The present embodiment provides a supply chain bottom intelligent service system that is already in the testing phase and is put into use by some intelligent service providers, as described below in connection with fig. 1-8.
FIG. 1 is a supply chain bottom intelligent service system that enables sensing, collecting, processing, analyzing and applying production operation data of an energy enterprise. Meanwhile, data support is provided for the services of each link of the supply chain, and powerful guarantee is provided for the services of each link of the material supply chain.
Example 1
First, the present embodiment provides a front-end application layer including a back-end data layer in data communication with the back-end data layer. In order to improve the speed of data communication transmission and avoid data transmission errors, in this embodiment, a wireless data communication mode is adopted.
The back-end data layer comprises an operation data acquisition module, a standard analysis module and an inspection module. The front-end application layer comprises a product information checking module and a market investigation data analysis module. The back-end data layer receives the data information from the front-end application layer and feeds back the analysis processing result to the front-end application layer. In order to ensure the reasonable supply chain flow and timely supervision of abnormal data, the embodiment directly communicates the front end layer and the rear end layer, spans the middle data layer or the middle service layer, and can realize the direct data transmission when the auxiliary analysis and judgment are needed by utilizing the rear end data after the data acquisition and analysis of the front end, thereby avoiding the data transmission delay caused by the rest layers and even the redundant condition of the data layers.
Further, a data sensing unit and a data acquisition unit which is in wireless data connection with the data sensing unit are arranged in the operation data acquisition module; the data sensing unit transmits the received data information to the data acquisition unit to complete data collection. The data information received by the data sensing unit is related data information of the local market, for example, the number of suppliers of the local energy enterprise, material purchasing cost information of the local energy enterprise, and the like. After the data information is received, the data information is wirelessly transmitted to a data acquisition unit, a data storage subunit and a data transmission subunit which is in data communication with the data storage subunit are arranged in the data acquisition unit, the data storage subunit performs data record labeling, and particularly, the data is stored and classified, and the data transmission subunit is prepared for subsequent calling comparison. The data processing method is an algorithm, a system and the like which can realize the result in the prior art.
Furthermore, a calculation and analysis unit is arranged in the standard analysis module, and after the calculation and analysis unit acquires the data information of the data acquisition module and the front-end application layer, calculation and analysis are performed on the acquired data information. In this implementation, the process of calculation and analysis is: and comparing the acquired data of the front end layer with the acquired data of the back end layer, obtaining data latest information through comparison of data differences, and taking the latest data information as a judgment standard of the front end application layer. For example, the data acquisition module acquires the types of the cooperative products and the information of the cooperative sales market of the local energy enterprise suppliers, the information is transmitted to the calculation and analysis unit, meanwhile, the front-end application layer can transmit the types of the cooperative products and the information of the cooperative sales items of the latest energy enterprise suppliers nationwide to the calculation and analysis unit, at the moment, the calculation and analysis unit can combine the two information to perform data difference comparison, find different types of the cooperative products and different information of the market, and further transmit the data calculated and analyzed by the calculation and analysis unit through the data output subunit in the standard analysis module. And then, difference information feedback is carried out, and the difference information feedback is fed back to a front-end application layer to adjust and optimize supply chain services.
Still further, a data checking unit and a data storage unit in data communication with the data checking unit are arranged in the auditing module. The data checking unit receives the data information from the data output subunit to perform standard checking, wherein the standard is a product checking standard preset by enterprises. The data temporary storage unit is internally provided with a primary storage subunit, a secondary storage subunit and a tertiary storage subunit. The analysis unit is internally provided with a primary analysis subunit, a secondary analysis subunit and a tertiary analysis subunit; the first-level analysis subunit, the second-level analysis subunit and the third-level analysis subunit respectively and correspondingly receive and analyze the data information from the first-level storage subunit, the second-level storage subunit and the third-level storage subunit.
The analysis methods and analysis accuracy of the first-stage analysis subunit, the second-stage analysis subunit and the third-stage analysis subunit are the same, and in this embodiment, the first, second and third stages are simultaneously analyzed, or may be separately analyzed, or may be analyzed by only one stage.
