Further, the determining binding module 402 includes:
the device comprises an acquisition sub-module, a storage sub-module and a storage sub-module, wherein the acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring a pre-generated device table, and the device table stores various device information;
the inquiring sub-module is used for inquiring equipment information corresponding to the vehicle identification code in the equipment table based on the vehicle identification code of the vehicle;
and the determining submodule is used for determining that the vehicle-mounted equipment is successfully bound with the vehicle if the equipment parameters of the vehicle-mounted equipment bound with the vehicle are queried.

and the field comparison unit is used for comparing the decrypted key with the encryption key and the pre-generated record field, and if the comparison is consistent, the vehicle-mounted equipment is determined to pass the equipment authentication.

inquiring equipment parameters of vehicle-mounted equipment bound by a vehicle according to a vehicle identification code of the vehicle, and determining that the vehicle-mounted equipment is successfully bound with the vehicle;
and converting the device parameters of the vehicle-mounted device successfully bound into target cloud data, and uploading the target cloud data to a server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the querying the device parameters of the vehicle-mounted device of the vehicle binding according to the vehicle identification code of the vehicle, and determining that the vehicle-mounted device is successfully bound to the vehicle, comprises:
acquiring a pre-generated device table, wherein the device table stores various device information;
inquiring equipment information corresponding to the vehicle identification code in the equipment table based on the vehicle identification code of the vehicle;
and if the equipment parameters of the vehicle-mounted equipment bound with the vehicle are queried, determining that the vehicle-mounted equipment is successfully bound with the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the converting the device parameters of the vehicle-mounted device that is successfully bound into target cloud data and uploading the target cloud data to a server includes:
recording the vehicle-mounted equipment successfully bound in advance, and storing the binding relation between the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted equipment;
inquiring a target database of a server based on the equipment parameters of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
if the vehicle-mounted equipment is not queried in the target database, converting equipment parameters of the vehicle-mounted equipment into target cloud data;
and synchronizing the target cloud data to a target database of the server.
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the acquiring the device parameter of the vehicle-mounted device of the vehicle to be bound:
and acquiring the equipment ID, the equipment certificate and the equipment encryption certificate corresponding to the vehicle-mounted equipment according to the type of the vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle to be bound, and generating the equipment parameters of the vehicle-mounted equipment.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the recording the in-vehicle device that has been successfully bound in advance, before storing the binding relationship between the vehicle and the in-vehicle device, further comprises:
acquiring a key and an encryption key of the vehicle-mounted equipment according to the equipment encryption certificate;
and carrying out equipment authentication on the vehicle-mounted equipment by adopting the key and the encryption key of the vehicle-mounted equipment.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the performing device authentication on the vehicle device using the key and the encryption key of the vehicle device comprises:
recording a key corresponding to each vehicle-mounted device and an encryption key in advance to generate a recording field;
decrypting the obtained secret key and encryption secret key of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
and comparing the decrypted key with the encryption key and a pre-generated record field, and if the comparison is consistent, determining that the vehicle-mounted equipment passes equipment authentication.
7. An in-vehicle apparatus binding device, characterized by comprising:
