To the field of financial technology or other fields, wherein the method comprises: receiving an attachment inquiry request initiated by a target account, wherein the attachment inquiry request is used for requesting to inquire about a work order attachment of a target work order system, and the plurality of work order systems comprise the target work order system; responding to the attachment inquiry request, and displaying a target attachment page corresponding to the target work order system, wherein the target attachment page displays attachment screening conditions matched with the target work order system; acquiring a target attachment screening condition triggered by the target account on the target attachment page; extracting a target work order accessory meeting the target accessory screening condition from the target work order system; and displaying the target work order accessory to the target account. The invention solves the technical problem of low management efficiency of the worksheet attachments in the related art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of financial science and technology or other fields, in particular to a method and a device for displaying work order accessories, a storage medium and electronic equipment.
Background
In the business process of a financial institution, a work order is an important basis for recording events, solving problems and implementing whether the changes are compliant. Currently, conventional work order systems commonly use word (Microsoft Office Word, a word processor application program of Microsoft corporation), excel (a piece of electronic form software written by Microsoft Excel corporation), txt (a text format attached to an operating system by Microsoft corporation, and mainly stores text information, that is, text information) and other formats of offline attachment record related key information of a work order. Further, displaying a target attachment page corresponding to the target work order system, including: searching a target accessory page corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the accessory page with the corresponding relation, wherein the accessory page is used for displaying accessory screening conditions generated according to accessory characteristics of the work order accessory generated on the corresponding work order system; and displaying the target attachment page to the target account.
Further, obtaining a target attachment screening condition triggered by the target account on the target attachment page includes: acquiring a plurality of conditional branches screened or input by the target account on the target attachment page; acquiring the target account number as a connection condition for screening or inputting the plurality of conditional branches; and splicing the plurality of conditional branches according to the connection condition to obtain the target accessory screening condition.
Further, extracting the target worksheet attachment meeting the target attachment screening condition from the target worksheet system includes: invoking a corresponding target interface of the target work order system on the work order accessory platform; the target accessory screening conditions are sent to the target work order system through the target interface, wherein the target work order system is used for extracting work order accessories from an accessory database according to the target accessory screening conditions to obtain the target work order accessory; and receiving the target work order accessory returned by the target work order system through the target interface.
Further, displaying the target work order attachment to the target account includes: acquiring a target work order template corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the work order template with the corresponding relation; adding the worksheet data in the target worksheet accessory into the target worksheet template according to the format of the target worksheet template to obtain a reference worksheet accessory; and displaying the reference work order accessory to the target account.

According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device including one or more processors; and the memory is used for storing one or more programs, and when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors are enabled to execute the programs, wherein the programs are set to execute the method for displaying the work order accessories.
In the embodiment of the invention, an accessory inquiry request initiated by a target account for requesting to inquire a work order accessory of a target work order system is received first; then, responding to an attachment inquiry request of a target account through a work order attachment platform, and displaying a target attachment page which corresponds to a target work order system and displays attachment screening conditions, wherein the attachment screening conditions are matched with the target work order system; acquiring a target accessory screening condition triggered by the target account on a target accessory page; thereby extracting the target work order accessories which meet the target accessory screening conditions from the target work order system according to the target accessory screening conditions; and finally, displaying the target work order accessory to the target account.
In the process, a plurality of work order systems are connected to the work order accessory platform, the work order accessory platform is used for responding to the accessory inquiry request of the target account, so that the target accessory page of the target work order system corresponding to the accessory inquiry request is displayed according to different accessory inquiry requests, and then the work order accessory is displayed to the target account according to accessory screening conditions matched with the target work order system. The method has the advantages that accessories of a plurality of work order systems are integrated on a work order accessory platform, corresponding target work order accessories are displayed according to the accessory inquiry request of the target account, and corresponding target work order accessories can be extracted according to different accessory screening conditions, so that the work order accessories are more convenient and quick to view and manage, the technical effect of improving the management efficiency of the work order accessories is achieved, and the technical problem of low management efficiency of the work order accessories in the related technology is solved.

When the target work order system is a work order system B, an interface B is opened, a target accessory screening condition is sent to the work order system B through the interface B, the work order system B extracts work order accessories from an accessory database according to the target accessory screening condition to obtain target work order accessories, and a work order accessory platform receives the target work order accessories returned by the work order system B through the interface B, so that replacement of a general amount of off-line accessories with an on-line small-volume accessory is completed.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, each work order system in the multiplex order system may include, but is not limited to, a corresponding attachment database in which all work order attachments in the corresponding work order system are stored.
In the technical solution provided in step S110, the target work order attachment condition of the target work order system may be displayed to the target account in the form of a visual report, but is not limited to.
In one exemplary embodiment, the target work order attachment may be displayed to the target account number in the following manner, but is not limited to: acquiring a target work order template corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the work order template with the corresponding relation; adding the worksheet data in the target worksheet accessory into the target worksheet template according to the format of the target worksheet template to obtain a reference worksheet accessory; and displaying the reference work order accessory to the target account.
Optionally, in this embodiment, but not limited to, a work order template corresponding to each work order system in the multiplex work order system may be set in advance, so that a corresponding target work order template is obtained according to the target work order system, and the work order data in the target work order accessory is added to the template according to the target work order template to obtain a reference work order accessory conforming to the target work order template, so that the reference work order accessory is displayed for the target account.
In an alternative embodiment, a process of acquiring a reference worksheet attachment is provided, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a process of acquiring a reference worksheet attachment according to an alternative embodiment of the present application, where a worksheet system and a worksheet template having a correspondence relationship are maintained in a worksheet attachment platform, as shown in fig. 5, for example: the work order system A corresponds to the work order template A, the work order system B corresponds to the work order template B, and the work order system C corresponds to the work order template C. If the target work order system is a work order system B, the work order template B corresponding to the work order system B (target work order system) is searched from the work order system and the work order template with the corresponding relation to be used as a target work order template, work order data a, work order data B and work order data C in the target work order accessory are added into the work order template B according to the target work order template to obtain a reference work order accessory conforming to the work order template B, and the reference work order accessory comprises work order data A, work order data B and work order data C conforming to the work order template B and finally the reference work order accessory is displayed to the target account.
Optionally, in this embodiment, by integrating the personalized chemical single templates corresponding to each work order system, the multiplexing rate of the corresponding work order templates is improved according to the working attribute of each work order system, and the management efficiency can be greatly improved according to the requirement of the template unified work order accessory format.
In one exemplary embodiment, after the displaying the target worksheet attachment to the target account, an attachment report may be presented, but is not limited to, in the following manner: detecting target editing conditions selected by the target account on a display page of the target work order attachment, wherein the target work order attachment and a plurality of editing conditions allowed to be executed on the target work order attachment are displayed on the display page; integrating the target worksheet attachments into an attachment report conforming to the target editing conditions according to the target editing conditions; and displaying the accessory report form to the target account.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the target editing condition may be, but is not limited to, selected or input: time, creation mechanism, creation time, creation place, etc.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the target account may, but not limited to, screen the target worksheet attachment (target editing condition) with the creation time of a month on the display page of the target worksheet attachment, so that the worksheet attachment meeting the target editing condition in the target worksheet attachment is integrated into an attachment report according to the condition with the creation time of a month on the year, and the attachment report is displayed to the target account, and the overall situation of the target worksheet attachment meeting the requirements can be quickly checked by displaying the target worksheet attachment in the form of the report.
In one exemplary embodiment, the work order attachment may be presented, but is not limited to, in the following manner: receiving an accessory audit request sent by a management account, wherein the accessory audit request is used for requesting to audit the work order accessory of the target work order system; responding to the accessory audit request, displaying an audit page, wherein a plurality of audit conditions of the work order accessory and an input area of the audit conditions are displayed on the audit page; acquiring a first audit condition selected by the management account in the plurality of audit conditions or a second audit condition input in the input area; and executing audit operation on the work order accessories in the target work order system according to the first audit condition or the second audit condition.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the first audit condition may be, but is not limited to, an audit rule form selected by the user through a drop-down box, and the first audit condition may be, but is not limited to, a fixed audit rule preset in advance according to a service attribute of the target work order system.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the second audit condition may be, but is not limited to, a custom audit rule form that supports fuzzy input queries, and the second audit condition may be, but is not limited to, entered in the input area by the administrative account according to personalized audit requirements for the target work order system.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the user selects the audit rule form to query the accessory information matching item (i.e. the first audit condition) through the drop-down box in support of managing the account to formulate the audit rule. In addition, the user input box fuzzy query custom audit rules (namely second audit conditions) are supported, and the enterprise audit work efficiency is greatly improved.
In an alternative embodiment, an interaction process between a work order attachment platform and a multiplex order system is provided, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an interaction process between a work order attachment platform and a multiplex order system according to an alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, a user (i.e. a target account number) selects to access a target work order system from the multiplex order system, work order information of the target work order system accesses an online attachment to an attachment management module through an API interface of the work order attachment platform, and the replacement of a general amount of offline attachments with an online small-volume attachment is completed; and after receiving the target accessory screening conditions, the target work order system extracts the target work order accessory from accessory storage data (namely an accessory database) according to the target accessory screening conditions, and the work order accessory platform receives the returned target work order accessory through an API interface. The work order accessory platform comprises an accessory management module, an accessory audit module and an accessory visualization module, wherein the accessory management module provides independent accessory management pages for different work order systems, supports supervisors to establish online accessory templates through visual operation and adds personalized requirements for the templates; the accessory audit module supports a supermanager to formulate audit rules, and a user selects the audit rules to inquire accessory information matching items in a form of the audit rules through a drop-down frame and supports a user input frame to inquire custom audit rules in a fuzzy manner; the accessory platform design visualization module supports the inquiry of corresponding accessory list information according to rules such as time, creation mechanism, creation time, creation place and the like, and displays the accessory condition of the work order information in a visualized report form.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the work order attachment platform is used to replace an offline attachment of the existing work order system, so that production resources can be saved to a great extent, and operation and maintenance costs of enterprises can be reduced.
As can be seen from the foregoing, in the embodiment of the present invention, an attachment query request initiated by a target account for requesting to query a work order attachment of a target work order system is received first; then, responding to an attachment inquiry request of a target account through a work order attachment platform, and displaying a target attachment page which corresponds to a target work order system and displays attachment screening conditions, wherein the attachment screening conditions are matched with the target work order system; acquiring a target accessory screening condition triggered by the target account on a target accessory page; thereby extracting the target work order accessories which meet the target accessory screening conditions from the target work order system according to the target accessory screening conditions; and finally, displaying the target work order accessory to the target account.
In the method, a plurality of work order systems are connected to the work order accessory platform, the work order accessory platform is used for responding to the accessory inquiry request of the target account, so that the target accessory page of the target work order system corresponding to the accessory inquiry request is displayed according to different accessory inquiry requests, and then the work order accessory is displayed to the target account according to accessory screening conditions matched with the target work order system. The method has the advantages that accessories of a plurality of work order systems are integrated on a work order accessory platform, corresponding target work order accessories are displayed according to the accessory inquiry request of the target account, and corresponding target work order accessories can be extracted according to different accessory screening conditions, so that the work order accessories are more convenient and quick to view and manage, the technical effect of improving the management efficiency of the work order accessories is achieved, and the technical problem of low management efficiency of the work order accessories in the related technology is solved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
Example 2
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a display device for a worksheet attachment, wherein fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an alternative worksheet attachment display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the device includes:
a first receiving module 702, configured to receive an attachment query request initiated by a target account, where the attachment query request is used to request to query a work order attachment of a target work order system, and the plurality of work order systems includes the target work order system;
a first display module 704, configured to respond to the attachment query request, and display a target attachment page corresponding to the target work order system, where the target attachment page displays an attachment screening condition matched with the target work order system;
a first obtaining module 706, configured to obtain a target attachment screening condition triggered by the target account on the target attachment page;
An extracting module 708, configured to extract, from the target worksheet system, a target worksheet attachment that meets the target attachment screening condition;
and a second display module 710, configured to display the target work order attachment to the target account.
It should be noted that, the first receiving module 702, the first responding module 704, the first obtaining module 706, the extracting module 708, and the first displaying module 710 correspond to the steps S102 to S110 in the above embodiment, and the five modules are the same as the examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to those disclosed in the above embodiment 1.
The display device of the work order accessory provided by the embodiment 2 of the application firstly receives an accessory inquiry request which is initiated by a target account and used for requesting to inquire the work order accessory of a target work order system; then, responding to an attachment inquiry request of a target account through a work order attachment platform, and displaying a target attachment page which corresponds to a target work order system and displays attachment screening conditions, wherein the attachment screening conditions are matched with the target work order system; acquiring a target accessory screening condition triggered by the target account on a target accessory page; thereby extracting the target work order accessories which meet the target accessory screening conditions from the target work order system according to the target accessory screening conditions; and finally, displaying the target work order accessory to the target account.
In the device, a plurality of work order systems are connected to the work order accessory platform, the work order accessory platform is used for responding to the accessory inquiry request of the target account, so that the target accessory page of the target work order system corresponding to the accessory inquiry request is displayed according to different accessory inquiry requests, and then the work order accessory is displayed to the target account according to accessory screening conditions matched with the target work order system. The method has the advantages that accessories of a plurality of work order systems are integrated on a work order accessory platform, corresponding target work order accessories are displayed according to the accessory inquiry request of the target account, and corresponding target work order accessories can be extracted according to different accessory screening conditions, so that the work order accessories are more convenient and quick to view and manage, the technical effect of improving the management efficiency of the work order accessories is achieved, and the technical problem of low management efficiency of the work order accessories in the related technology is solved.
Optionally, the first display module includes: the searching unit is used for searching the target accessory page corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the accessory page with the corresponding relation, wherein the accessory page is used for displaying accessory screening conditions generated according to accessory characteristics of the work order accessory generated on the corresponding work order system; and the display unit is used for displaying the target attachment page to the target account.
Optionally, the first obtaining module includes: the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a plurality of conditional branches screened or input by the target account on the target attachment page; the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the connection conditions for screening or inputting the target account for the plurality of conditional branches; and the splicing unit is used for splicing the plurality of conditional branches according to the connection condition to obtain the target accessory screening condition.
Optionally, the extracting module includes: the calling unit is used for calling a corresponding target interface of the target work order system on the work order accessory platform; the sending unit is used for sending the target accessory screening condition to the target work order system through the target interface, wherein the target work order system is used for extracting work order accessories from an accessory database according to the target accessory screening to obtain the target work order accessory; and the receiving unit is used for receiving the target work order accessory returned by the target work order system through the target interface.
Optionally, the second display module includes: the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target work order template corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the work order template with the corresponding relation; the adding unit is used for adding the work order data in the target work order accessory into the target work order template according to the format of the target work order template to obtain a reference work order accessory; and the display unit is used for displaying the reference work order accessory to the target account.
Optionally, the display device of the work order accessory further includes: the detection module is used for detecting target editing conditions selected by the target account on a display page of the target work order attachment after the target work order attachment is displayed on the target account, wherein the target work order attachment and a plurality of editing conditions allowed to be executed on the target work order attachment are displayed on the display page; the integrating module is used for integrating the target work order accessories into accessory reports conforming to the target editing conditions according to the target editing conditions after the target work order accessories are displayed to the target account; and the third display module is used for displaying the accessory report form to the target account after displaying the target work order accessory to the target account.
Optionally, the display device of the work order accessory further includes: the second receiving module is used for receiving an accessory audit request sent by the management account, wherein the accessory audit request is used for requesting to audit the work order accessory of the target work order system; the second response module is used for responding to the accessory audit request and displaying an audit page, wherein a plurality of audit conditions of the work order accessory and an input area of the audit conditions are displayed on the audit page; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a first audit condition selected by the management account in the plurality of audit conditions or a second audit condition input in the input area; and the auditing module is used for executing auditing operation on the work order accessories in the target work order system according to the first auditing condition or the second auditing condition.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is configured to execute the above-described method for displaying a work order attachment when running.

According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is also provided an electronic device, wherein fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an alternative electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the electronic device including one or more processors; and a memory for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method for running the program, wherein the program is configured to perform the method for displaying a work order attachment described above when run.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, where the device includes a processor, a memory, and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the program, the following steps are implemented:
receiving an attachment inquiry request initiated by a target account, wherein the attachment inquiry request is used for requesting to inquire about a work order attachment of a target work order system, and the plurality of work order systems comprise the target work order system; responding to the attachment inquiry request, and displaying a target attachment page corresponding to the target work order system, wherein the target attachment page displays attachment screening conditions matched with the target work order system; acquiring a target attachment screening condition triggered by the target account on the target attachment page; extracting a target work order accessory meeting the target accessory screening condition from the target work order system; and displaying the target work order accessory to the target account.
Optionally, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the program: searching a target accessory page corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the accessory page with the corresponding relation, wherein the accessory page is used for displaying accessory screening conditions generated according to accessory characteristics of the work order accessory generated on the corresponding work order system; and displaying the target attachment page to the target account.
Optionally, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the program: acquiring a plurality of conditional branches screened or input by the target account on the target attachment page; acquiring the target account number as a connection condition for screening or inputting the plurality of conditional branches; and splicing the plurality of conditional branches according to the connection condition to obtain the target accessory screening condition.
Optionally, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the program: invoking a corresponding target interface of the target work order system on the work order accessory platform; the target accessory screening conditions are sent to the target work order system through the target interface, wherein the target work order system is used for extracting work order accessories from an accessory database according to the target accessory screening to obtain the target work order accessory; and receiving the target work order accessory returned by the target work order system through the target interface.
Optionally, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the program: acquiring a target work order template corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the work order template with the corresponding relation; adding the worksheet data in the target worksheet accessory into the target worksheet template according to the format of the target worksheet template to obtain a reference worksheet accessory; and displaying the reference work order accessory to the target account.
Optionally, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the program: detecting target editing conditions selected by the target account on a display page of the target work order attachment, wherein the target work order attachment and a plurality of editing conditions allowed to be executed on the target work order attachment are displayed on the display page; integrating the target worksheet attachments into an attachment report conforming to the target editing conditions according to the target editing conditions; and displaying the accessory report form to the target account.

searching a target accessory page corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the accessory page with the corresponding relation, wherein the accessory page is used for displaying accessory screening conditions generated according to accessory characteristics of the work order accessory generated on the corresponding work order system;
and displaying the target attachment page to the target account.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the target attachment screening condition triggered by the target account on the target attachment page comprises:
acquiring a plurality of conditional branches screened or input by the target account on the target attachment page;
acquiring the target account number as a connection condition for screening or inputting the plurality of conditional branches;
and splicing the plurality of conditional branches according to the connection condition to obtain the target accessory screening condition.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting the target work order attachment from the target work order system that meets the target attachment screening condition comprises:
Invoking a corresponding target interface of the target work order system on the work order accessory platform;
the target accessory screening conditions are sent to the target work order system through the target interface, wherein the target work order system is used for screening and extracting work order accessories from an accessory database according to the target accessory screening conditions to obtain the target work order accessory;
and receiving the target work order accessory returned by the target work order system through the target interface.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the target work order attachment to the target account number comprises:
acquiring a target work order template corresponding to the target work order system from the work order system and the work order template with the corresponding relation;
adding the worksheet data in the target worksheet accessory into the target worksheet template according to the format of the target worksheet template to obtain a reference worksheet accessory;
and displaying the reference work order accessory to the target account.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the displaying the target work order attachment to the target account number, the method further comprises:
detecting target editing conditions selected by the target account on a display page of the target work order attachment, wherein the target work order attachment and a plurality of editing conditions allowed to be executed on the target work order attachment are displayed on the display page;
Integrating the target worksheet attachments into an attachment report conforming to the target editing conditions according to the target editing conditions;
and displaying the accessory report form to the target account.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an accessory audit request sent by a management account, wherein the accessory audit request is used for requesting to audit the work order accessory of the target work order system;
responding to the accessory audit request, displaying an audit page, wherein a plurality of audit conditions of the work order accessory and an input area of the audit conditions are displayed on the audit page;
acquiring a first audit condition selected by the management account in the plurality of audit conditions or a second audit condition input in the input area;
and executing audit operation on the work order accessories in the target work order system according to the first audit condition or the second audit condition.
8. A display device for a work order attachment, the display device being adapted to a work order attachment platform, a plurality of work order systems each being connected to the work order attachment platform, the device comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a target account, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving an accessory inquiry request initiated by the target account, the accessory inquiry request is used for requesting to inquire about a work order accessory of a target work order system, and the plurality of work order systems comprise the target work order system;

and the second display module is used for displaying the target work order accessory to the target account.
9. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored in the computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer program is arranged to execute the method of presenting work order attachments as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 7 when run.

An electronic device comprising one or more processors and memory for storing one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of presenting work order attachments of any of claims 1 to 7.
