The invention provides an electronic whiteboard system and an operation method. The electronic whiteboard system includes a data processing apparatus. The data processing device receives a plurality of first editing information provided by at least a portion of a plurality of user side devices. The data processing device sorts and batchs the plurality of first editing information to select and sort as a plurality of preprocessing information from the plurality of first editing information. 7. The electronic whiteboard system of claim 1, wherein the data processing device performs a lookup table according to a cloud electronic whiteboard operating scenario to obtain the plurality of priority scores of the plurality of preprocessing information.
8. The electronic whiteboard system according to claim 1, wherein the data processing apparatus sequentially processes the plurality of pieces of pre-processing information according to the priority order, and verifies whether the plurality of pieces of pre-processing information are legal, respectively, according to operation transitions.
9. The electronic whiteboard system of claim 1, wherein the data processing apparatus records the plurality of second editing information.
10. The electronic whiteboard system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of client devices synchronously update editing results of the cloud electronic whiteboard according to the plurality of second editing information, respectively.
11. A method of operating an electronic whiteboard system, the method comprising the steps of:
receiving a plurality of first editing information provided by at least a portion of a plurality of user side devices;
sequencing and batching the plurality of first editing information to select and sequence the plurality of first editing information as a plurality of preprocessing information;
respectively calculating a plurality of priority scores of the plurality of pieces of preprocessing information, and sorting the plurality of pieces of preprocessing information according to the plurality of priority scores;
respectively verifying whether the plurality of pieces of pretreatment information are legal or not so as to select and sort a plurality of pieces of pretreatment information according to the priority score to generate a plurality of pieces of second editing information for verification; and
and sequentially sending the plurality of second editing information to the plurality of user terminal devices.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the step of ordering and batching the plurality of first editing information comprises the steps of:
converting a plurality of time parameters of the plurality of first editing information into a plurality of coordinated universal times; and
the plurality of first editing information is ordered according to the plurality of coordinated universal times, and at least a part of the ordered plurality of first editing information is selected as the plurality of preprocessing information.
13. The method of operation of claim 12, wherein selecting the at least a portion of the ordered plurality of first editing information as the plurality of preprocessing information comprises:
and selecting at least one part of the sorted first editing information as the preprocessing information according to a preset time interval.
14. The method of operation of claim 11, wherein the step of ordering the plurality of pre-processing information according to the plurality of priority scores comprises the steps of:
judging the operation types of the plurality of pieces of preprocessing information;
respectively judging whether the plurality of pieces of preprocessing information have editing rights; and
and sorting the plurality of preprocessing information with editing authorities according to the plurality of priority scores.
15. The method of operation of claim 14, wherein the step of determining whether the plurality of pieces of pre-processed information have editing rights comprises:
and respectively judging whether the plurality of pieces of preprocessing information have editing rights or not according to the editing rights corresponding to the operation situation of the cloud electronic whiteboard.
16. The method of operation of claim 14, wherein the plurality of pre-processing information is ordered sequentially from highest priority score to lowest priority score.
17. The method of operation of claim 11, wherein the step of calculating the plurality of priority scores for the plurality of pieces of pre-processing information, respectively, comprises:
and looking up a table according to the operation situation of the cloud electronic whiteboard so as to obtain the priority scores of the preprocessing information.
18. The method of operation of claim 11, wherein the step of verifying whether the plurality of pieces of pre-processed information are legitimate, respectively, comprises the steps of:
sequentially processing the plurality of preprocessing information according to the priority order; and
and respectively verifying whether the plurality of pieces of preprocessing information are legal or not according to operation conversion.
19. The method of operation of claim 11, further comprising:
and recording the plurality of second editing information.
20. The operation method according to claim 11, wherein the plurality of client devices synchronously update editing results of the cloud electronic whiteboard according to the plurality of second editing information, respectively.
