As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the steps of performing image acquisition on the display on the driving belt 2 according to a preset time step to obtain a real-time acquired image, performing picture area identification on the real-time acquired image, and constructing a picture sequence to be identified specifically include:
s301, image acquisition is carried out according to a preset time step, the acquired real-time acquisition images are stored according to a time sequence, and the time interval for image acquisition is smaller than the time interval for image switching of the product test images.
In this step, image acquisition is performed according to a preset time step, so as to ensure that images can be acquired in time after the product test image is switched, so that the time interval for image acquisition is smaller than the time interval for image switching of the product test image, and then at least one group of real-time acquired images can be acquired within the time for displaying the product test image.
S302, performing picture segmentation on the real-time acquired image, dividing the real-time acquired image into a plurality of picture areas, identifying equipment marks, and determining the corresponding relation between the equipment marks and the picture areas and the display.
In this step, the real-time collected image is subjected to image segmentation, specifically, the real-time collected image is subjected to binarization processing and hough transformation, through the processing procedure, the real-time collected image can be converted into a line drawing, so that the position of the display image can be rapidly identified, after positioning is completed, the original real-time collected image can be cut according to the position of the display to obtain an image area, and the set device mark on the driving belt 2 is synchronously identified, so that the corresponding relationship between the display and the wireless control device 5 can be determined according to the device mark, and the corresponding relationship between the real-time collected image and the display can be determined.
S303, the picture areas corresponding to the same display are stored together according to the acquisition sequence, and a picture sequence to be identified is constructed for each display.
In the step, the picture areas corresponding to the same display are stored together according to the acquisition sequence, and when the picture areas are stored, the picture areas are stored according to the time sequence, so that a series of pictures to be identified, namely a picture sequence to be identified, are obtained.

s401, carrying out color information identification on each pixel in the picture to be identified, classifying each pixel according to the color information, and determining the number of pixels corresponding to each color information.
In this step, color information identification is performed on each pixel in the frame to be identified, where the color information may be RGB color information, and then, when counting, the RGB color information corresponding to each pixel is counted, and the pixels belonging to the same color information range are classified into one type, if the RGB color of a certain pixel is R, G, B, then, the pixels in r±0.05R, g±0.05G, b±0.05B can be classified into the pixels corresponding to the same color information, and then, the number of pixels in the color information corresponding range is counted; in order to reduce the processing amount of data, binarization processing can be performed on the picture to be identified, so that color information is represented by gray values, and the gray value of a certain pixel is P, so that pixels in the gray value range of P+/-0.05P are classified into one type, and the number of pixels corresponding to different color information is determined.
S402, determining color information corresponding to abnormal pixels according to the number of pixels corresponding to the color information, and determining coordinates of the abnormal pixels.
In this step, color information corresponding to abnormal pixels is determined according to the number of pixels corresponding to the color information, and the types of the color information are counted, for example, five kinds of color information are present in total, and are distributed according to a distribution interval from left to right of the display, so that when a uniform picture is displayed on the display, the picture is considered to have picture change, global abnormality is considered to exist, the positions of the abnormal pixels do not need to be marked, when the color information contains two kinds, the number of pixels corresponding to one kind of color information is 99%, the pixels corresponding to the other kind of color information are abnormal pixels, namely pixels corresponding to bad points, and coordinates of the pixels are recorded.
S403, determining a background color based on the color information of the abnormal pixels, generating a position abnormal mark image based on the background color, marking the abnormal pixels through a preset pattern, and storing the position abnormal mark image.
In the step, a background color is determined based on color information of abnormal pixels, if a certain color is displayed, the color is taken as the background color at the most of the obtained dead pixels, specifically, if a product test image comprises three groups of pure color images such as red, green and blue, wherein the red image corresponds to three dead pixels, the green image corresponds to four dead pixels, the blue image corresponds to five dead pixels, if the dead pixels do not coincide, different dead pixels adopt corresponding colors, the dead pixels are obtained by recognition when the red image is identified, when a position abnormal mark image is determined, the red background color is displayed at a corresponding position, and similarly, the dead pixels detected by the different color images are displayed at the corresponding position, and the color of a blank area can be randomly filled by marking and reinforcing by a preset image; if the same dead pixel is identified under different colors, if the dead pixel can be identified under red and green backgrounds, the position abnormal mark image can be determined by adopting red or green background colors, and stored, and when rechecking is needed, the position of the dead pixel can be determined through the position abnormal mark image.
