic state, verifying the biological characteristic information of the user to obtain an updated biological characteristic information verification result.
Step S404, in the case where the updated biometric information verification result indicates that the user is a living body, the subsequent steps are continued to be performed.
Step S405, in the case where the updated biometric information verification result characterizes the user as a non-living body, generates and outputs verification failure information.
Among other physiological characteristic states include, but are not limited to, facial expression states, eye and vision states, and the like.
Specifically, the mobile terminal 101 determines the physiological characteristic state of the user in the case where the biometric information verification result characterizes the user as a non-living body; generating and outputting first prompt information based on the physiological characteristic state to prompt a user to adjust the physiological characteristic state to obtain an adjusted physiological characteristic state; re-verifying the biological characteristic information of the user based on the adjusted physiological characteristic state to obtain an updated biological characteristic information verification result; continuing to execute the subsequent steps when the updated biometric information verification result characterizes the user as a living body; and generating and outputting verification failure information under the condition that the updated biometric information verification result represents that the user is a non-living body.
In the embodiment, the adjusted physiological characteristic state is obtained by generating and outputting the first prompt information, and the biological characteristic information of the user is verified for the second time to obtain an updated biological characteristic information verification result; therefore, a re-verification function is provided for the user, and convenience and practicability of the scheme are improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps: under the condition that any one of the biological characteristic information, the first identity authentication and the second identity authentication fails, updating the accumulated times of authentication failure of the account of the user in a preset time window; and under the condition that the accumulated times of verification failure exceeds a time threshold, canceling the account login permission of the account in a preset time window.
The account login authority refers to operation and access authority possessed by a user when the user uses an account, and the authority is usually set and distributed by an account manager or a system manager to ensure that the user can only perform the operation required by the user and protect the security of the account and the system.
Specifically, the mobile terminal 101 updates the accumulated number of verification failures of the account of the user within the preset time window under the condition that any one of the biometric information, the first authentication and the second authentication fails; and under the condition that the accumulated times of verification failure exceeds a time threshold, canceling the account login permission of the account in a preset time window.
In the embodiment, under the condition that the accumulated times of verification failure exceeds a time threshold, canceling account login permission of an account in a preset time window; therefore, the abnormal login condition of the user can be effectively identified, and the safety of user identity authentication is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the application further provides an identity authentication method based on an automatic teller machine, which is described by taking the application of the method to the automatic teller machine 102 in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step S501, displaying a graphic code; the graphic code carries identification information of the automatic teller machine.
Step S502, receiving user account information and service identification information sent by a server; the user account information and the service identification information are sent by the server according to the login request of the mobile terminal; the login request comprises user account information of a user, service identification information of a target service and identification information of an automatic teller machine; the login request is sent by the mobile terminal under the condition that the first identity verification of the user is passed; the first identity verification is carried out on the user based on the identity information of the user and the transaction type of the target service option under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body; the target business is determined in a plurality of business options displayed in a user interaction interface; the user interaction interface is displayed by the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal obtains the identification information through the graphic code collected by the graphic code collection inlet in the user interaction interface.
Step S503, according to the user account information and the service identification information, the second authentication is performed to the user, and under the condition that the second authentication is passed, the target service handling service is provided for the user.
Specifically, automated teller machine 102 displays a graphical code; the graphic code carries identification information of the automatic teller machine. The ATM 102 receives user account information and service identification information sent by the server 103; the user account information and the service identification information are sent by the server 103 according to the login request of the mobile terminal 101; the login request includes user account information of the user, service identification information of the target service, and identification information of the automatic teller machine 102; the login request is sent by the mobile terminal 101 in case the first authentication of the user is passed; the first identity verification is carried out on the user based on the identity information of the user and the transaction type of the target service option under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body; the target business is determined in a plurality of business options displayed in a user interaction interface; the user interaction interface is displayed by the mobile terminal 101; the mobile terminal 101 obtains the identification information through the graphic code collected by the graphic code collection inlet in the user interaction interface. The atm 102 performs a second authentication of the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and provides a transaction service of the target service for the user if the second authentication passes.
In the embodiment, the target service to be transacted can be selected in the user interaction interface only by utilizing the personal smart phone of the user, the graphic code of the automatic teller machine is collected and real-time biological characteristic information verification such as face recognition, fingerprint recognition and the like is carried out, so that the user is prevented from carrying out low-efficiency and complicated service selection operation on the automatic teller machine, and meanwhile, the quick identification and authentication of the user identity information are realized; thereby increasing the safety of user identity authentication and reducing the safety risk; the operation of the service selection and identity authentication mode is convenient, and the authentication speed and efficiency are improved; only the software of the ATM is required to be upgraded, so that the use experience of a user is effectively improved, and the upgrading cost of the ATM is reduced.
In one embodiment, the second authentication is performed on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and specifically includes the following steps: inquiring whether the user has the operation authority of the target service or not according to the user account information and the service identification information; and under the condition that the user has the operation authority of the target service, confirming that the second identity verification passes.
Wherein, the operation authority refers to the range of various functions and operations that can be used by a user in one system or application; different systems or applications may set different operating rights depending on the identity and role of the user.
Specifically, the atm 102 queries whether the user has the operation authority of the target service according to the user account information and the service identification information; and under the condition that the user has the operation authority of the target service, confirming that the second identity verification passes.
In the embodiment, whether the user has the operation authority of the target service or not is inquired according to the user account information and the service identification information; therefore, the safety and reliability of user identity authentication are further improved through verifying the operation authority of the two indexes of the user account information and the service identification information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method further comprises the following steps:
step S601, when the second identity verification is passed, the operation information of the current target business transaction is recorded.
Step S602, matching target information items in the information base according to the user account information.
Step S603, inputting the operation information into the target information item in the information base.
The operation information may be related information generated when various operations are performed on the automatic teller machine, such as balance inquiry, deposit and withdrawal.
The information item generally refers to short information units which are arranged according to a certain rule in a certain book, document, database or encyclopedia, and the like, and is similar to a title or a section.
Specifically, the atm 102 records the operation information of the current target service transaction when the second authentication passes; matching target information items in the information base according to the user account information; and inputting operation information into target information items in the information base.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the second identity verification passes, the operation information of the current target service transaction is recorded, and the operation information is input into a target information item in the information base; therefore, the user account information of each user is taken as a division identifier, and the operation information table of each time of the user is orderly recorded into the information base by rules, so that the efficient storage and utilization of the operation information are facilitated.
In order to more clearly clarify the authentication method based on the automatic teller machine provided in the embodiment of the present application, a specific embodiment is described below specifically. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, another identity authentication method based on an automatic teller machine is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 1: and the user selects a target service to be transacted in a user interaction interface displayed by the mobile terminal, and then the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code of the automatic teller machine to acquire the information of the automatic teller machine.
Step 2: the user carries out living body detection through the mobile terminal, and then carries out identity verification under the condition that the living body detection passes.
Step 3: and sending a login request to the server through the mobile terminal under the condition that the identity verification is passed.
Step 4: and the server returns the personal information and the service identification information of the user to the ATM according to the login request so as to carry out secondary identity authentication on the user by the ATM.
Step 5: under the condition that the secondary identity verification passes, the ATM provides the user with the transaction service of the target service, and the user can perform related transaction operation.
The beneficial effects brought by the embodiment are as follows:
1) The safety is high: the personal mobile phone banking application program and the face recognition are used for carrying out identity authentication, so that the safety of user information is ensured.
2) The operation is convenient: identity authentication is performed through face recognition equipment on the smart phone, and the business to be transacted can be directly selected on the smart phone.
3) The cost is low: the ATM only needs software upgrade (remote upgrade can save the cost of manual maintenance).
4) Time is saved: the scheme can rapidly complete the authentication process, and saves the time of the user.
5) The application range is wide: the scheme is suitable for various self-service terminal equipment and can be applied to places such as banks, markets and the like.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an identity authentication device based on the automatic teller machine, which is used for realizing the identity authentication method based on the automatic teller machine. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in the embodiment of the identity authentication device based on an automatic teller machine provided below may be referred to the limitation of the identity authentication method based on an automatic teller machine hereinabove, and will not be repeated here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided an identity authentication device based on an automatic teller machine, which is applied to a mobile terminal, and includes:
the service determining module 801 is configured to display a user interaction interface, and determine a target service from a plurality of service options displayed in the user interaction interface in response to a to-be-handled service selection instruction of a user; the graphic code acquisition module is used for acquiring the graphic code of the automatic teller machine through a graphic code acquisition inlet in the user interaction interface;
a graphic code identification module 802, configured to obtain identification information of the automatic teller machine according to the graphic code;
the information verification module 803 is configured to collect biometric information of a user, and verify the biometric information;
a first verification module 804, configured to perform a first identity verification on the user based on the identity information of the user and the transaction type of the target service when the biometric information verification result indicates that the user is a living body;
a request sending module 805, configured to send a login request including user account information of a user, service identification information of a target service, and identification information of an automatic teller machine to a server, where the first identity verification is passed, and the server sends the user account information and the service identification information to the automatic teller machine according to the login request; the ATM is used for carrying out second identity authentication on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and providing the user with the transacting service of the target service under the condition that the second identity authentication passes.
In one embodiment, the information verification module 803 is further configured to determine a target biometric information acquisition portal from the plurality of biometric information acquisition portals in response to a biometric information acquisition portal selection instruction of the user; collecting information to be detected input by a user in a target biological characteristic information collecting inlet; and when the information to be detected meets the information limiting conditions corresponding to the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, confirming the information to be detected as the biological characteristic information of the user.
In one embodiment, the identity authentication device based on the automatic teller machine further comprises a re-verification module, which is used for determining the physiological characteristic state of the user when the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is non-living; generating and outputting first prompt information based on the physiological characteristic state to prompt a user to adjust the physiological characteristic state to obtain an adjusted physiological characteristic state; verifying the biological characteristic information of the user based on the adjusted physiological characteristic state to obtain an updated biological characteristic information verification result; continuing to execute the subsequent steps when the updated biometric information verification result characterizes the user as a living body; and generating and outputting verification failure information under the condition that the updated biometric information verification result represents that the user is a non-living body.
In one embodiment, the authentication device based on the automatic teller machine further comprises a right management module, which is used for updating the accumulated times of verification failure of the account of the user in a preset time window under the condition that any one of the biometric information, the first authentication and the second authentication fails; and under the condition that the accumulated times of verification failure exceeds a time threshold, canceling the account login permission of the account in a preset time window.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is further provided an identity authentication device based on an automatic teller machine, which is applied to the automatic teller machine, and includes:
the graphic code display module 901 is used for displaying graphic codes; the graphic code carries identification information of the automatic teller machine;
an information receiving module 902, configured to receive user account information and service identification information sent by a server; the user account information and the service identification information are sent by the server according to the login request of the mobile terminal; the login request comprises user account information of a user, service identification information of a target service and identification information of an automatic teller machine; the login request is sent by the mobile terminal under the condition that the first identity verification of the user is passed; the first identity verification is carried out on the user based on the identity information of the user and the transaction type of the target service option under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body; the target business is determined in a plurality of business options displayed in a user interaction interface; the user interaction interface is displayed by the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal acquires the identification information through the graphic code acquired by the graphic code acquisition inlet in the user interaction interface;
The second verification module 903 is configured to perform a second authentication on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and provide a target service for the user when the second authentication passes.
In one embodiment, the second verification module 903 is further configured to query whether the user has the operation authority of the target service according to the user account information and the service identification information; and under the condition that the user has the operation authority of the target service, confirming that the second identity verification passes.
In one embodiment, the identity authentication device based on the automatic teller machine further comprises an information recording module, which is used for recording the operation information of the target business transaction when the second identity verification is passed; matching target information items in the information base according to the user account information; and inputting operation information into target information items in the information base.
The modules in the identity authentication device based on the automatic teller machine can be all or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a mobile terminal or an automatic teller machine, and the internal structure of the computer device may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program, when executed by the processor, implements an automated teller machine-based identity authentication method. The display unit of the computer device is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.

Claims (17)

1. An identity authentication method based on an automatic teller machine, which is characterized in that the method is applied to a mobile terminal, and comprises the following steps:
displaying a user interaction interface, and determining a target service in a plurality of service options displayed in the user interaction interface in response to a to-be-handled service selection instruction of a user;
collecting the graphic code of the automatic teller machine through a graphic code collecting inlet in the user interaction interface;
Obtaining identification information of the automatic teller machine according to the graphic code;
collecting biological characteristic information of the user, and verifying the biological characteristic information;
under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body, carrying out first identity verification on the user based on the identity identification information of the user and the transaction type of the target service;
when the first identity verification is passed, a login request containing user account information of the user, service identification information of the target service and identification information of the automatic teller machine is sent to a server, and the server sends the user account information and the service identification information to the automatic teller machine according to the login request; the ATM is used for carrying out second identity verification on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and providing the user with the service of handling the target service under the condition that the second identity verification is passed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the collecting biometric information of the user comprises:
Determining a target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet in a plurality of biological characteristic information acquisition inlets in response to a biological characteristic information acquisition inlet selection instruction of the user;
collecting information to be detected input by the user in the target biological characteristic information collecting inlet;
and when the information to be detected meets the information limiting condition corresponding to the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, confirming the information to be detected as the biological characteristic information of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after verifying the biometric information:
determining a physiological characteristic state of the user under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is non-living;
generating and outputting first prompt information based on the physiological characteristic state to prompt the user to adjust the physiological characteristic state to obtain an adjusted physiological characteristic state;
verifying the biological characteristic information of the user based on the adjusted physiological characteristic state to obtain an updated biological characteristic information verification result;
continuing to execute subsequent steps when the updated biometric information verification result characterizes the user as a living body;
And generating and outputting verification failure information under the condition that the updated biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is non-living body.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
updating the accumulated times of verification failure of the account of the user in a preset time window under the condition that any one of the biometric information, the first identity verification and the second identity verification fails;
and under the condition that the accumulated times of verification failure exceeds a time threshold, canceling the account login permission of the account in the preset time window.
5. An identity authentication method based on an automatic teller machine, which is characterized in that the method is applied to the automatic teller machine and comprises the following steps:
displaying the graphic code; the graphic code carries identification information of an automatic teller machine;

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
recording operation information of the target business transaction under the condition that the second identity verification passes;
matching target information items in an information base according to the user account information;
and inputting the operation information into a target information item in the information base.
8. An identity authentication device based on an automatic teller machine, which is applied to a mobile terminal, the device comprising:
The service determining module is used for displaying a user interaction interface and responding to a to-be-handled service selection instruction of a user to determine a target service in a plurality of service options displayed in the user interaction interface; the graphic code acquisition module is used for acquiring the graphic code of the automatic teller machine through a graphic code acquisition inlet in the user interaction interface;
the graphic code identification module is used for obtaining the identification information of the automatic teller machine according to the graphic code;
the information verification module is used for collecting the biological characteristic information of the user and verifying the biological characteristic information;
the first verification module is used for carrying out first identity verification on the user based on the identity information of the user and the transaction type of the target service under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body;
a request sending module, configured to send a login request including user account information of the user, service identification information of the target service, and identification information of the automatic teller machine to a server, where the first identity verification is passed, and the server sends the user account information and the service identification information to the automatic teller machine according to the login request; the ATM is used for carrying out second identity verification on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and providing the user with the service of handling the target service under the condition that the second identity verification is passed.

The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the information verification module is further configured to determine a target biometric information acquisition portal from a plurality of biometric information acquisition portals in response to the biometric information acquisition portal selection instruction of the user; collecting information to be detected input by the user in the target biological characteristic information collecting inlet; and when the information to be detected meets the information limiting condition corresponding to the target biological characteristic information acquisition inlet, confirming the information to be detected as the biological characteristic information of the user.

The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a re-authentication module for determining a physiological characteristic state of the user if the biometric information authentication result characterizes the user as non-living; generating and outputting first prompt information based on the physiological characteristic state to prompt the user to adjust the physiological characteristic state to obtain an adjusted physiological characteristic state; verifying the biological characteristic information of the user based on the adjusted physiological characteristic state to obtain an updated biological characteristic information verification result; continuing to execute subsequent steps when the updated biometric information verification result characterizes the user as a living body; and generating and outputting verification failure information under the condition that the updated biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is non-living body.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 8 to 10, further comprising a rights management module for updating a cumulative number of authentication failures of the user's account within a preset time window in case any one of the biometric information, the first authentication and the second authentication fails; and under the condition that the accumulated times of verification failure exceeds a time threshold, canceling the account login permission of the account in the preset time window.
12. An identity authentication device based on an automatic teller machine, which is applied to the automatic teller machine, and comprises:
the graphic code display module is used for displaying graphic codes; the graphic code carries identification information of an automatic teller machine;
the information receiving module is used for receiving user account information and service identification information sent by the server; the user account information and the service identification information are sent by the server according to a login request of the mobile terminal; the login request comprises user account information of a user, service identification information of a target service and identification information of the automatic teller machine; the login request is sent by the mobile terminal under the condition that the first identity verification of the user is passed; the first identity verification is performed on the user based on the identity information of the user and the transaction type of the target service option under the condition that the biological characteristic information verification result represents that the user is a living body; the target service is determined in a plurality of service options displayed in a user interaction interface; the user interaction interface is displayed by the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal obtains the identification information through the graphic code collected by the graphic code collection inlet in the user interaction interface;
And the second verification module is used for carrying out second identity verification on the user according to the user account information and the service identification information, and providing the user with the service of handling the target service under the condition that the second identity verification passes.

The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the second verification module is further configured to query whether the user has the operation authority of the target service according to the user account information and service identification information; and under the condition that the user has the operation authority of the target service, confirming that the second identity verification passes.

The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising an information recording module configured to record operation information of the current target business transaction if the second authentication passes; matching target information items in an information base according to the user account information; and inputting the operation information into a target information item in the information base.
15. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 or of claims 5 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
