Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application provides a processing method applied to an electronic device having a communication function, such as a mobile phone or a tablet, and the like, including the following steps:
Step 110, receiving an incoming call request.
Alternatively, the incoming call request may be an incoming call request from another electronic device with a communication function to the present electronic device, for example, the present electronic device receives an incoming call request from another electronic device, or the present electronic device receives a voice call request from another electronic device, or the present electronic device receives a video call request from another electronic device.
Alternatively, the incoming call request may be a call request that has been answered, or may be a call request that has not been answered.
Optionally, a task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request may be preset, and after the electronic device receives the incoming call request, the task to be handled may be automatically executed or triggered to be executed by means of simple input of the user by detecting the task to be handled associated with the incoming call request.
Taking the example that the electronic equipment receives the incoming call request from the number A, identifying that the number A is associated with the task a to be handled, and automatically executing the task a to be handled by the electronic equipment.
Optionally, the task to be handled may include a function instruction set according to a user requirement, for example, "mobile phone mute", "send shortcut message", "open building entrance guard", "open electric lamp of corridor", etc., and the user may set by himself according to the requirement, which is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, the user may set a tag associated with the number according to the identity of the user to which the number requested by the incoming call belongs, or other related information; for example, the tags may be "family," "colleague," "neighborhood," "take away," and "express," etc.
Optionally, taking the electronic device as an example of a mobile phone, for the number "XXX" of the incoming call, after the user answers the call, knowing that the incoming call party is from a certain express company, the tag associated with the number may be set as "express courier of the certain express company".
Optionally, the electronic device may preset to-be-handled tasks associated with different labels, where a portion of the labels may not be associated with any to-be-handled task, one or more to-be-handled tasks may be associated with each label, or all the labels may not be associated with the to-be-handled task.
For example, for a take-out tag, adding an opening district gate inhibition, a sending point position information and an opening unit gate inhibition in a task to be handled which is associated with the take-out tag to wait for the task to be handled;
for example, for an express tag, the tasks to be handled associated with the express tag can be preset to include prompting delivery to go on a gate, prompting post transfer or rejection, and the like;
For example, for a "colleague" tab, no tasks to be done may be associated.
For example, the user can confirm the contact identity information by receiving the information, and a tag including the contact identity information may be created, and if it is not possible to confirm for a while what task the tag can correspond to, the task to be done may not be associated with the tag.
Specific tasks to be handled associated with different labels can be set according to user requirements, and the application is not limited to this.
Optionally, the number of the incoming call request may be further associated with a task to be handled associated with the tag by the tag associated with the number; when the electronic device receives an incoming call request of a certain number, a label A associated with the number is identified, and the label is associated with a task a to be handled, the task a to be handled can be automatically executed.
For example, the electronic device identifies a tag "taker of a taker company" associated with the incoming number "XXX", and the tag is associated with a task to be handled of "open cell entrance guard", and the electronic device automatically executes the task to be handled, i.e., executes "open cell entrance guard".
Step 120, executing a first task, where the first task belongs to at least one task to be handled, if it is determined that at least one task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request exists.
Optionally, determining that there is a task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request includes: 1) The number of the incoming call request is directly related to the task to be handled; 2) The labels associated with the numbers of the incoming call requests are associated with tasks to be handled.
1) The number of the incoming call request is associated with the task to be handled; for example, if the mobile phone receives a call request sent by the number "XXX" of the incoming call request and the to-be-handled task associated with "XXX" is stored in the mobile phone as "start mobile phone mute", the to-be-handled task associated with the number of the incoming call request exists in the mobile phone.
2) The label associated with the number of the incoming call request is associated with a task to be handled; for example, for the number "XXX" of the incoming call request, the corresponding tag associated with the number in the electronic device is a taker of a taker company, and among the tasks associated with the tag, there are tasks to be handled in which "open palm access control" and "open cell access control", and then there are tasks to be handled in which the tag associated with the number of the incoming call request is associated in the mobile phone.
Optionally, the first task includes a number-associated to-do task of the incoming call request, that is, if the electronic device detects that the number-associated to-do task of the incoming call request is, the number-associated to-do task is automatically executed.
Taking the electronic equipment as a mobile phone for example, the mobile phone receives a call request sent by the number of the incoming call request "XXX", and if the task to be handled associated with the "XXX" stored in the mobile phone is "start mobile phone mute", the mobile phone performs mobile phone mute after identifying the number of the incoming call request.
Optionally, the first task includes a task to be handled associated with a tag associated with the number of the incoming call request, and the electronic device automatically executes the task to be handled associated with the tag after identifying the tag according to the number of the incoming call request.
Optionally, the label associated with the number "XXX" for the incoming call request is a taker of a takeaway company, the tasks to be handled associated with the label include "open palmtop access" and "open cell access", and when the electronic device identifies the corresponding label "taker of a takeaway company" of the number "XXX" for the incoming call request, the tasks of "open palmtop access" and "open cell access" are automatically executed, so that user input can be reduced.
Optionally, the first task further includes a part of tasks in all tasks to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request, for example, the first task may be a task with highest priority or a task with highest execution frequency in all tasks to be handled.
Alternatively, in the case where the number-associated task of the incoming call request includes a plurality of tasks, the first task may be the task to be handled with the highest priority.
Taking the electronic equipment as a mobile phone for example, aiming at take-away phones, the tasks to be handled which are set in the mobile phone are ranked into a 'cell entrance guard opening', 'sending the drop point position information' and a 'corridor lamp opening' according to the priority from high to low, and then the task of 'cell entrance guard opening' is automatically executed under the condition that the take-away phones are received by the electronic equipment.
Alternatively, in the case where the number-associated tasks of the incoming call request include a plurality of tasks, the first task may be a plurality of tasks with higher priority, such as 2 tasks with priority ordered from high to low as the first 2.
Optionally, for take-out calls, the tasks to be handled set in the mobile phone are ranked from high to low according to the priority as "open cell entrance guard", "send drop point position information" and "open corridor lamp", and when the take-out call is received, the mobile phone can execute the tasks of "open cell entrance guard" and "send drop point position information", where the tasks can be executed sequentially based on the order of the priority from high to low.
Optionally, in the case that the number-associated tasks of the incoming call request include a plurality of tasks, the first task may be all tasks to be handled, and the electronic device sequentially executes all tasks to be handled according to a sequence from high priority to low priority of each task to be handled.
For example, for take-away phones, tasks to be handled set in the mobile phone are ranked as "open cell entrance guard", "send drop point position information", and "open corridor lamp" according to priority from high to low, and under the condition that the mobile phone receives a take-away phone, the "open cell entrance guard" is executed first, then the "send drop point position information" is executed, and finally the "open corridor lamp" is executed.
Optionally, in the case that it is determined that there is no task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request, executing a second task, where the second task is determined based on a first input of a user, and the first input includes an operation of the user to determine the second task from at least one preset task.
Optionally, the preset task includes a plurality of tasks preset according to a user requirement, and the preset task may be the same as or different from a task to be handled associated with a number requested by another incoming call, and the preset task may be the same as or different from a task to be handled associated with a tag associated with a number requested by another incoming call.
For example, the preset tasks may include tasks such as "open palmtop access", "open cell access", "open v message", "open WeChat" and "mobile phone mute".
Optionally, when the number of the incoming call request is the number that the user answers for the first time, or the number of the incoming call request is the number that the user has answered but is not associated with the task to be handled, and the electronic device does not recognize the task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request, the task to be handled to be executed may be determined from the preset task stored in the electronic device by receiving the first input of the user.
Optionally, taking the electronic device as an example of a mobile phone, the mobile phone receives a call request sent by a number "XXX" of an incoming call request, detects that a task to be handled associated with the number is not stored in the mobile phone, displays a preset task list on an incoming call interface of the mobile phone, and can determine the task to be handled to be executed from the preset task list by receiving a first input of a user. The incoming call interface can be an incoming call request interface or an incoming call interface. That is, the preset task list can be displayed on the call interface in both the incoming call non-connected and connected states. Thus, the telephone interface does not need to be exited, and a new interface is restarted to process tasks.
Optionally, the number of the incoming call request may also be a label that has been answered but not associated, or a label that is associated but not further associated with the task to be handled, and the task to be handled to be executed may be determined from the preset task stored in the electronic device by receiving the first input of the user.
For example, if the mobile phone does not recognize the tag corresponding to the number "XXX" of the electric request, a preset task list is displayed on the interface of the mobile phone, and the task to be handled to be executed can be determined from the preset task list by receiving the first input of the user.
For example, when the mobile phone identifies the label b corresponding to the number "XXX" of the electric request, but b is not associated with any task to be handled, a preset task list is displayed on the interface of the mobile phone, and the task to be handled to be executed can be determined from the preset task list by receiving the first input of the user.
Optionally, the first input is used to determine a second task to be performed from the preset tasks.
Wherein the first input may include at least one of:
first, the first input may include a touch operation including, but not limited to, a click operation, a slide operation, a press operation, and the like.
In this embodiment, receiving the first input of the user may include receiving a touch operation of the user on the incoming call interface.
In order to reduce the user's false operation rate, the active area of the first input may be defined within a specific area, such as a blank area.
Optionally, the user selects the second task to be performed from preset tasks stored in the electronic device through the first input.
Second, the first input may include a physical key input.
In this embodiment, the body of the electronic device is provided with an entity key for selecting the second task, and the receiving of the first input of the user may include receiving the first input that the user presses the corresponding entity key; the first input may also be a combined operation of simultaneously pressing a plurality of physical keys.
Third, the first input may be a voice input.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may perform task D by the electronic device upon receiving speech, such as "select task D".
Of course, the first input may also be in other forms, including but not limited to character input, etc., which may be specifically determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the number of the incoming call request is detected to be associated with the task to be handled, the first task is automatically executed, and the first task can be determined without connecting the number or exiting the current call interface, so that the re-input operation of a user is reduced, and the task execution efficiency is improved; under the condition that the number of the incoming call request is not detected to be associated with the task to be handled, the first input of the user is received to select the second task to be executed, so that the input of the user is simplified, and the task execution efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, in the case where the first input is a combined input in the form of a plurality of inputs, the first input may include a first sub-input and a second sub-input; the first sub-input and the second sub-input may be touch input, physical key and combination input thereof, voice input and other types of input, and the embodiment will not be repeated with reference to the form of the first input.
Of course, the first sub-input and the second sub-input may also be in other forms, including but not limited to character input, etc., and may be specifically determined according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the following, a description will be given by taking, as an example, a determination of a second task through a first sub-input and a second sub-input of the user to the incoming call interface.
Optionally, the first input comprises a first sub-input and a second sub-input; in the event that it is determined that there is no task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request, performing a second task, including: displaying a shortcut control on an incoming call interface under the condition that the task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request does not exist; receiving a first sub-input of a user to a shortcut control; responding to the first sub-input, displaying a preset task list, wherein the preset task list comprises at least one preset task; receiving a second sub-input of a user for determining a second task from a preset task list; in response to the second sub-input, a second task is performed.
Optionally, in the case where the electronic device displays the preset task list, the preset task list includes a plurality of preset tasks set by the user according to actual requirements, and the number and the arrangement order of tasks to be handled in the preset task list may be fixed.
Optionally, in the case that the preset list set for the first time includes 5 preset tasks (A, B, C, D and E) and the arrangement mode of each preset task is "ABCDE", the number and arrangement mode of tasks to be handled in the preset task list displayed in the call interface each time are both "ABCDE".
Alternatively, the task arrangement order in the preset task list may be determined according to the user's historical usage habits.
Optionally, the display position of each preset task is updated according to the executed frequency of each preset task, and if the executed frequency of each preset task is higher, the display position of the preset task in the list is more forward.
Optionally, a preset task list is displayed at a first time, and an arrangement order among the preset tasks in the task list is determined based on execution frequency of the preset tasks at a second time, which is earlier than the first time.
Optionally, when the preset task list is set for the first time, the preset task list includes 5 preset tasks (ABCDE) which are sequentially arranged, and the executed frequency of the 5 preset tasks is 0, 1, 2, 5 and 3 respectively at the second moment, so that the arrangement sequence of the preset task list at the first moment is adjusted to be DECBA', and the tasks to be handled which are arranged in front in the list are tasks to be handled which are frequently used by a user in the near term, so that the user can conveniently and quickly determine the second task to be executed from a plurality of preset tasks.
Optionally, the number of tasks in the preset task list may also be determined according to a history selection habit of the user, where the history selection habit of the user may be a history selection habit for one number, or may be a history selection habit for numbers of all incoming call requests.
Optionally, for the N preset tasks, after a user uses the N preset tasks for a period of time, obtaining a preset task list at the current moment by using the M preset tasks with the use frequency higher than the frequency threshold, and displaying the preset task list at the current moment on the call interface after receiving the first input; wherein M is less than or equal to N, and M and N are positive integers.
Optionally, under the condition that the incoming call interface of the terminal displays the function control, receiving a first sub-input of the shortcut control by the user, wherein the first sub-input is used for opening a preset task list.
Fig. 2 is one of interactive schematic diagrams of an incoming call reminding interface according to an embodiment of the present application, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the case that the electronic device detects that the number of the incoming call request does not have a task to be handled, a shortcut control 211 is automatically displayed on the incoming call interface 210, and a user clicks the shortcut control 211 through a first sub-input to display a preset task list 212 on the incoming call interface 210.
Optionally, a second sub-input of the user to the preset task list is received, the second sub-input is used for selecting a second task to be executed from the preset task list, and the terminal responds to the second sub-input to execute the second task.
Fig. 3 is a second interaction diagram of an incoming call reminding interface provided by an embodiment of the present application, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the preset task list 212 includes five tasks to be handled, namely, "open palmtop entrance guard", "open cell entrance guard", "open v message", "open WeChat" and "mobile phone mute", and the user selects "open cell entrance guard" through the second sub-input, and the user can remotely control unlocking of cell entrance guard, so as to facilitate the passage of takers.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the electronic equipment is not provided with the task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request, the shortcut control is displayed on the call interface so that the user can open the preset task list through the first sub-input, and the second task to be executed is selected through the second sub-input of the list, so that the task to be handled to be executed can be quickly determined under the condition that the current interface is not exited, and the processing efficiency of different types of incoming call requests is improved.
Optionally, determining that there is at least one task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request includes: determining a tag associated with the number of the incoming call request; and determining that at least one associated task to be handled exists according to the label.
Optionally, the numbers of different incoming call requests are associated with different labels, and the different labels may be associated with at least one executable task to be handled.
Fig. 4 is a second flow chart of a processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, before receiving an incoming call request, a "tag task" option may be added to an electronic device setting, and all incoming call tags are listed in a secondary list corresponding to the option, and for each incoming call tag, a certain number of tasks to be handled are set according to a user requirement.
Optionally, when the electronic device detects that the number of the incoming call request presets a corresponding tag, and at least one task to be handled exists in the tag, the electronic device automatically executes the task to be handled corresponding to the tag.
Optionally, after receiving the incoming call request a, the electronic device identifies that the tag corresponding to the number of the incoming call request a is a take-out phone, and when the tag is associated with a task to be handled of "opening cell access control", the electronic device automatically executes the task of "opening cell access control".
In the embodiment of the application, the quick configuration of the task to be handled is realized by setting the label to associate the call request with the corresponding task to be handled, and the first task is automatically executed under the condition that the number of the call request is associated with the label and the label is provided with the task to be handled, so that the processing efficiency of the call task is further improved.
Optionally, determining that there is not at least one task to be handled associated with the number of the incoming call request includes: determining that there is no tag associated with the number of the incoming call request; or determining a label associated with the number of the incoming call request, and determining that the label is not associated with any task to be handled.
Optionally, if the electronic device does not store the tag corresponding to the number of the incoming call request, no associated task to be handled exists, and at this time, the electronic device may determine the second task to be executed from the preset tasks by receiving the first input of the user.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, after receiving the incoming call request, the mobile terminal automatically displays the shortcut control on the incoming call interface under the condition that the incoming call label is not present in the incoming call request, displays the preset task list on the incoming call interface by receiving the first input of the user to the function control, selects the second task from the preset task list by the second input of the user, and responds to the second input by the terminal to execute the second task.
For example, the mobile phone recognizes that the incoming call request B is an advertisement or a fraud call in other ways, automatically displays a function control on an incoming call interface when the terminal detects that the incoming call request B does not have a corresponding label, displays a preset task list on the incoming call interface after a user clicks the control, selects and selects the tasks of uploading anti-fraud system and marking blackout from the preset task list, and the terminal executes the tasks of uploading anti-fraud system and marking blackout, so that the call risk can be reduced.
Optionally, in the case that the terminal identifies the tag associated with the number of the incoming call request, but the tag is not provided with the corresponding task to be handled, the terminal may still select the second task to be executed from the preset task list by receiving the first input of the user.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, after receiving an incoming call request, the terminal automatically displays a function control on an incoming call interface under the condition that an incoming call label is identified and a task to be handled is not set on the label, displays a preset task list on the incoming call interface by receiving a first input of a user to the function control, selects a second task from the preset task list, and responds to the first input by the terminal to execute the second task.
