At present, when card manufacturer is produced PVC card (credit card, fiscard and generic card etc.), cause the problem of easily peeling off between transparent film and the center core layer because of the center core layer surface is printed on flexographic ink, almost all adopt the product S4679 of Britain APPLO company for solving.But the main drawback of this product is that the ink logo colour-change is bigger, and price is high before and after the high temperature lamination.
Purpose of the present invention mainly solves uses the S4679 card before and after the high temperature lamination, the problem that the ink logo colour-change is big, and reduce cost.
The present invention mainly is mixed in proportion by following four kinds of medicines and forms:
(1) the aliphatic polyester type polyurethane emulsion 60～80%
(2) aliphatic poly ether-based polyurethane emulsion 30～10%
(3) Pu Luluonike 5～7%
(4) ammonium polyacrylate 5～3%
Above-mentioned four kinds of medicines are fully stirred get product.
The laminating temperature scope that this product is suitable for wide (130～170 ℃), ink colors changes and is significantly less than S4679 before and after the high temperature lamination, and the stripping strength between transparent film and the center core layer is a little more than S4679, and its price is lower again.
