The instant messaging application is mainly used for instant messaging with the target user, and the user can open a chat interface corresponding to the target user by selecting the target user needing to communicate from the user list, so that chat is carried out between the chat interface and the target user.
However, in practical application, if the instant messaging application needs to access some external services, when the user selects to execute the external services, the user needs to jump to the user interface corresponding to the external services, and the user can log in the user interface in the jump first, and then execute related service operations; if the user wants to execute other services, the user needs to first exit the current user interface and return to the instant messaging application. For example, if the access mode corresponding to the external service is an applet, after the user clicks the service account corresponding to the external service, the user needs to jump to the user interface corresponding to the applet. Therefore, when the user uses the instant messaging application to execute the external service, the user needs to execute the jump operation, so that the operation is not convenient enough.
In view of this, the present disclosure proposes a service access method of an instant messaging application, in which when a user logs in the instant messaging application, a service account corresponding to at least one service accessed by a login account is added to an output user list, so that the user can access the service through the service account.
When the method is realized, responding to the login operation of a user for the instant messaging application, and acquiring an account list with an association relation with a login account of the user and a service account corresponding to a service accessed by the login account of the user from an instant messaging server; outputting the account list to the user through a user interface; and loading the service account in the account list so that the user accesses the service through the service account.
In the technical scheme, the service account corresponding to at least one service accessed by the instant messaging application is added in the user list output by the instant messaging application, so that the user accesses the service through the service account, the operation of the user when using other services accessed by the instant messaging application is greatly simplified, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of an instant messaging application system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a network 10, a server 11, a number of electronic devices, such as a terminal device 12, a terminal device 13, and a terminal device 14.
The server 11 may be a physical server including an independent host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server, a cloud server, or the like, which is carried by the host cluster. Terminal devices 12-14 are but one type of electronic device that may be used by a user. Indeed, it is obvious that the user may also use electronic devices of the type such as: cell phones, tablet devices, notebook computers, palm top computers (PDAs, personal Digital Assistants), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., as one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this regard. The network 10 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks.
In an embodiment, the server 11 may cooperate with the terminal devices 12-14; the terminal device 12-14 responds to the login operation performed by the user, requests to the server 11 through the network 10 to acquire an account list with an association relationship with the login account of the user and a service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user, and then the terminal device 12-14 outputs the account list to the user through a user interface; and loading the service account in the account list so that the user accesses the service through the service account. In another embodiment, the terminal devices 12-14 may independently implement the service access method of the instant messaging application of the present specification; the method comprises the steps that a terminal device 12-14 obtains an account list with association relation with a login account of a user and a service account corresponding to services accessed by the login account of the user, and then the account list is output to the user through a user interface; and loading the service account in the account list so that the user accesses the service through the service account.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the technical solutions in the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a service access method for an instant messaging application according to an exemplary embodiment. The execution subject of the method may be an instant messaging (Instant Messaging, IM) application installed on the terminal device, that is, a user client of the instant messaging application on the terminal device, where the instant messaging application may be an application program capable of implementing "instant messaging", for example, may be an enterprise instant messaging application (Enterprise Instant Messaging, EIM).
The service access method of the instant messaging application may include the following steps.
S210, responding to login operation of a user for the instant messaging application, and acquiring an account list with an association relation with a login account of the user and a service account corresponding to a service accessed by the login account of the user from an instant messaging server;
s220, outputting the account list to the user through a user interface; the method comprises the steps of,
s230, loading the service account in the account list so that the user can access the service through the service account.
The instant messaging application can acquire login information of a user when being started, and the login information comprises a login account number, a login password and the like of the user and is used for executing login operation. When login operation is performed, the instant messaging application can send a related request to a corresponding instant messaging server, an account list with an association relationship with a login account of the user can be obtained from the instant messaging server, and the account list can comprise IM accounts with the association relationship with the login account of the user; further, a service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user can be obtained from the instant messaging server.
The instant messaging application can output and display the account list to a user based on the obtained account list, and load the service account in the account list based on the obtained service account, wherein the account list can comprise an IM account with an association relationship with a login account of the user and a service account corresponding to a service accessed by the login account.
The services accessed by the login account can be various, and can be services supported by an instant messaging service end corresponding to the instant messaging application, for example, equipment management services corresponding to external equipment accessed by the login account can be included; a question-answer service corresponding to the accessed large language model (Large Language Model, LLM); and the accessed external service platform corresponds to online services, such as live video broadcast, and the like.
The IM account having an association relationship with the login account may also be considered as a service account of a service accessed by the login account, a chat service of instant messaging, or a service account of an instant messaging.
The manner of acquiring the service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user from the instant messaging service end may be various, for example, in one embodiment, the instant messaging service end corresponding to the instant messaging application may maintain service configuration information corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user, the service configuration information may include service accounts having association relationships with the login under each service, and the instant messaging application service end may obtain the service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user from the maintained service configuration information query corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user based on the received related request of the user, and feed back the service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user to the instant messaging application.
For example, in another embodiment, the instant messaging service may also send a query request to a service end corresponding to each service supported by the instant messaging service based on a related request of the user, respectively query whether a service account associated with a login account of the user exists, and then aggregate the reply information received from the service end corresponding to each service, and feed back the service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account of the user to the instant messaging application.
In the user list, each service accessed by the login account may include one or more service accounts, for example, multiple service accounts corresponding to the same service may respectively point to a service object executed by the service, and may also be used to point to a user account used when the user executes the service, and so on.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the user list 31 may include: a plurality of IM accounts corresponding to the chat service of instant messaging, wherein each IM account is used for pointing to different chat users: user A1, user A2, and user A3; also included are a plurality of service accounts corresponding to device management services for the operating room control system, each service account operable to point to a different operating room: operating room B1 and operating room B2; further comprising a device management service for the device corresponds to service accounts, each service account being operable to point to a different device: a device C1; the system further comprises service accounts corresponding to the online services for live video, wherein each service account can be used for pointing to different live rooms: live broadcast room D1.
The arrangement and display modes of each service account in the output displayed user list can be various, for example, grouping management can be performed for different services; arranging according to the use habit and the history use record of the user; ranking according to the user preset grades for different services, and so on.
Through the account list containing each service account, the user can trigger the service accounts in the account list to access the corresponding services.
The services accessed by the login account may correspond to one or more access modes, for example, may include a first access mode that initiates access based on a native application; a second access mode based on applet initiated access and a third access mode based on browser initiated access, etc. The native application may be an application running in a native operating system carried by the terminal device, where the native operating system may include window, mac, linux, IOS, android, and the like; the second access mode based on the small program initiating access means that the service can be executed by triggering the small program corresponding to the service; a third access manner based on the initiation of access by the browser means that the service can be executed by opening the browser to enter a web page corresponding to the service. Of course, the access manner may be further subdivided according to actual needs, for example, for the second access manner based on the access initiated by the applet and the third access manner based on the access initiated by the browser, and may be further subdivided into multiple access manners with finer granularity based on the development language, the running environment, and the like, which are not specifically limited herein. For simplicity, however, examples of the first access manner in which access is initiated based on the native application, the second access manner in which access is initiated based on the applet, and the third access manner in which access is initiated based on the browser are all illustrated in the following embodiments.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the access manner corresponding to the chat service may be a first access manner that initiates access based on the native application, which may also be referred to as an IM access manner; the access mode corresponding to the equipment management service of the operating room control system can be a second access mode based on the initiation of access by the applet; the access mode corresponding to the equipment management service of the equipment is a third access mode based on the initiation of access by the browser; the access mode corresponding to the online service for live video broadcast can be a third access mode based on the initiation of access by the browser.
After the account list loaded with the service account corresponding to the service accessed by the login account is output to the user through the user interface, triggering operations of the user on each account in the user list output by the user interface can be monitored, and the triggering operations can be various in form, for example, touch operation or voice input operation on any target account can be performed.
After the triggering operation of the user on any target account in the account list is monitored, service information of a service corresponding to the target account can be obtained from the instant messaging service end. For example, as shown in fig. 3, if the target account number is an operating room B1, in response to a triggering operation of the user on the operating room B1, it may be determined that a service corresponding to the operating room B1 is a device management service for an operating room operating system of the operating room B1, and service information related to the operating room operating system for the operating room B1 may be acquired.
When the triggering operation of the user on any target account in the account list is monitored, the account type of the target account can be determined first, and then the service corresponding to the target account is accessed based on the account type.
The accessing the service corresponding to the target account may include: and acquiring service information of the service corresponding to the target account from the instant messaging service end, and outputting a service interface of the service corresponding to the target account in the user interface based on the service information so that a user can access the service corresponding to the target account through the service interface.
The account types can be classified according to actual needs, for example, the account types can be classified based on service types, and the account types can comprise IM accounts corresponding to chat services of the instant messaging application, and service accounts corresponding to other services; alternatively, the classification may be based on the access manner of the service corresponding to the service account, where the account types may include a native application account bound to a first access manner that initiates access based on a native application, including an IM account corresponding to a chat service, an applet account bound to a second access manner that initiates access based on an applet, a browser account bound to a third access manner that initiates access based on a browser, and so on.
Responding to triggering operation of a user for any target account in the account list, and determining the account type of the target account; if the target account is an IM account having an association relationship with the login account of the user, instant communication data related to the IM account can be obtained from the instant communication server, and an instant communication interface corresponding to the IM account is output in the user interface based on the instant communication data, so that the user can access a service corresponding to the target account through the instant communication interface. The instant communication data may include: IM messages, etc.; the accessing the service corresponding to the target account through the instant messaging interface may include chatting with a chatting user corresponding to the target account through the instant messaging interface.
If the target account is other service accounts, service information of a service corresponding to the service account can be obtained from the instant messaging service end, and a service interface corresponding to the service account is output in the user interface based on the service information.
When the account type of the target account designated by the triggering operation of the user is determined, a target access mode of the service corresponding to the target account can be further determined, and a service interface frame corresponding to the target access mode is determined; and then loading the service interface frame on the user interface, visually rendering the service interface frame based on the service information to generate a service interface which is accessed according to the target access mode and corresponds to the service of the target account, and outputting the generated service interface in the user interface.
Wherein, the service interface frame corresponding to the target access mode can comprise a hierarchical architecture, an arrangement mode and the like adopted in the visual rendering. A unified interface frame which can be preset aiming at different access modes is adopted, and a service interface corresponding to the target service account is output and displayed based on the unified interface frame; alternatively, the service interface corresponding to the target service account may be output and displayed based on different interface frames corresponding to different access manners, for example, a native interface frame corresponding to a first access manner based on a native application, an applet interface frame corresponding to a second access manner based on an applet, and a browser interface frame corresponding to a third access manner based on a browser.
If a preset unified interface frame is adopted for the output service interface, the mapping relation between the interface frame corresponding to each access mode and the unified interface frame can be maintained in advance; and carrying out visual rendering on the unified interface frame based on the service information and the mapping relation, and outputting and displaying a service interface corresponding to the target service account aiming at the target service.
If the output service interface adopts the interface frames corresponding to the various access modes respectively, the interface frames corresponding to the target access modes can be acquired according to the target access modes; and performing visual rendering on an interface frame corresponding to the target access mode based on the service information to generate a service interface for accessing the target service according to the target access mode, and outputting the generated service interface in a user interface of the instant messaging client.
For example, in one implementation manner, in response to a triggering operation of a user on any target account in the account list, if it is determined that the target account is an IM account, service information of a service corresponding to the service account is obtained from the instant messaging server, a first access manner in which a chat service corresponding to the IM account is initiated based on a native application, that is, an IM access manner, is determined, and a service interface frame corresponding to the IM access manner is determined to be a native interface frame corresponding to the first access manner, that is, an IM interface frame; and then, loading an IM interface frame on the user interface, visually rendering the IM interface frame based on the instant messaging data to generate an instant messaging interface corresponding to the account number, and outputting the generated instant messaging interface, namely a chat interface, in the user interface.
For example, in one implementation manner, responding to a triggering operation of a user on any target account in the account list, if the target account is determined to be another service account, acquiring service information of a service corresponding to the service account from the instant messaging service end, determining a target access mode of the service corresponding to the service account, and determining a service interface frame corresponding to the target access mode; and then loading the service interface frame on the user interface, visually rendering the service interface frame based on the service information to generate a service interface which is accessed according to the target access mode and corresponds to the service account, and outputting the generated service interface in the user interface.
If the target account number is a service account number corresponding to an operating room, it may be determined that a target access manner of a device management service of an operating room control system corresponding to the service account number is a second access manner based on an access initiated by an applet, loading an applet interface frame corresponding to the second access manner on the user interface, and performing visual rendering on the applet interface frame based on the acquired service information to generate a service interface corresponding to the device management service of the operating room control system accessed according to the second access manner, where the service interface may be a system control interface of the operating room control system, as shown in fig. 4, and if the target account number specified by the user is an operating room B1, outputting a system control interface 41 for displaying the operating system of the operating room corresponding to the operating room B1 on the user interface of the instant messaging application;
If the target service account is a service account corresponding to the device, determining that a target access mode of device management service corresponding to the service account is a third access mode based on browser initiated access, loading a browser interface frame corresponding to the third access mode on the user interface, and performing visual rendering on the browser interface frame based on the acquired service information to generate a service interface accessed according to the third access mode, wherein the service interface can be a device management interface for managing the device;
if the target service account is a service account corresponding to the live broadcasting room, determining that a target access mode corresponding to the service account for online service of the live broadcasting room is a third access mode based on browser initiated access, loading a browser interface frame corresponding to the third access mode on the user interface, and performing visual rendering on the browser interface frame based on the acquired service information to generate a service interface accessed according to the third access mode, wherein the service interface can be a live video interface;
if the target service account is a service account corresponding to the large language model, determining that a target access mode of the question-answer service corresponding to the service account is a third access mode based on browser initiated access, loading a browser interface frame corresponding to the third access mode on the user interface, and performing visual rendering on the browser interface frame based on the acquired service information to generate a service interface accessed according to the third access mode, wherein the service interface can be a dialogue interface for performing dialogue with the large language model.
When determining a target access mode corresponding to a target service, if the target service corresponds to a plurality of access modes, a plurality of access modes corresponding to the target service account number can be acquired, and the target access mode is determined from the plurality of access modes. The method for determining the target access mode from the multiple access modes can be various, for example, the access mode with the highest priority can be used as the target access mode according to the preset priority corresponding to the various access modes; or outputting a plurality of access modes of the service corresponding to the service account to the user, and determining the access mode appointed by the user for the service from the plurality of access modes as the target access mode; or the last access way the user selected for the target service may be determined as the target access way, etc.
When determining the target access mode corresponding to the target service, the access mode of the service binding corresponding to the service account can be obtained, and the bound access mode is determined as the target access mode.
For simplicity, the following embodiments are illustrated with one access per service binding.
After a service interface corresponding to a target account is output in the user interface in response to a triggering operation of a user for any target account in the account list, a control operation of the user in the service interface can be monitored, and a corresponding service operation is executed in response to a control operation of the user in the service interface.
Referring to fig. 5 in detail, fig. 5 shows a service access method of an instant messaging application. The instant messaging application may set a native interface frame corresponding to the first access manner, i.e., an IM interface frame, as a default interface frame. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps.
Responding to triggering operation of a user for a target account in the account list;
determining an account type corresponding to the target account;
judging whether the account type corresponding to the target account is an IM account bound with the first access mode;
if the IM account number is the IM account number, determining that the interface frame does not need to be reloaded, visually rendering the IM interface frame based on service information corresponding to the target account number, and outputting and displaying a chat interface corresponding to the target account number;
if the user interface is not the IM account, loading an interface frame corresponding to the target access mode on the user interface of the instant messaging application according to the account type and the target access mode corresponding to the target account, and acquiring service information corresponding to the target account; and then, carrying out visual rendering on the loaded interface frame corresponding to the target access mode based on the service information corresponding to the target account, and outputting and displaying the service interface corresponding to the target account.
The at least one service accessed by the instant messaging application comprises an integrated application integrated in a user interface corresponding to a service function provided by the instant messaging application for a user;
outputting a service interface corresponding to the target access mode in the user interface of the instant messaging application according to the service information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and outputting a service interface corresponding to the target access mode in the user interface integrating the integrated application according to the service information.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, a plurality of service accounts corresponding to at least one service accessed by the instant messaging application are added in a user list output by the instant messaging application, a trigger operation of a user on a target account is responded, a service interface corresponding to a target access mode is output in a user interface of the instant messaging application based on an account type and the target access mode corresponding to the target service account, and the user interface does not need to jump to the user interface corresponding to the target access mode to output the service interface, so that the operation of the user when using other services accessed by the instant messaging application is greatly simplified, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, further, in response to a triggering operation of a user on a target account, a manner of acquiring service information of a service corresponding to the target account from an instant messaging service end may be various. For example, in one embodiment, information of an initial interface corresponding to a service of a target account may be acquired first, where the initial interface may be a homepage or a landing page corresponding to the service; based on the information of the initial interface, outputting and displaying the initial interface corresponding to the target service on the user interface of the instant messaging application; and then, responding to the information of the target account number which is input by the user in the initial interface operation, acquiring service information corresponding to the target account number, and outputting a display service interface on the user interface of the instant messaging application based on the service information.
For another embodiment, in response to a triggering operation of a user on a target account, service account information corresponding to the target account may be acquired; the service account information is sent to a service end corresponding to the target account, which is equivalent to sending the service account information to a service end of a target access mode corresponding to the target account, for example, a service end of a second access mode based on the initiation of access by an applet or a third access mode based on the initiation of access by a browser; acquiring service information of the service corresponding to the target account, which is returned by the server and is queried based on the service account information; and then, based on the service information, outputting and displaying a service interface corresponding to the target service account in a user interface of the instant messaging application.
Therefore, by acquiring the service information corresponding to the target account from the service end of the service corresponding to the target account, the service interface corresponding to the target account can be directly output, the information of the service account does not need to be input into the initial interface, and then the service interface is entered, so that the operation difficulty of a user is greatly simplified, and the execution efficiency of the service is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, further, various manners may be used for outputting and displaying the user list and the service interface in the user interface of the instant messaging application, for example, the user list may be output and displayed on the user interface first, then the service interface corresponding to the target service account is output and displayed on the user interface to cover the user list in response to the triggering operation of the user on the target account; alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the user interface output by the instant messaging application includes a first display area 61 for displaying a user list and a second display area 62 corresponding to the first display area 61 for displaying the service interface, where the first display area 61 may also be referred to as a user list area and the second display area 62 may also be referred to as a function display area.
