FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented. One or more content providers can use the impression and bid management system 150 to manage content to be on the content impression platform 110. One or more terminal devices 130-1, 130-2, 130-3, etc. (collectively or individually referred to as terminal devices 130 for ease of discussion) are associated with content delivery platform 110 and may access various types of content provided on content delivery platform 110, for example, based on respective users 132-1, 132-2, 132-3, etc. (collectively or individually referred to as users 132 for ease of discussion). By way of example, the content delivery platform 110 may be an application, a website, a web page, and other accessible platforms. The terminal device 130 may be installed with an application for accessing the content delivery platform 110 or may access the content delivery platform 110 in a suitable manner.
The content delivery platform 110 may be configured to deliver one or more specific recommended content items (e.g., provided or presented at the terminal device 130) associated with one or more services to a community of users based on respective policies. The recommended content items to be delivered may include, for example, one or more recommended content items 122-1, 122-2, … … 122-M (collectively or individually referred to as recommended content items 122 for ease of discussion) in the content database 120.
In this context, services may include, for example, various recommendable objects, examples of which may include applications, physical goods/services, virtual goods/services, digital content/physical content, and so forth. Herein, "recommended content item" refers to content presented for recommending a corresponding service. Examples of recommended content items may include advertisements. In this context, a user population may include one or more user members, such as user 132. A user member may be any potential consumer of a service, such as a user, group, organization, entity, or the like.
In some embodiments, the content delivery platform 110 may distribute the corresponding recommended content items 122 to the users 130 based on the service provider's request. In the context of advertising, a service provider is sometimes referred to as an advertiser. In some embodiments, recommended content items for presentation to a particular terminal device 130 in a content presentation opportunity (e.g., at a particular time and a particular location) of the content delivery platform 110 may be selected based on the bid results. For example, a bid (bid) from a service provider may be received and a content presentation opportunity assigned to the highest bidder, which means that the corresponding recommended content item may be successfully delivered in a competitive delivery. Bid (bid) may refer to the cost spent competing for delivering a recommended content item in a content presentation opportunity.
In some embodiments, the service provider may also pay the provider of the content delivery platform 110 based on the presentation of the recommended content item, subsequent conversions, and the like. The recommendation transformation component 140 is configured to collect the transformation results of the user 132 on the recommended content items. The conversion results for the recommended content item may include viewing, clicking, downloading, paying, joining shopping carts, etc. of the recommended content item, with the specific conversion behavior being related to the recommended service as well as to the service provider.
In some embodiments, the recommended content item 122 may be related to a form that is capable of gathering information. Such recommended content items are sometimes also referred to as form advertisements. Thus, by presenting the forms, form information collection may be performed within the platform. Form advertisements may be used to invite users to subscribe to services, provide service valuations, listen to follow-up service introductions, receive information from service providers, and so forth. Form submission, i.e., information collected through a form, may also be determined by the recommendation transformation component 140 as a transformation result of a recommended content item.
In the environment 100, the impression and bid management system 150 can be configured to impression recommended content items related to forms. In some embodiments, form information collected through the posted forms may be stored. The impression and bid management system 150 can provide the collected form information to the information consumers based on information requests from the information consumers 152-1, 152-2, 152-3, etc. (collectively or individually referred to as "information consumers"). In some embodiments, the information demander 152 may also include a service provider requesting to deliver the recommended content item, or may be another information demander.
In environment 100, terminal device 130 may be any type of mobile terminal, fixed terminal, or portable terminal, including a mobile handset, desktop computer, laptop computer, notebook computer, netbook computer, tablet computer, media computer, multimedia tablet, personal Communication System (PCS) device, personal navigation device, personal Digital Assistant (PDA), audio/video player, digital camera/camcorder, positioning device, television receiver, radio broadcast receiver, electronic book device, game device, or any combination of the preceding, including accessories and peripherals for these devices, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, terminal device 130 is also capable of supporting any type of interface to the user (such as "wearable" circuitry, etc.).
In environment 100, content delivery platform 110, recommendation conversion component 140, and/or delivery and bid management system 150 may be, for example, various types of computing systems/servers capable of providing computing capabilities, including, but not limited to, mainframes, edge computing nodes, computing devices in a cloud environment, and the like. Although shown separately, one or more of the content delivery platform 110, the recommendation conversion component 140, and/or the delivery and bid management system 150 may be combined.
It should be understood that the components and arrangements in the environment shown in fig. 1 are only examples, and that a computing system suitable for implementing the example embodiments described in this disclosure may include one or more different components, other components, and/or different arrangements.
In conventional online content delivery modes, the service provider or information demander typically only converts the results (e.g., one form information acquisition, one download, one purchase) bid. Thus, conventional content delivery platforms are often limited in how to promote conversion of the delivered recommended content items. However, in a recommended scenario with the collection of form information as a conversion target, this may cause a problem.
Users do not agree to provide to the degree of form information, which value is differentiated. For example, for decoration service, A ' is only to solve decoration skill, actual decoration is half a year later, B ' is basically provided with decoration knowledge, the reserved is only to obtain service content, C ' is deeply compared, and form information under the three intentions of immediate decoration is very different in value. The current information-demanding parties bid on these types of form information in substantially the same way, resulting in the inability to obtain differentiated information offerings. Further, since differentiated bidding is not performed on the intent level, the content delivery platform in turn has no incentive to identify the intent of the user and promote the intent of the user for the service. In the long past, the recommendation accuracy and reliability of a user to platform services are doubted, and the user experience is poor.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an optimized information processing scheme is provided. According to the scheme, on the server side, the intention degree of a target object to a target service is determined; determining a quality score of the acquired form information related to the target object based on the determined degree of intent; determining an information demander matched with the quality score; and providing the form information to the information demander. Therefore, differentiated information supply based on the intention degree can be realized, and the efficiency of the service provider is improved, the platform delivery income is improved, the user satisfaction is improved and the like are realized.
Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continued reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flow chart of a process 200 for information processing according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The process 200 may be implemented, for example, at a server, such as at the content delivery platform 110, the recommendation conversion component 140, and the delivery and bid management system 150. The content delivery platform 110 receives the management instructions of the delivery and bid management system 150, and the content delivery platform 110 interacts with the terminal device 130 and instructs the terminal device 130 to present the corresponding information. The recommended transformation component 140 is configured to determine a transformation result for the user. It should be noted that although in some embodiments certain operations are described from the perspective of each of the content delivery platform 110, the recommendation conversion component 140, and the delivery and bid management system 150, these operations may be implemented by other platforms/components/systems.
At block 210, the impression and bid management system 150 determines the extent of intent of the target object for the target service. Herein, a target object refers to an object potentially interested in a target service. Such objects may be users, groups of users, organizations, any entity, etc. In some embodiments below, a target object is illustrated as user 132.
In some embodiments, on the server side, recommended content items related to the target service may be delivered to the target object. Intent information may be collected from the target object based on the delivery of the recommended content item, and the degree of intent may be determined based on the collected intent information. The recommended content item may be, for example, an advertisement for a target service for recommending the service to the target object.
In some embodiments, the content delivery platform 110 may determine a content presentation opportunity and recommended content items to be delivered in the content presentation opportunity and instruct the terminal device 130 corresponding to the content presentation opportunity to present the recommended content items to the user 132. In some embodiments, the terminal device 130 may determine a content presentation opportunity to deliver the recommended content item in response to an instruction of the content delivery platform 110 and present the recommended content item in the corresponding content presentation opportunity. Content presentation opportunities refer to the time and/or location at which recommended content items can be presented to a user. The content presentation opportunity may be determined per terminal device or per user. In the recommended content item presented to the user or in the jump page of the recommended content item, a form entry may be provided for presentation of the user-triggered form. In some embodiments, recommended content items may be placed in the content presentation opportunities of the information flow page and form entries provided to increase the chances that the user can view the recommended content items.
In some embodiments, the design of the form may be determined based on the service provider or information demander of the target service. The form includes an information input element for receiving form information. The form information may include various types of information provided by the user that facilitate and provide the targeted service to the user. The terminal device 130 receives a submitting operation of the form by the user 132, thereby obtaining form information collected in the form. The terminal device 130 may submit the collected form information to the server. At the server, the collected form information is used at least to determine the user's intent level for the target service. In some examples, the collection of form information by the form is also referred to as a funding process.
In some embodiments, intent guidance information for the user is provided along with the form information, such that the degree of intent of the user can be determined in association with the form information. The delivery and bid management system 150 may obtain user intent information based on form information collected via forms and user operations on intent guidance information to determine the user's intent level for a target service.
In some embodiments, the intent guidance information includes at least a plurality of intent options. One or more intent options may be determined to be associated with a certain degree of intent. Thus, by the user selecting the target intent option, the corresponding degree of intent may be determined. The content delivery platform 110 may determine the user's intent level for the target service based on the form information collected via the form and the selection of the target intent option of the plurality of intent options. In this way, information acquisition is performed by targeting one of the intent acknowledgements. This facilitates subsequent differentiated provisioning of the form information for the service.
In some embodiments, the content delivery platform 110 may cause intent guidance information to be included in the presented forms. That is, the intent guidance information may be provided along with the information gathering process of the form. In this way, it is helpful to guide the user to confirm the degree of intention of himself while providing form information.
In some embodiments, the content delivery platform 110 may cause the intent guidance information to be presented at the user's client interface in response to a submission of a form. After the user submits the form information in the form's client interface, the intent guidance information may be popped up to guide the user to further confirm the intent. With such an implementation, the intent of the user can be further confirmed while ensuring successful acquisition of the form information.
In some embodiments, the intent guidance information includes a plurality of intent guidance portions that are sequentially presented, and information in the currently presented intent guidance portion is determined based on user operation of previously presented intent guidance portions. Based on the user operation in the one or more intent guidance portions, the user's intent level for the target service may be gradually confirmed. Fig. 3A to 3D illustrate such a client interface. Fig. 3A shows an example of a client interface 301 with forms for collecting form information for a user. In this example, taking a test driving service for a certain vehicle model as an example, an example form is shown.
After the form information is submitted, an intent guidance portion 320 may also be provided in the client interface 305 of FIG. 3B, for example, by a user confirming whether there is intent to communicate to the store. If a user confirmation of intent to communicate to the store is received, the intent guidance portion 322, as shown in the client interface 306 of FIG. 3C, may continue to be presented, such as confirming the user's time to store, etc. In this way, the degree of intent of the user may be further clarified based on the selection in the intent guidance portions 320 and 322. In some embodiments, if the user does not provide input in the intent guidance portion 322, the user's intent level may still be roughly determined based on the user's selection by the intent guidance portion 320. In some embodiments, if the user refuses an intent to store communication in the intent guidance portion 320, a client interface 307 such as FIG. 3D may be presented, i.e., without continuing to present the intent guidance portion 322 to the user.
In some embodiments, the intent guidance information also includes motivational information to the user. The incentive information may include various types of virtual resources rewarded to the user, such as red packs, coupons, discounts, service upgrades, and the like. In this way, it is helpful to further lock the user's intent for the target service. The impression and bid management system 150 can determine the user's intent level for the targeted service based on the form information collected via the forms and the validation operation of the incentive information. For example, if the user confirms the pickup incentive, it may be determined that the user's intent for the target service is high.
Referring back to process 200 of FIG. 2, at block 220, the impression and bid management system 150 determines a quality score for the collected form information associated with the target object based on the determined degree of intent. In some embodiments, the higher the degree of intent, the higher the determined quality score. That is, the quality score of the collected form information may be measured in terms of the degree of intent of the target object for the target service. In some embodiments, where the form information is to be bid-offered, the quality score may be determined as a bid value. In some embodiments, a quality score for the form information may alternatively or additionally be determined based on other factors.
At block 230, the impression and bid management system 150 determines the information consumers 152 that match the quality scores, and at block 240, the impression and bid management system 150 provides form information to the information consumers 152. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the quality score of form information is measured by the degree of intent. Accordingly, the information demander 152 may have a need for form information of different quality. By matching the quality score of the form information collected from the target object to the form information of the particular quality requested by the information requester 152.
In some embodiments, the candidate information requesters to which form information is to be supplied may include one or more information requesters 152 capable of providing the target service. These information requesters 152 may thus also be referred to as service providers. By requesting form information, the information-demanding party 152 can provide better, more timely service to the target object.
In some embodiments, the impression and bid management system 150 obtains respective information requests of at least one candidate information demander 152, each information request indicating a demand corresponding to at least one degree of intent of the target service, each demand matching to a corresponding quality score of the form information. The different candidate information consumers 152 may be interested in only one or more of the full possible degrees of intent of the form information. In the information request, the candidate information demander 152 may indicate the required quality score for the degree of disagreement, e.g., a corresponding bid (bid) may be used to indicate the quality requirement for the degree of disagreement. The placement and bid management system 150 can determine information consumers that match the quality scores based on respective information requests of at least one candidate information consumer 152.
In some embodiments, if the intent of the target object for the target service meets the intent requirements of the plurality of candidate information requesters 152, the impression and bid management system 150 can select an information requester to which to supply form information based on the bid level of the candidate information requester 152.
Fig. 4 illustrates an example of an architecture 400 of intent-based information gathering and differentiated provision in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. In the intent level definition 410, a plurality of intent levels may be defined. The division of the degrees of intent and the definition of each degree of intent may be related to the traffic type of the target service.
In the example of fig. 4, from the intention degree 1 to the intention degree 5, the intention of the user to obtain the target service is indicated to be gradually higher, respectively. For example, for a certain target service, intent level 1 indicates that the user only wishes to learn about the service, intent level 2 indicates that the user has made a sufficient decision on the service, intent level 3 indicates that the user may begin actually acquiring the service, intent level 4 indicates that the user has paid for the service, and intent level 5 indicates that the user is a frequent user of the service. Note that although the intent level 1 to the intent level 5 are shown in fig. 4, more or less intent levels may be actually divided, and different intent level definitions may be used.
Based on such intent level definition, in the intent promotion stage 422 of the information gathering 420, it is desirable to have the user 132 more contact and learn about the target service by supplying rich and matching recommended content items to the user 132, and in addition, structured landing pages for the target service may be presented, with service information presented to the user 132 in a canonical, standard format, allowing the user 132 to obtain more efficient information to aid in decision making for service usage. In addition, a standardized user 132 interface (UI) is also provided when presenting various types of service-related pages to the user 132, allowing the user 132 to have more insight into the targeted service. Further, in the intent determination stage 424, intent guidance information, various types of intent collection approaches may be provided to further determine the extent of intent of the user 132 to the target service. In some embodiments, the intent guidance information may be designed in a variety of ways to inspire or provide user confirmation intent. In some embodiments, the specific content of the intent guidance information, the manner of presentation, may be determined based on the business type of the target service. In this way, a more targeted intent confirmation guidance can be achieved.
In this way, in the event that form information and user intent to target service are collected, the form information may be distributed to the information demander 152 in different bids by the intent differentiation supply 426. In this way, differential value benefits in varying degrees of disagreement may be obtained from the information-demanding party 152. For example, the information demander 152 may provide bid 1 for the intent level 1 of the target service, bid 2 for the intent level 2 of the target service, and bid 3 for the intent level 5 of the target service. If, for the collected form information, the corresponding user's intent to target service matches the information request of a certain information consumer and the information consumer's bid matches the quality score of the form information, the form information may be provided to the information consumer 152 that provided the corresponding bid.
In the intent promotion stage 422, in addition to determining a content presentation opportunity to deliver a recommended content item with the aim of promoting the user's intent to the target service, service information for the target service organized in a structured format may be provided in the recommendation page along with form information. In this way, the recommendation page can provide sufficient service information presentation, so that the user can more willingly provide form information after obtaining repeated knowledge of the target service.
As can be seen from the architecture 400 of fig. 4, after the intent level of the user is promoted and confirmed, provision of differentiated form information can be made based on the intent level.
Fig. 5 illustrates a flow diagram of a signaling flow 500 for intent-based information gathering and differentiated provisioning in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. The signaling flow 500 involves the user 132 (which is considered an example of a target object), the recommendation transformation component 140, the impression and bid management system 150, and the information demander 152 in the environment 100 of fig. 1. The user 132 may be placed recommended content items related to the target service. Although a single user and information demander are shown, in practice there may be multiple users and information demanders, similar to each user and information demander's interactions.
In step 505, the impression and bid management system 150 receives information requests from one or more information requesters 152. Each information request indicates a demand corresponding to at least one degree of intent of the target service (assume in the example of fig. 5 that an intent degree 1, an intent degree 2, and an intent degree 5 for the target service are required). Each requirement matches to a corresponding quality score of the form information. For example, the demand for each intent level may be placed by the information demander 152 with a corresponding bid, such as bid 1 for intent level 1, bid 2 for intent level 2, and bid 3 for intent level 5. Different bids may be matched to corresponding quality scores of form information.
At step 510, the user's browsing of the recommended content items and the form information submitted in the corresponding forms are collected by the recommendation conversion component 140 as a result of the conversion of the recommended content items. The recommendation transformation component 140 may also provide intent guidance information to the user 132 at step 515. As described above, the recommendation transformation component 140 may provide intent guidance information to the user in a variety of ways. Through the provision of intent guidance information, the recommendation transformation component 140 may collect intent information that indicates the user 132's manipulation of the provided intent guidance information, such as confirmation of a certain intent option, at step 520. Based on the collected intent information, the recommendation transformation component 140 can determine the degree of intent of the user 132 for the target service.
At step 530, the recommendation conversion component 140 may submit form information collected from the user 132 regarding the target service and the degree of intent of the user 132 for the target service to the impression and bid management system 150. Upon determining the intent level, the impression and bid management system 150 can supply form information to the information consumers 152 in step 540 in terms of the intent level. For a specific manner of provisioning of form information, reference may be made to process 200 described above.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, differentiated information supply based on the intention degree can be realized, and the efficiency of a service provider, the platform delivery income and the user satisfaction degree are improved.
Fig. 6 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an apparatus 600 for information processing according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The apparatus 600 may be implemented as or included in the content delivery platform 110, the recommendation conversion component 140, and/or the delivery and bid management system 150. The various modules/components in apparatus 600 may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof.
